Abstract

This study aims to examine whether or not there is an influence between public ownership, listing age, and total independent board of commissioners on the timeliness of Corporate Internet Reporting in property and Real Estate companies on the IDX during the 2021-2023 period. The method for this research is quantitative, and the data source obtained for this research is secondary data. The sample collection technique used in this study is the criteria selection method or commonly refrred to as purposive sampling. The procedures in the data analysis technique in this study include logistic regression analysis and descriptive statistics. The conclusion obtained from the result of the analysisis that public ownership, listing age, and total number of independent commissioners have an influence on the timeliness of CIR in property and real estate companies on the IDX during the period 2021-2023.

Abstract

Kontribusi adalah segala sesuatu keterlibatan yang di berikan oleh individu atau badan tertentu yang kemudian memposisikan peranya ,sehingga dapat menimbulkan dampak tertentu yang bisa dinilai dari aspek ekonomi.Sebagai mahasiswa ada banyak kontribusi yang dapat diberikan untuk masyarakat ,meskipun tak dapat di pungkiri bahwa kontribusi paling penting yang harus dilakukan mahasiswa yaitu belajar dan dan mengasah kemampuan sebaik mungkin sesuai bidangnya,Sehingga nantinya   dapat mengimplementasikan ilmunya dalam masyarakat dan memberi manfaat bagi banyak orang dan dirinya sendiri

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the results of learning mathematics on flat shapes material after using a realistic mathematics approach in class V of SD Negeri 101766 Bandar Setia. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The CAR model used consists of 4 stages, namely planning, action, review (observation), and reflection. The subjects in this study were 22 students of class V-B of SD Negeri 101766 Bandar Setia, consisting of 10 male students and 12 female students. The data collection technique used in this study was observation and test analysis. The results of the study from the implementation of two cycles showed that the percentage of student learning activities increased by 60% in cycle I to 88.5% in cycle II. The percentage of student learning outcomes also increased from 59% (good) in cycle I to 86% (very good) in cycle II. Based on the results of the data analysis obtained, it can be concluded that the realistic mathematics approach can improve student learning outcomes in the mathematics subject of flat shapes material in class V of SD Negeri 101766 Bandar Setia

Abstract

Model pembelajaran autentik merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang bisa digunakan dalam kurikulum merdeka. Salah satu sekolah di Padang Panjang yang sudah menerapkan model pembelajaran autentik adalah SD Negeri 1 Padang Panjang Barat. Untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran autentik ini diterapkan untuk itulah penelitian ini dilaksanakan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan metode deksriptif. Adapun lokasi untuk penelitian ini di SD Negeri 1 Padang Panjang Barat. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menjamin keabsahan data penelitian menggunakan Ketegasan (Confirmability). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI selalu memberikan contoh-contoh yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari yang sesuai dengan materi, tidak sekedar menggunakan buku paket sebagai referensi dalam belajar dan mengajar siswa, tempat belajar tidak hanya didalam kelas untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa sudah menggunakan metode diskusi untuk melihat kemampuan berpikir siswa. Serta selalu memberikan bantuan kepada siswa yang kesulitan dalam belajar. Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah banyaknya siswa yang berasal dari keluarga Broken Home sehingga menghambat motivasi siswa dalam belajar. Sedangkan faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan model pembelajaran ini adalah sekolah menyediakan belajar yang banyak bagi guru dalam mengajar

Abstract

Traditional games are an important part of local culture that can be used as a learning medium to strengthen Islamic character in early childhood. This community service activity aims to integrate Islamic values ​​into traditional games to support character formation in RA Cahaya Iman students. The method used is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which actively involves the community in planning, implementing and evaluating the program. The subjects of this activity include teachers, parents and students of RA Cahaya Iman, with intensive training and assistance related to traditional Islamic game-based learning media. The results of the activity show that this approach has succeeded in increasing children's understanding of the values ​​of honesty, responsibility and discipline through game media such as "Congklak" and "Engklek Islami". Teachers and parents are also increasingly actively collaborating in supporting children's learning at school and at home. The implication of this activity is the emergence of social change in the community, including the formation of collective awareness of the importance of Islamic character education and the emergence of new institutions, such as the role of teachers as innovative facilitators. The conclusion of this activity emphasizes the importance of utilizing local assets to create relevant and sustainable educational programs. This program not only strengthens Islamic character education but also builds positive social transformation in the RA Cahaya Iman community

Abstract

This research seeks to explore and assess the effects of competency and a structured work environment on employee skills at PT Kendali Bumi Semesta, both separately and in combination. A quantitative method with an associative research design is utilized, incorporating primary and secondary data collected through surveys distributed to 40 respondents. The data gathered is then compiled and analyzed as a saturated sample. The analytical process includes instrument evaluation, such as reliability and validity tests, along with classical assumption assessments, covering normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests. Furthermore, the data is examined through multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination, while hypothesis verification is carried out using t-tests and F-tests. The results indicate that employee performance is significantly and positively impacted by both competency and the work environment, whether considered individually or collectively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of group discussion methods in improving the understanding of fifth grade students at MIN 7 Central Aceh regarding natural phenomena. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 20 fifth grade students, consisting of 9 male students and 11 female students. The data for this study were obtained using test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure student learning outcomes, while observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities during the learning process. The data analysis techniques used in this study are qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis to determine the increase in learning outcomes and student involvement in group discussions. The results of the study showed that the application of group discussion methods can improve student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, only 65% ​​of students achieved scores above the KKM, while in the second cycle this figure increased to 85%. In addition, students' active participation in learning also increased from 60% in the first cycle to 80% in the second cycle. Thus, the use of group discussion methods can be used as an effective learning strategy in improving students' understanding of the concept of natural phenomena and encouraging their active involvement in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain and evaluate the effects of work discipline, job training, organizational culture, and all three on employee performance. The study employed a quantitative research design, with a sample size of 49 employees using saturated samples and non-probability sampling. Both The sources of data were both primary and secondary instrument-based data analysis technique testing with validity and reliability tests; by testing classical assumptions, namely data normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity; as well as partial and simultaneous statistical testing. According to the study's findings, job training has a positive and significant impact on the performance of PT employees; similarly, organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance as well as work discipline. The Enlightenment of the Son of Saka. Meanwhile, simultaneously organizational culture, The combination of work training and work discipline has a favorable and noteworthy impact on employee performance.

Abstract

In the educational context, secularization refers to the separation of religious values from the formal education system. This process is often associated with a reduction in the role of religion in the school curriculum, which places more emphasis on scientific and rational aspects. On the other hand, educational liberalization gives schools more freedom to create their own learning programs, and often ignores moral and spiritual aspects. This phenomenon can cause students to lose religious principles, which can result in loss of identity and a decline in moral quality. Therefore, this research aims to learn more about how the challenges of secularization and liberalization affect PAI and the solutions that can be used to maintain its relevance.
