Abstract

Oil palm production is very dependent on the climatic condition and physical characteristic of the environment where the oil palm is grown. Its yield potential is declining when the oil palm experienced stressful conditions. Hence, monitoring oil palm production is important to predict oil palm production level. A study in Sungai Dua Oil Palm Plantation locations in Riau Province, Indonesia was conducted, on using Web GIS for managing the database of the production from year 2013-2017. Data of planting year, area of block, and oil palm production recorded. The ultimate aim of this research is in these areas was to evaluate the oil palm productivity in each block. This information will be utilized by managers and the decision makers in the plantation to take necessary and immediate action for the improvement of plantation productivity. Also, It is important to understand the differences of crop yield among blocks to to ensure production consistency. Abstract

Abstract Atmospheric pressure is one of the weather parameters that have an important role in meteorological services, especially inflight transportation. Atmospheric pressure sensors must be calibrated regularly to ensure the measurement results. The increasing number of atmospheric pressure sensors makes it impossible to calibrate in the laboratory because it can result in meteorological service downtime. Portable calibrators can be used to overcome this problem, by utilizing peristaltic pumps, solenoid valves, and microcomputers. The PID control is programmed on the microcomputer to control the speed of the peristaltik pump and the cycle of the solenoid valve to generate air pressure according to the set point determined automatically using the PID control. The Åström–Hägglund method has the lowest average stability uncertainty value at 0,003 hPa/

Abstract

The creative economy is one sector that has the potential to continue to be developed. Along with the lack of availability of natural resources to be exploited. So the government started to pay attention to the creative economy by establishing a provision in the form of Law Number 24 of 2019 concerning the Creative Economy. As regulated in PP No. 24 of 2022, the existence of an intellectual property-based lending system requires several parties to regulate intellectual property as collateral. Regarding the implementation of binding guarantees in the form of property rights debt, property rights procedures, and technical implementation in its enforcement, some need to be regulated further at a later date. In addition, financial institutions may be concerned about credit to creative economy actors, because there are no clear rules at this time. This research method uses library research methods with a normative legal approach. The results of this study are the extraordinary potential of Indonesia's creative economy has not been able to develop optimally because the awareness of creative actors about the value of the creative economy has not been maximized, there is no synergy, coordination, and implementation related to intellectual property-based creative economy financing between government sectors to overcome economic creative problems.

Abstract

Abstract : Indonesian social media has developed rapidly over time. This is supported by an increasingly sophisticated Internet infrastructure, including WiFi access and fiber optic networks. Indonesians are becoming more and more active in the world of social media, reaching tens of millions of people. A social media presence certainly has both positive and negative effects, so any content can easily go viral. When interacting or communicating through these mediums, a great many people abuse the ethics of socializing in cyberspace by uploading or commenting using harsh language known as verbal abuse doing. According to Wardaugh idea (2010) There are 6 types of swear words, namely Excretion, Death, Body Function Term, Religious Matter, Mother in Law and Sex Term In (Suryadi et al., 2021). The purpose of this study is to determine the form of language used in social media and the form of comments on social media Facebook and Twitter posts. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The source of the survey data comes from the social media Facebook and Twitter, but the data comes in the form of verbal abuse comments on Facebook and Twitter. Data collection techniques using documented techniques. Data analysis used qualitative analysis techniques and techniques to confirm the validity of the data performed by confirming the persistence of observations and member checks. We found that the form of speech used in Facebook and Twitter writing is straightforward, accurate, and clear. On the other hand, abusive comments on Facebook and Twitter posts include: Swearing, exaggeration, offense, stigma, and animal treatment. Words of verbal violence on Facebook and Twitter show that Indonesians are still not polite in their language, so information is needed for the government and educational institutions to take strategic steps to overcome this problem be the source. We found that the big amount of harsh words are 81 words of Sex term words which are “f*ck* or “what the f*ck” and the small amount of harsh words are 7 words of Personal background (conditions) which are “b*stard” and “g*y”.

Abstract

Ethical leadership as a process helps connect the ethical elements of various leadership theories. This research is the result of a literature riviu of various studies and theories that can support leadership theory. Three processes will be explained here starting from conceptualization, definition and steps in the process of ethical leadership in this study, namely conceptualization, definition, steps of the ethical leadership process. Leadership styles according to several sources of experts have different meanings so that they have positive and negative sides.

Abstract

Vegetative propagation is common system that carried out in tea propagation. Seedling propagation was not reliable due to time consuming and phenotypic variability in seed plant. Despite yield potential, good quality, pest and disease resistant characters, the easy of vegetative propagation is very important character in tea breeding process. The aim of this study is to selected clones that resulted by artificial pollination for an ability of vegetative propagation character. Plant materials that tested in this experiment were the seed from the vegetative propagation of 14 clones, and GMB 7 clone as a control. Randomized Block Design was used in this experiment by 3 replications. The data analysis was ANOVA and Scott Knott test. The result of the experiment showed that clone number 41, 45, 38, 149, X5, X3, 122, 78, and 44, were the easiest clones to be vegetative propagated.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan menelaah penerapan Full day school di SMP Plus Al-Hikmah Pamekasan. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Beberapa temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah pertama, kebijakan full day school diharapkan menjadi langkah untuk mencapai visi lembaga yakni strong bielief, good personality. Kebijakan ini berdampak dalam tataran pelaksanaan kurikulum yang menggunakan integrated kurikulum. Selaian itu, penerapan full day school diharapakan peserta didik lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu dengan kegitan sekolah. Sedangkan Pembentukan kecerdasan moral spiritual siswa-siswi SMP Plus Nurul Hikmah dilakukan berdasarkan pola penyelenggaraan pendidikan berbasis pada school base management. Pengembangkan mutu pendidikan berlandaskan nilai-nilai spiri-tual (agama), terlihat dalam pola dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membina semua unsur yang ada di sekolah yang selalu mene-kankan aspek utama dalam kehidupan yaitu keyakinan keagamaan yang kuat, sehingga setiap perilaku warga sekolah memiliki budaya hidup sikap kerja yang tidak mendedikasikannya kepada kepentingan material tetapi mendedikasikannya kepada Tuhan, dengan demikian tidak memi-kirkan apa yang didapatkan dari pekerjaan tersebut, tetapi sejauhmana pekerjan tersebut bernilai sebagai amal baik untuk Tuhan, lingkungan dan dirinya

Abstract

Abstract The supervisory journey in the financial sector in Indonesia, which has been going on for approximately 12 years since the emergence of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) has uncovered serious problems. Various problems in the financial sector from banks, insurance, pension funds, capital markets, and so on made the OJK the institution most frequently reported to the Indonesian Ombudsman. The change in model from integration to twin peaks is deemed relevant to adapt to global developments and also the national situation in the future. Therefore, it is hoped that the presence of the P2SK Law can carry out these reforms to strengthen the optimal regulatory and supervisory role of the OJK. Seeing the success of several countries in implementing twin peaks can be used as a consideration to initiate changes to the P2SK Law so as not to allow problems in various sectors to continue to pile up and not be resolved properly and ultimately consumers become victims of the weaknesses in creating good financial institutions. Abstrak Perjalanan pengawasan di sektor keuangan di Indonesia yang telah berlangsung kurang lebih 12 tahun sejak kemunculan Lembaga Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) menemukan persoalan yang serius. Berbagai persoalan di sektor keuangan dari bank, asuransi, dana pensiun, pasar modal, dan lain sebagainya menjadikan OJK sebagai Lembaga yang paling sering dilaporkan di Ombudsman RI. Perubahan model dari integrasi ke twin peaks dirasa relevan untuk menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan global dan juga situasi nasional kedepannya. Oleh karena itu kehadiran UU P2SK diharapkan bisa melakukan reformasi tersebut untuk memperkuat peran regulasi dan pengawasan yang optimal dari OJK. Melihat keberhasilan beberapa negara dalam menerapkan twin peaks dapat dijadikan pertimbangan untuk memulai perubahan pada UU P2SK agar tidak membiarkan persoalan di berbagai sektor terus menumpuk dan tidak terselesaikan dengan baik dan akhirnya konsumen menjadi korban dari kelemahan penciptaan kelembagaan keuangan yang baik.

Abstract

MSMEs are indispensable in the economic landscape of both developing and developed countries. Their ability to innovate, generate employment, and contribute to regional development makes them crucial for sustainable and inclusive economic growth. Addressing the challenges faced by MSMEs, particularly in accessing finance, skilled manpower, and technology, is crucial to maximizing their potential. This study aims to analyze the influence of agile leadership and innovative behavior on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Karawang. Research methodology this research is quantitative research with descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Sample in this study was 100 MSMEs in the home industry who have been running their businesses for 3 years or more. The data collection tool used a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The findings show that there is a positive influence between agile leadership and innovative behavior variables on MSMEs performance. The partial relationship between agile leadership on MSMEs performance is 9.3%. Then the partial relationship between innovative behavior on MSMEs performance is 26.9%. In addition, the results of the simultaneous relationship between agile leadership and innovative behavior are 70.9%, while the other 29.1% is influenced by other variables not studied. The study concluded that innovative behavior has a more dominant influence than agile leadership. The results of this study underscore the importance of fostering agile leadership and innovative behavior to improve the performance of MSMEs in a dynamic business environment.

Abstract

Penggunaan hak tanggungan dimulai dengan pemegang hak tanggungan yang memiliki otoritas untuk mengatur proses tersebut secara langsung, tanpa perlu melibatkan lembaga hukum. Artinya, pemegang hak tanggungan dapat melaksanakan lelang hak tanggungan tanpa campur tangan majelis hukum. Penelitian ini berfokus pada prinsip keadilan dalam penegakan hak tanggungan di sistem hukum Indonesia, dengan fokus pada pelaksanaan jaminan hipotek. Dalam konteks ini, ditekankan bahwa ekuitas memandang hak debitur sebagai kewajiban kreditur dan sebaliknya, memungkinkan keduanya untuk menerima bagian yang adil. Prinsip keadilan ini sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila yang menegaskan hak setiap individu untuk hidup layak, bekerja, dan memperoleh penghasilan. Meskipun prinsip ini mendasari hukum Indonesia, terdapat kekosongan hukum yang dapat mengakibatkan ketidakadilan dalam pelaksanaan jaminan hipotek. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pemerintah memperbarui atau mengubah Undang-Undang Hak Tanggungan untuk memastikan perlindungan hukum yang lebih baik bagi debitur dan kreditur, sehingga pelaksanaan hak tanggungan dapat mencerminkan prinsip keadilan dan pemerataan.
