Abstract

Analysis of marketing strategies to increase sales in the emping melinjo Selayar business. Thesis of the Business Administration Study Program, AdministrationScience Major, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. Supervised by Muh. Rizal S. and Yusi Irensi Seppa. This study aims to identify andanalyze marketing strategies to increase sales of Selayar's emping melinjo business. To achieve this goal, this study used a qualitative approach, this study took 6 (six) respondents, consisting of business actors and business employees. Data collection procedures used were in-depth interviews and documentation. The interview technique was carried out in a structured manner using interviewguidelines. The results of this study indicate that emping melinjo Selayar has not implemented a good and effective marketing strategy according to the theory usedby researchers. In implementing the marketing strategy, Emping melinjo Selayar has not carried out the marketing mix, namely product research, price, place, andpromotion properly in determining a marketing strategy.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of visitor motivation on visiting decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of motivation of visitors to Kampoeng Taipa tourism, to determine the level of decision to visit Kampoeng Taipa tourism, and to determine the influence of visitor motivation on the decision to visit Kampoeng Taipa tourism. The research approach is quantitative. This research was conducted in Kampoeng Taipa Sorowako, Nuha District, East Luwu Regency. The data sources in this study were visitors to Kampoeng Taipa tours from January to June 2022. Data collection techniques were in the form of observation, question naires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that the indicator used for each of these variables indicate the variable of visitor motivation in the good category. The indicators on the visiting decision variable are in the very good category. Based on the correlation test, there is a high relationship between the two variable. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence between visitor motivation and the decision to visit tourist visitors to Kampoeng Taipa Sorowako, Nuha District, East Luwu Regency.Keywords: Visitor Motivation, Visiting Decision

Abstract

The study aims to find out how the decision to purchase thrift online store for Science Education Students Makassar State University Batch 2021. The study uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of informants in this study amounted to six people who were representative and met the criteria in this assessment. Data analysis techniques in this study used data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusion/verification. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence the decision to purchase thrift online store goods are affordable prices among students and in accordance with the quality of the products obtained, very diverse products depending on the marketer, easy and efficient distribution access but on the other hand sometimes vulnerable experience fraud because of the difficulty of getting trusted marketers, various promotions and attracting consumers' attention depending on the creativity of each marketer. The purchase decisiom is stated to be satisfied and will make a repeat purchase if the product quality and price are in accordance with what is expected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Marketing Mix has on Consumer Purchase Decisions at Bagoster Trans Studio Mall Makassar. This study uses a quantitative method of associative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, documentation and observation. The population in this study was 2375 people. The sampling method used was using the Slovin formula, which was narrowed by 96 people. The data obtained from the research results were processed using the SPSS 25 application which consisted of validity and reliability tests, descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: (1) the influence of marketing mix is in the very high category, and the purchase decision is in the very high category. (2) The correlation coefficient is 0.890 which means that the relationship between Marketing Mix and Purchase Decision is very high. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.792 or 79.2%, which means that the effect of the Marketing Mix on Purchase Decisions is 79.2% (assuming that other factors are constant)

Abstract

The Influence of E-commerce on Community Entrepreneurship Interest in Curio District, Enrekang Regency. Thesis. Business Administration Study Program. Faculty of Social Sciences and Law. Makassar State University. Guided by Muh. Rizal S and Andi Muhammad Rivai.This study aims to determine how the influence of e-commerce on entrepreneurial interest in the community in Curio District, Enrekang Regency. To achieve this goal, researchers use indicators to measure these variables. In the variables of e-commerce indikataor used, namely marketing, reputation, cost efficiency, expenses and ease of doing business online. As for the variables of entrepreneurial interest, the indicators used are feelings of pleasure, interest, attention and involvement. In this study, the research method used is a type of quantitative research, with data collection techniques carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. Data was obtained from research results that were processed using data analysis and using the help of SPSS software program version 25 consisting of validity tests, reality tests, normality tests, simple linear regrrtion analysis, and coefficients of determination. The results showed that the indicators used on each of these variables showed that e-commerce variables had a significant influence on people's entrepreneurial interest in Curio District, Enrekang Regency. This is evidenced by a coefficient determination test using the data that has been obtained.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service features and convenience of Mobile Banking on customer loyalty of PT. South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regional Development Banks. To achieve this goal, researchers use indicators to measure these variables. The service feature variable indicators include feature completeness, feature requirements, feature interest, ease of use. Ease indicators include easy to learn, information systems, clear and easy to understand, so skilled. The indicators of customer loyalty include making repeated transactions, referring others, talking about positive things to others, showing immunity to competitors. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques carried out are through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population in this study were 23,122 customers using Mobile Banking at Bank Sulselbar. The sampling technique used in this study was to use the slovin formula so that a total sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis and using the SPSS 25 application which consisted of validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical data analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the indicators used in each variable of service features and convenience of Mobile Banking have a significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regional Development Banks. This is proven based on the results of the t test and F test as well as the coefficient of determination test on the data that has been obtained.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at the Kampoeng Nelayan Restaurant Sapolohe Bulukumba. Data collection techniques through, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data obtained are processed using quantitative methods of associative descriptive research type. The samples used in this study were 100 customers who had visited Kampoeng Nelayan Restaurant Sapolohe Bulukumba. Data processing uses the SPSS 24 application which consists of validity and reliability tests, descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential analysis. The results showed that the Quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction of Kampoeng Nelayan Restaurant Sapolohe Bulukumba had a significant influence. This is evidenced based on the results of data analysis obtained a linear regression equation of Y = 7.440 + 0.772X with a constant value of 7.440 and a regression coefficient value of 0.772 which is a positive value, meaning that the quality of service has a positive effect on customer satisfaction at the Kampoeng Nelayan Restaurant Sapolohe Bulukumba.

Abstract

The Effect of Quality and Service Features on Customer Satisfaction of the At-Tausil Application (Study on Barru District Customers). Thesis. Business Administration Study Program. Department of Administrative Sciences. Faculty of Social Sciences and Law. Makassar State University. (Guided by Muhammad Guntur and Didin Halim). This study aims to find out how the effect of service quality and service features on customer satisfaction of the At-Tausil Application simultaneously and partially where at-Tausil Application users who are domiciled in Barru district are the object of their research. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The data collection techniques used are through primary data collection (observations and questionnaires) and secondary data collection (literature and documentation review). The sample used was the sample formulated by Slovin, which was 97 respondents. The results of this study show that partially, service quality variables affect customer satisfaction, and service features have no effect on customer satisfaction of the At-Tausil Application. Meanwhile, simultaneously the quality and features of the service affect the customer satisfaction of the At-Tausil Application.

Abstract

The Effect Cyberloafing on Employee Performance at the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Office of South Sulawesi Province. Thesis. Business Administration Science Study Program. Department of Administrative Sciences. Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. (supervised by Haedar Akib and Sirajuddin Saleh). This study aims to find out how the description and whether there is an effect cyberloafing on the performance of employees at the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Office of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve this goal, the researchers used indicators to measure these variables.variable cyberloafing , the indicators used are e-mailing activity and browsing activity. As for the employee performance variables using indicators of quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and independence. This study uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were all employees at the secretariat of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of South Sulawesi Province which consisted of three sub. section namely sub. general section, staffing and law, sub. finance and sub. part of the program totaling 38 people. The sampling technique used in this study is the Krejcie table, which is 36 respondents. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis and SPSS 25 application which consisted of validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical data analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the indicators used in each cyberloafing and employee performance are in the quite and very good categories. Based on the determinant coefficient test, there is a very small effect between the two variables, which is 16.3%. Based on the simple linear regression coefficient, it shows a negative value, so it can be said that the direction of the influence of the variable X on Y is negative. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant negative effect between cyberloafing on employee performance.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan dan memperkuat pendidikan karakter bagi anak-anak Panti Asuhan Mattampawalie, Kota Makassar. Latar belakang kegiatan ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pendidikan karakter sebagai pondasi dalam membentuk generasi emas Indonesia yang berakhlak mulia, berdaya saing, dan memiliki kepribadian tangguh. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif berupa ceramah interaktif, diskusi, permainan edukatif, serta sesi refleksi nilai-nilai Pancasila yang mencakup kejujuran, tanggung jawab, disiplin, gotong royong, serta kepedulian sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman anak-anak panti terhadap pentingnya nilai moral dan karakter dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Anak-anak terlihat lebih berani mengemukakan pendapat, aktif dalam bertanya, serta menunjukkan antusiasme dalam mengaitkan nilai Pancasila dengan pengalaman mereka. Meskipun terdapat hambatan berupa keterbatasan sarana dan perbedaan latar belakang anak, hal tersebut dapat diatasi melalui metode penyampaian yang sederhana, kreatif, dan sesuai dengan konteks kehidupan mereka. kegiatan PKM ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam penguatan karakter anak-anak panti, sekaligus menjadi langkah strategis dalam menyiapkan generasi emas Indonesia.
