Abstract

The Reformed Church reconstructed a new identity for women as equal to men. The church reforms provided a bridge to the acceptance of women as pastors. If pastoral status is no longer a major issue in most denominations, the structural strategic status of the church is not. The number of women pastors who have succeeded in occupying structural strategic positions is still low. This condition indicates the occurrence of a glass ceiling. Glass ceiling is a metaphor that describes the existence of an invisible barrier in the form of a glass ceiling that prevents minorities such as women from occupying strategic positions.This paper is intended to identify the factors that contribute to the glass ceiling in women pastors. Identification was conducted using the qualitative method of a literature review of several journals and books. The results revealed that there are four glass ceiling factors. The first is the internal factor, self-efficacy (self-confidence, intention to persevere and self-development, ambition, education and experience, adaptability, and cognitive ability). Second is institutional/organizational factors (work environment), such as masculine work environment and culture, "queen bee" syndrome, and the threat of sexual harassment. Third, the preference factor (women's sex role), namely the double role (double burden)      causes women to experience overwork. Fourth, stereotypes are the result of patriarchal culture (sociological aspect) and church teachings (theological aspect).

Abstract

This study examines the transformation of the Njalang tradition among the Nasal clan in Kaur Regency, Bengkulu, from a personal spiritual ritual into a collective cultural event. Once limited to individual visits during Eid al-Fitr, Njalang has evolved into a structured mass pilgrimage involving pre-event meetings, communal services, and ceremonial activities on the second day of Shawwal. Using an ethnographic communication approach, the research involved direct participation and observation to interpret the evolving meanings of this tradition. Findings reveal that Njalang now functions not only as a spiritual practice but also as a means of strengthening social ties, preserving cultural identity, and promoting cultural tourism. This transformation illustrates how local traditions adapt to contemporary contexts while retaining core communal values. The study’s novelty lies in its focus on the transformation of meaning—an aspect often overlooked in previous research. It highlights how traditional rituals can become dynamic platforms for cultural communication and collective identity. This research contributes to the discourse on cultural resilience and offers insights for future studies on heritage preservation in the social sciences and humanities.

Abstract

Mycobacterium tuberculosis ialah bakteri yang menyebabkan Tuberculosis Paru. Pada bagian membrane sel kuman ini mengandung lemak yang menyebabkan pertumbuhan dari kuman ini berlangsung lambat serta tahan terhadap asam. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah menganalisa faktor seperti pengaruh umur, jenis kelamin, status gizi, pendidikan, pekerjaan, kebiasaan merokok, kepadatan hunian dan pencahayaan hunian terhadap kejadian TB paru di UPT Puskesmas Kota Datar tahun 2023. Penelititan ini ialah studi observasional dengan jenis desain penelitian case control yang akan melakukan analisa terhadap faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi angka kejadian TB paru di Puskesmas Kota Datar tahun 2023. Kesimpulan dari penelitian didapatkan faktor umur, jenis kelamin, status gizi, pendidikan, kepadatan hunian dan pencahayaan hunian terhadap kejadian TB paru di UPT Puskesmas Kota Datar tahun 2023. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe how the Microsoft Teams application is used in online learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The data technique is done by collecting information, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were then described descriptively. From this method, the research results show that the use of Microsoft Teams in online learning activities is said to be quite effective and efficient. With various features in one application that makes it easier for teachers and students to access, because teachers can deliver materials using various facilities or features provided by the Team, not only in text but also in text. video form. In addition, teachers can also assess the activeness of their students with the chat feature, and can efficiently assign assignments as evaluation materials to see the level of student understanding. In addition, Teams can also be used for video reservations for face-to-face learning via online. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe how Microsoft Office 365 applications are used in online learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The data collection technique is done by collecting information and pictures. The data obtained were then described descriptively. From this method, the research results show that the use of Microsoft Office 365 in online learning activities is said to be quite effective and efficient. With various features in one application, it makes it easier for teachers to use them, because teachers can deliver teaching materials using various facilities or features provided by the office, not only in text but also in text. video form. In addition, teachers can also monitor the activeness of their students with the chat feature, and can efficiently assign assignments as evaluation materials to determine the level of student understanding. In addition, Office 365 can also be used for video conferencing for face-to-face learning via online. Abstract

The educational value of Indonesian Feminism is contained in the book, this research seeks to explore the value and social identity. The analysis uses Educational Psychology and Feminism approaches. The qualitative method is used through literature review and text interpretation of Sarinah's book. The research instrument used human instrument. Based on the results of the analysis, the learning process of feminism education in Sarinah's book includes three phases of human evolution, the initial phase, women occupy a low position in life, in the second evolutionary phase, women occupy the highest position in life, and in the third evolutionary phase, women again occupy a low position in life. There are important factors that contribute to the success of students in a learning process, these factors include internal and external factors. Internal factors: Health, Intelligence and talent, Interest and motivation, and Learning style. External factors: Family/parents, School/teachers, Community/environment, Role of family/parents. Highlights: The research explores the educational value of Indonesian Feminism by analyzing Sarinah's book through the lenses of Educational Psychology and Feminism. The learning process of feminism education in Sarinah's book is depicted through three phases of human evolution, reflecting the changing social positions of women. Internal factors (health, intelligence and talent, interest and motivation, learning style) and external factors (family/parents, school/teachers, community/environment, role of family/parents) play crucial roles in students' success in the learning process. Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning media of inclusive education programs for children with special needs at SD Negeri Porisgaga 2 Tangerang City, to find out the factors that influence the importance of learning media for inclusive education programs for children with special needs. . Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. Sampling is purposive sampling. The validity of the research data is by using data triangulation techniques (source triangulation) and reviewing informants. The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis technique. From the research results, it is known that the implementation of inclusive education programs for children with special needs at SD Negeri Porisgaga 2 Tangerang City goes through 3 (three) stages, namely the preparation stage which includes data collection activities for children with special needs, program socialization and provision of resources. The program implementation phase includes learning implementation activities, capacity building for human resources, and mentoring services for children with special needs, the last stage is the monitoring and evaluation stage.

Abstract

This groundbreaking research endeavors to unveil the transformative potential of the inquiry learning model, transcending its conventional academic applications to delve into its profound impact on high school students' social attitudes and responsible character. Employing an innovative mixed methods research design, this study pioneers a comprehensive analysis that seamlessly integrates quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Through the meticulous administration of a carefully constructed questionnaire, the research uncovers compelling insights gleaned from sophisticated t-test and regression analyses. Results illuminate a significant correlation between students' social attitudes and responsible character, highlighting the intricate interplay between these pivotal dimensions of adolescent development. Furthermore, regression analysis reveals the substantive influence of the inquiry learning model in fostering positive social attitudes and instilling a sense of responsibility among students. Novelty is intrinsic to this research, as it boldly ventures beyond traditional academic metrics to prioritize the cultivation of empathy, integrity, and civic engagement among learners. By challenging established educational paradigms, this study advocates for a transformative shift that recognizes inquiry-based approaches as catalysts for nurturing well-rounded individuals poised to effect positive societal change. Ultimately, this research represents a paradigmatic advancement in education, emphasizing the indispensable role of pedagogy in shaping not only intellectual acumen but also moral fortitude and social consciousness.

Abstract

Probiotik merupakan mikroorganisme hidup yang dapat memberikan efek kesehatan dengan menyeimbangkan mikroba positif usus, serta mengendalikan mikroba patogen pada saluran pencernaan. Probiotik genus Lactobacillus merupakan jenis probiotik yang paling banyak digunakan. Selain uji efektivitas, pengembangan dan penelitian mengenai probiotik perlu dilengkapi dengan bukti dari data klinis dan nonklinis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoleksi data nonklinis dengan menguji efektivitas dan toksisitas kandidat probiotik Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus MG 5511 dari susu kuda BIma yang selanjutnya disingkat KRG dalam usus, serta efeknya terhadap mukosa usus. Penelitian di hewan dilakukan dengan memasukkan galur spesifik tersebut dalam kaldu MRS dengan konsentrasi 107 sampai 1010 CFU/mL ke mencit. Parameter yang diamati berupa pengamatan tanda toksik dan klinis, pengamatan berat badan secara harian, gross patologi organ, dan koleksi sampel isi usus untuk mengamati jumlah populasi bakteri yang tumbuh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, galur murni Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus MG5511 mampu sintas sampai ke saluran pencernaan sampai 14 hari dan termasuk dalam kategori relatif tidak membahayakan berdasarkan hasil uji toksisitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dan orang tua terhadap pemilihan karir siswa sekolah menengah atas, serta peran stereotip gender sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemilihan karir siswa, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,196 dan nilai signifikansi 0,014 (< 0,05). Sebaliknya, orang tua tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pemilihan karir, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,149 dan nilai signifikansi 0,121 (> 0,05). Selanjutnya, stereotip gender tidak memoderasi pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap pemilihan karir (koefisien regresi 0,004; signifikansi 0,745 > 0,05), tetapi stereotip gender memoderasi pengaruh orang tua terhadap pemilihan karir siswa (koefisien regresi 0,025; signifikansi 0,039 < 0,05). Penelitian ini mengungkapkan pentingnya peran lingkungan sekolah dalam mendukung siswa menentukan karir, serta menunjukkan bagaimana stereotip gender dapat memengaruhi hubungan antara pengaruh orang tua dan pemilihan karir.
