Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Sharia organizational culture on employee performance within a work environment that upholds Islamic values. The Sharia organizational culture includes principles such as discipline, work motivation, and compensation based on Islamic teachings, specifically in relation to the performance of employees at the Dinamika Education Development Foundation (YPPD) Cikarang. This study employs a quantitative research approach by distributing questionnaires to employees. A saturated sampling method was used, involving all 101 employees as respondents. The data were analyzed using path analysis to examine the relationship between Sharia organizational culture and employee performance. The results of the analysis show that: (1) There is a direct positive effect of discipline on employee performance at YPPD Cikarang, (2) There is a direct positive effect of work motivation on employee performance at YPPD Cikarang, (3)There is a direct positive effect of compensation on employee performance at YPPD Cikarang. These findings indicate that elements supporting a strong organizational cultur, such as discipline, motivation, and compensation play a significant role in enhancing performance, in alignment with Sharia ethical principles within the workplace.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi materi dari mata kuliah Bahan-Bahan Listrik, yang melibatkan mahasiswa dan dosen dari Program Studi Teknik Elektro, Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi, Universitas Bina Darma Palembang. Perkembangan teknologi erat kaitannya dengan pemanfaatan bahan-bahan dengan sifat kelistrikan seperti konduktor dan semikonduktor. Namun, masih banyak mahasiswa yang kesulitan memahami karakteristik dan penerapan kedua jenis bahan tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai konsep dasar, struktur atom, serta aplikasi bahan konduktor dan semikonduktor dalam teknologi. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup penyampaian materi secara interaktif, diskusi terbuka, dan contoh soal sederhana. Kegiatan berlangsung secara luring dan melibatkan 21 mahasiswa serta 1 dosen. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman melalui keterlibatan aktif peserta dalam sesi diskusi dan tanya-jawab. Mahasiswa menjadi lebih tertarik dan mampu memahami materi dan penerapan yang ada di sekitar mereka. Pendekatan pembelajaran yang kontekstual terbukti efektif dalam membantu mahasiswa memahami materi secara konkret. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membangun literasi sains dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa melalui pengalaman langsung yang relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini.

Abstract

  Di SLB Dharma Asih Kecamatan Pontianak Tenggara, pola asuh guru terhadap ABK mendukung pengembangan diri. Tesis. Universitas Tanjungpura, Program Studi Pembangunan Sosial Pontianak merupakan bagian dari fakultas ilmu sosial dan politik. Tujuan dari tesis ini adalah untuk menyajikan rangkuman tentang pola asuh yang digunakan guru untuk mendukung pengembangan diri anak di sekolah, serta tanggapan mereka terhadap siswa berkebutuhan khusus dan strategi pengajaran yang mereka sukai.. Gaya pengasuhan otoriter, demokratis, otoritatif, lalai, dan tunduk semuanya termasuk dalam studi deskriptif kualitatif tentang pola asuh ini (Grant & Ray, 2010). Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, guru menawarkan beberapa filosofi parenting kepada setiap siswa sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing. Ketika seorang guru memberikan pengetahuan, ABK tidak dapat menerimanya secara terus menerus terlepas dari bakat siswa tersebut. Ada beberapa anak yang tidak bisa menerima pembelajaran, namun guru memberikan pendidikan bina diri, seperti pergi ke wc sendiri, menggunakan baju dan mandi.

Abstract

The social changes that emerge in society in the current era of globalization and the rapid progress and development of technology have an impact on people's lives. This change can also be seen in the market industry, with the big changes that are happening now, there are many modern shops that provide various kinds of human needs so that you can shop for various goods in just one shop. This article describes the influence that Alfamart has had on the existence of traditional shops. This research aims to (1) To find out the existence of traditional shops since the establishment of Alfamart in Antibar Village, East Mempawah District, Mempawah Regency. (2) The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research are people who are directly involved in the problem, such as traditional shop owners, the general public who act as consumers and also the head of the Alfamart shop in Antibar Village. The selection of informants was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, while data collection techniques were through observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used in this research is the theory of existence by Zainal Abidin. The results of this research are the decline in the existence of traditional shops in the Antibar Village community since the establishment of Alfamart, which has caused several traditional shops in Antibar Village to switch to selling goods that are not available at Alfamart, there are also shops whose condition is increasingly worrying, such as only providing a few goods, this is of course This alone affects the social life of shop owners whose income is reduced and it is difficult to meet their daily needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of leadership style and work environment on job satisfaction with a positive and significant impact, both partially and simultaneously, at the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency of South Tangerang City. This study utilizes a quantitative research method with an associative approach. Both primary and secondary data sources were used. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires using a Likert scale method. The population consists of 47 individuals, employing a saturated sampling technique. Testing included instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests), and employed multiple regression and the coefficient of determination (R²). Statistical tests included partial testing or t-test and simultaneous testing or F-test. Data processing was conducted using SPSS version 25. The results of this research indicate that leadership style does not significantly affect job satisfaction, while the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Moreover, there is a combined influence of leadership style and work environment on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of internship, self-efficacy, and work motivation on the work readiness of generation Z students at the Faculty of Engineering, Malikussaleh University. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 29 software. All variables are measured using a Likert scale. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between internship, self-efficacy, and work motivation on the work readiness of generation Z students at the Faculty of Engineering, Malikussaleh University. This study shows that internship, self-efficacy, and work motivation partially affect the work readiness of generation Z students at the Faculty of Engineering, Malikussaleh University.

Abstract

Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is one of the causes of high morbidity and mortality, especially in toddlers. The study purpose was to determine the susceptibility of ARI among children under five in these locations by considering the physical condition of houses (ventilation, density of occupancy, types of floors and walls). This research uses an ecological study with a Geographic Information System (GIS) approach. The research population in Talise health centre was 622 toddlers (sample 86) and Singgani health center was 1,167 toddlers (sample 93), samples were taken by Proportional Stratified Random Sampling based on the number of cases in each urban village in the study area. The results showed both of Talise and Singgani health centers the physical aspect of the houses was not associated with the incidence of ARI in children under five. Ventilation area with ρ-values 0.77 and 1.00, density with ρ-values 0.77 and 1.00, floor types with ρ-values 0.33 and 0.37, and wall types with ρ-values 0.75 and 1.00. Based on the results of the mapping at the two locations, it was found that the most vulnerable locations to ARI in infants with the highest number of vulnerable from all aspects of the physical condition of the house including ventilation area, occupancy density, type of floor, and type of wall were in the working area of the Singgani Health Center

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the discovery of suspected tuberculosis during the COVID-19 pandemic in Palu City with a type of cross-sectional study. The type of research used was quantitative, with an analytic epidemiological study design using a cross-sectional design. This research was carried out in 13 working areas of the Puskesmas in Palu City from January to March 2022. The population in this study were all suspected tuberculosis at 13 Community Public Health (in Indonesia: Puskesmas) in Palu City in 2021, recorded at the Tuberculosis Information System totaling 15,620 people using the slovin formula to obtain a sample of 100 and the sampling design used stratified random sampling. This study used the T-test with α=10%. The results show that most of the respondents had less knowledge of 69 respondents (69%), respondents had a low stigma of 70 respondents (70%), 73 respondents (73%) received adequate tuberculosis services, 19 respondents (19%) received good services, and 8 respondents received less services, with a percentage of 8%. A significant effect between knowledge of suspected tuberculosis (p = 0.000), stigma (p = 0.000), and tuberculosis services (p = 0.000) on the discovery of suspected tuberculosis during the COVID-19 pandemic in Palu City. It is recommended to increase tuberculosis tracking during the COVID-19 pandemic conditions and conduct training to improve and optimize the role of tuberculosis cadres in the working area of each Public Health Center

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the validity of the application of learning to E-LKPD based on wizer.me . 2) determine the practicality of the application of learning to E-LKPD based on wizer.me . 3) determine the response of students through E-LKPD based on wizer.me grade V on the material how we live and grow. This study is a type of research and development with reference to the ADDIE model which has 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation . The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. The results of the validation of E-LKPD media experts, the overall assessment of the media expert validation obtained a percentage of 82% of 10 statements. The results of the validation of the material expert assessment obtained a percentage of 90% of 10 statements. The results of the validation of the teacher's practicality obtained a percentage of 96% of 10 statements. The results of the validation of the student response assessment obtained a percentage of 85% of 10 statements. Therefore, it can be concluded that the E-LKPD based on wizer.me on the subject of Natural Sciences, material on How We Live and Grow, grade V of Elementary School, is valid and practical to use.
