Abstract

The multirepresentation ability of students at SMA N 2 Bireuen and SMA N 3 Bireuen is still very low based on the results of observations and interviews as well as the distribution of questionnaires to students and several physics teachers at the schools studied. This study aims to develop a multirepresentation-based physics test instrument on circular motion material, which is used as a tool for students' multirepresentation abilities and meets the eligibility criteria of validity, reliability, difficulty level, and item discrimination. The type of research used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) which uses the ADDIE development model, which uses five stages, namely (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The results of students' multirepresentation abilities found that students were able to answer questions in the very low category 0%, low category 48.75%, medium category 36.25%, and high category 15%. So, it can be concluded that the percentage of students who have the ability to answer multirepresentation questions on average is still relatively low.

Abstract

This type of research is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design in the form of a nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample size of 50 students, namely 25 students from class XI-MIA1 as the control class and 25 students from class XI-MIA2 as the experimental class. The data collection instrument uses multiple choice questions. Meanwhile, data analysis uses prerequisite tests which include normality and homogeneity tests, hypothesis tests and N-gain tests.The results showed that the average posttest score for the experiment was 82.20 and the average posttest score for the control class was 76.20. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using parametric tests, namely the independent t-test, sig results were obtained. (2-tailed) of 0.026 < 0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted or there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by the Quizizz application on student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, the average N-Gain score for the experimental class is 0.72, which is in the high category. So it can be concluded that there has been an increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class which implemented the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by the Quizzizz application.

Abstract

Background: Inguinal hernia occurs when there is a protrusion of the contents of a cavity through a weak part of the inguinal gap in the abdominal wall. The occurrence of inguinal hernia is caused by repeated and continuous increase in intra-abdominal pressure. The increase in inguinal hernia cases has now reached 20 million cases, most of which are suffered by late adults to the elderly with the main problem being acute pain and its management through herniotomy. Slow Deep Breathing Exercise is one of the non-pharmacological therapies that is often used to overcome acute pain felt by pre-operative patients. Purpose:  To provide an overview of the application of slow deep breathing in the management of acute pain in preoperative patients with left lateral inguinal hernia treated at the Zainoel Abidin Regional General Hospital, Banda Aceh. Methods: Descriptive research with case studies through the nursing process approach from assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The subject of the study was 1 Pre-Operative Hernia Inguinalis Lateralis Sinistra patient who was treated in the internal medicine room who was given Slow Deep Breathing Exercise intervention. The research instruments used to collect data were medical surgical nursing care sheets and pain measuring instruments using the Numeric Rating Scale. Results: After implementing Slow Deep Breathing Exercise twice a day (duration 15 minutes during the intervention) for 3 days combined with oxygen therapy via nasal cannula (3 liters/minute), the patient's main problem, namely acute pain, decreased from a scale of 8 to 6 with all patient activities still being assisted. Conclusion: Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the patient's problem, namely acute pain, was partially resolved through the Slow Deep Breathing Exercise intervention because the pain still often occurs with an uncertain duration and interferes with the patient's basic needs.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to define the introduction of the environment and the influence of the environment on the social aspects of early childhood. The environment can influence social aspects in early childhood. Writing this article uses the literature study method, namely collecting reading sources from previous journals to determine the influence that occurs on children's social aspects in the environment. The results of the analysis and discussion show that what influences children's social aspects is 1) Family environment, 2) School environment, and 3) Community environment. Where when the environment is very good for early childhood it will have a very big influence on the social aspects of early childhood.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Pada tahap penelitian digunakan model ADDIE. Tahapan model ADDIE adalah analisis, perencanaan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas II SDIT Fauziah terletak di Jl. Danau Sentani, Kelurahan Tunggurono, Kecamatan Binjai Timur, Kota Binjai. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ahli media, ahli materi, guru kelas IV SDIT Fauziah Binjai Timur., dan siswa kelas IV SDIT Fauziah Binjai Timur Sampali Percut Sei Tuan yang berjumlah 20 siswa dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah media Historical Heritage. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, angket, dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Validasi media dan materi pembelajaran menjadi penentu kelayakan media. Media berdasarkan hasil akhir validasi memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 93% yang masuk kedalam kategori sangat valid. Melalui angket yang diberikan diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan memperoleh skor praktilitas sebesar 95% yang di mana angka ini masuk kedalam kategori sangat praktis. Peningkatan ini meliputi semua elemen berpikir kreatif, seperti kelancaran, adaptabilitas, keaslian, dan ketelitian. Kegiatan interaktif yang disediakan oleh media terbukti berguna dalam mendukung siswa untuk menciptakan ide-ide baru dan lebih detail.

Abstract

Waste cooking oil contains saturated fatty acids, which are harmful to health. Repeated use of cooking oil creates a problem that must be resolved immediately. Apart from endangering the surrounding environment, it also has a lasting effect on the families who consume the oil. Therefore, this service activity provides a solution using used cooking oil so that it can be reused as a product, namely dishwashing soap. This research is located in Blang Ara Gampong, East Seunangan District, Nagan Raya Regency. The targets for this activity are housewives who use cooking oil every day to prepare their daily food. This target aims to train mothers in the village to create household production to produce applicable value and help the family's economic income. The methods used are observation, socialization, field practice, and evaluation at the final stage of the activity. The results of this service activity help the community, especially housewives, process used cooking oil into dishwashing soap; not only does it not pollute the environment, but it also increases income. The implementation went smoothly and received a good response from the community.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model think pair share (TPS) berbantuan alat peraga papan pecahan terhadap hasil belajar materi pecahan siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 064035 Medan. Populasi penelitian kelas IV SD Negeri 064035 Medan. Sampel Penelitian berjumlah 30 orang yang diambil dari keseluruhan dari populasi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik sampel jenuh. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan test hasil belajar, kemudian data yang diperoleh terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. setelah lolos uji prasyarat analisis kemudian dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji sample t test. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Hasil belajar siswa pada materi pecahan kelas IV SD Negeri 064035 Medan dipengaruhi oleh model think pair share (TPS) berbantuan alat peraga papan pecahan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang terdapat dilingkungan sekolah dasar dimana keterampilan menulis siswa masih rendah dikarenakan kurangnya media yang digunakan sehingga pembelajaran terlihat kurang variatif dan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dan mengetahui bagaimana kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan media Bianglala Gambar Seri pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi Teks Narasi di kelas IV SD Negeri 053985 Suka Damai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model ADDIE yang memiliki lima tahapan yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan menunjukkan pada validasi materi memperoleh nilai presentase 94,5% (Sangat Valid) sedangkan ahli desain media memperoleh nilai presentase 97,5% (Sangat Valid) sehingga media dikatakan layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Pada uji kepraktisan diperoleh dari tanggapan guru melalui angket yang diberikan mendapatkan presentase 96,2% (Sangat Praktis). Berdasarkan uji keefektifanya yang diperoleh menggunakan tes menulis sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran Bianglala Gambar Seri mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 48 dengan kategori (Tidak Efektif) dan setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran Bianglala Gambar Seri nilai rata-rata menulis yang diperoleh siswa meningkat menjadi 80,5 (Efektif). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan “Media Bianglala Gambar Seri pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Materi Teks Narasi di Kelas IV SD Negeri 053985 Suka Damai” sudah valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan di dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research discusses efforts to increase teacher competency in blended learning-based technology through a gender approach. Blended learning, which combines online and face-to-face learning methods, has the potential to increase interaction and learning accessibility, but requires adequate technological skills from teachers. By considering a gender perspective, this research explores the differences and gaps that may arise between male and female teachers in adopting blended learning technology. Data was collected through a survey of a number of teachers from various school levels who had access to blended learning training. The research results show that there are disparities in the use of technology, where gender, age and experience factors influence teacher competence in implementing learning technology. This research recommends gender-based training that supports all teachers in developing their technology skills, to create more inclusive and effective learning environments. Thus, increasing this competency not only supports teacher career development, but also improves student learning outcomes through the use of more adaptive and responsive technology. Penelitian ini membahas upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam teknologi berbasis pembelajaran campuran (blended learning) melalui pendekatan gender. Blended learning yang menggabungkan metode pembelajaran daring dan tatap muka memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan interaksi dan aksesibilitas pembelajaran, namun memerlukan keterampilan teknologi yang memadai dari guru. Dengan mempertimbangkan perspektif gender, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi perbedaan dan kesenjangan yang mungkin muncul antara guru pria dan wanita dalam mengadopsi teknologi blended learning. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap sejumlah guru dari berbagai tingkatan sekolah yang memiliki akses terhadap pelatihan blended learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya disparitas dalam penggunaan teknologi, di mana faktor gender, usia, dan pengalaman mempengaruhi kompetensi guru dalam penerapan teknologi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan berbasis gender yang mendukung seluruh guru dalam mengembangkan keterampilan teknologi mereka, guna menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih inklusif dan efektif. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kompetensi ini tidak hanya mendukung perkembangan karir guru, tetapi juga meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penggunaan teknologi yang lebih adaptif dan responsif.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Coronary artery disease (CAD) merupakan suatu penyakit kardiovaskuler akibat kurangnya pasokan darah dan oksigen ke miokardium jantung. Pasien CAD sering mengalami dispnea, kelelahan, gangguan tidur, depresi, nyeri dada dan kesulitan melakukan Activity Daily Living (ADL) seperti mandi, menggunakan toilet, bergerak, berpakaian, makan, dan kontinensia. Kesulitan ADL yang terus-menerus atau memburuk dapat menyebabkan perubahan tingkat ADL dari minimal menjadi sedang atau berat. Hal ini juga dapat terjadi peningkatan mortalitas dan risiko rawat inap. Tujuanpengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan pasien serta keluarga dalam melaksanakan ADL secara mandiri. Metode yang digunakan yaitu edukasi dan pendampingan pasien serta keluarga tentang pengisian jadwal aktifitas dipoliklinik jantung. Pengetahuan pasien meningkat, pasien dan keluarga mampu menyusun jadwal aktivitas dengan baik dan pasien lebih antusias melaksanakan ADL sesuai jadwal. Edukasi dan pendampingan meningkatkan kemandirian pasien dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Aktivitas Kehidupan Sehari-hari (ADL), Edukasi, Penyakit Arteri Koroner (CAD) ABSTRACT Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a cardiovascular condition caused by insufficient blood and oxygen supply to the myocardium. CAD patients often experience dyspnea, fatigue, sleep disturbances, depression, chest pain, and difficulty performing Activity Daily Living (ADL), such as bathing, toileting, mobility, dressing, eating, and continence. Persistent or worsening ADL difficulties can progress from minimal to moderate or severe levels, increasing mortality rates and hospitalization risks. This community service aims to enhance the knowledge and abilities of patients and their families in independently managing ADL. Educational sessions and guided assistance were provided to patients and their families to help them develop activity schedules in the cardiology clinic. Patients' knowledge improved, families effectively created activity schedules, and patients demonstrated greater enthusiasm in performing ADL according to the planned schedules. Education and guidance significantly enhanced patients' independence in meeting their daily needs. Keywords: Activity Daily Living (ADL), Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), Education.
