Abstract

The objective of this research is to outline the correlation of principal transformational leadhership and organization culture with teacher work job satisfaction. This research was conducted in Islamic junior school Kadudampit district by applying survey analysis method and the data were collected from the given quessionnaires. 153 of population and 111 of samples were taken by using proportional random sampling. The research findings reveals that: 1) there is a principals positive correlation between transformational ledhership with teacher job satisfacttion, 2) there is principals positive correlation between organization culture with teacher job satisfaction., 3) there is principals positive correlation between transformational leadhership and organization culture with teacher work job satisfaction. The findings of this research shows that teacher job satisfaction can be achieved through improvement of transformational ledhership and organization culture.Keywords : Transformational leadership, Organizational Culture, teacher Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan upaya meningkatkan OCB melalui penelitian terhadap hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja dengan OCB. Metode  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  metode  deskriptif korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini Guru Tetap Yayasan (GTY) pada 9 SMK Swasta yang berada di Kecamatan Cibungbulang Kabupaten Bogor dengan jumlah 117 orang guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling dengan rumus Slovin dengan error margin 5% dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 91 orang guru. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan 1) Terdapat hubungan positif antara Kepemimpinan Transformasional dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Kekuatan hubungan antara Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1) dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi ry1 = 0,603 dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional memberikan kontribusi sebesar 36,4% terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. 2) Terdapat hubungan positif antara Kepuasan Kerja dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Kekuatan hubungan antara Kepuasan Kerja (X2) dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi ry2 = 0,509 dan Kepuasan Kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 25,9% terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. 3) Terdapat hubungan positif antara Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi ry12 = 0,685 dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Kepuasan Kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai kontribusi sebesar 46,9% terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut OCB dosen dapat ditingkatkan melalui perbaikan kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja. Abstract

ABSTRAK Persaingan bisnis perhotelan di masa Pandemi Virus Covid-19 menjadi semakin ketat. Agar tetap bertahan pada situasi tersebut perusahaan harus memiliki strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan efisien, salah satu caranya dengan meningkatkan kegiatan baruan promosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh bauran promosi terhadap keputusan menginap di R Hotel Rancamaya Bogor. Penelitian ini mengunakan data kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Unit analisis yang digunakan adalah individual konsumen member Freevilage Card R Hotel Rancamaya Bogor. Pemilihan responden atau sample dilakukan dengan metode Non Probability Sampling dan menggunakan metode penarikan quota sampling dengan total 120 responden berdasarkan perhitungan rumus Solvin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara terhadap pihak-pihak berkepentingan, kuesioner dan pengumpulan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear sederhana, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bauran promosi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap. Berdasarkan uji F, bauran promosi secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap di R Hotel Rancamaya Bogor. Selain itu bauran promosi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 61,2% terhadap keputusan menginap, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi 38,8% oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. ABSTRACT Competition in the hospitality business during the Covid-19 Virus Pandemic is becoming increasingly tight. In order to survive in this situation the company must have an effective and efficient marketing strategy, one way is by increasing new promotional activities. This study aims to identify the effect of the promotion mix on the decision to stay at R Hotel Rancamaya Bogor. This study uses quantitative data with the type of associative research. The unit of analysis used is the individual consumer member of the Freevilage Card R Hotel Rancamaya Bogor. The selection of respondents or samples was carried out using the Non Probability Sampling method and using the quota sampling method with a total of 120 respondents based on the calculation of the Solvin formula. Data was collected through direct observation, interviews with interested parties, questionnaires and secondary data collection. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, simple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the promotion mix had a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay. Based on the F test, the promotion mix simultaneously or together has a significant effect on the decision to stay at R Hotel Rancamaya Bogor. In addition, the promotion mix contributed 61,2% to the decision to stay, while the remaining 38,8% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Improving Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through Strengthening Charismatic Leadership and Spiritual IntelligenceThe purpose of this study was to find the ways to improve teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through analysis on the strength of the relationship between charismatic leadership, spiritual intelligence, and teacher OCB, either individually or together. This research was conducted at private Islamic elementary schools in East Telukjambe sub-district, Karawang regency, involving 104 teachers of permanent foundation teachers. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with correlation analysis. The instruments used for data collection consisted of teacher OCB, charismatic leadership, and teacher spiritual intelligence. The result of the study; 1) there was a positive relationship between Charismatic Leadership and OCB Teachers (ry1 = 0.696, 0.01), 2) there was a positive relationship between teacher spiritual intelligence and OCB teachers (ry2 = 0.710, 0.01), 3) there was a positive and very significant relationship between Charismatic Leadership and Spiritual Intelligence together with OCB (ry12 = 0.775, 0.01). The conclusion is the OCB can be increased by strengthening charismatic leadership and spiritual intelligence.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan apakah terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan pengaruh citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan KPR pada Bank Tabungan Negara. Penelitian ini merupakan gabungan antara penelitian eskplanatif, deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan Varian Based Structural Equation Modeling menggunakan software Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan desain penelitian hierarchical component menggunakan reflective-reflective measurement model. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah atau debitur KPR dari PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk. (Bank BTN) Cabang Bogor sebanyak 70.492 dan jumlah sampelnya sebesar 398. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan dan citra perusahaan berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu karena faktor kualitas pelayanan sebagai variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar di antara variabel variabel lainnya, sehingga untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dapat berfokus pada pelayanan pelanggan KPR dengan prima.ABSTRACTThis study aims to explain whether there is an effect of service quality on customer loyalty and the influence of corporate image on KPR customer loyalty at the State Savings Bank. This research is a combination of explanatory, descriptive and quantitative research. This study uses data analysis methods using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using Varian Based Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Square (PLS) software with a hierarchical component research design using a reflective-reflective measurement model. The population in this study were all KPR customers or debtors from PT. State Savings Bank, Tbk. (Bank BTN) Bogor Branch as many as 70,492 and the total sample is 398. The results show that service quality and corporate image have a partial and simultaneous effect on customer loyalty. The implication of this research is because of the service quality factor as the variable that has the greatest influence among other variables, so that to improve service quality it can focus on excellent KPR customer service.

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kemandirian ekonomi para pengrajin tas melalui media promosi digital marketing di desa Kanekes, Ciboleger, Baduy, Lebak, Banten yang diharapkan dapat menjadi pilihan tepat bagi para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah. dalam mengembangkan usahanya dan menjangkau pasar nasional dan internasional, media promosi konvensional yang memakan biaya banyak dan jauh lebih sulit, tidak lagi menjadi perhatian utama para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah karena digital marketing membantu para pelaku usaha menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana. bagi mereka untuk melakukan promosi dan sebagainya. Memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya digital marketing dalam pengenalan produk dapat dijadikan sebagai motivasi bagi mereka dalam memperkenalkan produknya secara luas, Kemandirian ekonomi yaitu kemampuan mengelola perekonomian sendiri dan tidak bergantung pada kebutuhan ekonomi orang lain dan merupakan syarat dialami oleh masyarakat yang ditandai dengan kemampuan berpikir, memutuskan dan melakukan sesuatu yang dianggap tepat guna mencapai solusi dan solusi, salah satunya dengan menggunakan daya/kemampuan yang dimiliki. Metode yang digunakan adalah melalui ceramah dan demonstrasi, tanya jawab, latihan, dan praktek untuk mengetahui implementasi, pencapaian hasil dalam membangun kemandirian ekonomi dan perilaku warga. Pengertian digital marketing adalah kegiatan memasarkan atau mempromosikan suatu brand atau produk dengan menggunakan media digital atau internet. Tujuan pemasaran digital adalah untuk menarik konsumen dan calon pelanggan dengan cepat, misalnya melalui Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Kaskus, Google, Pasar, dan Blog.

Abstract

Changes in the business, economic, employment and income climate during the Covid 19 pandemic caused the global financial crisis to weaken economic growth, increase unemployment and people's purchasing power. This paper aims to present the various entrepreneurial potentials of Bedouin palm sugar, accelerate innovative technology and empower human resources for Bedouin palm sugar craftsmen to exist in the never-ending Covid-19 era. With the mixed method BEP, R/C ratio, SWOT which is interpreted descriptively qualitatively and reviews various research results and related literature. From the field findings it can be predicted that the high potential and entrepreneurial development that can be carried out by the Bedouin community in general. It is necessary to evaluate agricultural development policies from the institutional aspect of processed products, so that processed product strategies are not just raw materials and efforts to accurately formulate policies in supporting the increase in rural agro-industry going forward. Strategies for access to technology and information according to needs, the existence of adequate operational policy tools, the functioning of various supporting institutions (research, counseling, marketing), as well as regulatory support as government policies that are more focused and one-sided to accelerate the achievement of technological innovation.

Abstract

The era of globalization is called the era of technological revolution 4.0, where technology is developing rapidly, all-digital technology is an absolute requirement for human resources to enter the world of work and business. There are still limited levels of education, skills, competence. The weaker motivation of human resources is the impact of rampant downsizing of the workforce, the bankruptcy of large and small companies. This paper aims to comprehensively present the role and influence of innovation and strategic management on the readiness of human resources to enter the world of work and business in the era of globalization – technological revolution 4.0, interpreted using a descriptive qualitative method of reviewing various literature and study results to enrich writing insights. The results of the writing show that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a very large and significant impact on all aspects of human life and almost all government institutions/organizations/companies in the world, in the economic, social, political, etc. fields, will become history that will never be forgotten for all people. who live in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The occurrence of various technological changes is required to increase innovation and creativity in managing strategies to deal with it. Technological change does not automatically bring goodness. Digital literacy is different from a digital mindset. In innovation and strategic execution/implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the most important stages and government alignment (regulation, conducive alignment).
