Abstract

This research was conducted at Manufacturing companies in the Basic Industry and Chemical Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital on Firm Value. The population of the research conducted by the researcher was 78 Manufacturing Companies in the Basic Industry and Chemical Sector with a sample of 12 companies with a period of 3 years with a total of 36 companies. Analysis of the data in this study used the classical assumption test and Simple Linear Regression Analysis as an analysis tool that was processed with IBM SPSS 23 Software. The results of the analysis proved that the Coefficient of Determination test (R²) obtained a result of 0.316 or 31.6%, this indicates that the variable (VAIC™) on the dependent variable Firm Value of 31.6%, while the remaining 69.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. From the results of the Simple Linear Test, the regression equation is obtained, namely: Y = (-530.964) + 259.169X. The results of the partial T-test study variable value added intellectual coefficient (VAIC™) (X₁) tcount 3.959>ttable (1.691), and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, indicating that VAIC™ has a significant effect on firm value (Y). Significant Manufacturing Companies in the Basic Industry and Chemical Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period.

Abstract

Stunting is a growth disorder in toddlers who do not get enough nutritional intake so that children do not grow according to their age (Amania et al., 2022). Stunting toddlers are chronic nutritional problems caused by many factors such as socio-economic conditions, maternal nutrition during pregnancy, illness in babies and lack of nutritional intake in babies. This Community Service is located in Rugemuk Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency. The community invited to this activity according to the title of the activity are housewives, young women and men in Rugemuk Village with a total of 20 people. The method chosen is counseling and brainstorming, so that the community in Rugemuk Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency is healthy, there are no more children with stunting, children grow and develop according to their age. This activity is divided into three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and monitoring stages. The stages that will be implemented are the preparation stage, the Activity Implementation stage and the Evaluation Stage. The implementation of the counseling went effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of multi-sector collaborative governance in accelerating stunting reduction in Bone Regency. This research departs from the still high prevalence of stunting which has an impact on the quality of human resources and regional economic productivity. The research approach used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation of stakeholders. Data analysis uses the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana models through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that cross-sector collaboration in reducing stunting in Bone Regency has been quite effective from the five dimensions of collaboration effectiveness according to Roberts (2016), namely common goals, mutuality, enabling environment, trust, and certain personal characteristics. This collaboration has contributed to reducing the prevalence of stunting from 25.3% in 2023 to 21.9% in 2024 based on e-PPGBM data. The conclusion of this study confirms that adaptive and evidence-based collaborative governance is effective in accelerating the achievement of stunting reduction targets in Bone Regency.

Abstract

Permasalahan limbah plastik menjadi isu lingkungan yang mendesak, termasuk di Desa Genggelang, Kecamatan Gangga, Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Meningkatnya konsumsi plastik berdampak pada pencemaran lingkungan dan penurunan kualitas sumber daya alam. Salah satu solusi inovatif dalam pengelolaan limbah plastik adalah penerapan metode Ecobrick, yaitu teknik pemadatan limbah plastik nonbiologis ke dalam botol plastik untuk dijadikan bahan bangunan alternatif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan sampah plastik dan memberikan pelatihan pembuatan Ecobrick. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi studi pendahuluan, sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, dan pendampingan masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi warga, dengan 15 peserta aktif menghasilkan 20 Ecobrick yang kemudian dimanfaatkan menjadi furnitur ramah lingkungan. Program ini berdampak pada meningkatnya kesadaran ekologis masyarakat dan memberikan nilai tambah ekonomi melalui pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan. -- Plastic waste has become an urgent environmental issue, including in Genggelang Village, Gangga District, North Lombok Regency. The increasing consumption of plastic has led to environmental pollution and decreased natural resource quality. One innovative solution for managing plastic waste is the Ecobrick method, which involves compacting non-biodegradable plastics into bottles to create alternative building materials. This community service activity aimed to raise public awareness of plastic waste management and provide Ecobrick-making training. The implementation methods included preliminary studies, socialization, technical training, and community mentoring. The results showed increased participation among 15 participants who produced 20 Ecobricks, later used to create eco-friendly furniture. This program enhanced community ecological awareness and provided economic value through sustainable waste management.
