Abstract

Global warming terjadi karena polusi udara dengan tingginya kadar karbon monoksida (CO) sehingga dapat memengaruhi tingkat suhu dan kelembapan. Dinas lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Provinsi Jawa Tengah memiliki alat sensor dan metode untuk memantau tingkat kualitas udara namun sistem kerja alat tersebut belum terkoneksi dengan jaringan internet dan mengharuskan petugas melakukan pengaktifan alat dan input data secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan melihat kinerja sistem transmisi yang lebih efisien dalam pengambilan dan pengiriman data dengan melihat tingkat Error Rate, Delay, dan RSSI dari modul transmisi. Untuk itu dibuatlah desain dengan konsep dasar menggunakan modul GSM berbasis teknologi seluler 2G untuk memantau dan mengirimkan hasil data suhu dan kelembapan dengan sensor DHT-22 dan gas CO dengan sensor GM-702B menuju Database. Dalam proses pengujian  transmisi data ke database diperoleh hasil rata-rata gas CO di Ngesrep bernilai 0.09 ppm dan di Kota Lama bernilai 0.73 ppm. Rata-rata suhu dan kelembapan di Ngesrep bernilai 29.9°C dan 71.03%, sementara di Kota Lama, nilainya adalah 35.1°C dan 52.1%. Tingkat kerusakan data bernilai 0 % di Ngesrep dan 2,56 % di Kota Lama serta tingkat kegagalan pengiriman data bernilai 3,44 % di Ngesrep dan 5,12 % di Kota Lama. Beserta dengan nilai RSSI di antara 31 – 28, tenaga yang dibutuhkan sekitar 1 – 2 Watt, dan latensi sekitar 40 sampai 50 detik.

Abstract

Posisi kerja adalah sikap tubuh pekerja saat melakukan pekerjaan. Bekerja dalam posisi duduk dan berdiri adalah dua jenis aktivitas kerja yang efektif dimana posisi kerja duduk dianggap serbaguna karena mobilitas dan kebebasan yang tinggi, yang memungkinkan pekerja melakukan tugas mereka dengan mudah dan efisien. Posisi tubuh saat bekerja dapat mempengaruhi meningkatkan gravitasi tekanan darah pada posisi tubuh, yang berdampak pada volume sirkulasi darah. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan posisi kerja dengan tekanan darah pada industri rumah tangga pengrajin purun di Kelurahan Palam Kota Banjarbaru. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 responden. Data dianalisa menggunakan uji kolerasi Spearman’s Rank. penggumpulan data dengan observasi metode REBA (rapid Entry Body Assesment), pengumpulan data tekanan darah menggunakan tensimeter, serta kuisioner digunakan untuk mengetahui karakteristik responden pengrajin purun. Hasil uji statistik kolerasi Sperman’s Rank pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil antara hubungan karakteristik responden yaitu, usia didapatkan nilai (p=0,003) (r=0,443), yang artinya ada hubungan antara usia dengan tekanan darah. IMT didapatkan nilai (p=0,035) (r=0,315), yang artinya ada hubungan antara IMT dengan tekanan darah, Riwayat penyakit didapatkan nilai (p=0,000) (r=0,635), yang artinya ada hubungan antara riwayat penyakit dengan tekanan darah. Dan posisi kerja dengan tekanan darah didapatkan nilai (p=0,470) (r=0,110), yang artinya tidak ada hubungan antara posisi kerja dengan tekanan darah. Diharapkan kepada pengrajin purun memiliki lama waktu kerja dengan maksimal hanya 8 jam/hari. Working position is worker's body posture when working. Working in a sitting and standing position are two types of efficient work activities where the sitting working position is considered versatile due to its high mobility and flexibility. Which allows workers to carry out their tasks easily and efficiently. Body position when working can influence the increase in blood pressure gravity in the body, which has an impact on the volume of blood circulation.The purpose of the research is to determine and analyze the relation between work position and blood pressure in the household industry of Purun craftsmen in Palam Village, Banjarbaru City. This research is observational analytic with a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study was 45 respondents. The data were analyzed using The Spearman's Rank correlation test. Data collection using The REBA (Rapid Entry Body Assessment) observation method, blood pressure data collection using a blood sphygmomanometer, and questionnaires were used to determine the characteristics of Purun craftmen respondents. From the correlation statistical test of Sperman's Rank in this study, the results obtained between the characteristics of the respondents, which is,age (p=0.003) (r=0.443) which means there is a relation between age and blood pressure. IMT (p=0.035) (r=0.315) which means there is a relation between IMT and blood pressure. Disease History (p=0.000) (r=0.635) which means there is a relation between disease history and blood pressure. Work Position (p=0.0470) (r=0.110) which means there is no relation between working position and blood pressure. Purun craftsmen are expected to have a maximum working time of only 8 hours/day.

Abstract

Manusia dalam memenuhi kebutuhan iakan air harus memperhatikan aspek kualitas dan kuantitas. Khususnya aspek kualitas bakteriologis. Salah satu sarana air bersih sebagian besar yang digunakan oleh masyarakat adalah sumur gali. Data yang tercatat dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Banjarbaru tahun 2023, diketahui kasus diare tertinggi terjadi pada Kecamatan Banjarbaru Utara Kelurahan Sungai Ulin dengan jumlah 631 kasus. Berdasarkan data penyakit di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Ulin, Kecamatan Banjarbaru Utara pada tahun 2023, untuk kasus diare tertinggi yang terjadi berjumlah 23 kasus diare. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan risiko sarana air bersih dengan kualitas bakteriologis total coliform di Kelurahan Sungai Ulin Kota Banjarbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survey analitik dan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh sumur gali di tiga Rukun Tetangga (RT 19, RT 20idan RTi21) sebanyak i40idan sampelnya sebanyak 30 dengan kriteria khusus yaitu sumur gali yang menggunakan penutup dari kayu atau seng. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman’s rho, hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan dinding sarana air bersih dengan kualitas bakteriologis total coliform dapat dikatakan signifikan dan tidak ada hubungan bibir, lantai, SPAL, jarak sumber pencemar dan risiko sarana air bersih dengan kualitas bakteriologis total coliform dapat dikatakan tidak signifikan. Saran yang diberikan antara lain melakukan pengolahan terhadap air sebelum di pergunakan untuk keperluan rumah tangga atau di konsumsi seperti pemberian chlorin diffuser dan memasak air sebelum di konsumsi untuk keperluan air minum. One of the clean water facilities used by the community is the well. In 2023, It is known that the highest cases of diarrhea occurred in Banjarbaru Utara District Sungai Ulin Sub-district with a total of 631 cases. Based on disease data in the work area of the Sungai Ulin Healt Center, Banjarbaru Utara District in 2023, the highest diarrhea cases that occur are 23 cases of diarrhea. This study was aimed to determine the relationship risk of clean water facilities with bacteriological quality total coliform in Sungai Ulin Sub-district Banjarbaru City. This type of research was an analytic survey and cross sectional research design. The population of this study was all wells in Three Neighbourhood (19,20 and 21 Neighbourhood) of 40 and samples of 30 with special criteria namely dug wells that use wood or zinc cover. Data analysis using Spearman's rho correlation test, the results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between the walls of clean water facilities and the bacteriological quality of total coliform can be said to be significant and there was no relationship between lips, floors, SPAL, distance from pollutant sources and risk of clean water facilities with bacteriological quality of total coliform can be said to be insignificant. The suggestions given include treating water before it is used for household purposes or consumption such as providing a chlorine diffuser and cooking water before consumption for drinking water purposes.

Abstract

Migrant worker evacuation strategies are vital for ensuring safety and operational continuity in high-risk sectors, particularly the oil and gas industry. Despite global safety policies, significant challenges in implementing effective evacuation strategies remain, as demonstrated by an Indonesian oil and gas company operating in Algeria and Iraq. Issues such as unclear protocols, limited resources, and poor inter-party coordination persist. This study utilizes a conceptual approach to examine the evacuation management strategies for migrant workers in these high-risk environments through a qualitative multiple case study approach, including interviews, focus group discussions, and AI-driven data analysis. The research identifies strengths in legal frameworks, planning, and technology, but also highlights critical gaps in evaluation, resource allocation, and organizational coordination. These gaps require more integrated and adaptive strategies. The study underscores the importance of communication, digital technology, and robust data protection in improving evacuation efficiency while safeguarding privacy. This research contributes to risk and crisis management literature, offering practical insights for multinational companies in the oil and gas sector. By optimizing migrant worker evacuation strategies, companies can enhance safety, operational sustainability, and crisis resilience, ultimately leading to more comprehensive and effective evacuation plans for their workforce in complex, high-risk environments.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide training on how to improve the quality of MSME human resources by improving social media-based marketing using digital skills. This training was carried out by the community service team at the Muhammadiyah University of Technology Jakarta in collaboration with the Telkom Community Development Center Bandung. Through this training, it is hoped that MSMEs will understand and master digital technology. Training is held offline through lectures and discussions on digital concepts. The use of digital is expected to grow a social network without limits. MSME stakeholders can find out the benefits of social media-based marketing such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, and others so that MSME products offer more opportunities to expand business networks and increase sales.

Abstract

Integrating sustainability into risk management is essential for the agri-food sector, as it addresses socio-ecological factors in business operations. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is widely used for risk management but often lacks precise numerical analysis. This paper subsequently evaluates these enhancements to FMEA, with the objective of (1) conducting a comprehensive examination of research on sustainable risk management in the agri-food industry, and (2) Analyze recent research on improving the FMEA method's effectiveness in risk management. The mini-review is systematically organized by collecting articles, selecting them based on publication year and keywords, screening titles, screening for inclusion, assessing quality through a full-text review, extracting, and analyzing data, and finally reporting the findings. An analysis of 20 papers from 2010 to 2024 was conducted, examining a variety of frameworks. The mini-review was chosen for its flexibility and focus, making it ideal for offering insights with less time and resources. The review results suggest that FMEA has been significantly altered to improve its capabilities, mainly through the integration of fuzzy logic and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Fuzzy FMEA reduces uncertainty, while FMEA-DEA assesses direct and indirect relationships between failure modes, improving risk prioritization. The paper concludes by summarizing the application of FMEA-DEA for sustainable risk management in the agri-food sector.

Abstract

New product development is highly complex because it integrates technical challenges from both internal and external sources. The potential for uncertainty or failure exists at every step of the product development process. One of the important tools to minimize risks in product development is risk management in new product development. This paper aims to review some research literature on the concept, process, and category of risk management in new agro-product development. This research uses a literature review analysis to analyze the concept and process of risk management in new product development. The articles were selected from Emerald, Elsevier, Springer, MDPI, and Taylor & Francis databases. The findings of this study demonstrate the critical role of risk management in minimizing risks associated with new product development through the implementation of diverse strategies. Risk management involves identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and treating risks. A variety of internal and external factors influence risk in product development. Internal factors are design, production, financial, management (organizational), marketing, market, technology, and supplier risks. External factors include suppliers, customers, and retailers outside the company. Many businesses, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), have adopted risk management to prevent product failures and financial losses. This paper provides a research framework for applying risk management to new agroindustrial product development.

Abstract

Permukiman suku Bajo yang dikenal dengan permukiman di atas laut tersebar di beberapa wilayah perairan di Indonesia, salah satunya di wilayah pantai BajoE, Kabupaten Bone Sulawesi Selatan. Awalnya mereka tinggal di atas perahu, kemudian mengalami perubahan, mulai membuat rumah di atas alr, lalu berangsur-angsur bergeser membangun rumah di daratan. Perubahan permukiman dari laut ke daratan merupakan proses yang cukup lama dan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sekitar baik faktor fisik (alam) maupun non fisik (kebudayaan). Menurut Kleden, (1987), perubahan kebudayaan sebagai sebuah proses merupakan gerakan tiga langkah sesuai arah pandang perubahan yang dapat disebut sebagai proses transformasi kebudayaan. Transformasi kebudayaan, adalah perubahan pada sistem nilai (value system), kerangka pengetahuan dan makna (system meaning), tingkah laku, interaksi dan pelembagaan bentuk-bentuk interaksi. Konsep transformasi kebudayaan tersebut dapat dipergunakan untuk mengkaji transformasi permukiman suku Bajo di BajoE dari arah pandang perubahan fisik permukiman, sosial dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kepustakaan, wawancara dan tinjauan lapangan untuk mendeskripsikan perubahan yang terjadi baik fisik maupun non fisik dari permukiman suku Bajo. Metode kepustakaan dipergunakan karena data yang berkaitan dengan masa lalu tidak dapat diamati secara empiris seperti pemahaman terhadap peristiwa masa lalu yang berkaitan dengan sejarah, persepsi dan sistem nilai budaya.  Berdasakan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa konsep trasnformasi kebudayaan Ignas Kleden dapat menjelaskan proses transformasi permukiman suku Bajo yang terdiri atas tiga langkah yaitu: integrasi, desintegrasi, reintegrasi (value system) dan orientasi, disorientasi, reorientasi (system of meaning). Di samping itu, perubahan kebudayaan akan merubah: Tingkah laku dari penerimaan pola, adakalanya melalui penolakan pola menjadi penerimaan pola-pola baru. Orang yang berinteraksi dari sosilisasi, melalui disosialisasi menjadi resosialisasi. Serta pemantapan bentuk-bentuk interaksi dari organisasi, melalui disorganisasi menjadi reorganisasi. Dampak dari perubahan lokasi tersebut terhadap aspek fisik adalah terjadinya perubahan pada: lokasi rumah (di atas laut ke daratan), bentuk, luas, dan tampilan rumah. Dampak pada aspek non fisik yaitu peningkatan aspek sosial ekonomi masyarakat suku Bajo di BajoE Kabupaten Bone.---------------------------------------------------------------------------The settlements of the Bajo tribe, which are known as settlements on the sea, are scattered in several water areas in Indonesia, one of which is in the BajoE coastal area, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. At first they lived on a boat, then underwent changes, began to build houses on the river, then gradually shifted to building houses on land. Changes in settlements from sea to land is a long process and is influenced by the surrounding environment, both physical (natural) and non-physical (cultural) factors. According to Kleden, (1987), cultural change as a process is a three-step movement according to the direction of change which can be called a process of cultural transformation. Cultural transformation, is a change in the value system, the framework of knowledge and meaning (system meaning), behavior, interaction and institutionalization of forms of interaction. The concept of cultural transformation can be used to examine the transformation of Bajo tribal settlements in BajoE from the perspective of physical, social and economic changes in settlements. This research was conducted using literature, interviews and field reviews to describe changes that occurred both physically and non-physically from the Bajo tribal settlements. The library method is used because data related to the past cannot be observed empirically such as understanding past events related to history, perceptions and cultural value systems. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the concept of cultural transformation of Ignas Kleden can explain the transformation process of the Bajo tribal settlements which consists of three steps, namely: integration, disintegration, reintegration (value system) and orientation, disorientation, reorientation (system of meaning). In addition, cultural change will change: Behavior from acceptance of patterns, sometimes through rejection of patterns to acceptance of new patterns. People who interact from socialization, through being socialized into resocialization. As well as strengthening the forms of interaction from the organization, through disorganization into reorganization. The impact of the change in location on the physical aspect is a change in: the location of the house (above the sea to the mainland), the shape, area, and appearance of the house. The impact on non-physical aspects is an increase in the socio-economic aspects of the Bajo tribal community in BajoE, Bone Regency.

Abstract

In the Baliem Valley, Papua, the tradition of tribal wars in the culture of the Hubula tribe in the past is related to the concept of site selection, spatial planning, and building form in the Silimo settlement. The problem in this study is how the selection of location, spatial planning, building form, and territoriality become the concept of security in a traditional settlement. The purpose of the study was to determine the security concept in traditional Silimo settlement that consists of site selection, spatial planning, building form, and territoriality based on security theory in settlements. In answering the problem of this research, the researchers use qualitative research methods. The researchers also use a phenomenological approach to explain or reveal the meaning of concepts or phenomena of experience based on the awareness that occurs in several individuals related to security in the Silimo settlement. The theories used in this research are the security theory in crime prevention and the theory of defensible space. The result of this research is that security theory can explain that the selection of location, spatial planning, and building form in the Silimo settlement of the Hubula Tribe in the Baliem Jayawijaya Valley was built based on the traditional conception of security. The concept of security in the Silimo settlement can be realized by: 1) The concept of territory as a defense space and territory as a territory of power; 2) The concept of space as a personal space and a public space: 3) The concept of Kinship, confederation, norms, customary rituals, which become the Patterns and Concepts of Space and Building Forms and Constructions are forms of Social Relations, Natural Relations and Ancestral Relations, to actualize a security system in Silimo settlement.

Abstract

Teknologi injeksi pada sepeda motor matic sudah mulai dikembangkan akhir-akhir ini. Namun, selama penulis melaksanakan praktik sepeda motor dan motor kecil di kampus lebih banyak diajarkan sepeda motor berteknologi karburator (konvensional). Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk merancang bangun trainer Yamaha Mio-J YMJet-FI. Tujuan rancang bangun trainer Yamaha Mio-J YMJet-FI ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara kerja sistem EFI Yamaha Mio-J, mengetahui komponen-komponen apa saja yang dibutuhkan untuk merancang bangun trainer Yamaha Mio-J YMJet-FI, mengetahui bagaimana cara memeriksa komponen-komponen pada trainer Yamaha Mio-J YMJet-FI, mengetahui seberapa kuat konstruksi rangka trainer Yamaha Mio-J YMJet-FI, untuk mengetahui berapa getaran yang dihasilkan rangka trainer Yamaha Mio-J YMJet-FI, dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan rancang bangun trainer Yamaha Mio-J YMJet-FI sebagai media pembelajaran. Pembuatan trainer Yamaha Mio-J YMJet-FI ini dimulai dari proses desain gambar, dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan dan perencanaan trainer dan pembuatan trainer itu sendiri. Tujuan ini dimaksudkan agar diketahui bahan dan ukuran komponen trainer. Trainer ini menggunakan komponen-komponen asli dari spare part Yamaha. Setelah diketahui komponen trainer maka dilanjutkan dengan pemasangan komponen trainer yaitu meliputi ECU (Engine Control Unit), throttle body, injector, fuel pump, rotor, stator, wire harness, ingnition coil, fuel pump, speedometer, main switch dan spark plug. Analisis kekuatan rangka meliputi perhitungan kekuatan kampuh las dan analisis getaran rangka pada trainer Yamaha Mio-J YMJet-FI dengan menggunakan alat vibration tester. Hasil dari rancang bangun trainer ini adalah kekuatan kampuh las sebesar 3,7 N/mm2. Getaran rangka yang dihasilkan oleh trainer Yamaha Mio-J YMJet-FI pada putaran 1000 - 3000 Rpm adalah acceleration 0,65 - 1,90 m/s2, velocity 0,136 - 0,250 cm/s, dan displacement 0,0369 - 0,0246 mm. Hasil pengujian getaran trainer Yamaha Mio-J YMJet-FI lebih rendah jika dibandingkan dari sepeda motor Yamaha Mio-J YMJet-FI. Perlu pengujian lebih lanjut secara substansi, layak atau tidak sebagai media pembelajaran praktek sepeda motor dan motor kecil. Artinya setiap komponen trainer Yamaha Mio-J YMJet-FI bekerja dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Sistem YMJet-Fi, getaran rangka, dan kekuatan kampuh las.
