Abstract

- Parenting style undoubtedly has influenced the outcome of children and young adults psychological wellbeing and academic achievement. This review article highlights three research papers regarding parenting style and its implications on human development. The aforementioned parenting styles include Authoritarian, Permissive/indulgence, Authoritative and Neglective. All of the research papers using quantitative methods empirically proved that parenting style and home education have positively influenced human development. These articles provide a thorough description of parenting style correlated with the adolescent outcome. This review paper divided into a summary of each research paper followed by a brief analysis on each study. The final section will include the comprehensive analysis on the three papers and its recommendation on the field of human development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence customer interest in buying halal processed food. We use the voluntary sampling method with 110 respondents who are halal food customers in Indonesia. The data analysis was performed using the SEM-PLS method. The research was conducted for one month by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. This study to analyze brand image, perceived quality, perceived value, halal certification, health, halal awareness, and halal marketing as factors that influence customers' halal purchase intentions. The results showed that halal awareness, brand image, halal certification, health reasons, and perceived value have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance of the employee of a HVAC industry in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness for change. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 224 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership have not significant effect on the employee performance, but transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the employee of a HVAC industry in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership have not significant effect on the employee performance, but transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to compare the results of quantitative research data analysis in the marketing field using Lisrel, Tetrad, GSCA, SPSS, SmartPLS, WarpPLS and Amos software for a large sample, in this study the number of samples was 500 respondents. This research method is quantitative and research data analysis uses the four types of software to obtain a comparison of the results of the analysis. The analysis in this study focuses on the analysis of hypothesis testing and regression analysis. The data from this study uses quantitative data derived from questionnaire data totaling 500 respondents with three research variables, namely the independent variable digital marketing, customer satisfaction, and the dependent variable customer loyalty. Based on the results of the analysis using Lisrel, GSCA, SPSS, SmartPLS, WarpPLS and Amos software for a large sample of 500 respondents, the results showed that there was no significant difference in the significance value of p-value and t-value. There is also no significant difference in the determination value, and the correlation value in the resulting structural equation also has no significant difference in results.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan hasil analsis data penelitian kuantitatif bidang marketing menggunakan software SPSS, SmartPLS, WarpPLS dan Amos untuk jumlah sampel besar, pada penelitian ini jumlah sampel 500 responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan analisis data penelitian menggunakan keempat jenis software tersebut untuk didapatkan perbandingan hasil analisis. Analisis dalam penelitian ini fokus pada analisis uji hipotesis dan analisis regresi. Data hasil penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang berasal dari data kuesioner yang berjumlah 500 responden dengan tiga variabel penelitian, yaitu variabel independent digital marketing , customer satisfaction, dan variabel dependen customer loyalty. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan software Amos, SPSS, SmartPLS dan WarpPLS untuk jumlah sampel responden besar yaitu 500 responden diperoleh hasil bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada nilai signifikansi p-value dan t-value. Nilai determinasi yang dihasilkan juga tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan, serta nilai korelasi pada persamaan struktural yang dihasilkan juga tidak ada perbedaan hasil yang signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial literacy, parents’ social economic and student lifestyle on students’ personal financial management. This study used quantitative methods and data analysis techniques of Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research sample used a random sampling method. The data used primary data collected through a questionnaire. The number of returned and valid questionnaires was 220 samples. The data was processed by using SEM. The results of the study concluded that financial literacy had a significant effect on students’ personal financial management, student lifestyle had a significant effect on students’ personal financial management, and parents’ social economics had a significant effect on students’ personal financial management. The novelty of this research was the Correlation model of financial literacy, parents’ social economic and student lifestyle on students’ personal financial management. The results of this study can be a reference for further research that can be applied in other organizations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the SVLK Timber Legality and Verification System, FSC Chain of Custody, PEFC Sustainable Forest Management for wood and wood-based products on the competitiveness of the wood industry in Central Java. This research was conducted in several companies that process wood or use wood as the main material in Central Java with a total of 300 respondents. The respondents of this study are wood industry employees as top management, managers and staff who have been implementing SVLK, FSC, PEFC for at least 2 years. The background of this study is due to the lack of PEFC, FSC and SVLK research on the wood industry in Indonesia's Central Java province. Data collection was carried out by distributing electronic questionnaires online during January 2020 and analyzing data processing using Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Linear Structural Model (LISREL) software version 8.70. The analysis shows that the application of SVLK, FSC Chain of Custody, PEFC Sustainable Forest Management significantly and positively affects the company's competitiveness such as increased customer satisfaction, increased sales and decreased customer complaints.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between innovative work behaviour on satisfaction, innovative work behaviour on job performance, organizational citizenship behaviour on job performance, organizational citizenship behaviour on job satisfaction, innovative work behaviour on job performance through job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behaviour on job performance through job satisfaction. This study uses quantitative methods to test and prove the hypotheses that have been made through various tests and data processing. The number of samples in this study is the first 210 respondents of tourism industry in Banten, Indonesia.Based on data analysis by SmartPLS shows innovative work behaviour has significant effect on satisfaction, innovative work behaviour has significant effect on performance, organizational citizenship behaviour has significant effect on satisfaction, organizational citizenship behaviour has significant effect on performance, innovative work behaviour has significant effect on job performance through satisfaction, organizational citizenship behaviour has significant effect on performance through satisfaction.
