Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of a virtual classroom program based on a learning management system (LMS) with a hybrid class model at SMA Negeri 18 Palembang. The increasing need for digitalization in the field of education and efforts to answer the problems that occur at SMA Negeri 18 Palembang, namely the limitations of classes. This study explores how a learning management system can improve interaction and collaboration between teachers and students. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach where data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of school digitalization of the virtual classroom program based on the learning management system hybrid class model at SMA Negeri 18 Palembang in the planning aspect is in accordance with the main steps, namely identifying the needs of teachers and students, determining the right curriculum and conducting periodic evaluations of the implementation of the program. In terms of the implementation of the virtual classroom program based on the learning management system, the hybrid class model has been running well, but challenges have been found in terms of infrastructure, technology, and digital skills. In the evaluation aspect, the results were obtained that SMA Negeri 18 Palembang periodically evaluates the implementation of the program in order to obtain information about program improvements. This research provides input for further development in teacher training and the provision of adequate technological facilities, so that education digitalization can be effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah dan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri yang ada di Tanjung Batu, yaitu Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1, 2, dan 3. Guna menguji ketiga variabel tersebut maka diambil sampel 80 orang siswa yang dimintai keterangan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, dengan tahapan melakukan uji prasyarat terlebih dahulu, dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu ada hubungan positif dan signifikant antara Supervisi Kepala Sekolah dan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 94,40 %.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen sarana dan prasarana SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya. Fokus analisis terletak pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pengadaan, inventarisasi, pemeliharaan, penghapusan sarana dan prasarana. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Informan penelitian yaitu kepala dan pengelola sekolah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, perencanaan sarana dan prasarana terbagi menjadi dua kategori yaitu program perencanaan dan perencanaan rumah tangga. Pelaksanaan manajemen mencakup pengadaan sarana yang dibedakan menjadi program dan rumah tangga. Pemeliharaan sarana pendidikan di sekolah ini ada dua jenis, yaitu pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah. Inventarisasi dilakukan sesuai dengan PERDA Provinsi Sumatera Selatan melalui pendataan menggunakan SIMDA. Namun penghapusan sarana pendidikan yang rusak atau tidak terpakai belum dilakukan; barang tersebut hanya disimpan di gudang penyimpanan. Evaluasi pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana perlu dilakukan secara lebih mendalam, terutama terkait penghapusan aset sekolah yang tidak lagi digunakan. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai pentingnya manajemen yang efektif untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru di MTs Kecamatan Pemulutan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru di MTs Se-Kecamatan Pemulutan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. menunjukkan bahwa variabel Gaya Kepeminpinan dan Komunikasi Interpersonal mempengaruhi dengan uji koefesien determinasi diketahui nilai hubungan (R) sebesar 0,944 dan nilai menunjukkan pengaruh sangat kuat karena berada pada posisi interval koefisien 0,800 - 1,000 dengan kategori sangat kuat, koefesien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,944 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap variabel terikat kinerja guru sebesar 94,40%, sisanya 5,60% dipengaruhi faktor lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the professional competence of teachers as an effort to improve teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Muara Padang and the efforts made by the principal in developing professional competence of teachers in improving teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Muara Padang. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that the Professional Competence of Teachers as an Effort to Improve Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 1 Muara Padang, is very good, from the results of the author's research that some teachers have been able to foster student interest in learning. professional competence, and the Principal's efforts in Improving Professional Competence of Teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Muara Padang include attending Training, and attending KKG, conducting Classroom Action Research (PTK), and actively participating in professional organizations. And provide coaching to teachers, provide supervision, hold training, conduct visits between schools, and provide opportunities for teachers to continue their education.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and analyze. 1). To describe and analyze the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance at the Lempuing Jaya elementary school, Ogan Komering Ilir. 2). to describe and analyze teacher discipline on teacher performance in elementary schools located in Lempuing Jaya, Ogan Komering Ilir. 3). To describe and analyze the influence of principal leadership and teacher discipline on teacher performance at Lempuing Jaya elementary school, Ogan Komering Ilir. This research explains the important role of effective school leadership in fostering an environment conducive to high teacher performance. It emphasizes that teacher discipline, defined as compliance with established regulations and commitment to professional responsibility, significantly impacts an educator's overall effectiveness. The methodology used was quantitative, correlational research type with a total of 265 people for drawing research samples using proportional random sampling, so that a sample of 73 respondents was obtained. Data collection techniques use documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the t test. The results of this research indicate that the principal's leadership style and discipline among teachers are very important in improving teacher performance results in elementary schools in Lempuing Jaya Ogan Komering Ilir subdistrict.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the principal's leadership in improving teacher competence. This study was conducted at SMK in North Indralaya Regency. The method used in the study was a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative techniques. The results of this study indicate that efforts to improve teacher competence through various activities that include pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competence. Teachers actively participate in training, utilize ICT, and discuss to improve learning. Educators are encouraged to be role models and establish good relationships with parents of students and the community. Teachers continue to improve their mastery of ICT materials and skills. The principal plays an important role as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. The principal shows commitment to the curriculum, provides opportunities for teacher development, ensures the implementation of educational standards, supervises, becomes a role model, encourages the use of ICT, and requires participation in MGMP for all teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine if teacher competency and principal leadership have a meaningful impact on the performance of teachers in state elementary schools in Talang Betutu Subdistrict. Multiple regression analysis techniques and quantitative methods are used in this study. In Talang Betutu Village, there are four state elementary schools with 114 teachers. The data was gathered using a Likert scale. In this study, random sampling was the sample technique. IBM SPSS version 26 was then used to tabulate and analyze the data. With a value of 11.627 or > 3.077 and p = 0.000 (p<0.05), the research findings demonstrated a positive and significant relationship between leader leadership and teacher competence on the level of teacher performance. Teacher competency and the principal's leadership both positively impact teacher performance by 49.3% at the same time, with other factors influencing the remaining 50.7%.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Educational Management Strategy to Increase Students' Interest in Reading at State Primary School 145 Palembang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools use documentation, interviews, observation and literature review. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the management strategy for increasing students' interest in reading at SD Negeri 145 Palembang is implemented by planning and formulating programs to increase students' interest in reading, reading infrastructure such as libraries and reading corners at SD Negeri 145 Palembang. The obstacles faced are related to the fulfillment of library and corner facilities. school reading, student interests and training and workshops related to library management and school reading corners. The solution taken was to invite the school committee to take an active role and encourage all school members to take part in activities to increase students' reading interest at SD Negeri 145 Palembang.

Abstract

This research examines the role of teachers in implementing a project to strengthen students' Pancasila profiles towards fostering a positive culture at SD Negeri 241 Palembang. The research aims to explore how teachers contribute to shaping students' understanding and realization of Pancasila values, thus encouraging the creation of a positive cultural environment in schools. Through qualitative methods, including interviews and observations, this research examines teachers' strategies, the challenges they face, and their impact on student attitudes and behavior. The findings show that teachers play an important role in instilling Pancasila values, influencing students' cultural perceptions, and fostering a conducive learning atmosphere in line with national ethos and moral values. This research underlines the importance of teacher involvement in character education and its implications in creating a harmonious school environment that is rooted in Indonesian cultural values.
