Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and teamwork on improving employee performance at the Bima Regency Transportation Agency. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were all employees and P3k totaling 65 people, with a sample of 45 ASN employees and 20 P3k employees determined using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, and literature studies, while data analysis was carried out through validity tests, reliability tests, class assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation tests, determination coefficient tests, t tests and F tests. The results of the study indicate that 1) Communication has a significant effect on improving Employee Performance at the Bima Regency Transportation Agency, 2) Teamwork has a significant effect on improving employee performance at the Bima Regency Transportation Agency, 3) Communication and teamwork simultaneously have a significant effect on improving employee performance at the Bima Regency Transportation Agency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work ethic and work discipline on the performance of Bima city population and civil registration service employees. The sample in this study was 32 ASN. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that partially and simultaneously work ethic and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of Bima city population and civil registration service employees.

Abstract

Freedom to Learn Independent Campus (MBKM) Entrepreneurship activities are students' freedom to study outside of higher education. Through collaboration with various universities, students will be involved in entrepreneurial learning which builds entrepreneurial spirit, gains entrepreneurial experience, and improves students' work abilities. The aim of community service activities carried out by KKNT_MBKM STIE BIMA students is to empower the local community by utilizing the local potential of the starfruit plant more optimally. This empowerment is carried out through product innovation in the form of sweets, juice drinks and masks as well as attractive product packaging. The methods used in this service activity are socialization, training and mentoring through the preparation, implementation and monitoring and evaluation stages of activities. This community service activity produces various processed products from the starfruit plant which are packaged firmly and safely with attractive designs.

Abstract

The application of business ethics to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Punti Village is very important to increase competitiveness and business desirability. This research aims to examine the application of business ethics in running a business among MSMEs in Punti Village, as well as its impact on business development and relationships with consumers. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach on several MSMEs in Punti Village. The research results show that implementing business ethics which includes honesty, transparency, and social responsibility can increase consumer trust, strengthen relationships with suppliers, and create positive social change in the village. However, challenges in implementing business ethics include limited knowledge and local customs which sometimes conflict with the principles of business ethics.

Abstract

Tujuan. Riset Ini Bertujuan Mengetahui Pengaruh Job Involvement (Keterlibatan Kerja), Job Satisfaction (Kepuasan Kerja) Dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Raba Bima. Metode. Jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel adalah 42 responden dengan teknik sampling ialah purposive sampling. Data primer diperoleh dengan kuesioner likert. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana berbantuan SPSS for windows. Hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial hanya Job Satisfaction (Kepuasan Kerja) yang tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi namun secara simultan Job Involvement (Keterlibatan Kerja), Job Satisfaction (Kepuasan Kerja) Dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Raba Bima. Implikasi. Kantor pelayanan Pajak Pratama Raba Bima selalu melibatkan pegaai dalam setiap pekerjaan tim dan individu serta tetap mempertahankan lingkungan kerja yang baik dan harmonis agar komitmen organisasi tetap terjaga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bima. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 69 orang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, variabel kompetensi dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi dan efektivitas komunikasi dalam rangka mendorong kinerja pegawai yang optimal di lingkungan instansi pelayanan publik.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fleksibilitas waktu kerja dan dukungan sosial terhadap kepuasan kerja generasi Y di kota Bima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh generasi Y yang ada di kota Bima. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 96 respoden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pegumpulan data dengan observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fleksibiltas waktu kerja dan dukungan sosial secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja generasi Y di Kota Bima. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan fleksibilitas waktu kerja dan dukungan kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja generasi Y di Kota Bima. Kata Kunci: Dukungan Sosial, Fleksibilitas Waktu Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

Introduction/Objective: This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and organizational commitment on employee morale at the Bima City Agriculture Service. Background of the Problem: The Agriculture Service has a fairly large part in good service efforts, but to achieve this, high employee morale is needed. Novelty: Different from previous studies, examining the same variables but focusing on employee morale in the agency. Research Method: This study uses a Likert scale questionnaire with a sample of 58 respondents. Findings/Results: Partially and simultaneously, the variables of the work environment and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee morale. Conclusion: A conducive work environment will make them feel comfortable, motivated, and give their best performance. In addition, organizational commitment is an internal drive that encourages someone to work with enthusiasm, diligence, and focus on the goals they want to achieve in their work

Abstract

Introduction/Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work quality on employee work performance at the Soromandi Sub-district Office, Bima Regency. Background of the Problem: The Soromandi Sub-district Office as one of the government units in Bima Regency has a strategic role in providing administrative services and government management so that it requires good competence and work quality. Novelty: Different from previous studies, examining the same variables but focusing on employee work performance in the agency. Research Method: This study uses a Likert scale questionnaire with a sample of 32 respondents. Findings/Results: Partially, only work quality has a significant effect on work performance, but simultaneously, competence and work quality have a significant effect on employee work performance at the Soromandi Sub-district Office, Bima Regency. Conclusion: High employee competence and good work quality reflect professionalism, responsibility, and commitment to work so that it can improve employee work performance.

Abstract

Abstrak: Semangat kerja adalah kesenangan tenaga kerja untuk melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan yang diserahkan kepadanya sehingga pekerjaan dapat selesai dengan tepat waktu . Semangat kerja akan merangsang seseorang untuk mampu berkarya dan beraktivitas dalam pekerjaannya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kebudayaan, Pemuda dan olahraga kabupaten Bima. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah.31 ASN dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi lienar berganda berbantuan SPSS for widows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kebudayaan, Pemuda dan olahraga kabupaten Bima.
