Abstract

Safrizal NIM 2361101026 The Integration of Maqashid Sharia in Mosque Management Strategy for the Prosperity and Welfare of the Ummah: A Case Study of Al-Amin Mosque, Tanjung Buntung, Batam This study aims to analyze the integration of Maqashid Syariah into mosque management strategies as an approach to improve community welfare and prosperity. A mosque is not only a place of worship but also a center for social and economic empowerment of Muslims. In this context, the Maqashid Syariah approach is essential as it reflects core Islamic values relevant to institutional governance. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method conducted at Al-Amin Mosque, Tanjung Buntung, Batam City. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation, analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results show that applying Maqashid Syariah principles in mosque management can strengthen institutional structures, increase congregation participation, and expand the mosque’s social impact on the surrounding community. This study is expected to contribute to the development of a Sharia-based mosque management model that is more relevant, applicable, and sustainable.

Abstract

Sebagai umat Islam, perintah untuk menunaikan zakat, infaq, dan sedekah merupakan bagian dari ibadah yang memiliki dampak sosial besar. Namun, dalam kenyataannya, masih banyak umat Muslim yang enggan menunaikan kewajiban ini. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kecenderungan mukallaf dalam menunaikan kewajiban zakat serta praktik infaq dan sedekah di wilayah kecamatan Cempaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-evaluatif dengan menganalisis, menyajikan, dan menilai data secara analitik-argumentatif. Penilaian didukung teori untuk verifikasi dan justifikasi, kemudian disimpulkan secara jelas dan rinci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang zakat, infaq, dan sedekah masih terbatas akibat minimnya edukasi dan sosialisasi. Faktor seperti sifat materialistis, ketidakpercayaan terhadap pengelolaan dana, serta lemahnya kesadaran spiritual turut memengaruhi kepatuhan berzakat. Selain itu, gaya hidup konsumtif dan kurangnya edukasi dari tokoh masyarakat memperburuk kebiasaan berbagi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peran aktif lembaga zakat, pemerintah, dan tokoh agama dalam meningkatkan edukasi, transparansi, serta kesadaran sosial dan spiritual.   As Muslims, the command to give zakat, infaq, and sadaqah is a form of worship that carries significant social impact. However, in reality, many Muslims are still reluctant to fulfill this obligation. This study aims to understand the factors that influence the tendency of mukallaf (those obligated by Islamic law) in fulfilling the obligation of zakat, as well as the practice of infaq and sadaqah in the Cempaga sub-district. The research uses a descriptive-evaluative qualitative approach by analyzing, presenting, and assessing data in an analytical-argumentative manner. The evaluation is supported by theory for verification and justification, followed by clear and detailed conclusions. The findings show that public understanding of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah remains limited due to a lack of education and outreach. Factors such as materialistic attitudes, distrust in fund management, and weak spiritual awareness affect compliance with zakat obligations. Additionally, a consumptive lifestyle and the lack of education from community leaders worsen the habit of giving. Therefore, the active role of zakat institutions, the government, and religious figures is needed to enhance education, transparency, and social and spiritual awareness.

Abstract

Indonesia menempati posisi ke 2 sebagai penyumbang sampah plastik ke laut. Hal ini juga diperkuat dengan meningkatnya timbunan sampah sebesar 74.808 ton ditahun 2025 di Kota Binjai, termasuk sampah organik dari limbah pertanian. Produksi tebu di Sumatera Utara 96% berasal dari Kabupaten Langkat yang secara tidak langsung juga menyumbang limbah. Lembaga Kesejahteraan Lanjut Usia (LKLU), tidak hanya sebagai lembaga perlindungan lanjut usia, juga sebagai penjaga warisan budaya dan lingkungan bukan hanya upacara adat tetapi berbagi pengalaman mengenai pengelolaan kebun tebu dan turunannya. Berbagai permasalahan seperti (a). Mitra belum menggali secara optimal potensi lokal (b). Minimnya pengetahuan mitra bahwa ampas tebu bisa diolah. (d). Mitra tidak tahu dampak plastik yang digunakan. (e). Mitra terbiasa mengelola sampah organik menjadi kompos, namun belum mengetahui bioplastik. Untuk memaksimalkan potensi tersebut, diadakan pelatihan berbasis kearifan lokal ampas tebu melalui tiga tahap edukasi, pelatihan/pendampingan dan evaluasi. Bahan dan alat yang sesuai mampu menghasilkan bioplastik yang layak dikembangkan. Terdapat peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan skor rata-rata dari 40% pada saat pretest menjadi 85% setelah pelatihan. Capaian ini mencerminkan Kegiatan ini berhasil memperkenalkan pemanfaatan limbah ampas tebu secara optimal menjadi produk inovatif dan ramah lingkungan berupa bioplastik.

Abstract

Demokrasi adalah sistem pemerintahan di mana keputusan politik didasarkan pada kesepakatan mayoritas yang diberikan secara bebas oleh rakyat dewasa, dengan tujuan menciptakan sistem pemerintahan yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat. Di Indonesia, pemilihan kepala desa (Pilkades) merupakan salah satu bentuk perwujudan demokrasi di tingkat desa, yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa dan dilaksanakan secara serentak di seluruh wilayah Indonesia, termasuk Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan Pilkades serentak di Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Pakpak Bharat Nomor 9 Tahun 2021, dengan fokus pada aspek hukum dan implementasi teknis pelaksanaannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan normatif, dengan mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan yang relevan, seperti UU Desa, Peraturan Pemerintah, dan Peraturan Bupati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Pilkades serentak telah dilaksanakan pada 13 desa di Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat, pelaksanaan di 39 desa lainnya masih tertunda karena ketidakjelasan dalam peraturan terkait pelaksanaan secara bergelombang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Peraturan Bupati Pakpak Bharat Nomor 9 Tahun 2021 perlu disesuaikan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang lebih tinggi untuk menghindari benturan hukum dan memberikan kepastian hukum dalam pelaksanaan Pilkades. Disarankan agar peraturan daerah dan peraturan bupati mengakomodasi ketentuan yang lebih rinci mengenai pelaksanaan Pilkades secara bergelombang, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

Coronavirus disease 2019 stroke the world at the end of 2019 and influenced greatly to all of the sectors. One of the sectors is education. Similarly, when the pandemic ended gradually in 2022, learning returned to normal but required gradual adjustments because both instructors and students had become proficient with online learning. Blended learning is a suitable teaching and learning strategy for the current environment. Blended learning is a combination of online and in-person instruction. Given the widespread use of blended learning today, the researcher intends to investigate students' attitudes toward blended learning in the post-pandemic period. This investigation included 29 students from the English Department at IAIN Ponerogo. The results indicated that the majority of students have a favorable view of blended learning. Two fair attitudes showed in student-student interaction and the contribution of blended learning toward the improvement of their skills.

Abstract

Learning Outcomes Improvement Through The Implementation Discovery Learning Model Using Whatsapp Group in Literature Theory Courses ABSTRAKPenerapan model discovery learning berbantuan aplikasi WhatsApp group pada mata kuliah Teori Sastra pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa semester satu Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia, FKIP, Universitas Bengkulu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes pada awal dan akhir siklus. Selain itu, teknik non tes juga digunakan untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran awal dan akhir yang telah berlangsung. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Pada siklus pertama, hasil yang diperoleh belum memenuhi target capaian. Target yang ditetapkan tercapai pada siklus kedua. Hasilnya siswa yang memperoleh nilai A sebanyak 14 orang (33%), nilai B sebanyak 20 orang (50%), nilai C sebanyak 7 orang (17%), dan nilai D sebanyak 0 orang (0%). Hasil ini menunjukkan penerapan model discovery learning berbantuan aplikasi WhatsApp group telah berhasil memenuhi target capaian berupa peningkatan hasil belajar sebanyak 30%.Kata kunci: discovery learning, teori sastra, grup whatsapp ABSTRACTThe implementation of the discovery learning model assisted by the WhatsApp group application in the Literary Theory course in this study aims to improve the learning outcomes of first semester students of the Indonesian Language Education Study Program, FKIP, Bengkulu University. Data was collected by using test techniques in the beginning and the end of the cycle. In addition, non-test techniques are also used to determine student responses to the initial and final learning that has taken place. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles, in the first cycle the results obtained did not reach the achievement targets. The target’s goal was achieved in the second cycle. As a result, 14 students (33%), B grades 20 (50%), C scores 7 (17%), and D scores 0 (0%). These results indicate that the application of the discovery learning model assisted by the WhatsApp group application has succeeded in the target achievement in the form of 30% increasing learning outcomes.Keyword: discovery learning, literary theory,whatsapp group

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to find out what forms of social classes occur from the collection of short stories through behavior, attitudes of characters in the collection of short stories "Back to the Base of the Road" by Yusrizal K.W. And find out the factors causing social conflict in the collection of short stories "Back to the Base of the Road" by Yusrizal K.W. Using Karl Marx's theory of social conflict. This research uses a qualitative approach description method. The data from the study is data in the form of words, phrases, expressions, and sentences contained in the collection of short stories "Kembali ke Pangkal Jalan" by Yusrizal K.W. published in October 2004 by Kompas, Jakarta, which are 14 titles of short stories selected by Yusrizal KW written from the 2000s to 2004, and only 9 titles want to be analyzed because of social themes. The results of this study are the factors causing social conflict in the collection of short stories "Kembali Pangkal Jalan" by Yusrizal K.W. Social conflict in the collection of short stories "Kembali Pangkal Jalan Karya Yusrizal K.W" bourgeoisie or ruling class and proletariat or class that has no power. The ruling upper class is the people who own the means of production such as merchant societies, subdistrict mothers, rich people, leaders, while the lower class (proletariat) who have the power and do not have the means of production like thug gangs. lay people, poor families.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school students who study qowaid sometimes have a very high level of memorization of qowaid, but their level of understanding in the practice of reading Arabic texts and the like is not capable, as evidenced when they are asked questions by their teachers when practicing reading the Turosh Book/Kitab Kuning/Kitab Gundul.  This research aims to determine the level of ability of class  By carrying out a test in the form of a question sheet which is given to test the students' understanding of the meaning of tsulasi mazid which has been learned from the practice of reading the book Ta'lim Al-Muta'aalim.  This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of tests on 20 selected class XII students and documentation.  So after conducting the research, it was concluded that the level of understanding of the students in understanding the meaning of the mazid tsulasi in the book Ta'lim Al-Muta aalım by Sheikh Burhanuddin Az-Zarnuji was categorized as increasing along with continuous training. This is proven by the percentage of the first test to the third test from 0  % categorized as very good up to 20%, in the third test 55% were categorized as good, and 25% were categorized as quite good.

Abstract

This study is experimental research which aims to find out whether there is a significant influence on the use of drill method on Tashrif Istilahy mastery at the eighth grade junior high school students Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru. The problem formulation in this research is “Is there any significant influence on the use of drill method on Tashrif Istilahy mastery at the eighth grade junior high school students Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru?”The population of this study is all students of class VIII junior high school Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru, with a sample of class VIII.H female students as experimental class and class VIII.F students as the control class. Subject of this research is all VIII students of junior high school Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru. The object of this research is the influence on the use of drill method on Tashrif Istilahy mastery at the eighth grade junior high school students Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru. The instruments use the collecting data which consists of observations and tests. The result of analysis data can be concluded that there is no significant influence with the use of the drill method on Tashrif Istilahy mastery at the eighth grade junior high school students Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru. This is proven by the value to= 0.66 which is smaller than tt at 1% significance level = 2.72 and 5% significance level = 2.02 so Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means the drill method has no effect on Tashrif Istilahy mastery at the eighth grade junior high school students students Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru.Keywords: Influence, Drill Method, Tashrif Istilahy
