This study aimed to measure the effect of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior on the teacher performance of private school teachers in Tangerang. The data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the private school teacher population in Tangerang. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 113 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Besides, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. This new research proposed a model for building the teacher performance among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. This research could pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict and social support (supervisor, peer, and family support) on the job satisfaction of the female employees of two private companies in Indonesia. Data collection was done by simple random sampling of 145 population of female employees. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 139 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict, peer support, and family support have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, supervisor support has not a significant effect on job satisfaction. This new research proposed a model for building job satisfaction among the private company employees in Indonesia through enhancing social support and manage work-family conflict.

This research aims to measure the effect of authentic leadership style and psychological capital on the innovative work behavior of a manufacturing company in Indonesia. Psychological capital also plays a role as a mediation between the relationship between authentic leadership and innovative work behavior. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling to the 213 population. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 195 samples. Data processing was using the SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research are authentic leadership style and psychological capital have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Psychological capital as a mediator for the relationship between authentic leadership style and innovative work behavior. This novel research is proposing a model to enhance innovative work behavior among employees of a manufacturing company in Indonesia through authentic leadership practice and psychological capital. This research can pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing global business competition.

This study aims to measure the effect of social support (supervisor, peer, and family support) on teacher performance in five private elementary schools in Tangerang. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling to 102 primary school teacher populations. The results of the questionnaire were valid and returned as many as 92 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that all social support factors consisting of supervisor support, peer support, and family support had a positive and significant effect on performance. While the support supervisor has no significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers. This new research proposes a model for building performance among private primary school teachers in Tangerang through increasing social support for teacher employment.

This study aims to analyze the effect of religiosity and service quality on job satisfaction in micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) industry employees by taking a sample of 120 employees from ten MSME industries in Indonesia. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), Smart PLS v.3.0. The results showed that religiosity had a positive and significant effect on service quality. Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and service quality has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Research results can be used as a basis for improving and maintaining employee job satisfaction in MSME industries through increasing religiosity and service quality of company employees.

The purpose of this study was to measure the influence of individual soft skills as individual factor on lecturer innovation capability through organizational learning as a organizational factor and mediating variable. Data were collected by using simple random sampling to the lecturer population of a private higher education in Indonesia. The number of returned and valid questionnaires was 103 samples. Data were processed by using SEM with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study concluded that individual soft skills had positive and significant influence on lecturer innovation capability, both directly and indirectly through a mediating effect of organizational learning. This study proposed a model for improving lecturer innovation capability of lecturers in Indonesia through individual soft skills (as individual factor) and organizational learning (as organizational factor). This study can open the way to improve lecturer readiness in facing education 4.0 era.

The purpose of this study was to measure and compare the influence of transactional and transformational leadership on lecturer innovation capability. This study aimed to measure the effect of perceived organizational support (organizational factor) on the performance of private company employees in West Java which is mediated by employee engagement (individual factor). The data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the employees as population. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 221 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on the employee's performance, both directly and indirectly through mediating employee engagement. This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership and readiness for change on employee performance of the employee of a chemical industry. In this study, readiness for change is mediating variable. Data was collected from 220 returned questionnaire of samples taken by random sampling. Data was analysed using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study showed that transformational leadership had a significant effect on readiness for change, transformational leadership and readiness for change have a significant effect on the employee performance, readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Readiness for change functioned as a partial mediator. This new research proposed a model for managing employee performance among the employee of the chemical industry in Indonesia through developing transformational leadership practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.
