Abstract

This study aims to obtain information related to public services directly related to employee performance and to seek information related to the drivers of high-performance employees. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with documentation, observation, and interviews as the methods for data collection. Analysis of findings by presenting data that has been previously grouped so that conclusions can be drawn from the field with additional SWOT analysis. The findings of this study are that the Malua District Office, Enrekang Regency, has employees who are ineffective in carrying out their work due to limited human resources, information between employees has been well managed, the community served is not in a timely manner because office management is not efficient, there are still many employees who have not achieved work targets according to the specified deadline and employees have been optimal in work initiatives. Employees are encouraged to progress because they are motivated to progress together and the work environment is supportive. Barriers to employee growth are limited human resources, synergy between colleagues is not strong, and work networks have not been formed. An aggressive strategy is a way to improve employee performance by conducting regular training to optimize employee performance.

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) is an advanced technology that integrates physical objects with the internet through sensors, facilitating intellectual interaction between devices and providing increased efficiency and control in various dimensions of life and business activities. In Indonesia, the implementation of IoT has experienced significant expansion, particularly in the industrial distribution sector, although this poses substantial challenges related to data security. This study aims to explore the role of IoT as the foundation of data security in industrial distribution systems in Indonesia. The methodology applied involves a literature review of scientific journals, industry reports, and recent reliable articles. The findings indicate that IoT contributes to data security through encryption, authentication, intrusion detection, and anomaly detection systems that improve the accuracy of cyber threat identification. In addition, IoT can reduce human error, maintain product quality standards, and strengthen data integrity throughout the distribution chain. However, its effectiveness depends on technical, organizational, and regulatory factors that require further strengthening to ensure sustainable security.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman melalui sosialisasi dengan memberikan pelatihan mengenai kecerdasan artifisial untuk guru jenjang sekolah menengah pertama Kabupaten Wajo.  Kecerdasan Artifisial dalam konteks pendidikan dasar dan menengah, umumnya diperkenalkan sebagai teknologi yang memungkinkan komputer untuk melakukan tugas yang biasanya memerlukan kecerdasan manusia. Metode penyampaian informasi dan materi berupa sosialisasi melalui pelatihan mengenai kecerdasan artifisial. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan materi sosialisasi, melainkan juga memberikan penjelasan materi tentang berbagai informasi yang ingin disampaikan kepada peserta atau sasaran. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu pembelajaran kecerdasan artifisial berpotensi dalam mengubah cara mengajar dan belajar dan penggunaannya sebagai media dan pendukung pembelajaran sehingga pembelajaran bisa berjalan dengan baik serta maksimal dan sangat membantu guru atau pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas kepada siswa sehingga lebih mudah dalam memahami materi pembelajaran yang diberikan. Pentingnya pembelajaran kecerdasan artifisial ini kepada siswa sekolah menengah pertama yaitu dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses pembelajaran dengan mengotomatisasi tugas-tugas administratif yang memakan waktu, sehingga memungkinkan pengajar untuk lebih berkonsentrasi pada interaksi langsung dengan siswa.

Abstract

Rendahnya kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat Muslim terhadap Hukum Kewarisan Islam (Ilmu Faraidl) menyebabkan ketidakkonsistenan dalam pengamalan ajaran agama, khususnya terkait pembagian harta warisan dalam keluarga. Banyak jamaah yang hanya mengandalkan informasi parsial dan tidak sistematis, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan perselisihan di kemudian hari. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai konsep dasar Hukum Waris Islam, golongan ahli waris, bagian masing-masing ahli waris, serta tata cara dan mekanisme pembagian harta warisan kepada anggota jamaah PIP-Q Sektor Makassar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh tim dari Universitas Negeri Makassar melalui beberapa sesi ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan latihan kasus kewarisan yang terstruktur, baik secara luring maupun daring. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan antusiasme peserta yang sangat tinggi, jumlah peserta yang melampaui target, serta peningkatan pemahaman yang tercermin dari hasil evaluasi dan kebutuhan peserta untuk membentuk kelompok kajian lanjutan. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesadaran hukum dan pengamalan Hukum Kewarisan Islam secara lebih kaffah, sekaligus memperkuat keharmonisan keluarga melalui pembagian harta waris yang lebih adil dan sesuai syariat.

Abstract

Lifestyle and Sales Promotion on Impulsive Hijab Purchases in Administrative Sciences Students, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. Thesis, Business Administration Study Program. Administration Science Department. Faculty of Social Sciences and Law. Makassar public university. This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle and sales promotion on impulsive hijab purchases among female students of the Administrative Sciences Department, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. The sample in this study were female students of the Administrative Sciences Department, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University, Class of 2018-2020. The data were obtained from research results that were processed using the SPSS version 25 software program which consisted of validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Tests, and Coefficients of Determination. The results of the study show that the variables Lifestyle and Sales Promotion simultaneously influence Impulsive Hijab Purchases with an Fcount of 25.094 > Ftable of 3.10 with a significance level of 0.000 (sig ἀ <0.05). Based on test the coefficient of determination of the relationship between Lifestyle and Sales Promotion together on Impulsive Buying is quite significant for Students of the Department of Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, State University of Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian studi literatur ini bertujuan menganalisis kontribusi penerapan metode First In First Out (FIFO) dalam peningkatan kinerja operasional ritel di Indonesia, khususnya UMKM, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan Faktor Kritis Keberhasilannya (CSFs). Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur sistematis terhadap 30 artikel terpilih, analisis difokuskan pada kerangka lima dimensi kinerja operasional: quality, speed, dependability, flexibility, dan cost (Slack et al., 2019). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa implementasi FIFO berkontribusi signifikan pada kelima dimensi tersebut, terbukti efektif meminimalkan kerugian stok kedaluwarsa, meningkatkan kecepatan rotasi, dan menjamin keandalan kualitas produk. Meskipun demikian, UMKM menghadapi tantangan utama seperti keterbatasan ruang, rendahnya kompetensi staf, dan penggunaan sistem inventori manual. Keberhasilan FIFO sangat ditentukan oleh CSFs, meliputi penguatan komitmen manajerial, standarisasi SOP, dan transisi menuju sistem inventori digital. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa penerapan FIFO harus terstruktur dan didukung teknologi untuk mencapai efektivitas operasional ritel secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) on warehouse management efficiency in the context of modern supply chain management. The background of the problem is based on the operational inefficiencies of traditional warehouses, which are characterized by time-consuming manual processes, high material handling costs, and susceptibility to human error. The results of the analysis show that WMS, which is a database-based computer application system that automates the entire warehousing process (from receiving to shipping), can substantially improve operational efficiency, including speeding up lead time, increasing stock accuracy (up to 98%), and reducing the defect ratio. The success of WMS implementation is largely determined by three main pillars: System Quality, Information Quality (real-time accuracy), and Service Quality (human resource training). However, the risk of failure remains, especially from human error and technical network constraints. In conclusion, WMS is not just a transactional tool, but a strategic intelligent system that must be integrated with advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, and Data Analytics to achieve superior inventory management, near-perfect data accuracy, and meet the demands of e-commerce/omnichannel businesses that require high speed. Abstract

Abstrak. Pembelajaran digital merupakan sebuah inovasi yang tidak bisa terhindarkan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi digital dikalangan guru SMK Negeri 5 Takalar untuk merancang pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan efektif. Tahapan pelaksanaan program ini meliputi persiapan, pelatihan dasar penggunaan kecerdasan buatan dan pendampingan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis AI. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan 1) kompetensi guru, memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik terkait konsep AI dan penerapannya dalam pembelajaran. Guru mampu untuk menjelaskan manfaat AI dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran, 2) Produk media pembelajaran berbasis AI, terdapat beberapa produk yang telah dihasilkan antara lain, soal ujian adaptif berbasis Quizizz, presentasi interaktif dengan menggunakan Canva, serta modul pembelajaran dengan integrasi chatboot edukatif. Hal mengindikasikan bahwa AI mampu menjadi inovasi strategis dalam pembelajaran berbasis digital, karena tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru, tetapi juga menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif, adaptid, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang didapatkan meunjukkan bahwa AI berperan sebagai salah satu solusi inovatif dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di era digital. Keberlanjutan program ini diharapkan mampu memperkuat budaya pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, mendorong guru untuk terus berinovasi, serta memberikan dampak positif yang lebih luas bagi peningkatan mutu pendidikan, tidak hanya di sekolah mitra, tetapi juga pada satuan pendidikan lain di sekitarnya. Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan Buatan, Pembelajaran, Inovasi, Media, Digital

Abstract

This study aims to analyzei and comparei thei quality of public seirviceis provideid to thei indigeinous peioplei of Ammatoa Kajang and non-indigeinous communitieis in Kajang District, Bulukumba Reigeincy, as weill as ideintify thei factors that causei seirvicei diffeireinceis and seirvicei strateigieis that arei in accordancei with local cultural valueis. A qualitativei approach is useid to undeirstand thei pheinomeinon of seirvicei in a socio-cultural conteixt through in-deipth inteirvieiws, obseirvations, and documeintation. Data analysis is carrieid out through data reiduction, data preiseintation, and conclusion drawing using thei theiory of Agung Kurniawan (2005) as an analytical basis, which eimphasizeis acceissibility, social justicei, and eimpoweirmeint as thei main dimeinsions of public services. The results of the study show that in the accessibility dimension there is a dual service system, namely digital services for non-indigenous people and face-to-face manual services for the indigenous people of Ammatoa Kajang. Indigenous peoples' access is still limited due to geographical conditions, limited administrative literacy, and customary prohibitions on the use of technology. In the dimension of social justice, the government has shown efforts to adapt to local values, but has not been fully able to provide equal service procedures for both groups of people. In the empowerment dimension, indigenous peoples still depend on indigenous leaders as a source of social legitimacy and service decision-making. The SWOT analysis shows that the strength of public services lies in social legitimacy and harmonious cultural communication beitweiein thei goveirnmeint and customary institutions. Weiakneisseis arisei in deipeindeincei on ceirtain figureis and low administrativei undeirstanding of indigeinous communitieis. Opportunitieis arei streingtheineid through Reigional Reigulation No. 14 of 2013 and Reigional Reigulation No. 9 of 2015, whilei thei main threiat comeis from thei poteintial clash beitweiein administrativei modeirnization and the philosophy of Kamase-masea that rejects technology. The government has implemented hybrid and affirmative services, but the implementation is not optimal, so a humanistic approach is needed that places the community as partners so that public services are more empathetic, adaptive, and in harmony with local cultural values.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at Syekh Yusuf Hospital, Gowa Regency. To achieve this goal, researchers use indicators to measure these variables. In the motivation variable, the indicators used are physiological needs, security needs, social needs, self-esteem needs and self-actualization needs. In the work environment variables, the indicators used are lighting/light in the workplace, temperature in the workplace, safety in the workplace and cleanliness. As for the job satisfaction variable, the indicators used are job, wages, promotions, supervisors and co-workers. In this research, the research method used is quantitative research, with data collection techniques carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The sample used in this research was 87 respondents. Data obtained from research results were processed using data analysis and using the SPSS version 25 software program which consists of validity test, reality test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research indicate that motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Partially, motivation has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction, and the work environment partially has a significant influence on employee morale at Syekh Yusuf Hospital, Gowa Regency.
