Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran brand image dalam memediasi pengaruh Electronic word of mouth dan promosi online terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih program studi S1 Manajemen Universitas IPWIJA. Penelitian dilakukan di Universitas IPWIJA. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan masukan untuk institusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas maupun kuantitas electronic word of mouth, promosi online, dan brand image institusi, guna meningkatkan jumlah penerimaan mahasiswa baru setiap tahunnya. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dengan menyebar kuesioner pada 193 mahasiswa baru program studi S1 Manajemen Universitas IPWIJA yang masuk pada tahun 2021/2022. Data hasil kuesioner dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SPSS Versi 25 dan Lisrel 8.80. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa electronic word of mouth berpengaruh terhadap keputusan memilih, promosi online tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan memilih, brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan memilih, brand image mampu memediasi pengaruh promosi online terhadap keputusan memilih maupun pengaruh electronic word of mouth terhadap keputusan memilih.

Abstract

The customer's role is crucial in business, including modern retail. Therefore, this research aims to discover ways to enhance customer retention in modern retail by exploring the impact of relationship quality and customer experience at Ramayana department stores. The study focuses on customers from Ramayana department stores in the DKI Jakarta region. Using proportional random sampling, a sample of 400 customers was selected. Path analysis with JASP software was used for data analysis. The research findings are: 1) Service quality has a significant and positive impact on Customer Experience at Ramayana Department Store. 2).Customer Experience significantly and positively influences Customer Retention at Ramayana Department Store. 3). Service quality positively impacts Customer Retention through Customer Experience as a full mediator at Ramayana Department Store.

Abstract

Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM, terutama di Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat, adalah askes permodalan. Masalah akses permodalan disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti hambatan administrasi dan hambatan lain yang membuat sulit bagi para pelaku UMKM mendapatkan pembiayaan. Tidak adanya akses informasi dan pelaporan keuangan yang memadai yang diperlukan untuk mendapatkan pendanaan menyebabkan kesulitan untuk mendapatkan permodalan Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi kepada kelompok UMKM Tajur Halang Makmur di Kecamatan Tajur Halang, Kabupaten Bogor. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi yang diikuti dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini akan membantu pelaku UMKM mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang cara mendapatkan permodalan dari lembaga perbankan dan non-perbankan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini merekomendasikan bahwa pemangku kebijakan terkait dengan pengembangan UMKM untuk dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah permodalan yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, promotion, and service quality on customer satisfaction, with brand image serving as an intervening variable in Toyota car products in Sukabumi, West Java. Using a quantitative approach, this research employs a survey method involving Toyota customers as respondents. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results indicate that price, promotion, and service quality have significant positive effects on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, brand image mediates the relationship between these independent variables and customer satisfaction, demonstrating that a strong and positive brand perception enhances the overall satisfaction of customers. These findings emphasize the importance of consistent pricing strategies, effective promotional activities, and high-quality service delivery to strengthen brand image and sustain customer satisfaction. The implications of this research suggest that automotive companies, particularly Toyota dealers in Sukabumi, should focus on integrated marketing and service strategies to reinforce their competitive advantage and brand loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of servant leadership, organizational culture and personality on lecturer performance in the context of Bekasi City Private Universities by placing work motivation as a mediator in one fit model. This study fills the research gap, and requires repeated testing to assess the impact of leadership service, organizational culture and personality on lecturer performance from different points of view. The research tool used was a cross-sectional quantitative study with a questionnaire (survey) of 250 respondents for all Bekasi City Private University lecturers using the Structural Equation Model with a fit mediation approach to prove the role of context. This research provides empirical evidence that lecturer performance is influenced by servant leadership, organizational culture and personality with work motivation as a mediating fit. The results of this analysis include positive guidance, especially regarding the importance of the role of leaders in empowering and encouraging lecturers through active involvement with them, and the existence of positive organizational principles that improve higher education performance

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of e-marketing design and customer involvement capability partially or jointly on competitive advantage. To determine and analyze the influence of e-marketing design, customer involvement capability and competitive advantage both partially and jointly on business performance. The method used was a quantitative method and the analysis used was confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with a total of 200 respondents. Data analysis using Lisrel 8.70 Based on the research results, the following research findings showed that e-marketing design and customer involvement capability have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. E-marketing design, customer involvement capability and competitive advantage have a positive and significant effect on business performance

Abstract

The Tajur Halang SME Forum is an organization that consists of business operators who reside in the Tajur Halang District of Bogor Regency.These operators face challenges in marketing their products, introducing them to customers, and securing business capital for ongoing operations.The aim of this community service is to offer training in digital marketing, social media utilization for product marketing, and accessible methods for acquiring business capital.The approach involves a series of training sessions that start with group forum discussions, a situational analysis of the partners, pre-tests, main training activities, and post-tests.The results of these activities show an improvement in the partners' knowledge, skills, and abilities in digital marketing, using Instagram for branding and brand awareness, managing engagement, and accessing business capital

Abstract

Artikel ini mendeskripsikan metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dengan keterlibatan langsung Tim PKM ke lapangan di Desa Padasuka, Kecamatan Maja, Kabupaten Lebak. Langkah-langkah terfokus pada interaksi langsung dengan masyarakat, melibatkan identifikasi masalah lokal, perencanaan kegiatan, pengembangan solusi, pengorganisasian tim dan sumber daya, pelatihan, implementasi di lapangan, evaluasi, dan difusi hasil. Hasil kegiatan Bakti Sosial dan Dialog dengan warga Kampung Pasir Ipis menunjukkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam mendiskusikan permasalahan mushola. Tim memberikan bantuan berupa karpet masjid dan sajadah sebagai solusi. Selanjutnya, kegiatan seminar dan diskusi dengan guru SMP Negeri 2 Maja membahas peran pendidikan dalam ekonomi kreatif berbasis Revolusi Industri 4.0. Evaluasi menunjukkan persepsi positif terhadap kualitas materi, pemateri, dan manfaat kegiatan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif yang berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat setempat dan menginspirasi kegiatan serupa di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Perubahan landscape ekonomi yang dipacu oleh Revolusi Industri 4.0 mendorong peran pendidikan sebagai ujung tombak persiapan peserta didik untuk berkontribusi dalam ekonomi kreatif yang berkembang pesat. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan di SMPN 2 Maja, Lebak, Banten, dilakukan dengan tujuan memperkuat peran pendidikan, khususnya para guru, sebagai fasilitator kreativitas dan inovasi. Metode pelaksanaan PKM mengadopsi pendekatan partisipatif aktif dengan fokus pada identifikasi permasalahan dan solusi melalui pendampingan dan penguatan. Evaluasi kegiatan mengungkap hasil yang positif, dengan tingkat keterpahaman mitra sebesar 80%, kemampuan penyampaian materi tim PKM sebesar 79%, dan kontribusi positif sebesar 75%. Sehingga dapat disampaikan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mengatasi tantangan pendidikan di era Revolusi Industri 4.0. dan rekomendasi mencakup perluasan integrasi kurikulum dengan kebutuhan ekonomi kreatif lokal dan peningkatan dukungan pemerintah serta sektor swasta.

Abstract

Research related to customer loyalty shows that customer satisfaction greatly influences customer loyalty both directly and indirectly. The aim of this research is to test and reveal empirically the factors that influence customer loyalty, both direct factors, namely Digital Banking and Customer Relationship Management and indirect factors, namely customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the BNI Cibinong Branch Office which consists of the Main Branch, 4 sub-branch offices and 2 cash offices under the management of KC Cibinong and used quantitative data (from questionnaires). The research sample consisted of 125 emerald BNI KC Cibinong customers. SEM analysis is used to determine the influence between research variables. The research results show, 1) There is a positive and significant influence of Digital Banking on Customer Loyalty, 2) There is a positive and significant influence of Customer Relationship Management on customer loyalty, 3) There is a positive and significant influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, 4) There is a positive and significant influence of Digital Banking has a significant impact on customer satisfaction, 5) There is a positive and significant influence of Customer Relationship Management on customer satisfaction, 6) There is a positive and significant influence of Digital Banking on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction and 7) There is a positive and significant influence of Customer Relationship Management on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This research proposes several recommendations for strong indicators that have a high contribution to Digital Banking, Customer Relationship Management and customer satisfaction in order to increase customer loyalty.
