Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Principal's Situational Leadership, Organizational Culture and Teacher Performance on the Effectiveness of Cooperation between the Business World and the Industrial World at SMKN throughout Mataram City. This research consists of three variables, namely the Principal's Situational Leadership (X_1), Organizational Culture (X_2), and Teacher Work (X_3) as independent variables Effectiveness of Cooperation between the Business World and the Industrial World is bound (Y). This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 245 teachers. Sampling technique using random sampling. Data collection using instruments that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data that has been collected is then tested using prerequisite tests, namely normality, linearity and multicolonierity. The hypothesis tests used in this research are the F test and the T test which were analyzed using SPSS 25.0. The results of this research show that: (1) partially the principal's situational leadership (X_1) influences the effectiveness of cooperation between the business world and the industrial world (Y) as evidenced by the value of multiple linear regression analysis that the sig value is 0.003 (003<0.05), (2) Organizational Culture (X_2) influences the effectiveness of cooperation between the business world and the industrial world (Y), it is proven by the value of multiple linear regression analysis that the sig value. value 0.006 (006<0.05) teacher performance (X_3) has no effect on the effectiveness of cooperation between the business world and the industrial world (Y), proven by the value of multiple linear regression analysis that the sig value. value 0.506 (006>0.05). Meanwhile, simultaneously the principal's situational leadership (X_1), organizational culture (X_2), teacher performance (X_3) have an influence on the effectiveness of cooperation between the business world and the industrial world.

Abstract

As one of the requirements to work in Japan, mastery of the Japanese language is very important. The Japan government stipulates that foreign workers entering Japan must have Japan language skills. The JLPT (Noryokushiken) is a Japan Language Proficiency Test held in Japan and abroad to evaluate and certify the ability of non-native Japan speakers to speak Japan. In Indonesia, especially Semarang, the implementation of the JLPT Exam is coordinated by Dian Nuswantoro University and in collaboration with Kesatrian 2 High School as the location of the JLPT exam and involves Kesatrian High School teachers to be used as assistant exam supervisors. The requirement to become a proctor is to understand all the rules during the exam process. Because the teachers of Kesatrian 2 High School have never been assistant supervisors of the JLPT exam before, there is a need for socialization about the rules of the JLPT exam. With this socialization, the assistant supervisors can carry out their duties in accordance with the rules set by the Japan government.

Abstract

Sound is one of the vibrations of an object where the vibration occurs around the air that propagates from all directions where the results vary and the air pressure that applies to the surface of the eardrum that hear. Motorcycles are vehicles that are often heard on the road and there are some motorcycles that have some non-standard exhausts used on these motorcycles. Based on this problem, the author designed a miniature motorcycle exhaust noise measuring device system. Using this design uses Arduino Uno as the center of control rangkian LM393 sound sensor to measure the noise level of the sound produced by the exhaust and OLED displaying the sensor value. For the application of this tool, simply close the sensor to the motorcycle exhaust that will be tested, then the sound value produced by the motorcycle will be displayed on the miniature OLED of the exhaust noise standard measuring device, to determine whether the value produced by the user can see the result on the OLED screen.

Abstract

Kasus Penyakit DBD atau sekarang dikenal dengan istilah penyakit infeksi  virus Dengue masih terdapat di Kabupaten Pesawaran walaupun kasusnya pada tahun 2023  sudah menurun dibandingkan tahun 2022.  Salah satu daerah yang berpotensi terjadinya kasus penyakit Infeksi virus dengue adalah di desa Sukajaya Lempasing. Berbagai metode pengendalian penyakit infeksi virus dengue telah dikembangkan, namun umumnya pengendalian yang dilakukan  kurang optimal. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pengendalian vektor penyakit infeksi virus dengue kepada para kader Kesehatan desa Sukajaya Lempasing. Tahapan pelatihan yang dilakukan antara lain memberikan pelatihan kepada komunitas melalui pertemuan rutin Warga sebagai upaya mengimplementasikan pengendalian vektor penyakit infeksi virus dengue, mengenalkan teknik pengendalian vektor penyakit infeksi virus dengue, mengenalkan program jumantik, melakukan aksi bersama melakukan pengendalian vektor penyakit infeksi virus dengue  di lingkungannya dan membangun komitmen untuk melaksanakan PSN rutin. Target luaran yang dihasilkan adalah peningkatan pemahaman para kader Kesehatan terhadap pencegahan penyakit infeksi virus dengue  melalui pengenalan teknik pencegahan dan praktik pengendalian berupa PSN di lingkungan masyarakat. Diharapkan dengan peningkatan pemahaman ini akan terbentuk sikap dan praktik pengendalian penyakit infeksi virus dengue  di masyarakat.

Abstract

Human resources are the biggest asset in a company. Human resources are one of the sources that determine the success of a company. Therefore, a company is required to set policies well in order to survive. Human resources are planners and active actors in a company. Without human resources, a company will certainly not be able to survive. This research aims to analyze the Influence of Accounting Information Systems, Internal Control, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Case Study on Finance Employees at UMKM Batu Alam Sukoharjo Area. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The research sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling method. The data collection used is document analysis, questionnaires. The COSO reference is applied by the researcher as the main analysis instrument. The results of this study show that the accounting information system has no effect on employee performance at UMKM Batu Alam Sukoharjo Area. Internal control has no effect on employee performance at UMKM Batu Alam Sukoharjo Area. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance UMKM Batu Alam Sukoharjo area. Accounting information systems, internal controls, and organizational culture have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance variables UMKM Batu Alam Sukoharjo area.

Abstract

Low Back Pain (LBP) merupakan gejala berupa nyeri pada pinggang bawah yang berlokasi di bawah tulang rusuk. Nyeri ini banyak dialami oleh pengemudi ojek online yang timbul dari kebiasaan berkendara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan indeks massa tubuh dan durasi berkendara dengan kejadian LBP pada pengemudi ojek online Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan analitik observasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian diambil dari populasi pengemudi ojek online di Kota Palembang melalui Teknik purposive sampling. Total sampel dalam penelitian yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi berjumlah 55 responden. Pengukuran indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dilakukan dengan membagi nilai berat badan terhadap tinggi badan kuadrat. Sedangkan durasi berkendara dan kejadian LBP responden diukur melalui teknik wawancara. Hasil uji statistik Chi-square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara IMT dengan kejadian LBP (p = 0,025) dan hubungan antara durasi berkendara dengan kejadian LBP (p = 0,042).  Pengemudi ojek online yang IMT > 25 kg/m2 dan mengemudi lebih dari 7 jam/ hari lebih cenderung menderita kejadian LBP

Abstract

This study aims to explore the work preferences of undergraduate management students of Universitas Negeri Jakarta Class of 2020-2021. There are five attributes used to see the importance value of the five attributes, namely salary, career development, work life balance, work location, and work flexibility. Data collection was conducted in Jakarta and Bekasi in April-May 2024. Data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire and respondents were selected using purposive sampling using Slovin. The total respondents in this study were 150 consisting of 73 men and 77 women, all of whom were undergraduate management students in the 2020-2021 batch. This data was processed with exploratory factor analysis and Conjoint Analysis. The result is that one of the attributes that become work preferences for undergraduate management students in the 2020-2021 batch is career development with an importance value of 23.607 and has a utility value of 0.198. importance value of 23.607 and has a utility value of 0.198. Career development that is the highest preference for undergraduate management students in the 2020-2021 generation is a company that offers attractive career opportunities, a company that supports individual career development and actively collects career information.

Abstract

Today employee performance is a fundamental element for the progress of the institution. Along with the changing times demanded in increasing employee performance in order to achieve the objectives to be achieved. The discussion of this study regarding the decline in employee performance is characterized by a decrease in the percentage of achievement of work program targets. In this study, there are two variables, namely human resources information system variable (X) and employee performance variable (Y). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of human resources information system and the level of employee performance. This research method uses descriptive method using the type of explanatory survey research. Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires that used a rating scale measurement scale. Data analysis techniques using simple regression analysis. The population in this study is employees. Based on the results of the study, showed that the respondents' perceptions of performance appraisal in the effective category were in the very high category. Hypothesis testing shows that human resources information system has a positive and significant influence on employee performance

Abstract

A smartphone is a mobile phone equipped with advanced features and high capabilities similar to a computer. The iPhone is a product of Apple that can function as one of the flagship smartphones. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of product quality, lifestyle, brand image, word of mouth, product design, and price perception on the purchase intention of the iPhone smartphone. This research uses primary data with testing stages that include validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, with 152 respondents. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, assisted by IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results of the t-test show that the t-value is smaller than the t-table value for the following variables: Product Quality (0.318 < 1.658), Lifestyle (-0.790 < 1.658), Brand Image (0.389 < 1.658), Word of Mouth (0.988 < 1.658), and Product Design (0.808 < 1.658). These variables do not have a partial effect on the purchase intention of the iPhone smartphone in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). However, Price Perception has a t-value greater than the t-table value (5.726 > 1.658), indicating that Price Perception has a partial effect on the purchase intention of the iPhone smartphone in the Greater Jakarta area. The results of the F test show that Product Quality, Lifestyle, Brand Image, Word of Mouth, Product Design, and Price Perception all have a simultaneous effect on the purchase intention of the iPhone smartphone in the Greater Jakarta area.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan. Salah satu indikator dalam menilai kualitas pelayanan yang ada yaitu dengan melihat efisiensi penggunaan tempat tidur yang telah disediakan oleh rumah sakit. Dalam melihat efisiensi penggunaan tempat tidur dapat menggunakan indikator Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), Length Of Stay (LOS), dan Turn Over Interval (TOI). Manajemen penggunaan tempat tidur merupakan suatu hal yang krusial, karena dapat mempengaruhi beberapa aspek yang ada di rumah sakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambarang efisiensi penggunaan tempat tidur yang ada di rumah sakit X. Desain studi pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data rekam medis pasien yang ada di rumah sakit dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Hasil pada penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa efisiensi penggunaan tempat tidur dilihat dari indikator nilai BOR pada tahun 2019 hingga 2023 mengalami fluktuasi dikarenakan adanya pandemi covid-19, indikator nilai LOS dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023 cenderung rendah dikarenakan rumah sakit telah menerapkan metode ERACS pada pasien operasi dan indikator nilai TOI dari tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2023 dalam kategori ideal. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan tempat tidur yang ada dirumah sakit dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023 belum sepenuhnya optimal dikarenakan adanya pandemi covid-19 akan tetapi kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit masih tetap baik dan optimal. Kata kunci: BOR, kualitas pelayanan, LOS, penggunaan tempat tidur, TOI The quality of service provided by the hospital is an important thing to consider. One indicator in assessing the quality of existing services is by looking at the efficiency of bed use provided by the hospital. In seeing the efficiency of bed use, the Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), Length Of Stay (LOS), and Turn Over Interval (TOI) indicators can be used. Bed use management is crucial because it can affect several aspects in the hospital. The purpose of this study was to see a picture of the efficiency of bed use in hospital X. The study design in this study was descriptive using secondary data, namely patient medical record data in the hospital from 2019 to 2023. The results of this study illustrate that the efficiency of bed use as seen from the BOR value indicator in 2019 to 2023 fluctuated due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the LOS value indicator from 2019 to 2023 tended to be low because the hospital had implemented the ERACS method in surgical patients and the TOI value indicator from 2019 to 2023 in the ideal category. The conclusion of this study is that the use of existing beds in hospitals from 2019 to 2023 has not been fully optimal due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but the quality of services provided by hospitals is still well maintained and optimal.
