Abstract

Community empowerment and development efforts continue to be carried out by the academic community of the University of Mataram. The main objective of this program is to enhance the added value of local commodities and create sustainable home-based business opportunities in Jembatan Kembar Timur Village, West Lombok, with a focus on a “creative economy” based on tamarind processing. The core activities included technical training in the production of tamarind candy and packaged tamarind, packaging design, branding, and marketing strategies. The results of the program showed that 15 participants, consisting of women from the Family Welfare Movement (PKK) and young women, enthusiastically participated in the socialization and training sessions on tamarind candy and packaged tamarind production, and expressed strong interest in further developing tamarind-based products. Upon completion of the training, participants were able to independently produce tamarind candy and packaged tamarind. At the final stage, participants were introduced to attractive packaging as well as virtual marketing techniques through social media. This program is expected to open up new entrepreneurial opportunities for the community of Jembatan Kembar Timur Village

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan kreativitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas proses pengajaran agama Islam pada siswa tunagrahita di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Negeri 1 Sumbawa. Tunagrahita merupakan anak yang mengalami keterbelakangan mental dengan kecerdasan di bawah rata-rata sehingga menghambat kemampuannya menyerap materi pelajaran. Jenis penelitiannya adalah kualitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan kondensasi data penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun uji keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyajikan data bahwa kreativitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SLBN 1 Sumbawa dilakukan dari tahapan perencanaan hingga pelaksanaan pembelajajaran dengan pendekatan bertahap (scaffolding) yaitu dengan memecah materi yang kompleks menjadi bagian-bagian kecil. Pada tahap proses pembelajaran, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam SLBN 1 Sumbawa selain menggunakan metode ceramah juga menggunakan ragam metode lain yaitu, yaitu metode multisensory, experiental learning, dan storytelling. Kreativitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam juga terlihat dalam pengelolaan kelas dengan pengaturan tata kursi melingkar, fleksibilitas waktu dalam mengajar, perlakuan khusus dalam kondisi tertentu serta kolaborasi guru dengan dengan orang tua siswa

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of tahfidz instructors in improving the quality of Al-Qur'an memorization of students at the Al-Kaukabul Munir As'adiyah Islamic Boarding School, while identifying supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as the instructor's contribution to the tahfidz process. Through a qualitative approach with interview, observation, and documentation methods, this study shows that tahfidz instructors have a strategic role in preparing memorization schedules, tahsin and tahfidz guidance, implementing routine evaluations, and creating a conducive learning environment. Supporting factors for students' success include intrinsic motivation, memory skills, and family support, while obstacles that arise include lack of motivation, concentration disorders, psychological stress, and limited learning environment conditions. The research findings confirm that the instructor's contribution has a significant effect on increasing the quantity and quality of memorization, motivation, independence, and the formation of students' spiritual character, so that improving instructor competence is an important aspect for the success of the tahfidz program as a whole.

Abstract

Masalah gizi pada balita masih menjadi isu kesehatan masyarakat yang berdampak pada tumbuh kembang anak, khususnya pada usia 6–23 bulan. Pengetahuan ibu memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan praktik pemberian makan dan perilaku konsumsi balita. Edukasi gizi digital merupakan salah satu strategi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dan mendorong perbaikan perilaku konsumsi balita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi gizi digital Sahabat Bunda terhadap pengetahuan ibu dan perilaku konsumsi balita usia 6–23 bulan di Desa Matang Lurus, Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Tanah Habang, Kabupaten Balangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimen dengan rancangan pretest–posttest pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 ibu yang memiliki balita usia 6–23 bulan, terdiri dari 15 ibu pada kelompok intervensi dan 15 ibu pada kelompok kontrol. Intervensi berupa edukasi gizi digital Sahabat Bunda diberikan selama 30 hari. Pengetahuan ibu diukur menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan perilaku konsumsi balita dinilai melalui recall konsumsi pangan 24 jam berdasarkan indikator Minimum Dietary Diversity (MDD). Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu dan perbaikan perilaku konsumsi balita setelah pemberian edukasi gizi digital. Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa edukasi gizi digital Sahabat Bunda berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengetahuan ibu dan perilaku konsumsi balita usia 6–23 bulan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji problematika sistem ekonomi Islam di Indonesia dengan fokus pada implementasi dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam dalam konteks negara yang pluralis ini. Dalam menghadapi tantangan global dan lokal, Indonesia menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam dengan sistem ekonomi nasional. Penelitian ini menganalisis kendala-kendala seperti kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang ekonomi Islam, ketidakpatuhan regulasi terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah, serta kendala infrastruktur dan pendidikan. Metode penelitian menggunakan analitis dan studi literatur, penelitian ini mencari solusi dan rekomendasi untuk memperkuat implementasi ekonomi Islam di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang kompleksitas problematika ekonomi Islam di Indonesia dan menyajikan kerangka kerja yang dapat membantu pemangku kebijakan dan praktisi dalam mengatasi tantangan ini, memajukan ekonomi syariah, serta menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih berkeadilan dan inklusif sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Judul ini mengindikasikan adanya tantangan atau permasalahan yang mungkin dihadapi oleh sistem ekonomi Islam di Indonesia. Implikasinya adalah pentingnya untuk menilai apakah sistem tersebut dapat bertahan dan berkelanjutan dalam konteks ekonomi yang terus berkembang.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Socratic Question Learning Model in developing critical thinking skills of grade XI students in Fiqh learning at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, while data validity is obtained through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Socratic Question Learning Model is able to improve students' critical thinking skills, which is characterized by increased ability to analyze Fiqh law, compile logical arguments, contextualize Islamic law with contemporary issues, and internalize tabayyun attitudes and intellectual humility. The main supporting factors include Islamic boarding school culture (bahtsul masail), managerial policy support, and the availability of learning resources, while inhibiting factors include time constraints, differences in students' verbal abilities, and the influence of digital instant culture. This study concludes that the Socratic Question Learning Model is effective for use as a Fiqh learning strategy to develop students' critical thinking skills comprehensively and sustainably
