Abstract

In the healthcare industry, professionals develop big amounts of disorganized data. The complexity of this data and the loss of computational capability lead to delays in the investigation. Nevertheless, with the advent of Deep Learning algorithms and connection to computing power such as Graphic Processor Units (GPUs) and Tensor Processing Units (TPUs), text and image processing has become usable. Deep Learning (DL) data bring about a big outcome in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer perception. The main purpose of this study is to build an undivided approach that can relate social platforms, literature, and scientific records to develop an approach to medicinal education for the public and experts. This study focuses on NLP in the healthcare industry and compiles data by Electronic Medical Records (EMR), medical literature, and social platforms. The framework proposed in this study is one for connecting social platforms, medical literature, and Electronic Medical Records scientific records using Deep Learning algorithms. Linking data sources requires defining the relationships between them, and finding concepts in medical texts. The National Library of Medicine (NLM) introduced the Unified Medical Language System (UMLS) and uses this system as the basis for the proposed system. The dynamic nature of a social platform can be recognized and supervised methodologies can be applied under supervision to develop conception. Named entity Recognition (NER) enables the active eradication of data or individuals by the pharmaceutical literature.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid development of technology in the current era of digitalization, one of which is a gadget that is very common in use in Krandegan Village, Gandusari District, Trenggalek Regency, especially by teenagers who almost always carry their gadgets anywhere. The objectives of this study are 1) Knowing how the social behavior of teenagers due to the use of gadgets in Krandegan Village, Gandusari District, Trenggalek Regency, 2) Knowing how the impact of gadget use on teenagers in Krandegan Village, Gandusari District, Trenggalek Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. Observation is used to observe the use of gadgets by teenagers in Krandegan Village, Gandusari District, Trenggalek Regency, interviews and documentation are used to dig up information about the problem under study. The results showed that: the use of gadgets in the current era is unavoidable and users must be more able to control their use. However, a technology will always have an impact on its users, both positive and negative impacts. Likewise for teenagers where the use of gadgets has an impact on the social behavior they show everyday, there are several changes in social behavior that appear such as reduced intensity of direct interaction with the environment, too fixated on gadgets when interacting directly with the community, being more closed, the emergence of laziness so that they often forget time, procrastinate work, the level of teenage participation in social activities also decreases.The use of gadgets also has several positive impacts and negative impacts on teenagers such as facilitating communication, accelerating the dissemination of information, as a means of entertainment, facilitating the learning and learning process, expanding the network of friends, making it easier to find work, making it easier for teenagers to shop with e-commerce. While the negative impact is that the intensity of direct interaction is reduced, too fixated with their gadgets, making teenagers more closed, teenagers often procrastinate work and neglect their obligations and responsibilities in the real world, making teenagers lazy in learning, decreasing their sense of concern and empathy for the surrounding environment, reducing the level of youth participation in social activities, the spread of hoax news is increasing, impacting on health and patterns, affecting the family economy and vulnerable to fraud.

Abstract

The rigidity of formal requirements in civil litigation in Indonesia has resulted in numerous cases being dismissed as "Gugatan Tidak Diterima" (Not Admissible), leading to a prolonged and wasteful judicial process. Many litigants spend considerable time and resources waiting, only to receive a verdict that denies access to substantive justice due to technicalities, undermining the principle of a speedy trial. Failure to meet formal requirements leads to many cases being dismissed as "Gugatan Tidak Diterima" (Not Admissible). With numerous cases being dismissed as such, a situation arises where the principle of a speedy trial is not upheld. This research focuses on the implementation of the principle of a speedy trial in terms of the judge's authority to examine formal requirements in civil procedural law. Based on the above background, three problem formulations are developed: (1) What is the essence of the preliminary examination applied in civil procedural law?  (2) What are the formal requirements of a civil lawsuit as a manifestation of the principle of a speedy trial? This article employs a normative juridical research method with legislative, conceptual, and historical approaches. Legal materials used include primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, which will be analyzed using grammatical, systematic, historical, futuristic, and theological interpretation techniques. Based on the above problem formulations, the author concludes that the main purpose of implementing pre-trial examination of formal requirements in Indonesia's civil legal system is to address the issue of high case volumes leading to many courts rejecting lawsuits. This delay in justice stems from rigid court processes and outdated procedures. Pre-trial examination helps minimize rejections and make the legal system more efficient. Therefore, clear rules are needed to ensure this examination is part of civil law procedures, either through Supreme Court regulations or legislation. Abstrak ekakuan persyaratan formal dalam litigasi perdata di Indonesia telah menyebabkan banyak kasus ditolak dengan putusan "Gugatan Tidak Diterima", yang mengakibatkan proses peradilan yang berkepanjangan dan sia-sia. Banyak pihak yang menghabiskan waktu dan sumber daya yang signifikan hanya untuk menerima putusan yang menolak akses terhadap keadilan substansial karena alasan teknis, yang pada akhirnya merusak asas peradilan cepat. Kegagalan untuk memenuhi persyaratan formal menyebabkan banyak kasus ditolak karena “Tidak Dapat Diterima”. Dengan banyaknya kasus yang dibatalkan, timbul situasi di mana prinsip persidangan yang cepat tidak ditegakkan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan asas speedy trial dalam kaitannya dengan kewenangan hakim untuk memeriksa syarat formil dalam hukum acara perdata. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, maka dikembangkan tiga rumusan masalah: (1) Apa hakikat pemeriksaan pendahuluan yang diterapkan dalam hukum acara perdata?  (2) Apa saja syarat formal gugatan perdata sebagai perwujudan asas speedy trial? artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan legislasi, konseptual, dan historis. Bahan hukum yang digunakan meliputi bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier, yang akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik penafsiran gramatikal, sistematis, historis, futuristik, dan teologis. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah di atas, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa tujuan utama dilaksanakannya pemeriksaan syarat formil praperadilan dalam sistem hukum perdata Indonesia adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan tingginya volume perkara yang menyebabkan banyak pengadilan menolak gugatan. Keterlambatan dalam mendapatkan keadilan ini disebabkan oleh proses pengadilan yang kaku dan prosedur yang ketinggalan jaman. Pemeriksaan praperadilan membantu meminimalkan penolakan dan membuat sistem hukum lebih efisien. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan aturan yang jelas untuk memastikan pemeriksaan ini merupakan bagian dari acara hukum perdata, baik melalui peraturan Mahkamah Agung maupun peraturan perundang-undangan.

Abstract

The skincare business is currently growing rapidly. With more and more new skincare brands emerging, the competition among skincare product entrepreneurs is becoming increasingly fierce. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of brand image, product quality, and promotion on the purchasing decisions of Avoskin skincare products both simultaneously and partially. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study consists of female consumers who have purchased Avoskin skincare products at least once. The sample size set is 150 respondents. The analysis method in this research uses primary quantitative data, with the following tests conducted: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination using SPSS statistical testing tools. The sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that partially, the Brand Image variable affects the Purchasing Decision with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 or a t-value of 3.854 > t-table of 1.984. Product Quality affects the Purchasing Decision with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 or a t-value of 3.558 > t-table of 1.984. Promotion partially affects the Purchasing Decision with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 or a t-value of 5.297 > t-table of 1.984. Simultaneously, Brand Image, Product Quality, and Promotion affect the Purchasing Decision with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Crooked land is customary land managed by the village whose designation is used for the benefit of the village or the administration of the village. By and large, crooked soil is used for agriculture. The use of crooked land as a source of village cash is not only in agriculture, but can also be through the field of tourism which is often referred to as agrotourism. The development of agrotourism by utilizing land based on local culture is expected to increase farmers' income and to reserve land resources, as well as maintain local culture and local technology (indigenous people's knowledge) which is generally in accordance with the natural conditions of the environment. In Kalisapu Village, most of the utilization of crooked land in Kalisapu village is still focused on agriculture as the main source of crooked land income. The crooked soil potential of the tourism field has not been optimally applied. To be able to develop crooked land into Agrotourism tourism, qualified and competent human resources are needed in Agrotourism tourism midwives. The training held is a collaboration between the Kalisapu Village Government, Slawi District, Central Java, and the proposing team of Dian Nuswantoro University (UDINUS) through a community service or community partnership program whose implementation is in the form of training, training and introduction to the concept of Agrotourism to support the use of crooked land in Kalisapu Village as an Agrotourism Area.

Abstract

Competence of writing scientific articles is a requirement for teachers to apply for promotion. Lack of time to write scientific papers and the inability to express ideas in writing are obstacles for teachers in writing scientific papers. For those reasons, the program delivered by Community service of Dian Nuswantoro universe encourages and motivates teachers of the Dewantara teachers’ working group in Blora district, to produce articles in scientific journals. This activity aims to increase the professional competence of teachers who are members of the Dewantara teachers’ working group in Blora district by training in writing scientific articles in Indonesian. Training is carried out through four stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage, monitoring and evaluation stage, and service results reporting stage. The results show that during the training the participants showed high enthusiasm in writing scientific articles. The limited training time means further participant discussions and consultations can be carried out online or via e-mail.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal epistemologically the concept of nature-based learning in the perspective of the Qur'an and prove the concept of nature-based learning perspective of the Qur'an as one of the effective efforts in improving the quality of Education. This study uses primary sources in the form of verses of the Qur'an and several books of tafsir as well as scientific works related to research. The Data obtained were then analyzed using qualitative methods and maudhi'i Tafseer methods that serve to find an explanation of the verses related to nature-based learning in a comprehensive manner. The results of this study concluded that the concept of nature-based learning is an effort by educators to learners in developing knowledge competence (al-Baqarah/2:30-33), attitude (al-Hujurât/49:13), and skills (al-Alaq/96:1-5) by utilizing the natural environment as a tool, material, media, and a place of learning that aims to serve Allah SWT (al-Dzâriyat/51:56) and perform 30, shâd/38:26) that preserve and prosper the Earth.
