Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan pemodelan matematika siswa setelah diterapkannya pembelajaran dengan strategi scaffolding with a solution plan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas X IPS 2 SMAN 2 Palembang yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes tertulis yang terdiri atas empat soal uraian untuk mengukur kemampuan pemodelan matematika siswa. Soal tes disusun dengan mengacu pada indikator kemampuan pemodelan matematika. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kemampuan pemodelan matematika siswa kelas X IPS 2 SMAN 2 Palembang berada pada kategori baik dengan rincian sebagai berikut: 9 siswa berkategori sangat baik; 11 siswa berkategori baik; 5 siswa berkategori cukup; 2 siswa berkategori kurang; dan 1 siswa berkategori sangat kurang. Kata kunci: kemampuan pemodelan matematika; scaffolding with a solution plan This study aims to describe the ability of students' mathematical modeling after the implementation of learning with a scaffolding with a solution plan strategy. Type of the research is quantitative descriptive research with research subjects of class X IPS 2 of SMAN 2 Palembang totaling 28 students. Data collection techniques were carried out with a written test consisting of four description questions to measure students' mathematical modeling abilities. Test questions were prepared by referring to indicators of mathematical modeling abilities. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the mathematical modeling ability of class X IPS 2 of SMAN 2 Palembang was in a good category with following details: 9 students are in very good category; 11 students are in good category; 5 students are in enough category; 2 students are in low category; 1 student is in very low category. Tujuan artikel ini adalah membuktikan bahwa pemanfaatan modal maya yang bersumber dari para mahasiswa itu sendiri, mampu mengembangkan kemampuan entrepreneurship secara lebih efektif. Pemanfaatan modal maya mampu mengoptimalkan keberadaan modal pisik, yang makin mahal dan sulit di era ekonomi bergejolak dewasa ini. Ketergantungan pada modal pisik, perlu dikurangi secara nyata dan diganti dengan kekuatan modal maya (virtual capital) yang lebih mampu menjamin keberlangsungan suatu bisnis (viability), di era yang bergejolak dewasa ini, yang bersumber dari para mahasiswa. Kemampuan entrepreneur para mahasiswa dikembangkan dengan bertumpu modal intelektual, modal sosial (net-working) dan modal kredibilitas para mahasiswa itu sendiri, sekaligus didukung oleh institusional dan para pihak terkait (stake holders). Efektivitas suatu modal maya terhadap pengembangan kemampuan entrepreneurship mahasiswa, sekaligus membutuhkan dukungan civitas akademika Universitas Mataram. Untuk itu pengkajian iklim akademika yang dialami oleh para mahasiswa, dipetakan di lingkungan Universitas Mataram. Pada akhirnya penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan suatu pola pembelajaran dan pemberdayaan entrepreneur mahasiswa Universitas Mataram, sekaligus dapat dimanfaatkan oleh perguruan tinggi lainnya di seluruh Indonesia.

This article examines the extent to which the ILO Convention No. 158 Tahun 1982 provides worker protection againts termination of employment at the initiative of the employer. The results of the analysis found that the Convention clearly demonstrates awareness of the need to balance worker protection from unjustified dismissal againts the need to ensure labour market flexibility, such as employers can not terminate the worker for reasons economic and technology to undertake preventive measures, in cosultation with workers.Tulisan ini menganalisis sejauh mana Konvensi ILO 158 Tahun 1982 memberi perlindungan kepada pekerja dalam hal terjadi pemutusan hubungan kerja atas inisiatif pengusaha. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa Konvensi ini menunjukkan kesadaran mengenai pentingnya untuk memberikan perlindungan pekerja atas PHK yang tidak adil karena praktek fleksibilitas pasar kerja, misalnya menutup kemungkinan pengusaha untuk melakukan PHK dengan alasan-alasan yang terkait hak asasi manusia, mewajibkan pengusaha yang bermaksud melakukan PHK atas alasan ekonomi dan teknologi untuk melakukan upaya-upaya pencegahan, berkonsultasi dengan perwakilan pekerja, dan memberitahukan kepada pihak berwenang mengenai rencana PHK tersebut.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of capital structure and profitability on stock returns and the ability of Good Corporate Governance to moderate the effect of capital structure and profitability on stock returns. The data analysis tool uses Moderated Regression Analysis using the Eviews program. The implication of the results of this study is that management should continue to improve effectiveness and efficiency so that banking performance continues to increase because it will have an impact on stock prices and returns. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk menganalisis konsekuensi yuridis dari ketentuan penarikan akta cerai yang diwajibkan oleh Kantor Urusan Agama sebagai persyaratan bagi pihak yang pernah bercerai untuk melangsungkan lagi perkawinan, ditinjau dari pembuktian status kepemilikan harta bawaan. Jenis penelitian bersifat normatif yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan-bahan hukum. Kewenangan KUA dalam memberlakukan persyaratan penarikan akta cerai berikut putusannya bagi pasangan yang pernah bercerai untuk melangsungkan kembali suatu perkawinan telah menyebabkan sulitnya dilakukan pembuktian atas status perkawinan seseorang sebagai duda/janda pada saat diperolehnya harta benda/harta kekayaan. Hal tersebut berdampak pada tidak adanya kepastian apakah harta benda tersebut masuk ke dalam klasifikasi harta bawaan yang diperoleh setelah terjadinya perceraiaan dan sebelum dilangsungkanya perkawinan yang kedua/lebih, atau memang harta benda tersebut merupakan harta gono gini yang diperoleh dari perkawinannya terdahulu yang belum terbagi setelah terjadinya perceraiaan. Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta Nomor 20/pdt.G/2013/PN.Ska adalah contoh dari timbulnya konsekuensi berupa konflik hukum oleh karena ketiadaan akta perceraiaan maupun putusannya, sebagai alat bukti yang menjadi dasar petunjuk mengenai status kepemilikan harta benda yang dimiliki seseorang, terutama dalam hal menentukan pihak-pihak yang memiliki keterkaitan hak dengan harta benda tersebut dan wajib untuk dimintai persetujuannya, ketika harta benda tersebut akan dibebani suatu perbuatan hukum tertentu, baik dialihkan dengan cara dijual, dijaminkan ataupun sebatas disewakan.

TKIT Al Fathony is a school located in Depok, West Java. In carrying out its activities for the last three years, TKIT Al Fathony has experienced a decrease in revenue until it suffers a loss in 2020. Facing this problem, TKIT Al Fathony needs to start doing good financial management and profit planning. Therefore the question in this study is about how the financial management at TKIT Al Fathony and how the profitability of TKIT Al Fathony by using Cost Volume Profit (CVP) analysis. The analytical method used in this research is to compare the budget and the realization of revenues and costs during 2021. In addition, it also uses CVP analysis to find out what the break even point and margin of safety are at TKIT Al Fathony. The results of the analysis show that in financial management, TKIT Al Fathony's financial planning is quite good, but in terms of controlling income and costs it is still weak. Profit calculation using CVP analysis produces almost the same profit as without using CVP analysis. So that the results of the calculation of the break even point and the margin of safety results can be applied at TKIT Al Fathony for profit planning.

The sustainability degree of operation of the KRI elements in Koarmada II is determined by the interrelated influences and interactions between one aspect and another as a very complex system arrangement, so a comprehensive analysis is needed regarding the sustainability of the KRI operation title in terms of aspects of geography, politics of defense and security, the Financial/Budget aspect of the Indonesian Navy and the Physical/Technical aspect of the KRI. In order to be able to see the sustainability value of the KRI operation title, a dynamic model was developed that could determine the projected KRI operational title sustainability value with a time dimension of up to 40 years in the future. In this Thesis, the researcher developed a model with a system dynamic model approach which was integrated with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to obtain the sustainability value of the KRI operations title in this case the KRI Koarmaa II operation title based on aspects of Geography, Defense and Security Politics, Financial/Navy Budget aspects and KRI Physical/Technical aspects. From the results of the formulation and simulation of the model with the System Dynamic approach to the sustainability of the KRI Koarmada II element operations. After the model was run for 40 years, the value of the Geopolhankam aspect was at index 5.00, which means "Safe enough" (Alert), the value of the TNI's financial/budget aspect AL at index 4.80 which means "Medium" (Moderate), the value of the physical/technical aspects of KRI at index 5. The AH-140 Shipbuilding project is a challenge for PT.PAL as part of the Indonesian Defense Industry Holding under PT. LEN Industry is under a situation of uncertainty, which will bring up both positive and negative risks. Negative risks that can cause project delays should be mitigated to prevent delays. This thesis has the aim of knowing the interaction between risks and obtaining mitigation recommendations for the implementation of the AH-140 Shipbuilding project. Bayesian Network is used to determine the level of project risk interaction, as well as to model scenarios by providing certainty on the risks that have an effect. AHP is used to assess the chance of occurrence at Independence risk and ANP is used to assess opportunities from Dependence risk. In the study, it was found that there were 22 risks. risk (E14) Quality of work, risk (E20) Cost overrun, and risk (E7) material shortage. The influence of risk variables that have the potential to occur in the AH-140 Shipbuilding project, causing potential delays in ship launching at a Low-risk level with actual conditions of 43%, Medium risk Level with actual conditions of 31%, and High-risk level with actual conditions of 26%. This is influenced by the risk (E14) of the quality of work, the risk (E20) of cost overrun, and the risk (E7) of material shortages. So that get some recommendations in response to risks that have the potential to occur. Keywords: Project Risk Management, Bayesian Network, AHP, ANP.

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Coffee with the addition of gambier makes the functional value of coffee drinks increase, but so that the taste of this functional drink is accepted by the community, in this study the addition of cream and palm sugar. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the type of fermented coffee and the degree of roasting on the improvement of chemical, functional and sensory properties. This research will be carried out at the Chemical, Processing and Sensory Laboratory of Agricultural Products, Department of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This study used a completely randomized non-factorial design (RALNF) with 6 formulations. The results of this study indicate that the higher the coffee roasting rate, the lower the antioxidant activity and total phenol. This is a result of heating which can accelerate the oxidation of antioxidants contained in a material including phenolic compounds. The results of the analysis also show that the higher the roasting rate, the higher the average pH value of instant coffee. This decrease in acidity value is due to the evaporation of some acids (chlorogenic acid and carboxylic acid) when the coffee is roasted. Based on sensory results that panelists tend to like the taste of coffee with a higher roasted level and a higher concentration of palm sugar. The type of fermented coffee formulation, roasted coffee level and the addition of cream and palm sugar had a significant effect on water content, antioxidant activity, total phenol, pH of the solution.
