Abstract

Death can occur anywhere, with or without prior treatment by a healthcare professional. A good and complete death registry will meet the information needs. Such a registry will also enhance community safety efforts and policymaking in the health and population sectors. Analysis of risk factors, signs, and symptoms observed before death provides useful information for estimating diseases or causes of death. Verbal autopsy data must be explored in more depth to protect public law and improve health statistics. Methods: This research used observational design. Data obtained from the Health and Demographic Surveillance System of Sleman. Research subjects were all deaths recorded in verbal autopsy document from 2014-2018. Descriptive statistical analysis was used. Results: Differences in the proportion of gender from 2014-2017 were observed, where the number of women was higher than men. Most deaths were above 65 years of age. Most deaths were natural deaths. Unnatural deaths were caused by traffic accidents, drowning, murder, and others, with the most number of cases occurring in 2014 (12%). Indeterminate deaths occurred annually, with the most cases in 2017 (13%). Conclusions: Verbal autopsy has succeeded in distinguishing between natural and unnatural death.

Abstract

Early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) is the first step in the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Colostrum contained in breast milk is useful for increasing the baby's immune system and reducing the IMR due to hypothermia. In addition, IMD is also useful for the relationship between mother and baby and makes babies feel calm. Early initiation of breastfeeding is the proportion of children born in the last 24 months who were placed at the breast within one hour of birth. According to Riskesdas 2018, nationally the IMD coverage is 58.2%, this figure needs to be increased to achieve the global target of 70%. There are factors that influence the practice of IMD, namely the attitude of the mother, the role of health workers, and the support of the closest people. The aim is to determine the knowledge of pregnant women about the importance of early initiation of breastfeeding in newborns. Method The research method used in this study is a literature review with the search for sources used, namely Google Scholar and indexed by Scopus with six literature publications from 2017-2021. Result: there is a relationship between mother's knowledge on the importance of early breastfeeding initiation in newborns. Conclusion: Based on the analysis that has been carried out that mother's knowledge about early initiation of breastfeeding will provide benefits for the baby and mother where imd will increase the bond of love between mother and baby and baby and mother feel calmer

Exclusive breastfeeding is highly recommended to be given to newborns until the age of six months and without breastfeeding assistance. The smooth release of breast milk in nursing mothers is a very important requirement to meet infant nutrition, breast milk is the best nutrition for babies to prevent infection and several other diseases. Objective: This study was to determine the importance of oxytocin massage in postpartum mothers. is a literature review study and the search for sources used, namely this article uses the literature study method from scientific journals with keyword guidance. Selected scientific journals number 6 journals represent the influence of oxytocin on breast milk production and provide varied information and literature used from 2017-2021. Results: Oxytocin massage is an alternative to overcome the unevenness of breast milk production, oxytocin massage is an attempt to trigger Prolactin and oxytocin hormones after delivery. Abstract

Children who experienced cases of acute kidney failure or AKI (acute kidney injury) between the end of August and the beginning of October 2022 in 27 provinces in Indonesia were the victims of the quality of the drug syrup product in a thorough manner, through risk-based sampling and testing, which started with the development of analytical methods EG/DEG contamination testing on finished products. Tests on solvent raw materials suspected of containing EG/DEG beyond the allowable limits were conducted, and it was discovered that EG/DEG that above the threshold might result in acute kidney failure. This is what makes people afraid to give children syrup concoctions that contain chemical medications. To convince the public of the efficacy and safety of herbal concoctions made from medicinal plants found all around us to be used as fever medicine and cough medicine for children, we hope to be able to explain through education that there are alternative herbal remedies that can be used to overcome the events that occurred. inexpensive, hygienic, and simple to prepare. The activity is conducted in the form of counseling and the showing of instructional videos on how to prepare herbal remedies for children's fever, cough, and flu. PKM events were successful and met with enthusiasm positive reaction from the locals of Sombalabella Village, Pattalassang District, Takalar Regency, as shown by the fact that after receiving education, their level of knowledge rose from 65% to 74.2%.

Abstract

Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic has brought many changes to people's lives in almost every activity, including education. Educational institutions are required to create a new culture in providing learning for their students. The current fact is that the younger generation is starting to lose its nationalist character. The decline in the character of nationalism is thought to be due to cultural changes that occurred as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the emergence of cases of brawls that occur between students and even the community, sometimes resulting in fatalities, the rise in bullying cases that occur among junior high school students and suicide cases among the younger generation. News These cases show how fragile the condition of the nation's next generation is. . This adaptive education is one way to bridge the gap that has arisen as a result of distance education implemented due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This adaptive education places greater emphasis on involvement in daily activities as a learning process. The research method used is the sequential exploratory method, namely collecting and analyzing qualitative data then collecting and analyzing quantitative data. In order to support quantitative data analysis, this research also applies qualitative data analysis techniques to analyze data from interviews and literature studies. The results of this research show that adaptive learning of Indonesian insight has a significant effect on the formation of nationalistic character with a correlation coefficient of R = 0.366. Where the influencing factors from internal and external are related to learning of Indonesian insight material which is the implementation of daily behavior.

Abstract

The Kutai Kartanegara Regency Government has launched the KUKAR IDAMAN Dedication Program (Innovative, Competitive, and Independent Kutai Kartanegara) as part of the 2021-2026 RPJMD, aimed at infrastructure development and economic empowerment. Loa Kulu, as the largest fish-producing area in East Kalimantan, plays a vital role in the development of the fisheries sector, particularly in tilapia aquaculture, which is recognized through the Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. Despite its significant potential, tilapia aquaculture faces challenges such as limited capacity among fish farmers, weak regulatory enforcement, and high production costs. This study aims to identify appropriate strategies for developing tilapia aquaculture using qualitative methods, including observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis is conducted using the SWOT approach and local economic concepts to support the implementation of the KUKAR IDAMAN program, with the hope of enhancing the effectiveness and sustainability of aquaculture efforts in the region.
