Abstract

Abstrak  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan di salah salah satu industri otomotif di Banten yang dimediasi oleh kesiapan untuk perubahan. Pengumpulan data penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling terhadap 294 orang populasi dan hasil kuesioner yang kembali dan valid adalah 205 orang sebagai sampel. Pemrosesan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan juga bahwa kesiapan untuk berubah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan. Kesiapan untuk berubah sebagai full-mediator. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah model untuk membangun kinerja karyawan di antara karyawan industri otomotif di Banten melalui peningkatan praktik kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kesiapan untuk berubah sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan karyawan dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan transformasional, kesiapan untuk berubah, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the integrated management system to Quality Performance. This research was conducted in several packaging industrial in the province of Banten, The respondents were 144 employees from 12 companies of packaging industry which have implemented the Integration Management System for at least five years. The background of the study is due to the lack of research on the ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 22000: 2018. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires and analysis of data using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using a Linear Structural Model (LISREL) version 8.70. The results showed that the application of Integration Management System ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 22000: 2018 a significant influence to quality performance such as increased customer satisfaction index, customer complaint reduction, reduction of defects, decrease product returns and reduced cost of quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether Indonesia is ready for self-directed learning. This study utilizes a qualitative descriptive method, employing note-taking to gather data by listening to the oral narration from the MetroTV YouTube channel video titled "Townhall - Is Indonesia Ready for Self-Directed Learning?" presented therein. The study's findings explain that the concept of Self-Directed Learning is an effort to transform education in Indonesia, encouraging students to transition from rote memorization-based approaches to enhancing critical thinking, creativity, independence, and the values of Pancasila. This concept has garnered diverse opinions and faced challenges, particularly in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Success measurement for this program involves various indicators, such as student enthusiasm and teacher readiness, but also involves issues related to budget constraints and uneven digital access. There is a growing awareness of the need for participation and dialogue among various stakeholders to refine and implement the Self-Directed Learning concept. This educational transformation requires commitment and collaborative efforts from all parties and has significant long-term impacts.

Abstract

The use of technology in education has become a major focus to improve the quality of learning in Indonesia. However, many teachers face a number of problematic issues in adopting and utilizing Technology in the learning system. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the challenges faced by teachers in Implementation Technology Information in the learning process. This study report uses a descriptive qualitative method by doing simak catat because the data system is obtained by listening to oral narratives from the youtube channel news one entitled "Encourage changes in the world of education" presented by gembul teacher. The results of this study explain that other problematic issues identified include data security and privacy issues, lack of resources for Technology device maintenance, and the digital divide among students. Improvement efforts include increased teacher training in Technology utilization, improved Technology infrastructure in schools, and policies that support the integration Technology Information in the curriculum. By addressing these issues, teachers in Indonesia can more effectively utilize information technology to improve the quality of education and provide better learning experiences for students.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the importance of intellectual intelligence and the influence of emotional intelligence in the world of education. This study report uses a descriptive qualitative lecture method by listening and taking notes because the source of the information was obtained from one of Gita Wirjawan's YouTube channels, namely about "Intelligence & Happiness in a Neuroscience Perspective'' where the content is that one of the keys to happiness is the ability to control emotions so as not to too often hijacks common sense. But from a neuroscience perspective, the extent of the modern human brain, in essence, is not much different from the brains of its predecessors. Neuroscience in developing intellectual intelligence is very important, because the structure of the nervous system underlies human actions in both cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. To make it easier to develop intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence  through interesting and fun learning.

Abstract

Kampus Merdeka, an initiative in Indonesian higher education, has sparked intense debate. This article explores the polemics surrounding Kampus Merdeka, including campus autonomy, freedom to choose courses, and education financing, as well as the potential benefits of this initiative. We examine the perspectives of Professor Nizam, the Director-General of Higher Education, who supports the initiative, and Ilham Habibie, the founder of Orbit Future Academy, who sees it as an opportunity to enhance creativity and innovation among students. With careful oversight, Kampus Merdeka has the potential to bring positive changes to Indonesia's higher education landscape.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the importance of Student Organizations from different points of view. In this study report, a qualitative descriptive method was used by observing closely because the data source was obtained by listening to oral narratives from the Satu Persen - Indonesian Life School Youtube channel entitled "Student Organizations: Are They Not Selling?" which he explained. The results of this study explain the low interest of students in supporting organizations at their university. This research began with data on the decline in student interest in student organizations.

Abstract

The purpose of this discussion is to describe education in Indonesia as the key to social justice because quality and equitable education can open up equal opportunities for every individual to achieve prosperity and equal treatment. This study report uses a descriptive qualitative method by taking notes because the data source was obtained by listening to the oral narrative from Anies Baswedan's YouTube channel entitled "Education is the Key to Social Justice" presented by the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Mr Anies Baswedan. Explains that social justice must be realized because of one of the principles or principles of the ideology of the Indonesian nation, Pancasila. As a principle, it should have a higher position than the constitution. Therefore, all regulations and policies made by the state must contain values ​​deduced from these principles.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to present a video review with critical reading with the title Current Education Problems by Satu Persen – Indonesia Life School. Descriptive qualitative research methods were used to analyze the video content. The results of the study show that this video requires looking at the problems that exist in the current education system regarding the importance of school and real life which will have an impact on future life, of course also with a fraction of a percent improvement to advance the current education system, namely by showing the positive side of things that will have an impact on good habits, creating creativity and innovation that will support changing these positive habits.

Abstract

The goal is to transition children from Early Childhood Education (PAUD) to Primary School (SD) with an approach that emphasizes character development, social skills and language. The "Freedom to Learn" program views the importance of changing negative perceptions of learning at an early age, by focusing on enjoyable learning experiences. In the discussion, concrete steps were introduced to achieve the 6 foundational abilities in children, involving the roles of parents, teachers and partnerships with various parties. The transition from PAUD to SD is expected to be a meaningful moment, supporting children's character, and involving broad involvement from the community
