Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the influence of main financial indicators - net profit, debt to equity ratio (DER), revenue, and operational cash flow - on company financial performance as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). Using a multiple linear regression model, data from 50 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2015-2020 period was analyzed to identify the relationship between these independent variables and financial performance. The research results show that net profit, revenue and operational cash flow have a significant positive influence on the company's financial performance, while DER has a significant negative influence. The Adjusted R² values for the ROA and ROE models are 0.642 and 0.613 respectively, indicating that this model is able to explain around 64.2% and 61.3% of the variation in the company's financial performance. The F-Statistic which is significant at the 1% level indicates that the independent variables together have a significant effect on financial performance. These findings emphasize the importance of effective management of net profit, revenue and operational cash flow in an effort to improve the company's financial performance. On the other hand, companies need to be careful in using debt to maintain financial stability. Based on these results, companies are advised to improve operational efficiency, marketing strategies and cash flow management, as well as control the use of debt to maximize financial performance. Further research is recommended to consider the influence of external factors and other variables not included in this model, in order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence a company's financial performance.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the Promotion Strategy and the Role of Tourist Ambassadors in Increasing Tourist Visits in the Northern Market District of Penajam, as well as the inhibitory and supportive factors of such a strategy in increasing the number of tourist visits. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and field studies—data analysis using content analysis. The role of the tourist ambassador is to increase the number of tourist visits in the district of Penajam Paser North (PPU). A key informant from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, head of the Promotion Branch, took a sample of two tourist ambassadors, one visitor and one UMKM perpetrator. The data collection techniques in this study are observations, documentation and interviews. This research concludes that the implementation of the promotion strategy and the role of the tourist ambassador is not maximum; only use the existing potential to increase the number of tourist visits, the need for documents for the direction of tourism development, and the support of all elements or elements of the community, so that the tourism visits that exist in the PPU district can be stable without certain days alone. The entrepreneurs and tourist ambassadors have an essential role in the number of tourist visits, the need for a mature promotion strategy, and the presence of information boards of places, distances, and transpositions used in each tourist venue, thus making it easier for the community or other tourists to reach to visit tourist sites in the PPU district, using mass media, the web, and other means of promotion in disseminating tourism that exists in the district of PPU.

Abstract

Islamic Bank is a financial institution that collects public funds in the form of savings and distributes them to the public, in order to improve an economy. Bank financial institutions are very important to help micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who have difficulties in business capital issues. This research uses a type of descriptive qualitative research, which is obtained from the results of observational data and interviews which are described descriptively. The benefit of this research is to find out whether the role of murabahah working capital financing in supporting the development of a micro, small and medium enterprise has been carried out properly so that an MSME has progressed. The results of this study indicate that the role of murabahah working capital financing provided by Bank Kalbar Syariah Sambas Branch is very influential so that it can have a good impact on the business sector, so that the business being carried out experiences a development, this statement can be strengthened by the smooth payment of installments from business actors and a review of the business location was carried out from the Bank Kalbar Syariah Sambas Branch in the financing sector, and with full support in the form of providing facilities, namely business nameplate banners, table numbers, barcodes, EDC machines provided by Bank Kalbar Syaraiah Sambas Branch for the MSME business sector then the business being carried out is increasingly progressing very rapidly in business development, this is also supported by customers who make financing at the Sambas Branch Sharia Bank Kalbar, explaining that with the murabahah working capital financing the business he is undertaking is developing and experiencing a business progress.

Abstract

Background: Referring to the data released by the International Disaster Database in 2018, 315 natural disaster events were recorded. According to the NDMA (National Disaster Management Authority), there have been 309 landslide disasters recorded in Indonesia. Furthermore, the LADC (Local Agency for Disaster Countermeasure) of Karanganyar district recorded 50 landslides in 2020 in Ngargoyoso District. The lack of knowledge and attitudes regarding landslide disaster preparedness caused a significant disaster risk. Aim: To discover the knowledge level and the attitudes of the youths in Ngargoyoso regarding landslide preparedness. Method: This research was descriptive by using a purposive sampling technique with the number of sampling was 58 youths in Melikan village, along with the youth’s inclusion criteria which are willing to be respondents, actively participate in the youth organization, as well as the youths aged from 10-24 year old. Result: The univariate results exposed the respondent’s characteristics in which some of the youths are with senior high school education (63.8%), male gender (51.7%), unemployed (58.6%), youth’s knowledge levels in high category (50.0%) and youth attitudes in the high category (41.6%). Conclusion: This study showed that the level of youth’s knowledge and attitudes in Ngargoyoso village about preparedness is high.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dilema konseli dalam konteks konseling profesional dalam Islam, terutama dalam menjaga kerahasiaan informasi pribadi dalam proses konseling. Dengan pendekatan metode library research, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasilnya menyoroti kompleksitas dalam menavigasi antara prinsip-prinsip agama Islam yang menekankan pentingnya menjaga kerahasiaan dan etika profesional konseling yang mengedepankan transparansi dan efektivitas. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada gap dalam pemahaman antara konselor dan konseli terkait kerahasiaan, yang dapat mengurangi efektivitas konseling. Integrasi prinsip-prinsip Islam dengan praktik konseling modern menjadi tantangan, membutuhkan konselor yang memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang ajaran Islam dan keahlian dalam teknik konseling. Dengan memahami dilema ini secara mendalam, konseling dalam perspektif Islam dapat menjadi lebih efektif dalam membantu individu mengatasi masalah mental dan emosional mereka, sambil menjaga integritas moral dan sosial mereka.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian penerapan akuntansi keuangan pada pemerintah Desa Tokilo dengan Prinsip Akunansi Keuangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa dengan asas transparansi dan asas akuntabilitas. Jenis dan sumber data yang penulis kumpulkan dalam penelitian merupakan data primer dan data sekunder Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan cara mengumpulkan data, kemudian dikelompokkan selanjutnya disusun agar dapat di teliti berdasarkan teori yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan akuntansi keuangan desa Tokilo Kecamatan Pamona Tenggara Kabupaten Poso sudah sesuai dengan Prinsip akuntasni Keuangan dalam pengelolaan Keuangan Desa dalam asas Transparan dan asas Akuntabel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether of merchandise inventory has been implemented or not, and also to determine the implementation of the internal control system of inventory at PT. Friends of Agro Makmur.The method used is qualitative research. Data analysis techniques using the model of Miles and Huberman (1994) namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study: (1) Implementation of internal control of merchandise inventory at PT. Friends of Agro Makmur Sejahtera Palu have been implemented and are running quite well because they are supported by the Zahir computerized system that assists management in carrying out internal control, and (2) HR policies and training, management philosophy and operating models as well as organizational structures and delegation of authority and responsibility need to be evaluated and made in writing. Monitoring Risks that are not maximal have an impact on employee recruitment not in accordance with skills and educational background. Concurrent work tasks are excessive, but information and communication are quite effective because they are monitored directly by the leader and every morning breaving is always done.

Abstract

Merebaknya gedget yang dapat dioperasikan oleh anak usia dini memberikan dampak positif dan negatif jika tidak diimbangi dengan pola asuh yang baik dan benar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dampak pola asuh orangtua dan intensitas penggunaan gedget pada anak usia dini. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh orangtua yang diterapkan memberikan dampak pada intensitas penggunaan gedget yang berbeda, pertama pola asuh otoriter yang memberikan intensitas penggunaan gedget lebih sedikit pada anak, kedua pola asuh permisif dengan intensitas penggunaan gedget pada anak sangat tinggi dan bahkan tidak terbatas, ketiga pola asuh demokrasi yang memberikan intensitas penggunaan gedget yang relatif seimbang. Untuk itu orangtua harus memilih tipe pola asuh yang baik dan benar, sehingga akan memberikan dampak yang baik pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Misconceptions surrounding sexual consent often serve as a catalyst for sexual violence. The absence of explicit refusal in a sexual encounter does not necessarily indicate agreement. The debate over sexual consent education has gained prominence, particularly in the context of Indonesia’s Draft Law on the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence (RUU PKS). This study critically examines polarized perspectives on this issue using a qualitative approach and the Mubādalah framework to find common ground. The findings reveal two opposing positions. The Institute for Criminal Justice Reform (ICJR) emphasizes that the absence of consent is a primary cause of sexual violence, advocating for sexual consent education as a preventive measure. In contrast, the Indonesian Family Love Alliance (AILA Indonesia) argues that such education contradicts Indonesia’s cultural and religious values, potentially fostering sexual permissiveness. AILA proposes a preventive approach rooted in local norms and values. The Mubādalah perspective provides a mediating lens, emphasizing that sexual activities outside marriage are impermissible in Islam. It reframes sexual consent within marital contexts and advocates education that prioritizes respect, mutual consent, and adherence to ethical and religious principles. This balanced approach addresses both ICJR’s and AILA’s concerns, fostering a culture of respect and responsibility while upholding religious values to prevent sexual violence.

Abstract

Blood type is important for human life and is very useful in medical matters such as determining the blood type of parents and children, the success of medical procedures such as blood transfusions and organ transplants. Transfusion of blood from an incompatible group causes an immunological transfusion reaction resulting in hemolytic anemia, kidney failure, shock and death. Most of the students of Al-Fityan School Aceh's tahfiz program do not know their blood type. Apart from that, the students of the Al-Fityan School Aceh tahfiz program have minimal knowledge about blood types. The aim of this community service is to increase students' knowledge about the urgency of checking blood types and its application in everyday life. The target of this community service is the female students of the Al-Fityan School Aceh tahfiz program, consisting of 47 people. The implementation begins with education first and continues with a blood type check. Examination Results: The blood group of the female students of Tahfis Al- Fityan School Aceh is blood group O, namely 70% (31 people), while blood groups A and B are 12.8% (6 people) respectively and the smallest blood group frequency is blood group AB, namely 8.5% (4 people).
