Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer buying interest on the decision to purchase thrift goods at the Minasa Maupa Main market, Gowa Regency. This research uses quantitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis and using the help of the SPSS software program version 24 which consisted of validity tests and reliability tests of research instruments, descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the indicators used in each variable showed that consumer buying interest was in the very good category. For indicators on purchasing decision variables are in the very good category. Based on the results of the t test, the calculated t value is greater than the t table, so it can be concluded that there is an influence between consumer buying interest on purchasing decisions for thrift goods at the Minasa Maupa Main market, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

Improving the service quality of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Takalala Unit, Soppeng Regency is one way for banks to remain competitive in the banking market share. Customer service plays an important role in improving the quality of service in a bank because the quality of service provided by customer service determines the bank's image.The problem that then arises is what is the role of customer service and the determinant factors that influence the quality of service at that location. To achieve this goal, data collection techniques are used through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data is processed using descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the role of customer service in improving service quality includes paying attention to the completeness of facilities, completing customer needs, handling customer requests and complaints, establishing good relations, and maintaining the confidentiality of customer data. Furthermore, the determinant factors that affect service quality are service quality, cooperation network, customer convenience, alternative transactions, good relations, customer empowerment, socialization and technology assistance, service consistency, and alternative socialization.

Abstract

This journal provides a contemporary overview of distribution and marketing channel management, addressing related strategies, challenges, and innovations. The article delineates recent developments in efforts to enhance distribution efficiency and marketing channel effectiveness amidst the continually evolving market dynamics. Newly proposed and implemented strategies by various companies are presented, along with an analysis of the key challenges faced in managing distribution and marketing channels. Furthermore, technological innovations playing a pivotal role in improving operational performance are discussed. By detailing these concepts, this journal offers profound insights to readers on current trends and future directions in distribution and marketing channel management.

Abstract

This Student Creativity Program (PKM) aims to increase the understanding of students of the Faculty of Social Sciences at Makassar State University about the role of the Ombudsman in public services. With a focus on training and interactive activities, the PKM aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the role of the Ombudsman as well as optimal ways of monitoring and supervision related to public services. Before the PKM, only 40% of students understood the role of the Ombudsman. After participating in PKM activities, students' understanding increased significantly to 75%. This result reflects the positive impact of PKM on increasing students' awareness of the role of the Ombudsman. Students also appreciated this activity, considering it very useful for increasing the role and supervision of the Ombudsman in public services. Thus, this PKM not only contributed to students' understanding but also taught them to participate in ensuring the quality of public services through the role of the Ombudsman.

Abstract

Tujuan PKMini adalah: adalah: (1)untuk meningkatnya pemahaman pengelola jurnal Pengelola Jurnal sehingga dapat mengoperasikan Open Journal System (OJS) secara Full Daring; (2) Untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta stadar tatakelol jurnalsesui standar akreditasi jurnalilmiah; (3) untuk Meningkatnya jumlah naskah dan kualitas naskah yang diterima oleh pengelola jurnal; (4) untuk mempersiapkan jurnal mengajukan akreditasi jurnal. Metode pkm ini menggunakan ceramah, simulasi dan praktek.melibatkan 40 editor. Sasaran pkm adalah editor jurnal di lingkup Universitas negeri Makassar. Hasil PKM adalah (1) Kegiatan PKM menunjukkan keberhasilan setelah peserta membenah tatakelola jurnal masing-masing, melalui pelatihan peserta praktek memperbaiki berbagai hal yang distandarkan dalam proses pengelolaan jurnal ilmiah. (2) Peserta dapat melakukan Proses menajemen bisnis artikel dengan baik dan benar dengan peran mulai dari penulis, editor, dan reviewerhingga pubish. (3). Kegiatan PKM ini menunjukkan manfaat besar bagi peserta, karena terdapat 93% atau baik sekali dari hasil angket evaluasi kegiatan,maka manfaat materi mendukung peningkatan pengelolaan jrunal yang dikelola,kesiapan jurnal untuk didaftarkan akreditasi serta upaya mendukung peningatan jumlah dan kualitas artikel yang diterima dan dipublish

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengnai penggunaan sistem pendukung manajemen kepada mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis UNM di perusahaan PT. Mirota KSM. Keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dapat ditingkatkan dengan memahami dan menguasai Sistem Pendukung Manajemen. Banyak perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan yang terampil dalam menggunakan Sistem Pendukung Manajemen untuk mengelola data, menganalisis data, dan membuat keputusan yang cerdas. Metode penyampaian informasi seperti sosialisasi atau penyuluhan berbasis edukasi digunakan. Kegiatan sosialisasi tidak hanya memberikan penjelasan, tetapi juga memberikan penjelasan tentang semua informasi yang ingin disampaikan kepada kelompok atau sasaran yang dimaksud untuk memahami informasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu meningkatkan meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai pentingnya penggunaan dan pengaplikasian Sistem Pendukung Manajemen dalam sebuah perusahaan, meningkatkan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk memasuki dunia kerja, memahami cara menggunakan Sistem Pendukung Manajemen, serta dapat mengembangkan ide-ide baru dan inovasi serta Mereka akan memiliki keunggulan bersaing dibandingkan dengan pesaing mereka dalam dunia kerja. Abstract

Kesuksesan sebuah bisnis sangat bergantung dari bagaimana cara mengelolanya, inovasi serta modifikasi yang dilakukan agar produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan dapat terus bersaing dan menjadi pilihan para pelanggan dan salah satunya dapat diwujudkan dengan adanya pemanfaatan Content Marketing. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa Prodi Administrasi Bisnis terkait Content Marketing Untuk Pemula dalam mengembangkan usaha.  Kegiatan pengabdian ini berfokus pada materi Sosialisasi Content Marketing Untuk Pemula Dalam Mengembangkan Usaha Bagi Mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis, khususnya mahasiswa Angkatan 2023 fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Makassar. Dari hasil evaluasi ini terlihat bahwa sebagian besar peserta sosialisasi sangat setuju dengan hasil evaluasi kegiatan sosialisasi dan bisa merasakan manfaatnya dengan sangat baik. Pemahaman akan pemanfaatan Content Marketing Untuk Pemula Dalam Mengembangkan Usaha secara optimal akan memberikan manfaat bagi mahasiswa.

Abstract

In planning and implementing marketing management, the marketing environment and marketing management process need to be considered. This Community Service aims to provide strengthening of UNM Business Administration students' understanding of the marketing management process at PT. Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk. This community service activity focuses on the material of the marketing management process. The method of delivering information used is by providing reinforcement of students' understanding through theory and practice/direct visits to the company. From the results of the observations made, the results of the most optimal marketing management process at PT. Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk in Bali are designing marketing strategies. The results of this community service activity are that they can improve the skills that will be needed when entering the workforce, can understand the marketing management process in a company to be able to increase sales of its products. can develop new ideas and innovations and can have a competitive advantage to realize the character of students who have an entrepreneurial spirit for the interests and goals of the Business Administration study program, Faculty of Social Sciences, UNM. Abstrak Dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan manajemen pemasaran, lingkungan pemasaran dan proses manajemen pemasaran perlu untuk diperhatikan. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk dapat memberikan penguatan pemahaman mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis UNM mengenai proses manajemen pemasaran di PT. Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berfokus pada materi proses manajemen pemasaran. Metode penyampaian informasi yang digunakan adalah dengan pemberian penguatan pemahaman mahasiswa melalui teori dan praktik/kunjungan langsung di perusahaan. Dari hasil observasi yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil proses manajemen pemasaran yang paling optimal di PT. Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk di Bali adalah merancang strategi pemasaran. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu dapat meningkatkan keterampilan yang akan diperlukan ketika memasuki dunia kerja, dapat memahami proses manajemen pemasaran di suatu perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan penjualan produknya. dapat mengembangkan ide-ide baru dan inovasi serta dapat memiliki keunggulan bersaing untuk mewujudkan karakter mahasiswa yang berjiwa kewirausahaan untuk kepentingan dan tujuan dari program studi Administrasi Bisnis Fakultas Ilmu Sosial UNM.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Su'rulangi Village face challenges in financial management caused by low financial literacy and minimal use of technology. The community service program aims to improve the financial literacy of MSME actors through the use of free financial recording applications. The methods used include an initial survey; training planning and preparation; training implementation; and training evaluation. The results of the program in the long and short term show a significant increase in the understanding and use of digital financial applications, which contributes to better financial management. Although there are obstacles such as limited internet access and changes in habits, development opportunities through regular mentoring and improving internet infrastructure are identified as important steps for the sustainability of the program. Abstrak Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Su’rulangi menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang disebabkan oleh rendahnya literasi keuangan dan minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan pelaku UMKM melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan gratis. Metode yang dilakukan mulai survei awal; perencanaan dan persiapan pelatihan; pelaksanaan pelatihan; dan evaluasi pelatihan.  Hasil program terdapat jangka panjang dan jangka pendek menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan penggunaan aplikasi keuangan digital, yang berkontribusi pada pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik. Meskipun ada hambatan seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan perubahan kebiasaan, peluang pengembangan melalui pendampingan berkala dan peningkatan infrastruktur internet diidentifikasi sebagai langkah penting untuk keberlanjutan program.

Abstract

Governance accountability plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality, credibility, and competitiveness of higher education in an era marked by transparency and diverse public demands. This study is essential as it provides a comprehensive overview of higher education governance accountability, covering the management of resources, strategic decision-making, and the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders. The primary goal of the study is to analyze and explain governance accountability in higher education institutions. Using a descriptive-qualitative method with a constructive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of institutional documents. Universitas Negeri Makassar, a prominent university in Eastern Indonesia, was chosen as the locus due to its accreditation status and applied governance model. Thematic analysis was employed to identify key patterns related to governance accountability. The results revealed that although the university's nine faculties and postgraduate programs have implemented a well-structured governance system, challenges persist, such as limited information transparency due to leadership transitions, stakeholder representation issues, and difficulties in adopting digital-based performance evaluation mechanisms. These findings contribute to improving accountability systems in higher education and highlight the need for stronger transparency, responsiveness, internal audits, and capacity-building in institutional governance. Kata kunci: Accountability; Governance; Higher Education; Performance Evaluation
