Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis respons Amerika Serikat tentang pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia di Iran dalam rentang waktu 2021 hingga 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan studi pustaka sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan berbagai teori dan konsep, termasuk teori konflik, konsep HAM, dan kebijakan luar negeri. Konsep HAM diterapkan untuk mengevaluasi dasar dari sikap yang diambil oleh AS, yang diinterpretasikan melalui respons mereka terhadap pemerintah Iran. Meskipun Amerika Serikat mengusung prinsip universalisme dalam kebijakan luar negerinya, sering kali terdapat ketegangan dengan nilai-nilai Islam yang dipegang di Iran. Selama periode 2021 hingga 2023, terdapat sejumlah perkembangan yang signifikan dalam situasi HAM di Iran, yang menunjukkan perlunya dukungan lebih lanjut dari komunitas internasional untuk membantu negara tersebut dalam mengatasi dan mengurangi kasus-kasus pelanggaran HAM yang terjadi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam mengenai kompleksitas hubungan antara kebijakan luar negeri AS dan isu HAM di Iran.

Abstract

Manifesting law off attraction is the law of attraction in the mind, what we think is a reflection of the tremendous force that is going to happen, if we think about it will send a signal that is realized in the real world. These goals or targets will increase mental thinking because the goals or targets that are thought of will motivate a person to behave and act, especially if he is confident that these goals and objectives will be achieved. The many tasks that accumulate, the competition of the modern era and the problems of life that plague fresh graduate students can they always think positively even with complicated circumstances, because at that age they really start life to work, prepare themselves to ease the burden on their parents, and some even think about building a household. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, which produces descriptive data in the form of words or sentences that are written systematically. The data collection technique was through interviews and documentation with students who had graduated from college, with a total of 10 male and 12 female students. The data analysis technique with interactive analysis focuses on extracting the meaning of the words and sentences used by the respondents during the interview. In conclusion, most new graduates always think positively in order to complete their studies. In fact, positive thoughts always make them very confident that they will get a good job and live a good life

Abstract

This research is motivated by an extracurricular program, the Madrasah Security Patrol Program (PKM), which is still relatively new and has good education at MAN 2 Padang City and has a myriad of achievements. This study aims to determine the management function of the extracurricular program, the Madrasah Security Patrol Program (PKM). This study uses a qualitative approach, with a case study research method. This research took place at MAN 2 Padang City, located at Jalan Gajah Mada No. 100 Padang, Padang Utara District, Gunung Pangilun Village, Padang City, West Sumatra Province. The researcher conducted a study on how to manage the extracurricular security patrol (PKM) at MAN 2 Padang City. The sources of this research were obtained from research subjects and research informants, namely the research subjects were the researchers themselves and the research informants were the supervisors, trainers, and members of the PKM extracurricular. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique used triangulation techniques (methods, techniques, and sources). The results of the study show (1) the form of extracurricular planning for this PKM program is determining the organization's goals, determining what materials will be given to extracurricular members during one semester and the training schedule. (2) the form of organization in this PKM extracurricular is the formation of an organizational structure, determining the team leader or danton and forming small groups to practice different variations of movements. (3) providing motivation in this PKM extracurricular is providing words of advice, support, and encouragement to members each and after training. (4) supervision of PKM extracurricular activities is carried out directly. This supervision means that the instructor and trainer are directly involved in every activity that takes place. (5) there are several aspects that are assessed in this PKM extracurricular, namely: Attendance, Mastery of Material, Practice, Attitude, and Solidarity. The results of the assessment of these aspects will be included in the report card grades of extracurricular members.

Abstract

Teachers nowadays face their own challenges in conducting teaching activities in their classrooms based on the Merdeka Curriculum. Investigating teachers' experiences in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in Junior High Schools (SMP), focusing on the challenges faced and the benefits obtained. A qualitative research method was employed, with data obtained through the analysis of internal school documents and teacher reflections. The findings indicate that teachers encounter various challenges in adopting the Merdeka Curriculum, particularly in understanding its concepts. However, they also find benefits from the flexibility provided by the curriculum, enabling them to design more relevant and engaging learning experiences for students. Teachers also undergo a change in their roles, shifting from traditional instructors to facilitators of learning more oriented towards developing students' skills. These findings underscore the importance of appropriate support and training for teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The implications of this research emphasize the need for better supportive.Keywords : Teacher, Independent Curriculum, Strategy

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to explore the implementation of local wisdom-based learning in primary school education in Penglipuran Village. This village is renowned as one of the traditional villages that has preserved its cultural values and traditions, particularly in education. The application of local wisdom-based learning is expected to enhance students' understanding of cultural heritage, strengthen their character, and foster early environmental awareness. This study employs a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving teachers, students, and the local community. The findings indicate that integrating cultural values into the learning process contributes to increased student motivation, deeper understanding of cultural values, and enriched learning experiences. However, challenges remain in its implementation, such as the limited availability of local culture-based learning resources and the lack of training for teachers to effectively adopt this approach. Therefore, collaboration between schools, the government, and the community is essential to develop a more systematic and sustainable local wisdom-based learning model.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada puskesmas Rantetayo. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai puskemas Rantetayo. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Rantetayo. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik pemberian kompensasi dan semakin tinggi tingkat disiplin kerja pegawai, maka kinerja pegawai akan semakin meningkat. Dan diharapkan Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai peran kompensasi dan disiplin kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam merancang kebijakan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas organisasi.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that play an important role in shaping the character of students based on the values ​​of the Qur'an. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the values ​​of the Qur'an as a strategy in the learning process at the Djaga Daeng Maroa Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with in-depth interview techniques as the main source of data collection. Information was obtained through interviews with female teachers who were directly involved in the learning process at the Islamic boarding school. The results of the study indicate that the values ​​of the Qur'an such as honesty, responsibility, and trustworthiness are integrated into learning activities through exemplary-based teaching, strengthening the habit of worship, and thematic methods based on the Qur'an. Female teachers also emphasize the importance of these values ​​in shaping the Islamic personality of students. The challenges faced include limited resources and resistance in implementing change, but this is overcome through the development of innovative and consistent learning programs. This study concludes that female teachers provide an in-depth description of the effectiveness of the implementation of the values ​​of the Qur'an as an educational strategy at the Djaga Daeng Maroa Islamic Boarding School. These results can be a reference for the development of learning methods based on Islamic values ​​in other educational institutions.

Abstract

Keripik Afacherry is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) specializing in various flavors of light snack chips, officially established in 2017. Digital transformation plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of MSMEs in the Industry 4.0 era. This study focuses on developing a web-based platform for ordering and logistics using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to address the challenges of the still predominantly manual system. Currently, the business relies on three sales methods: conventional (offline retail), social media, and e-commerce, all of which require manual interactions for stock checking, order confirmation, and payment validation. Using the RAD approach, the system is developed iteratively with key features such as digital payment integration, real-time order tracking, and automated inventory management. The findings indicate that implementing a web-based system can reduce order recording errors, accelerate distribution, and improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, digitalized logistics provide benefits in more accurate stock management and optimized delivery processes. Therefore, further development is necessary to enhance data security, optimize the user interface (UI/UX), and conduct sales data analysis to support more strategic business decision-making. The system simplifies previously manual ordering and logistics workflows, reduces the risk of data entry errors through a more structured digital system, and provides a foundational design ready for implementation in MSMEs.. This research is expected to serve as an innovative solution for MSMEs in overcoming digitalization challenges and increasing competitiveness in an increasingly dynamic market

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model combined with puzzle media on the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD 067257 Medan Amplas on fraction material. The background of this study is based on students' low understanding of the concept of fractions except for the presentation of abstract material and the use of conventional methods that are less interactive. The research method used is research and development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model, and the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach to deliver material with real contexts. The subjects of the study were 20 fourth grade students. The results showed that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class (average posttest 83.7) compared to the control class (average posttest 72.1). The t-test showed a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, which indicated a significant difference in learning outcomes between the two groups. These findings announce that the integration of the Jigsaw model with puzzle media is able to create a more active, collaborative, and enjoyable learning atmosphere, as well as significantly improve students' understanding of fraction material. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions to the innovation of mathematics learning strategies at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Puskesmas as a first-level health facility has the main responsibility in providing promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative services to the community. Air Saga Health Center is one of 9 health centers under the Belitung Regency Health Office. This health center serves a working area consisting of 6 villages/sub-districts with a population of 5,304 people and the outpatient service load reaches more than 15,000 visits a year. To carry out its duties, the Air Saga Health Center is supported by 57 health workers and non-medical employees, including 18 nurses, 2 dental nurses, 13 midwives, as well as 2 dentists and 2 general practitioners. The organizational structure and role of human resources in the health service system greatly affect the effectiveness of the organization as a whole. When workload increases without adequate human resource management, the risk of burnout becomes high. is a condition of emotional, physical, and mental fatigue that occurs due to prolonged work pressure, and has been proven to reduce the quality of health workers' services. Some studies show that burnout does not stand alone, but is often mediated by other factors, such as high workload and Work-Family Conflict (WFC). International research shows that Work-Family Conflict and workload simultaneously affect and degrade the performance of nurses and other medical personnel, both in developing countries such as Iran and developed countries such as South Korea and China. Studies in Indonesia also show that work-family conflicts, burnout, and work stress contribute significantly to the decline in nurse performance in various hospital and health center contexts
