Abstract

This bibliometric review examines the landscape of research on transformational leadership, aiming to reveal current trends, influential authors, research themes, and future research directions. Through systematic data collection from reputable academic databases and analysis using VOS Viewer software, the study identifies a significant interest in transformational leadership, as evidenced by 200 papers and 211 citations within the past year. Key findings include the high impact of certain works, notable authors such as P. Charoensukmongkol and A.Ç. Kılınç, and central themes such as motivation and emotional intelligence. The study's implications extend to research advancement, educational practice, organizational leadership, policy-making, and global impact, highlighting the relevance and importance of transformational leadership in various contexts. This review enriches our understanding of transformational leadership and provides valuable insights for future research and practice. Although there has been much research on Transformational Leadership, there is still a need for more in-depth analysis to reveal emerging research trends, dominant research focuses, as well as research contributions to the understanding of this concept. In this regard, bibliometric research offers a powerful approach to analyze and present information about the distribution, trends and dynamics of research in the field of transformational leadership.The importance of understanding and uncovering research trends related to Transformational Leadership is not only driven by academic needs, but also by its practical implications in the context of organizations and leadership development. For example, findings from bibliometric analysis can provide guidance for organizations in developing leadership development programs that align with current trends and practices

Abstract

This study explores the impact of motivation and commitment on the work performance of Gen Z (Generation Z) employees in the Jabodetabek area. The study aims to identify the most significant factors influencing the work performance of Gen Z in the Jabodetabek area, a demographic group known for their technological fluency and career development aspirations, and focus on work-life balance. The research employs a quantitative approach. The findings contribute to understanding how motivation and commitment can be leveraged to improve work performance in the Jabodetabek region, a critical hub for businesses and organizations in Indonesia. The study's results provide valuable insights for managers and policymakers seeking to optimize the performance of their workforce, particularly in the context of the evolving work dynamics driven by digitalization and the changing preferences of younger generations. This research helps to see the development of employee performance, especially in Gen Z, a generation that has just entered the world of work. The results showed that work motivation contains a positive and critical impact on the performance of Gen Z workers, work commitment encompasses a positive and noteworthy impact on the performance of Gen Z workers, also simultaneously work motivation and work commitment have a positive and noteworthy impact on the performance of Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek area

Abstract

Burnout has garnered significant attention across multiple scientific disciplines, particularly in health, management, and psychology. This bibliometric review aims to delve into the factors influencing burnout, while also highlighting emerging trends, influential authors, and potential avenues for future research. Utilizing systematic data collection and analysis through VOS Viewer software, this study uncovers key themes, research contributors, and interdisciplinary connections within the realm of burnout literature. The findings reveal a substantial body of research dedicated to burnout, with academia notably engaged in its exploration. However, a notable gap exists in the emphasis on causal factors. Predominant contributors to burnout identified include excessive workload, work-life imbalance, and inadequate social support systems. This underscores the pressing need for comprehensive interdisciplinary collaboration to formulate effective prevention and intervention strategies. The study advocates for the integration of disciplines such as psychology, human resource management, and health to address burnout holistically. By bridging these diverse fields, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners can develop more nuanced and effective approaches to tackle burnout's adverse effects in both workplace settings and broader contexts. In conclusion, this review offers valuable insights for stakeholders invested in mitigating burnout's detrimental impacts. By recognizing the multifaceted nature of burnout and fostering collaboration across disciplines, the groundwork is laid for more robust and sustainable solutions to combat this pervasive phenomenon.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memperkenalkan konsep kewirausahaan sosial kepada para pegiat Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Sukabumi, Indonesia, melalui sebuah inisiatif pengabdian masyarakat yang ditargetkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi peserta, tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM, dan potensi manfaat dari pengintegrasian prinsip-prinsip kewirausahaan sosial. Temuan kualitatif mengungkapkan beragam pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan sosial, kendala sumber daya, dan manfaat yang dirasakan dari peningkatan reputasi merek dan akses ke peluang pendanaan.

Abstract

In contemporary life, especially during adolescence, the need for inner peace has become increasingly important. Engaging in reading the Qur'an is seen as a spiritual practice that is considered to foster tranquility. This study seeks to assess the impact of the habit of reading the Qur'an on students' mental calm. This study uses a quantitative descriptive methodology through a survey approach. This study involved 30 students of class X of SMAIT Tri Sukses Generus Balikpapan, selected using the total sample method. The data collection tool used a 4-point Likert scale questionnaire and was analyzed through a basic descriptive statistical method. The results of the study show that the habit of reading the Qur'an is categorized as sufficient, while the peace of mind of students is also classified as sufficient. This signifies that, although the habit of reading the Qur'an is not entirely habitual or ideal, it contributes positively to emotional stability and inner calm. Engaging in the recitation of the Qur'an has been shown to improve the formation of religious character and psychological balance among students. This study is expected to be a reference for educational institutions in fostering the habit of reading the Qur'an as an integral component of character development programs.

Abstract

Patterns of social contact have been profoundly altered by the quick development of digital technology, particularly in light of Generation Z's extensive usage of social media. This study uses students at the Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Balikpapan as a case study to investigate how social media use affects moral degeneration in Generation Z. The study used a quantitative methodology with an associative causal framework. With the aid of SPSS software, data were gathered using a closed-ended questionnaire with a Likert scale, and basic linear regression was used for analysis. With a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.349, the results show a negative and significant link between moral degeneration and social media use. This suggests that the intensity and usage patterns of social media account for 34.9% of the variation in moral degeneration. These findings support the applicability of the theories of social learning, cultivation, and media socialization, which all contend that youth social behavior, values, and perception can be influenced by extensive exposure to digital content. To lessen social media's detrimental effects on Generation Z's moral standards, the study suggests implementing digital literacy initiatives, character education, and social media usage guidelines.

Abstract

The Geological Survey Center has conducted a seismic survey in the southern Natuna Sea region to obtain geological information below relating to the potential energy resources of the area. The area research is located in the western part and outside the Singkawang Basin area (BG, 2008), which is separated by a Metamorf ridge. 2D seismic survey results show 3 different rock units, namely shallow marine sedimentary rocks, tertiary sedimentary rocks and pre-Tertiary sedimentary rocks, with pre-Tertiary sediment depths of less than 2000 ms. Interpretation of seismic data shows the pattern of graben structures that form sub-basins. strong refl ectors seen in seismic record can distinguish pre-rift, syn-rift and post-rift deposits. There are 2 wells, namely Datuk 1X and Ambu 1X. Datuk 1X has a depth of 1187 meters, and The Ambu 1X has a depth of 880 meters that is crossed by a seismic line. Both drilling has obtained Tertiary aged sandstone that covers pre-Tertiary bedrock.Gravity anomaly data in the seismic region shows anomaly values between 10 to 54 mgal which form the anomaly ridge and basinThe ridge anomaly extends as an anticline, while the anomaly basin also rises to form a syncline. Sincline and anticline trending southwest - southeast, with widening and narrowing patterns.Based on its geological model, the depth of the sediment is relatively shallow between 1500 to 2000 meters. While the integration between seismic, gravity and geomagnetic data shows the discovery of new basins that have never been described before.Finally, the integration of seismic and gravity data succeed discovers a new basin which has never been delineated before. In addition, it shows the continuity of the regional geological structure spanning from the studied area to the West Natuna Basin which is well known to be rich in hydrocarbon potential.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif menjadi tantangan utama bagi masyarakat, terutama di era digital dengan meningkatnya akses terhadap layanan keuangan seperti dompet digital dan pinjaman online. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan warga kelurahan Sawah Baru, Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan melalui pelatihan yang mencakup strategi penyusunan anggaran rumah tangga, pengelolaan utang, dan pemanfaatan layanan keuangan digital secara bijak. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan materi, pelaksanaan pelatihan berbasis simulasi, dan evaluasi partisipasi peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap literasi keuangan, terlihat dari kemampuan menyusun anggaran menggunakan metode 50/30/20 dan kesadaran dalam menghindari utang konsumtif. Peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dalam berdiskusi dan berkomitmen untuk menerapkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh. Dengan pelatihan ini, diharapkan masyarakat dapat mengelola keuangan pribadi secara lebih efektif, meningkatkan kesejahteraan finansial, dan meminimalkan risiko kerentanan keuangan akibat rendahnya literasi keuangan.

Abstract

Isu utama dalam program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah terbatasnya pemahaman warga RT04/RW03 Kelurahan Sawah Baru terkait legalitas pendirian koperasi, pengelolaan kelembagaan, serta penentuan bidang usaha koperatif yang relevan dengan kebutuhan komunitas. Walaupun minat masyarakat untuk membentuk koperasi cukup tinggi, rendahnya literasi hukum dan manajerial serta ketiadaan pendampingan sebelumnya membuat upaya tersebut belum dapat terlaksana secara optimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memperluas pemahaman warga mengenai landasan hukum perkoperasian, prinsip-prinsip koperasi, proses pengesahan badan hukum, serta pengelolaan keuangan koperasi secara transparan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup penyuluhan partisipatif, diskusi kelompok, analisis studi kasus, dan simulasi rapat pendirian koperasi untuk memberikan pengalaman praktis kepada peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang berarti dalam pemahaman warga mengenai tahapan pendirian koperasi, penyusunan AD/ART, pembentukan struktur organisasi, serta konsep dasar manajemen keuangan koperasi. Kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan luaran berupa materi pelatihan yang lengkap, dokumentasi program, laporan akhir, serta munculnya komitmen awal warga untuk melanjutkan pembentukan koperasi simpan pinjam dan konsumsi. Secara keseluruhan, PKM ini berhasil memperkuat kapasitas kelembagaan masyarakat dan mendorong tumbuhnya kemandirian ekonomi berbasis gotong royong.
