Having a home is essential for everyone, and the government created a program called Housing Loan (KPR) to help low-income people own a house. The Sharia State Savings Bank (BTN) is one of the banks that offer this program. This study aims to understand how KPR works at Bank BTN KCPS Pekalongan and how it aligns with Islamic law. This type of research is field research, which outlines and describes phenomena regarding the situation. In this case, the kind of research is qualitative. This research can also be considered sociological research because it is carried out directly in the field, and the data received will be evaluated inductively to make arguments for the KPR transaction system at BTN KCPS Pekalongan with Sharia principles and appropriate legislation. The study found that BTN KCPS Pekalongan uses murabahah and istishna sale and purchase contracts for KPR. Murabahah contracts are commonly used, and Istishna contracts are used for one product called KPR BTN Indent I.B. The study recommends that the bank introduce other Sharia KPR products to the public to increase awareness

This study analyzed the epistemological theory of Ushul Fiqh, which is currently devoid of the interest of enthusiasts of the fundamentals of jurisprudence and followers of the philosophy of science. Given the demands to use this science cannot be separated from the development of his epistemology. For reference, this study evokes Al-Ghazali who has historically been a representative figure as a representative of classical thinkers. The data presented in this study are taken from the main source, Al-Mustasfa’s book from the science of Ushul. This study concluded that Al-Ghazali’s ushul fiqh epistemology is deductive rationality, very clearly reject non-rational arguments let alone metaphysics. Al-Ghazali has assumed that the senses can be used as a source of knowledge, Illustrated in three models of thinking, which are semantic thinking based on linguistic principles.Kajian ini menganalisis teori epistemologis ushul fikih, yang saat ini sepi dari minat peminat dasar-dasar fikih dan pengikut falsafah sains. Mengingat tuntutan untuk menggunakan ilmu ini tidak lepas dari perkembangan epistemologinya. Sebagai referensi, kajian ini membangkitkan Al-Ghazali yang secara historis merupakan sosok yang representatif sebagai wakil dari para pemikir klasik. Data yang disajikan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari sumber utama yaitu kitab Al-Mustasfa dari ilmu Ushul. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa epistemologi ushul fikih Al-Ghazali adalah rasionalitas deduktif, sangat jelas menolak argumentasi non-rasional apalagi metafisika. Al-Ghazali beranggapan bahwa indera dapat digunakan sebagai sumber ilmu, tergambar dalam tiga model pemikiran, yaitu berpikir semantik berdasarkan kaidah kebahasaan.

This study aims to map the developments, trends, and directions of research in the field of Sustainable Finance through a bibliometric approach to scientific publications indexed in the Scopus database in the period 2002–2025. The increasing global attention to sustainability issues and the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects in the financial system make this study important to understand the dynamics and structure of Sustainable Finance research scientifically. Bibliometric analysis was carried out using VOSviewer and Microsoft Excel on bibliographic data which included the number of publications per year, geographical distribution, institutional affiliation, author collaboration, journal sources, and thematic mapping based on keywords. The results of the analysis show a significant increase in the number of Sustainable Finance research publications since 2015, with the peak of the publication trend occurring in the period 2018–2025. Geographically, Malaysia and Indonesia are recorded as the countries with the highest publication contributions. Institutionally, International Islamic University Malaysia was the most prolific affiliate, while authors such as Hassan, M.K. and Zain, N.R.M. emerged as major contributors. In addition, thematic mapping reveals that Islamic finance, sustainable finance, ethical investment, and circular economy are the dominant themes in the Sustainable Finance research landscape. This research makes an original contribution by presenting a comprehensive overview of the structure, collaboration patterns, and thematic development of Sustainable Finance research in the long term. The findings of this research can be used by researchers as a basis for identifying research gaps and future research directions, as well as by policymakers and practitioners as a reference in formulating sustainable financial strategies and policies based on scientific evidence.

This study explores the development and thematic structure of research on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Islamic education using a bibliometric approach. A total of 234 English-language journal articles indexed in Scopus between 2010 and 2025 were analyzed using a focused keyword strategy combining “Islamic Education” and “Artificial Intelligence.” Bibliometric indicators and visualization techniques were employed to examine publication trends, influential contributors, and thematic patterns. The findings reveal a rapid growth of publications since 2022, with research output dominated by Indonesia and Malaysia. The thematic analysis shows that AI related technological themes occupy a central position, while Islamic educational ethics, epistemology, and institutional dimensions remain marginal. This indicates that AI is largely treated as an instrumental tool rather than a transformative force within Islamic education. The study highlights the need for future research to integrate AI development with the philosophical, ethical, and spiritual foundations of Islamic education.

The fishing pool business opportunity is very wide open to get big and fast profits. This study aims to reveal analytically related to Islamic law contracts in the fishing business. The research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method with a historical juridical approach. The sequence of the research process starts with collecting data on several fishing businesses. The fishing business that has been collected is then recorded and economic activities are carried out in the fishing business. Furthermore, the results of existing economic activity data are analyzed by Islamic economic law. The results of the study concluded that, there are economic activities in the fishing business that is by Islamic economic law contracts such as buying and selling and leasing (al-ijarah). In the fishing business, all buying and selling contracts are carried out by the pillars of Islamic Shari'ah related to buying and selling as long as it does not resemble gambling where ma'kud 'alaih comes from other people. Likewise, with the al-ijarah contract in the fishing business, the al-ijarah system in the fishing business has fulfilled the pillars of Islamic sharia related to al-ijarah, namely some people have a contract (subject), consent qobul, and ujrah. The activities of al-ijarah in the fishing business also have ma'jur which is ijarah In the al-ijarah fishing effort, everything is carried out by the pillars of Shari'ah law as long as it does not resemble gambling where the ma'jur comes from other people. ma'kud 'alaih comes from other people. This study aimed to determine the practice of purchasing and selling used cooking oil utilizing a barter system at UD Jelantah Sejahtera and examine the applicable Islamic law. This study employs a qualitative methodology with a deductive approach. There are two types of data sources: primary and secondary. The statistics were gathered through direct interviews with UD Jelantah Sejahtera Karanganyar, an oil collector, and three clients. Secondary data was gathered from many books, journals, and websites. The findings of this study are the barter mechanism or service of exchanging used goods for consumable goods, namely the exchange of used cooking oil products for good oil that is suitable for use in cooking. However, the oil exchanged by UD Jelantah Sejahtera is vegetable oil, such as cooking oil, that is no longer suitable for use and is commonly referred to as waste oil. Trading old cooking oil for fresh packaged cooking oil of varied quantities or volumes is allowed because cooking oil is not an Indonesian staple.

The purpose of this study is to outline the trajectory and future directions of Islamic values education research as it appears in articles that the Scopus database has indexed. This study used bibliometric analysis techniques to identify all publications registered in the Scopus database on Islamic values education from 1980 to 2023. The data obtained were then analyzed using Excel and either R or R-Studio. Meanwhile, to perform visual analysis related to keywords and citations simultaneously, researchers used VOSviewer. This research shows that the function, subject, and specified criteria were met by 257 papers that the author located on Scopus. In this research, the related topic has an annual growth rate of 3.56%, with the majority of articles coming out in 2020. The nation that has generated the greatest publications on the subject of teaching Islamic values is Indonesia, with Malaysia coming in second. Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Universiti Malaya Malaysia are the Malaysian universities with the two highest connections, respectively. Meanwhile, the writer who is most active in researching the field of Islamic values education is Nuryana, Z. The bibliometric analysis in this study was specifically taken from Scopus. This research provides a brief description of the literature that can be accessed by researchers in the field of Islamic values education and can be used as a reference for relevant research in the future.

Research on Islamic stocks has grown significantly in recent decades, yet focused bibliometric analyses specifically using the term “Islamic stock” remain scarce. Existing studies often adopt broader themes like “Islamic finance” or “Islamic capital market,” which may overlook the nuanced evolution of Islamic stock research. This study aims to conduct a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of 1,050 documents indexed in Scopus between 1989 and 2025. The data were processed using Biblioshiny, VOSviewer, and Microsoft Excel to identify publication trends, citation dynamics, influential authors and sources, and thematic research clusters. The findings reveal a steady annual growth rate of 5.96%, with dominant contributions from Malaysia, Indonesia, and Saudi Arabia. Cluster analysis identified four main research themes: Islamic Stock Market, Banking and Economic Performance, Financial Markets and Investment, and Risk Management and Financial Assets. Recent research trends increasingly address topics such as bitcoin, COVID-19, and geopolitical risk, reflecting the expanding scope and relevance of Islamic stock research in global financial discourse. This study contributes to the literature by providing a focused thematic map of Islamic stock scholarship, highlighting knowledge gaps and potential future research directions for academics, policymakers, and ethical investors.

The purpose of this study was to develop a critical reasoning and independent character instrument on the topic of human blood circulation. The method used was research and development (R&D) with a 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The results showed that the validity value of the content of critical reasoning instruments obtained a final value of 0.97, while independent instruments obtained a value of 1, which was perfect. Judging from empirical validity, vital and independent reasoning instruments were declared valid because they had a value above 0.355 from 31 students tested. Critical and independent reasoning instruments were declared reliable. The Alpha Cronbach value >0.70 had good distinguishing power because the value of the Corrected Item-Total Correlation did not exceed the Alpha Cronbach value. Developing assessment instruments for a critical and independent character in human blood circulation for fifth-grade elementary students was successful, demonstrating high validity and reliability, and held the significant potential to enhance science education through technology integration.

This study aimed to assess the Prisma e-module's impact on elementary school students' critical reasoning abilities. A pre-experimental Pretest Posttest Control Group Design was employed. Two groups—experimental and control—received different treatments. The experimental group used e-modules, while the control group relied on books. Pre- and post-treatment tests were conducted to evaluate the e-module's effect. An Independent Sample t-test was used to compare the two groups, with results showing a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000, leading to the rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha. The N-Gain test measured improvements in various critical reasoning elements. The experimental group showed significant improvement, with the highest N-Gain of 0.74 in "obtaining and processing information and ideas" and the lowest of 0.71 in "reflecting and evaluating one's thoughts." The overall N-Gain was 0.72, classified as "high." These findings indicate that the Prisma e-module effectively enhanced critical reasoning in fifth-grade students. Future research is encouraged to explore other aspects of Pancasila students' character development
