Abstract

Currently, the company has implemented an information system to support the running of the business, both for large and small investments. PT Interpark Industries Batam which is engaged in manufacturing carton boxes and printer ink is one of the many companies in Batam that has used an information system, namely, the HICOM Management System (HMS). In using the system, there is still a problem in the data storage process of incoming and outgoing goods that are not in accordance with the actual, so it takes more time to review. Based on these problems, it is necessary to carry out an audit of system governance that is used to determine which maturity level the system is at. In conducting the audit, the method used is the COBIT 4.1 framework with the sub domains PO2, DS11, AI3. The results showed that the average maturity level of the HMS system is at level 2 - Repeatable but intuitive.

Abstract

Dhamma Sasana School is a school under the auspices of the Jaya Manggala foundation which was established in 2017, which has a problem in the registration process, namely the registration process does not have a website and still uses the old and manual registration procedure. The aim of this research is to transform the old and manual registration system into an effective website, can be accessed anywhere, easily gets instant information and verifies student data accurately, quickly and safely. The research method used is the Waterfall method. This method is an ordered method to develop existing systems on the website. This research resulted in the registration process for prospective students and the verification process going online. The system for building websites is by using the programming language PHP5, Javascript, MySQL Database, Notepad ++ Text Editor and the Bootstrap Framework. The conclusion from the researchers is that with the existence of a website, schools can streamline school expenditure, making it easier for parents to register their children only through the internet and the committee both in storing and verifying prospective student data.

Abstract

PT SIIX Electronics Indonesia is a company engaged in manufacturing the assembly of electronic goods such as scanners, keyboards, cellphones, and so on. This company uses a payroll system called FPCollector in the payroll process. The problem that occurs at this company is the occurrence of errors in calculating employee salaries and calculating salaries that are not transparent because employees only know the total salary each month without knowing how much the deduction is due to tardiness and absence for a month. The research object is PT SIIX Electronics Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to evaluate assessments and make recommendations based on a maturity level analysis of the FPCollector information system at PT SIIX Electronics Indonesia according to the COΒIT 4.1 standard. The use of this standard is because it is a general control standard for controlling information systems and has parameters that are able to provide a risk assessment of a company using maturity models.

Abstract

Di masa wabah saat ini banyak sekolah melakukan proses belajar-mengajar secara online dan membuat para pengajar dan murid kesusahan dalam proses belajar-mengajar begitu pula yang terjadi pada SDS Islam Nur Hidayah Batam. Akan jauh lebih baik jika memiliki sebuah sistem seperti E-learning yang dapat dijadikan tempat yang mengorganisir kegiatan belajar&mengajar.E-learning adalah suatu metode Belajar mengajar yang memanfaatkan internet. Yang dapat diakses pada perangkat-perangkat seperti smartphone komputer dan lainya. Dengan dikembangkannya melalui internet yang berupa sebuh website tentunya perkembangan pembelajaran dengan metode e-learning ini akan cepat berkembang. Penelitian ini ditujukan agar dapat membangun sebuah E-learning yang mampu mempermudah proses belajar bagi para siswa, siswi dan pengajar di SD tersebut contohnya peberian tugas dan materi belajar oleh para guru ke murid, terlebih di masa wabah saat ini, dimana para guru dan siswa membutuhkan suatu hal yang mampu menjadi wadah pembelajaran yang bersifat terorganisir. sehingga mamp mempermudah para murid untuk menerima materi oleh guru dan juga mempermudah para guru melakukan perekapan terhadap tugas-tugas yang telah di kerjakan para murid, dan juga diharapkan dapat menjadi sebuah nilai plus bagi SDS Islam Nurhidayah Batam dibandingkan dari sekolah-sekolah dasar lainya.Hasil dari proses analisa dan desain E-learning ini diharapkan mampu memudahkan para peneliti dimasa yang akan datang ketika ingin meneliti dan mendevelope sebuah E-learning.

Abstract

Four Dara Kost is a place for lodging services such as boarding houses, but this boarding house only rents rooms, this house has been established since 2010 in the city of Batam. Four Dara Kost have problems in managing their boarding houses sucg as collecting data on prospective occupants, checking rooms and explaining information about boarding room facilities. The researcher aims to help boarding house owners and assistanst on how to desing and implement web-based information systems at the four dara boarding house. Researchers will conduct this research use the waterfall method Results of this research are boarding house owners and boarding house assistants find it easier to process their renting rooms, checking rooms and explaining information on room facilities provided.

PT Billindo Utama is a company engaged in the sale of general supplier, marine, hardware, tools & equipments and was founded in 2010, located in tanjung uncang, riau island, batam. The problem being faced by Billindo Utama is the order system is still oflline so that it doesn’t make it easier for customer to make purchase, this COVID19 virus pandemic must follow health protocols and can reduce visiting customer, and there is no customer database systematically recapitulated in a systemized manner which can pose a risk of losing customer data. If Billindo Utama markets its products throught web e-commerce then the problems faced by Billindo Utama at this time will be solved. Based on the problems being faced by Billindo Utama the researchers will conduct research with aim of to find out how to design and implement a web-based sales information system at Billindo Utama. The method used in the research process is the SDLC waterfall model which consists of system analysis, system design, coding, and testing. The results of research on Billindo Utama is this e-commerce web can facilitate transactions, marketing, and all product information will be conveyed and it’s hoped that next system developer can add some features. Abstract

Conditions of intense competition, especially in Batam and in the hospitality sector, there are several hotels in Batam that use a Web-based OYO information system. Where OYO collaborates with property owners who do not yet have a hotel management system, where OYO task is to control and develop hotel management then connect and market it through the OYO application to make it more accessible online. The technique used is by distributing questionnaires orally to respondents with 25 questions and a sample of 115 respondents.The use of the measuring instrument is 5 points Likert scale. Using descriptive analysis for data analysis methods, Using validity and reliability test for the data quality test, then there is a classical assumption test using normality and heteroscedasticity tests, and hypothesis test using T and F tests with help of statistical software SPSS 20. Based on the results that the variables of Usability, Information Quality, Interaction Quality all three have a positive influence and also have a significant influence on the Website Quality.

Abstract

In today's era, human daily activities cannot be separated from the use of technology. One of them is business activities. PT Dharma Sentosa Marindo is a company engaged in the shipyard industry. So far, the attendance administration records at PT Dharma Sentosa Marindo still use paper media which are then processed and stored on a computer manually. This makes the attendance process slower and less accurate, causing delays in generating attendance reports. This study aims to design an attendance information system at PT Dharma Sentosa Marindo to increase the speed and accuracy of recording attendance administration at PT Dharma Sentosa Marindo. The system design method uses the scrum method which uses the principles of agile development methodology. The results of system testing using the blackbox testing method show that the designed system has run smoothly and as expected

Abstract

In Indonesia, badminton is one of the most popular sports among the people, where every competition on the world stage, Indonesian people flock to watch every match and it is not uncommon for athletes from Indonesia to win in every competition. In the era of the development of information technology, especially information systems, there are still many badminton courts that still use field reservations using the manual method by taking notes on paper, ordering by telephone or WA, and so on. This can pose a risk of loss of ordering data during the recording process. For this reason, this research creates a web-based application to solve the problem of renting a badminton court in Batam City. This web-based application is created using the extreme programming method with the PHP and HTML programming languages. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for tenants to make bookings on badminton courts and make it easier for managers to collect data by utilizing the existing internet network.

Abstract

The selection of outstanding students at MIS Imadun Ghoffar went through a long and complicated process. The selection process has the opportunity to make wrong decisions in the selection process, because the student selection process is based on subjectivity, which means that the selected outstanding students will most likely not reach the desired level and will not get the best candidate. Therefore, a decision support system is created that can calculate all the criteria for selecting outstanding students. In this work, the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method is implemented. This method makes decision making easier. The problem to be solved is divided into several elements, namely Criteria. The criteria needed are the average value of report cards, extracurricular scores, attitude scores and absences. The results of this system are expected to produce outstanding students according to the specified criteria. From this it can be concluded that the decision support system for selecting outstanding students at MI Imadun Ghoffar can be a solution or consideration in selecting outstanding students.
