Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang al-Muqarrabun dalam al-Qur’an, merupakan istilah dekat atau orang-orang yang didekatkan kepada Allah, mereka adalah orang-orang terdepan dalam keimanan, ketaatan, dan amal-amal saleh. Al-Muqarrabun dalam al-Qur’an terbagi kepada dua macam pengertian yaitu mereka yang dianggap dekat dengan Allah, dan mereka yang dianggap dekat kepada raja. Dekat dengan Allah terbagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu malaikat dan manusia beriman yang taat kepada Allah. Kata Al-Muqarrabun disebutkan sebanyak delapan kali dalam enam surah. Mereka Yang dekat dengan Allah ialah malaikat muqarrabun; QS. An-Nisa’ 4:172 dan QS. Al-Mutaffifin 83: 21 karena kedudukan mereka yang dekat dengan Allah. Kelompok manusia pilihan yang dikalangan orang-orang yang beriman yang disebut muqarrabun ialah Nabi Isa QS. Ali Imran 3: 45 dan para Al-Sabiqun QS. Al-Waqi’ah 56: 11. Mereka yang dekat kepada Allah yang minum dari mata air di dalam surga QS Al-Muthafiffin 83 :28. Mereka yang dianggap dekat dengan raja pada dua ayat yaitu QS. Al-A’raf 7:114 dan QS. Asy Syu’ara 26: 42 yang menerangkan tentang tukang-tukang sihir raja fir’aun.

Abstract

Economic Improvement and MSME Empowerment through Marketing Digitalization and Syar'i Capital Concept in Sontang Village. Sontang village, known as the center of fishing activities and salai fish production, faces conventional marketing challenges and fuel constraints that are not in line with syar'i principles. This Community Service activity aims to improve the economy and empower MSMEs through marketing digitalization strategies and the application of the concept of syar'i capital. Participatory methods are used to actively involve communities in decision-making processes and identify common solutions. Through lectures, discussions, and business training, it is hoped that the people of Sontang Village can stimulate their creativity in developing the economy. Digital marketing strategies, including the use of mass media and business training, will increase product visibility and public knowledge about digitalization. The importance of the concept of syar'i capital is conveyed through counseling, with a focus on avoiding the MAGHRIB principle. The ultimate goal of this activity is the realization of market expansion and an increase in MSME income, along with a just economy in accordance with Islamic principles. With the hope that this approach will have a positive impact, this abstract summarizes efforts to improve the welfare of the people of Sontang Village through economic innovation based on Islamic values.

Abstract

This research aims conduct a literature review related to deliberative policies for alleviating poverty of traditional fishermen in the southern coastal region of Java. Traditional fishers in this region face serious challenges related to poverty, livelihood uncertainty, and limited access to sufficient resources to improve their standard of living. In evaluating policies that have the potential to help overcome this problem, the deliberative approach has been recognized as one approach that can encourage community participation in the decision-making process. Deliberative policy focuses on open, inclusive dialogue and accurate information to support dignified and beneficial decision making for all parties involved. The results of this literature review identify several key elements that need to be considered in formulating deliberative policies for alleviating poverty of traditional fishermen the southern coast of Java. Factors such as active participation of fishermen in policy formulation, involvement of government and non-government organizations, increased access to education and training, economic empowerment, and social protection are important points in designing effective policies. Thae hoped that further research and field implementation of this deliberative policy will provide deeper insight and ensure that the policies adopted can provide significant benefits for traditional fishermen in the southern coastal region of Java.

Abstract

This comprehensive research embarks on meticulously exploring the intricate ethical nuances at the convergence of artificial intelligence (AI) and legal decision-making. Through an exhaustive literature review, the study meticulously navigates the complexities woven into algorithmic bias, the multifaceted dimensions of data privacy concerns, the profound implications on human agency, imperatives surrounding transparency, the socio-economic impacts stemming from the integration of AI, and the global perspectives that cast a profound influence on this intricate landscape. The synthesis of these insights reveals a dynamic interplay between the rapid evolution of technological capabilities and the intricate ethical considerations that underpin responsible AI integration into legal frameworks. The study underscores the need for ongoing interdisciplinary discourse, urging scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to engage in a continuous dialogue to ensure that ethical frameworks evolve in tandem with the relentless progression of AI technology. The conclusion advocates for a flexible and adaptive ethical framework poised to navigate the evolving ethical horizon, thereby ensuring AI's judicious and equitable integration into legal decision-making.

Abstract

The development of the Integrity Zone in the North Kalimantan Provincial Government has been stated in the RPJMD 2021-2026 as the mandate of  Perpes 81/2010 concerning the Grand Design of Bureaucratic Reform, with the mission of Realizing a Clean and Authoritative North Kalimantan Provincial Government. It has established the Work Culture of Integritas, Komitmen, Hasanah, Loyalitas, Akuntabitas, Semangat and Motivasi (IKHLAS) as a guideline for every employee. Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of North Kalimantan Province was appointed as the Pilot Project for the construction of the Integrity Zone, where it launched a declaration of Integrity Zone development in 2018, in 2020 it received the WBK predicate. Starting in 2022, it is proposed to obtain the title of WBBM. This study aims to evaluate the Integrity Zone development towards WBBM using qualitative methods located in the North Kalimantan Provincial Government. Data collection techniques by means of observation, document study, and triangulation. Data analysis through data collection and conclusion drawing. The results of the internal evaluation have fulfilled 7 (seven) criteria towards WBBM with a Corruption Perception Survey Score of 15.79 while the Service Quality Perception Score is 15.79, but there are still shortcomings, namely monitoring and evaluation activities have not been periodic, implementation of SOP and SPBE has not been maximized, Competency-Based Employee Development has not been maximized, and the Whistle-Blowing System and Conflict of Interest Handling have not been maximized. On the basis of the evaluation results, recommendations can be given, namely; Commitment of all Stakeholders, Increased human resource capacity, Use of information technology, Monitoring and Evaluation carried out periodically, Whistle-Blowing System and Conflict of Interest Handling carried out periodically and periodic Satisfaction Assessment Surveys.

Abstract

Penelitian mini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui manajemen berbasis sekolah, maka jika ditinjau dari segi tempat penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan (fild research). peneliti langsung menggali data di lapangan, yaitu di SD IT Haji Djalaluddin disamping itu penelitian bersifat kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang prsedurnya menghasilkan data deskriptif yang berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang atau perilaku yang diamati. Peran kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu Pendidikan melalui Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SD IT Haji Djalaluddin tahun pelajaran 2019/2020, yaitu sebagai berikut; (a). Peran Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin (leader) (b). Peran Kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor (c). Peran Kepala sekolah sebagai educator (d). Peran Kepala sekolah sebagai innovator (e). Peran Kepala sekolah sebagai motivator. Peran guru dalam peningkatan mutu Pendidikan melalui Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SD IT Haji Djalaludding tahun pelajaran 2019-2020, yaitu sebagai berikut; (a). Abstract

This article examines the multicultural da'wah practices carried out by ustaz Mursyidin in Penyengat Village, Sungai Apit Subdistrict, Siak Regency, Riau—a traditional community of the Anak Rawa Tribe where most residents adhere to Christianity, Buddhism, and indigenous beliefs, while Muslims form a small minority. The study aims to explore the da'wah strategies used, identify the challenges faced, and analyze community responses within a multicultural setting. Using a qualitative character study approach, data were collected through interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Findings reveal that ustaz Mursyidin adopts a contextual and empathetic approach by engaging in da'wah bil hal, interfaith dialogue, and cultural negotiation. These strategies emphasize tolerance, participation, and exemplary conduct. The challenges include conflicts between Islamic values and local customs, as well as symbolic resistance. Nonetheless, the soft and inclusive methods employed led to a high level of acceptance among the community. This study affirms the relevance of multicultural da'wah theories, cultural da'wah, cross-cultural communication, and power relations as foundations for effective da'wah in pluralistic societies. Artikel ini mengkaji praktik dakwah multikultural yang dijalankan oleh Ustaz Mursyidin di Kampung Penyengat, Kecamatan Sungai Apit, Kabupaten Siak, Riau—sebuah komunitas adat Suku Anak Rawa di mana mayoritas penduduknya menganut agama Kristen, Buddha, dan kepercayaan lokal, sementara umat Islam merupakan kelompok minoritas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan strategi dakwah yang digunakan, mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi, serta menganalisis respons masyarakat dalam konteks multikultural. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi tokoh dan observasi partisipatif, disertai analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ustaz Mursyidin menerapkan pendekatan yang kontekstual dan empatik melalui dakwah bil hal, dialog lintas agama, dan negosiasi budaya. Strategi ini menekankan toleransi, partisipasi, dan keteladanan sosial. Tantangan yang dihadapi antara lain benturan nilai antara ajaran Islam dan adat lokal serta resistensi simbolik. Meskipun demikian, pendekatan yang lembut dan inklusif menghasilkan tingkat penerimaan yang tinggi dari masyarakat. Penelitian ini menegaskan relevansi teori dakwah multikultural, dakwah kultural, komunikasi lintas budaya, dan relasi kekuasaan sebagai fondasi dakwah yang efektif dalam masyarakat majemuk.

Abstract

Political money is a significant issue threatening the integrity of elections inIndonesia, often hindering the democratic process and violating principles of justice. Law enforcement againts political money in Indonesia faces various challenges, including ambiguous regulations and inadequate supervision. This study aims to analyze the challenges in law enforcement againts political money in Indonesia and compare the implementation of such laws with other countries. The method employed is qualitative analysis using a case study approach, utilizing relevant literature, government reports, and international studies. The findings show that, althought regulations on political money exist, weak implementation and supervision remain the main obstacles in Indonesia. Additionaly, a comparison with countries such as Singapore and the United States reveals the success of combating political money through stricter legal systems and more effective oversight. This study offers recomemendations to strengthen law enforcement and increase public participation in monitoring political money practices.
