Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cafe atmosphere and service quality on customer satisfaction at Soehendar Coffee, as measured by partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) tests. The population in this study was all consumers who have purchased from Soehendar Coffee. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 96 people. The results of the study indicate that: 1). Cafe atmosphere does not significantly influence customer satisfaction at Soehendar Coffee in Bima City. 2). Service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction at Soehendar Coffee in Bima City. 3). Cafe atmosphere and service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction at Soehendar Coffee in Bima City.

Abstract

Marriage is a crucial phase in an individual's life cycle that requires comprehensive readiness, particularly in terms of psychological maturity. Psychological maturity reflects a person's ability to manage emotions, think rationally, and establish mature interpersonal relationships—factors that are fundamental in building a harmonious and sustainable family. This study aims to describe the level of psychological maturity among prospective brides and grooms who work as Civil Servants (Aparatur Sipil Negara/ASN) in the city of Surakarta, Indonesia. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study consist of six civil servant couples preparing for marriage and one supporting informant from the Regional Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM), who acts as their institutional supervisor. The data were analyzed thematically using an inductive approach. The findings reveal varying levels of psychological maturity among the prospective civil servant brides and grooms. Some individuals demonstrate emotional and cognitive readiness, while others are still struggling to cope with the transition into married life. Contributing factors include personality traits, educational background, religious values, family upbringing, and social environmental pressure. Most participants exhibit positive indicators such as effective communication skills, a sense of responsibility in relationships, and a willingness to continue learning. However, a few still face psychological challenges, such as anxiety caused by societal expectations or familial pressure to marry soon. Pre-marital counseling programs provided by BKPSDM have proven to be effective in equipping these individuals with psychological, spiritual, and educational support, thereby enhancing their readiness for marriage. These programs also foster a deeper understanding of marital roles and emotional preparedness in dealing with potential conflicts. In conclusion, although the levels of psychological maturity vary, most prospective civil servant couples in Surakarta possess a sufficient foundation to establish a healthy family. However, continued intervention through therapy or guidance is recommended for those who are not yet fully prepared psychologically.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the differences in self-confidence and emotional regulation based on gender among students at SMKN 7 Surakarta. Self-confidence and emotional regulation are crucial aspects in the psychological dynamics of adolescents, often influenced by social constructs, including gender roles. In this context, gender can affect how students build their self-confidence and manage emotions in various life situations, particularly in school. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to delve into the subjective experiences of male and female students through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. The informants in this study consisted of 12 students, purposively selected based on the consideration of the guidance counselor (BK) and gender characteristic variations in the class. The results show that female students tend to be more open in expressing emotions and have more adaptive emotional regulation abilities. Female students are better at identifying, regulating, and expressing their feelings in a healthier way in various social and academic situations. On the other hand, male students exhibit higher self-confidence in academic and achievement contexts, but they tend to suppress emotional expression due to the pressure of masculinity norms in society. Males are often taught not to show emotions, which affects how they manage their feelings in daily life and social interactions. This study reveals that gender differences influence how students build self-confidence and regulate emotions in the school environment. Female students are more open and adaptive in emotional regulation, while male students excel in academic self-confidence but tend to be more emotionally closed. These findings have important implications for the development of gender-sensitive counseling programs that address the emotional needs of students, aiming to create a school environment that supports the psychological development of all students in a balanced way, while providing space for healthy emotional expression for both genders.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the marketing mix on motorcycle purchasing decisions at PT. Tunas Honda Kota Bima. The marketing mix variables examined in this research consist of product, price, place, and promotion. The study employs an explanatory research design with a quantitative approach. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents who had previously purchased motorcycles at PT. Tunas Honda Kota Bima, selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with SPSS version 22. The findings indicate that the marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the regression coefficient value of 0.452 and a significance level of p = 0.001. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 19.3% implies that the marketing mix contributes to purchasing decisions, while the remaining 80.7% is influenced by other factors such as brand image and customer reviews. These results highlight the importance of an integrated marketing strategy focusing on improving product quality, setting competitive prices, implementing effective promotions, and optimizing distribution channels to enhance consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) "Dapur Bugis" melalui pelatihan pengemasan produk sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan penjualan. UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun sering menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pengemasan produk yang menarik dan aman. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada pelaku UMKM mengenai teknik dan desain pengemasan yang efektif, pemilihan bahan yang tepat, serta cara mengoptimalkan pengemasan untuk meningkatkan nilai jual. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan "Dapur Bugis" dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan penjualannya di pasar yang kompetitif, serta memperluas jangkauan pemasaran mereka.

Abstract

Bagaimana tingkat pengetahuan pelaku UMKM di Desa Bugis mengenai pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran Apa saja kendala yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM dalam berinteraksi dengan konsumen melalui media sosial Sejauh mana kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menciptakan konten pemasaran yang menarik dan relevan di media sosial pelatihan kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode parsitipatif, penyuluhan, di lokasi Mitra yang berada di Desa Bugis , Kecamatan Sape, Kabupaten Bima. Untuk pelaksanaan, pertama yaitu pemaparan materi pelatihan. , berikutnya dilanjutkan dengan tahapan praktikum pelatihan. Adapun detail pelatihan adalah sebagai berikut: Praktek Pembuatan foto Produk UMKM,Pembuatan Akun,Melengkapi Profil,Pembuatan Script ,Pengambilan Gambar/Video, Edit foto: , Membuat Caption dan Posting tahapan-tahapan pada pelatihan ini ,Tahap Persiapan,Tahap Pemaparan Materi,Tahap Praktikum .Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa, para pelaku UMKM di Desa bugis sudah memiliki produk-produk unggulan yang sangat layak untuk bersaing di pasar lokal bahkan global. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pelatihan ini sudah sangat membantu para pelaku usaha tersebut agar dapat siap bersaing. Dengan pelatihan ini, para pelaku usaha dapat memulai melakukan pemasaran secara global melalui sosial media karena jangkauannya lebih luas. Luaran dari kegiatan ini sudah tercapai yaitu para pelaku usaha sudah dapat membuat video untuk pemasaran di sosial media, khususnya video di dalam aplikasi facebook.

Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) merupakan kategori unit usaha yang memiliki subangsih sangat besar terhadap perekonomian indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran e-commerce untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM yang ada dikabupaten Dompu, kecamatan Dompu, kelurahan Karijawa. Salah satu pengembangan tersebut dapat dilaksanakan melalui edukasi dan sosialisasi terkai perant e-commerce untuk membantu UMKM dalam mempromosikan produknya. Kelurahan karijawa memiliki kelompok UMKM yang dapat dikembangkan, oleh karena itu kehadiran perkembangan teknologi seperti Go-Food, dan Grab Food dan media sosialnya dapat membantu UMKM untuk memasarkan produknya serta meningkatkan daya saingnya secara bertahap mulai dari skala lokal, nasionalnya hingga internasional. Kegiatan tersebut untuk mengenalkan cara memasarkan produk UMKM melalui e-commerce yang nantinya bisa meningkatkan penjualan dan pengembangan usaha UMKM. Metode kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya ketertarikan dan kesadaran pelaku UMKM dalam mempromosikan usahanya melalui e-commerce. Dengan pelatihan ini, para pelaku UMKM dapat memulai melakukan pemasaran memalui e-commerce dan media sosial lainnya agar pemasaran produk para pelaku UMKM bisa dikenal banyak orang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation and brand trust on the purchasing decision of Infinix products in the city of Bima, both partially and simultaneously. The background of this study arises from the phenomenon of increasing demand for high-quality smartphones at affordable prices, as well as the importance of innovation and brand trust in influencing consumer behavior. The research method used is an associative quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire from 96 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, as well as t-tests and F-tests using SPSS version 26. The results show that the product innovation variable does not have a significant effect, while brand trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions. This finding emphasizes the importance of building brand trust in Infinix's marketing strategy, while product innovation needs to be directed towards aspects that are more relevant to the needs of local consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of people and physical evidence partiallyand simultaneously on consumer satisfaction at Bima Hospital. Data was collected bydistributing questionnaires to 50 patients. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test,classical assumption, multiple linear regression, determination, correlation, t test and f testwith SPSS 23.0 application. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effectof the people variable on consumer satisfaction at Bima Hospital, there is a significantinfluence of physical evidence on consumer satisfaction at Bima Hospital and there is asignificant influence of people and physical evidence on consumer satisfaction at BimaHospital.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain a picture of the psychological well-being of inclusive studio teachers. There are six dimensions of psychological well-being, namely self-acceptance, positive relations with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, purpose in life, and personal growth. Participants were five teachers at the Inclusion Studio in Sukoharjo Regency. The research was conducted using the case study method. Data collection uses interview techniques. Data were analyzed using thematic data analysis. The results show that all dimensions of psychological well-being play a role in supporting and carrying out work as teachers at the Inclusion Studio in Sukoharjo Regency. Research can be used as an illustration to design interventions that can be used to improve the psychological well-being of Inclusion Studio teachers in Sukoharjo Regency.
