Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, literasi Keselamatan Kerja (K3), dan work monitoring terhadap kinerja karyawan perkebunan kelapa sawit PT Sinar Dinamika Kapuas-1. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Sinar Dinamika Kapuas-1. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan sampling jenuh atau sensus. Data yang diambil pada penelitian ini melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 173 responden karyawan PT Sinar Dinamika Kapuas-1 sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat uji statistik. Pengukuran pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert kemudian olah data pada penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu IBM SPSS 25. Hasil pada penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompensasi (X1) terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan nilai t hitung 3.505 dan nilai signifikansinya 0.001. Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan variabel literasi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) (X2) terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan nilai t hitung sebesar -1.891 dan nilai signifikansinya 0.60. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel work monitoring (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 23.308 beserta nilai signifikansinya 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of future time perspective, career adaptability, and digital literacy on work readiness among final-year students in Semarang. This research uses a quantitative approach with regression analysis. The population of this study consists of 96 final-year students in Semarang. The sampling technique employed is random sampling. The results of this study indicate that: Future Time Perspective has a positive significant effect on work readiness, Career Adaptability has a positive significant effect on work readiness, and Digital Literacy has a positive significant effect on work readiness. In conclusion, readiness to enter the workforce depends not only on technical skills but also on the ability to plan and view the future, adapt quickly to changes in the professional world, and master digital literacy to leverage emerging technologies

Abstract

Classic job design theory has evolved over a long period. It focuses on employees' ability to autonomously modify their job characteristics; however, tools for assessing the dimensions of job crafting remain limited. The goal of this study is to determine how job engagement, job crafting, and meaningfulness of work are related. The partial least squares (PLS) 3.0 analysis tool was used in the path analysis. Data were obtained through an online questionnaire using the Job Crafting Questionnaire, the Dutch Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, and the MLQ Questionnaire. The purposive sampling technique was used to identify 204 respondents working in private and public companies. The results demonstrate that in Indonesia and India, task crafting, and cognitive crafting have a positive and significant relationship with the meaningfulness of work. In turn, this mediates the influence of relational crafting on job engagement for Indonesian subjects (β= 0.111, sig= .019) but not for Indian ones (β = 0.054, sig = .455). It is hoped that the study will contribute to the implementation of programs for human resource development related to job crafting design to improve performance effectiveness.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of compensation, work environment, and workload on employee loyalty through job satisfaction at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. The study adopted a quantitative approach. The population consisted of employees at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. In this research, the researcher used non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling method (census). Data were collected from 150 respondents using a questionnaire. The data were processed using Smart PLS 3. The research findings are as follows: Compensation does not affect job satisfaction at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. The work environment does not affect Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang's job satisfaction. The workload does not affect job satisfaction at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. Job satisfaction positively and significantly affects employee loyalty at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. Compensation positively and significantly affects employee loyalty at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. The work environment positively and significantly affects employee loyalty at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. Workload positively and significantly affects employee loyalty at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-family conflict, burnout, and social support on employee performance at PT Chia Jiann Furniture Indonesia. These three factors are considered important in determining how well employees can function in their jobs, with work-family conflict and burnout being able to decrease performance, while social support can increase performance. The population and sample used are the same because the number of employees is not too many, namely 150 using a saturated sampling technique. Quantitative research methods were used with data collection through questionnaires completed by 150 female employees. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression to determine the relationship between the variables studied. The results showed that work-family conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Burnout also has a positive and significant effect on performance. Social support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study confirms that work-family conflict and burnout have a significant negative impact on employee performance, while social support has a significant positive impact. It is important for companies to manage work-family conflict and reduce burnout, while strengthening social support to improve employee performance.

Abstract

UKM PSM Gisma is an organization operating in the arts sector at PGRI University Semarang since 2005. Therefore, there are several factors that influence the daily performance of management during a period, such as leadership style, motivation and organizational commitment. Each campus organization has specific goals and missions, which can be leadership skills development, community service, advocacy, or academic development. Achieving this goal requires a clear strategy and commitment from the organization's management. For this reason, this research aims to analyze leadership style, motivation and organizational commitment on management performance. Because this research model is very complex and the number of samples is limited, multiple linear regression analysis was implemented quantitatively. This approach ensures that there is correlation and influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. This research uses SPSS 26 software. The results of this research state that leadership style does not have a significant effect on management performance. The results of this study state that motivation has a significant effect on management performance. The results of this study state that organizational commitment has a significant effect on management performance. Organizations are expected to pay attention to the needs and desires of management in supporting the achievement of optimal performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the impact of time management, academic stress, and locus of control , mediated by family support, on student procrastination in Semarang. This study employed a quantitative methodology via a survey conducted among the student population in Semarang, employing random sampling to get a sample size of 399 respondents. The data were evaluated using validity assessments, discriminant validity, reliability evaluations, and hypothesis testing via Smart-PLS version 4.0. The test results indicated that time management, academic stress, locus of control , and family support significantly influenced procrastination. However, time management and academic stress did not exert a mediated effect through family support on procrastination. Additionally, academic stress was mediated by support for procrastination, while locus of control , mediated by family support, significantly affected procrastination. According to the test results, it is advisable for students to focus on time management and locus of control to mitigate procrastination tendencies. Families and universities offer enhanced support for emotional well-being and self-healing to assist students in managing academic stress.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is a very important factor and cannot be separated from an organization which is supported by several factors such as Compensation, Job Training, Career Path, and Work Morale and so on. Human resources in every organization in the company are currently getting more and more attention in activities, especially to achieve organizational goals and improve the quality of the organization. This research uses quantitative methods conducted at PT. Delta Dunia Sayung Demak Textile Clothing as many as 115 respondents according to the number of samples, the technique in data collection uses primary data while the technique in data collection is using probability sampling technique, namely by simple random sampling technique or random sample selection, then processed using SPSS 24. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Compensation variables by contributing 49.5% to Work Morale. There is a positive and significant influence between the Job Training variables by contributing 44.8% to Employee Morale. There is a positive and significant influence between the Career Path variables by contributing 24.7% to Work Morale. Abstrak Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dan tidak dapat dilepaskan dari sebuah organisasi yang didukung oleh beberapa faktor seperti Kompensasi, Pelatihan Kerja, Jenjang Karir, dan Semangat Kerja dan sebagainya. Sumber daya manusia pada setiap organisasi diperusahaan saat ini semakin diperhatikan dalam aktivitas terutama untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi dan meningkatkan kualitas dari organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dilakukan di PT. Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil Sayung Demak sebanyak 115 responden sesuai dengan jumlah sampel, teknik dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer sedangkan teknik dalam pengambilan data dengan teknik probability sampling yang dipilih yaitu dengan teknik simpel random sampling atau pemilihan sampel secara acak, kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil dari penelitian terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Kompensasi dengan memberikan sumbangan sebesar 49,5% terhadap Semangat Kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Pelatihan Kerja dengan memberikan sumbangan sebesar 44,8% terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Jenjang Karir dengan memberikan sumbangan sebesar 24,7% terhadap Semangat Kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan, dan locus of control terhadap kinerja keuangan pada Usaha Kecil & Menengah (Ukm) di Kecamatan Grobogan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelaku UKM di Kecamatan Grobogan, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 117 responden. Pengukuran penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert yang kemudian diolah dengan alat analisis IBM SPSS Statistic Version 25 menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara literasi keuangan dan kinerja keuangan secara parsial, inklusi keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhada kinerja keuangan secara parsial, locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan (Y) secara parsial. Literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan, locus of control memiliki pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja keuangan secara simultan dengan nilai f hitung 34,154 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000.

Abstract

Background: Understanding the factors that influence customer purchase decisions is essential in the competitive culinary industry. This study aims to examine the interplay between product quality and service attributes, alongside location, menu variation, and price, in shaping customer behavior at Takashimura Kudus, a local culinary business. Previous studies have highlighted the importance of these factors individually, but their combined effects remain underexplored. Methods: The study employed a quantitative research design, using purposive sampling to collect data from 100 respondents. A structured questionnaire measured consumer perceptions of key variables using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to identify both individual and collective influences of the factors on purchase decisions. Findings: Results indicate that menu variation is the only variable with a positive and significant individual effect on purchase decisions, while location, product quality, service quality, and price do not show significant individual effects. However, these factors collectively influence purchase decisions significantly. This suggests that businesses must adopt a comprehensive strategy that integrates these elements to meet consumer expectations effectively. Conclusion: The study highlights the critical role of menu diversity as a driver of consumer behavior and the need for businesses to address multiple factors simultaneously to remain competitive. Novelty/Originality of Article: This research provides a novel perspective by analyzing the combined effects of product quality, service attributes, and other factors, emphasizing their collective significance in the context of small-scale culinary enterprises.
