Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pengembangan model bisnis KPH, yaitu untuk membuat rencana bisnis dengan memetakan sumberdaya yang dimiliki dan produk yang akan dihasilkan. Metode penelitian ini penyusunan rencana kerja meliputi penentuan maksud dan tujuan, sasaran lokasi, waktu pelaksanaan, metode pelaksanaan dan output kegiatan. Hasilnya produk existing pada Desa Salutiwo dan Desa Kinatang Kecamatan Bonehau Kabupaten Mamuju serta Desa Taora Kecamatan Buntu Malangka Kabupaten Mamasa. Lingkup pekerjaan pengembangan model bisnis KPH pada Balai Pengelolaan DAS dan Hutan Lindung Lariang Mamasa di Kabupaten Mamuju dan Kabupaten Mamasa secara umum meliputi tahap persiapan meliputi koordinasi dengan pihak terkait, penyiapan dan pembekalan team dalam bentuk in house training, penyusunan instrumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the constraints faced by high school teachers in Jambi in the students learning process. Those constrains are ranging from planning, implementing, to evaluating learning outcomes. The study was conducted in public high school in Jambi for 8 months. Subjects in this study are subject teachers, principals, supervisors, and supervisors. While the object of this research includes teacher learning documents and infrastructure facilities. This research uses qualitative approach and based on field study. It belongs to phenomenological research and includes descriptive research type. The data were collected using questionnaires, interview guides, observation guides, documentation, and portfolios. The result of the research reveals that public high school teachers in Jambi are experiencing difficulties in planning process of learning. Some hindrances found in the process of implementing student learning in the classroom are the large number of students in each class and the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure. Whereas the hindrance in the process of evaluating student learning outcomes came from ineffective design qualities.

Abstract

This study investigates how family economic education influences students' financial behaviors, focusing on managing consumptive tendencies. Five hypotheses are used in this study, which employs quantitative statistical analysis techniques. One hundred and fifty of the 340 students enrolled in the Economics Education department at Jambi University were chosen for the study. The study's conclusions show that: 1) A student's financial management and consumption behavior are influenced by the kind of economic education they receive at home; 2) Family economic education gives guidance on socio-cultural order and economic literacy, helping to shape a child's non-consumptive personal character; 3) Having a solid understanding of economic demands allows one to plan ahead financially and make prudent financial decisions; 4) Students have a lot of understanding to change behavior from unintelligent to intelligent in understanding economic literacy and family economic education; and 5) Through order socio-cultural lifestyle through family economic education, students no longer follow excessive styles, based on careful consideration and in accordance with needs. This study came to the conclusion that in order for students to overcome their financial challenges, which include engaging in consumption activities, they must be able to master and apply economic knowledge acquired from family economic education, economic demands, socio-cultural order, and economic literacy in everyday life.

Abstract

The purpose of this study in developing the Gen Z International Economics E-Book provides easy and practical access in studying international economic trade material in the growth and development of generation Z. with this e-book the material is presented briefly, clearly, concisely, accompanied by various evaluation questions designed to improve soft skills. This research method uses R & D-based Development and Problem Based Learning by applying the Four-D model (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate), this method is applied to economic education students. The results of this study: 1) Become a means of improving economic literacy, especially Gen Z students, and 2) Construct the material developed in the e-book between the relationship between theory and practice so that Gen Z students understand better in real life. Through this study it is concluded that the use of this E-Book is useful in improving the soft skills of Gen Z students in college.

Objective study This is For know role from simplification bureaucracy increase rank for civil servant teachers, what is it? will impact to improvement motivation work for teachers in the environment Government Jambi Province . Method research used​ namely method qualitative , where data collection was carried out with technique interview in -depth and structured study academic previously , and documentation to a number of related documents​ with study This is the research result This show that simplification bureaucracy increase rank for civil servant teachers have role in increase motivation teacher work in the environment Government Jambi Province . Therefore That simplification bureaucracy increase rank especially for civil servant teachers it must be implemented No just above​ work , but in practice in the field.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengembangkan e book ekonomi internasional Gen Z berbasis problem based learning materi perdagangan ekonomi dalam pertumbuhan dan pembangunan. E book digunakan sebagai media informasi belajar dan pembelajaran yang interaktif baik secara personal di berbagai platform online. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Pengembangan R & D dengan menerapkan model Four-D. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa strata 1 di PTNS dan PTS di Provinsi Jambi. Hasil penelitian ini: 1) Meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai materi pembelajaran. 2) Membantu mahasiswa dengan mudah menyelesaikan berbagai kasus mengenai perdagangan ekonomi dalam pertumbuhan dan pembangunan, 3) Melalui validasi tim ahli e book dikembangkan akurat dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini disimpuklan dengan mengembangkan e book ini layak untuk dikembangkan sebagai bahan ajar yang digunakan di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

By carrying out this community service activity, the aim is to analyze the implementation of content mastery services to help overcome student learning difficulties, and determine the application of content mastery services to improve student learning achievement. This activity method uses service actions. The subjects in this activity were 32 class XI IPS 1 students at SMAN 10 Jambi City. The data source in this activity is data obtained from respondents through observation, interviews and documents. The results of this activity found that 1) Implementation of Content Mastery Services to overcome learning difficulties and improve the learning achievement of class XI IPS 1 students at SMAN 10 Jambi City. This can be seen in the results of service activities on observation sheets, interview results and learning activities on counseling guidance material. The results of Cycle I students already understand the importance of having effective and efficient learning skills and mastery of 3M techniques. Meanwhile, in the results of cycle II, students understood and were able to demonstrate good learning behavior which was demonstrated in the form of discipline, cooperation and responsibility. This can be seen from the students' work, which is based on mutual agreement, which shows that they are able to exchange opinions, work together to solve every problem and are able to be accountable for every decision that has been mutually agreed upon.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk melakukan perubahan aspek ekonomi, sosial, budaya dan lainnya. Dalam hal ini pihak pemerintah Indonesia mengupayakan berbagai cara untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus covid-19, hal yang dilakukan diantaranya adanya aturan social distance bahkan diberlakukannya PSBB di beberapa daerah di Indonesia, serta adanya aturan wajib menggunakan masker dan mencuci tangan. Selain itu juga diberlakukannya peraturan untuk dirumah saja bagi para pekerja dan diberlakukannya sekolah melalui media jaringan online. Penetapan aturan tersebut dilakukan oleh pemerintah dengan berbagai pertimbangan serta adanya musyawarah terlebih dahulu. Meskipun sudah adanya peraturan yang ditetapkan masih banyak sekali masyarakat yang kurang peduli dan sadar mengenai bahaya dan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan diri pada masa pandemi. Khususnya di wilayah pedesaan seperti Desa Mendalo Indah, banyak sekali masyarakat yang tetap melakukan aktivitas seperti biasa tanpa menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Selain itu dimasa pandemi seperti sekarang.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini agar terjadi proses interaksi komunikasi antara guru dan siswa. di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP), Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dan kemudian Perguruan Tinggi di Universitas. Selain tahapan tersebut, pendidikan secara formal juga bisa ditempuh dengan berbagai macam metode seperti home schooling, e-learning, distance learning atau metode pendidikan lainnya yang sesuai dengan karakteristik atau kebutuhan anak untuk belajar. Pemilihan metode tersebut untuk mempermudah anak dalam belajar atau memberikan kelonggaran bagi anak untuk mengikuti pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, maka suatu proses atau kegiatan mengajar tidak serta merta dilakukan di dalam kelas saja, akan tetapi bisa dilakukan di lingkungan sekitar. Peran bahasa Indonesiadalam menghadapi perkembangan ekonomi dan pendidikan di Indonesia sangatlah penting. Dengan perkembangan yang semakin pesat kita secara sadar harus mempersiapkan bekal-bekal dalam menghadapinya. Berkemampuan bahasa Indonesiamerupakan salah satu bekal yang utama karena berkemampuan bahasa Indonesiaberarti secara konteks persaingan global ia memiliki kualitas sumber daya manusia yang tinggi. Sumber daya manusia yang tinggi akan mendorong kemajuan nasional, baik di bidang ekonomi maupun pendidikan. Kita sebagai masyarakat local yang berkemampuan bahasa Indonesiaakan menjadi masyarakat internasional yang unggul. Mempelajari bahasa Indonesiabukan berarti menghilangkan bahasa nasional. Tetapi mempelajari bahasa internasional untuk membawa kemajuan berupa pembangunan nasional.
