Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to support the digital transformation of Kedungdowo Village by enhancing the use of its website for public services and the promotion of local potential, particularly MSMEs. Method: The activity employed a participatory approach involving socialization sessions, focused group discussions, and hands-on assistance for village stakeholders. Practical Applications: The program resulted in a structured plan to optimize the OpenSID system, including a domain update and improved content management to promote village resources. Conclusion: The initiative successfully improved digital literacy among village actors and established a model for community-based digital governance in rural areas.

Abstract

The biofabrication of the chitosan-curcumin-capped ZnO-CuO and curcumin-capped ZnO-CuO nanoparticles, as well as their ability to combat Escherichia coli bacteria, were the focus of this study. Fourier-Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) were used to examine the chitosan-curcumin-capped ZnO-CuO and curcumin-capped ZnO-CuO nanoparticles, respectively. Both were evaluated using the agar diffusion method as antibacterials against Escherichia coli. Results of analysis with FTIR, between 500 and 700 cm⁻¹, the functional group of Cu-O or Zn-O was seen at its highest point. The functional group of Cu-O and Zn-O in curcumin-capped ZnO-CuO was detected at wavenumber of 621 cm⁻¹ and 507 cm⁻¹, respectively. In chitosan-curcumin-capped ZnO-CuO, the wave numbers of the Cu-O and Zn-O groups were observed at 619 and 653 cm-1 respectively.  According to XRD analysis results, the chitosan-curcumin-capped ZnO-CuO and curcumin-capped ZnO-CuO nanoparticles' crystalline shapes are demonstrated by their respective crystallite sizes of 12.58 and 1.88 nm. Based on the results of analysis with SEM, curcumin-capped ZnO-CuO and chitosan-curcumin-capped ZnO-CuO nanoparticles have a dense surface structure. The average diameter of inhibition zone (clear zone) produced by chit-cur-ZnO-CuO nanoparticles is 14.61 mm, while the clear zone produced by cur-ZnO-CuO nanoparticles is 9.52 mm. Chit-cur-ZnO-CuO has superior antibacterial qualities to cur-ZnO-CuO nanoparticles.

Abstract

This study examines how students’ learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) changes during the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMP Negeri 1 Jati Agung. In the field of Islamic education, this study examines how students’ motivation increases when the learning process becomes more active, flexible, and student-centered. This study aims to explain how students’ motivation changes., identify the factors that support and hinder motivation, and provide both theoretical and practical insights for developing adaptive PAI learning strategies. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data gathered through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s steps of data reduction, data display, and verification. The findings indicate that students’ learning motivation increased progressively: initially passive during the adjustment phase, students gradually became more confident, participative, and enthusiastic in class discussions and learning activities. This increase was shaped by internal factors like interest, curiosity, and independence, as well as external factors such as the teacher’s teaching methods, creative learning media, school environment, peer influence, and parental support. Challenges such as low discipline, limited facilities, and variations in students’ religious competence were still present; however, these were mitigated through teacher guidance, communication with parents, and strengthened religious programs. This study helps improve PAI teaching practices by highlighting the importance of using diverse and meaningful learning strategies. The results show that the Independent Curriculum can effectively increase students’ motivation in PAI when it is supported by creative teaching methods and a supportive learning environment.

Abstract

This study examines the history of IsIamic education poIicy in lndonesia, focusing on three important periods: the OId Order, the New Order, and the Reformation. IsIamic education is a crucial pillar of national development, serving not onIy as a means of transmitting reIigious teachings but aIso as an instrument for shaping national character and identity. This study employs a quaIitative approach with Iibrary research, analyzing policy documents, laws, and relevant scientific literature. The results indicate that during the Old Order, Islamic education gained formaI recognition within the nationaI education system, despite facing institutional limitations and government support. During the New Order, lsIamic education poIicy was more integrated into the nationaI education system through strengthened regulations, but at the same time, it remained under strict political control. Meanwhile, the Reformation era introduced more accommodating and democratic policies, marked by the enactment of the 2003 NationaI Education System Law, which affirmed the position of madrasahs and lsIamic boarding schooIs as an integral part of nationaI education. Thus, the development of lsIamic education policy reflects the dynamic relationship between politics, religion, and education, which continues to evolve over time.

Abstract

Pendidikan dipandang sebagai salah satu elemen fundamental dalam peningkatan mutu sumber daya manusia sekaligus pembangunan nasional. Keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pendidikan tidak hanya bergantung pada rancangan kurikulum, melainkan juga dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi pendidik serta tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji pengaruh profesionalisme guru dan kelengkapan fasilitas pendidikan terhadap mutu layanan di TK Amanah Kabupaten Gresik. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh wali murid TK Amanah sebanyak 80 orang, dengan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan partisipan. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui metode Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan. Selain itu, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai juga terbukti berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam peningkatan mutu layanan sekolah. Oleh karena itu, sinergi antara kompetensi profesional pendidik dengan dukungan fasilitas pendidikan yang optimal mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih efektif efisien, serta menyenangkan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas tenaga pendidik serta pengelolaan sarana prasarana secara berkelanjutan guna mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the cooperative learning model Talking Stick in enhancing students' learning interest in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung. The research employed a quasi-experimental design with a pretest–posttest approach involving 24 students. The learning-interest questionnaire instrument was validated, resulting in 12 valid items with a reliability coefficient of 0.861. The learning process was implemented through several sessions following the structured stages of the Talking Stick model and subsequently analyzed using statistical tests to examine significant differences between pretest and posttest scores. The findings indicate an increase in learning interest, particularly in student engagement, confidence in answering questions, and interest in PAI content. The novelty of this research lies in the application of the Talking Stick model to strengthen religious learning interest at the vocational high school level, as well as in improving the previously weak indicator of learning interest, namely “interest.” These findings contribute to the development of more engaging, collaborative activity-based instructional strategies for PAI that align with the characteristics of vocational students and effectively support the formation of religious attitudes and understanding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kegelisahan terhadap kondisi petani perempuan yang memikul beban ganda sebagai pencari nafkah dan pengurus rumah tangga. Peran ganda ini tidak hanya berdampak pada kondisi ekonomi keluarga, tetapi juga memengaruhi aspek sosial, psikologis, dan perkembangan perilaku anak. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi Pustaka dengan mengambil refrensi dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu maupun sumber-sumber lain yang mendukung dan relevan untuk artikel ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan perempuan dalam dua peran besar menyebabkan berkurangnya waktu interaksi dengan anak. Hal ini berdampak pada berkurangnya perhatian, pendidikan dini, serta dukungan psikososial dari orang tua. Akibatnya, anak cenderung meniru perilaku negatif, menjadi pendiam, kurang empati, dan merasa kurang mendapat dukungan emosional. Kendala tersebut terbagi menjadi dua: dari pihak orang tua dan dari perilaku anak itu sendiri. Selain itu, faktor lingkungan keluarga, pengalaman sosial awal, dan pengaruh dari luar rumah juga memengaruhi pola perilaku anak. Meski demikian, sebagian ibu tetap berusaha menjalin kedekatan emosional dengan anak, meskipun terbatas oleh waktu dan tenaga. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya perhatian terhadap keseimbangan peran ibu agar tumbuh kembang anak tetap terjaga secara optimal.

Abstract

The method of interpretation continues to evolve along with the development of interpretation. Contemporary scholars are now more fond of the mawdhū’i method as a systematic method in answering modern problems. Because the mawdhū’i method is a method that discusses a theme in the Koran, both in terms of terms, topics, and surahs in the Koran. One contemporary figure who is concerned with interpreting the mawdhū’i method is Shalah Abdul Fattah al-Khalidi with his commentary work entitled al-Tafsîr al-Mawdhū’i bayna al-Nazhariyyah wa Tathbîqi. So, this research wants to know the interpretation of mawdhū’i li as-Sūrah al-Qur'ani al-Khalidi in his book, and wants to analyze the methods. This research includes qualitative research with the type of library research. In gathering data, researchers referred to primary data, namely the book al-Tafsîr al-Mawdhū’i bayna al-Nazhariyyah wa Tathbîqi supported by secondary sources obtained from supporting literature, such as books, journals, and so on. The data collection technique uses documentation techniques. While data analysis using descriptive analysis method. The findings in this study are: (1) al-Khalidi divides the discussion into two, namely theory (nazhari) and practice (Tathbîqi), and (2) al-Khalidi formulates steps in explaining one sura, including mentioning the names of other surahs, the pronunciation of surah names in the Qur'an, the name of the surah ijtihādy, the time and place of the revelation of the sura, the situation of the revelation of the sura, the main purpose of the sura, the characteristics of the sura, the relationship between the surah Muhammad and the surah before and after the suadah, grouping the suras according to the theme, and explaining the hidden meanings in the suras.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze and compare the performance of Bitcoin, JII (Jakarta Islamic Index) stocks, and ANTAM gold as investment alternatives from 2019 to 2023. Methodology/approach: A quantitative approach with a comparative method was used, utilizing secondary time series data. Monthly closing prices of Bitcoin, JII stocks, and ANTAM gold from 2019-2023 were analyzed. The study used saturated sampling with 180 data points. Parametric (One-Way ANOVA) and non-parametric (Kruskal-Wallis) tests were applied, depending on data normality and homogeneity. Results/findings: The study found no significant difference in returns between Bitcoin, JII stocks, and ANTAM gold (p = 0.412 > 0.05). However, a significant difference was observed in risk levels (p = 0.00 < 0.05), with Bitcoin being the riskiest. Performance analysis via the Sharpe and Treynor indices showed Bitcoin as the best-performing instrument, followed by gold and JII stocks. The Jensen index revealed no significant difference in performance, with JII stocks slightly outperforming the others. Conclusions: Bitcoin offers the highest return but carries the highest risk. JII stocks and gold show lower risk but also lower returns. Bitcoin outperforms other instruments in performance based on Sharpe and Treynor indices, while JII stocks are slightly better when using the Jensen index. Limitations: The study focused only on JII-listed Islamic stocks, and data were limited to the 2019-2023 period. Contribution: This research provides insights for investors, particularly Muslim investors, on the comparative performance of these investment options.

Abstract

Data becomes a valuable asset today. With so much data, current technology can open up the possibility to process and make predictions. Machine Learning (ML) is part of Artificial Intelligence (AI) which has become an important tool in software systems in optimizing running systems. Image Classification is one of the topics of Machine Learning that is widely used in machine learning. The application of image classification on the server-side is often done in every complex classification problem because it requires large computing power. This application uses the ml5.js library as a javascript library to process data in machine learning. The application of machine learning for clothing measurement allows users to make it easier to determine the size of clothes at the Reevant Supply IND store. Meanwhile, to support the use of machine learning on the website, a pre-trained model is needed. This study examines neural network settings such as epoch and optimal learning rate. In addition, to prove that you can be superior in training time and loss function values. The results of this study prove that it is easier for users to determine the size of clothes purchased at the Reevant Supply IND store much faster than prior consultation with the store admin
