Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of wages and incentives on employee work productivity at the Bima City Land Agency Office. The research instrument used a Likert scale questionnaire. The study population was 43 respondents with purposive sampling, a sample of 30 respondents was obtained. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires and literature studies. Analysis with multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that partially wages did not have a significant effect on work productivity but incentives had a significant effect on work productivity. Simultaneously wages and incentives had a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan kerja dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bima. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 149 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling sejumlah 41 sampel pada pegawai bagian umum di sekretariat daerah kabupaten bima. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan keterlibatan kerja dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku employer branding di media sosial dan motivasi entrepreneur terhadap keputusan pencarian kerja Generasi Z. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 260 mahasiswa semester akhir STIE Bima dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling sejumlah 157 mahasiswa semester akhir. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan perilaku employer branding di media sosial dan motivasi entrepreneur terhadap keputusan pencarian kerja Generasi Z.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Individual Characteristics and Job Characteristics on Job Satisfaction of SPBE employees at PT Elnusa Petrofin Bima. The method used is quantitative research with an associative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and distribution of questionnaires to the entire population of 39 employees, using a saturated sampling technique. The results of the t-test indicate that Individual Characteristics have no significant effect on Job Satisfaction, while Job Characteristics have a significant effect. The results of the F-test indicate that Individual Characteristics and Job Characteristics simultaneously have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The results of this study recommend that companies focus more on managing job characteristics in order to improve employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on the performance of millennial generation employees in Dompu Regency. The research instrument used a Likert scale questionnaire. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling to obtain a sample of 96 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. Analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that both partially and simultaneously, work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of millennial generation employees in Dompu Regency.

Abstract

Generasi milenial di Kota Bima akan menjadi fokus penelitian ini, yang berupaya memahami bagaimana dorongan intrinsik dan insentif moneter memengaruhi produktivitas di tempat kerja. Ciri-ciri individu yang dimiliki oleh mereka yang lahir di generasi milenial (mereka yang lahir antara tahun 1980 dan 2000) membentuk pendekatan dan kinerja mereka di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan reward terhadap produktivitas kerja.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian asosiatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS for windows Kata kunci: kata kunci abstrak (motivasi kerja, reward, produktivitas kerja, generasi milenial).Hasil penelitian secara parsial dan simultan variabel motivasi kerja dan reward berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada generasi milenial di kota bima.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the principal's leadership style and organizational culture on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bima. The research instrument used a Likert scale questionnaire. The population was 93 respondents with a sample of 40 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. Analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that both leadership style and organizational culture have a significant influence on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bima, partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and teamwork on improving employee performance at the Bima Regency Transportation Agency. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were all employees and P3k totaling 65 people, with a sample of 45 ASN employees and 20 P3k employees determined using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, and literature studies, while data analysis was carried out through validity tests, reliability tests, class assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation tests, determination coefficient tests, t tests and F tests. The results of the study indicate that 1) Communication has a significant effect on improving Employee Performance at the Bima Regency Transportation Agency, 2) Teamwork has a significant effect on improving employee performance at the Bima Regency Transportation Agency, 3) Communication and teamwork simultaneously have a significant effect on improving employee performance at the Bima Regency Transportation Agency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work ethic and work discipline on the performance of Bima city population and civil registration service employees. The sample in this study was 32 ASN. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that partially and simultaneously work ethic and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of Bima city population and civil registration service employees.

Abstract

Freedom to Learn Independent Campus (MBKM) Entrepreneurship activities are students' freedom to study outside of higher education. Through collaboration with various universities, students will be involved in entrepreneurial learning which builds entrepreneurial spirit, gains entrepreneurial experience, and improves students' work abilities. The aim of community service activities carried out by KKNT_MBKM STIE BIMA students is to empower the local community by utilizing the local potential of the starfruit plant more optimally. This empowerment is carried out through product innovation in the form of sweets, juice drinks and masks as well as attractive product packaging. The methods used in this service activity are socialization, training and mentoring through the preparation, implementation and monitoring and evaluation stages of activities. This community service activity produces various processed products from the starfruit plant which are packaged firmly and safely with attractive designs.
