Abstract

Prosedur PHK sudah dirumuskan sedemikian rupa dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 13 tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan di dalam pasal 161 dan penjelasan pasal tersebut yaitu apabila terjadi pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh karyawan dapat diberikan tindakan mulai dari tegura lisan, teguran tertulis dan surat peringatan, dalam pemberian surat peringatan tidak harus diberikan secara berjenjang, melainkan dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan tingkat pelanggaran yang dilakukan, sementara akibat hukum dari PHK karena adanya pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh karyawan, maka perusahaan diwajibkan memberikan pesangon 1 (satu) kali ketentuan Pasal 158 ayat 2, 3 dan 4 undang-undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan.

Abstract

Abstrak Bullying di lingkungan sekolah telah menjadi fenomena yang meresap dan kompleks. Artikel ini membahas beragam aspek terkait bullying, termasuk definisi, faktor-faktor yang mendorong perilaku ini, dampaknya terhadap korban dan pelaku, serta langkah-langkah pencegahan yang dapat diambil. Bullying merupakan perilaku agresif yang merugikan, di mana individu yang lebih kuat secara fisik atau mental menyalahgunakan kekuasaannya untuk menyakiti individu yang lebih lemah secara berulang. Meningkatkan kesadaran tentang masalah bullying di kalangan guru dan siswa di SMA Averos Kota Sorong. Dengan memberikan informasi yang komprehensif tentang definisi, faktor-faktor pendorong, dan dampak dari perilaku bullying, diharapkan para peserta akan memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kompleksitas masalah ini. Mitra pengabdian adalah SMA Averos Kota Sorong Papua Barat Daya dan dihadiri dengan 38 siswa/siswi. Metode penyuluhan atau sosialisasi merupakan pendekatan yang efektif untuk menyampaikan informasi dan membahas masalah tertentu serta cara mengatasi permasalahan yang sedang terjadi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang terstruktur dengan baik dapat membantu dalam mengatasi masalah bullying di sekolah. Langkah-langkah seperti penyusunan materi edukasi, melibatkan konselor, dan pengukuran pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan merupakan bagian penting dari pendekatan ini. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan tentang bullying dapat ditingkatkan di kalangan guru dan siswa, serta kontribusi signifikan dalam pencegahan bullying di SMA Averos Kota Sorong. Kata kunci: bullying SMA ; kota Sorong ; tindak pidana Abstract Bullying in school settings has become a pervasive and complex phenomenon. This article discusses various aspects of bullying, including the definition, factors that drive this behaviour, its impact on victims and perpetrators, and preventive measures that can be taken. Bullying is an aggressive, harmful behaviour in which a physically or mentally stronger individual abuses his or her power to repeatedly harm a weaker individual. Raising awareness about bullying issues among teachers and students at SMA Averos Sorong City. By providing comprehensive information on the definition, driving factors, and impact of bullying behaviour, it is expected that the participants will have a better understanding of the complexity of this issue. The service partner was SMA Averos Kota Sorong, Southwest Papua and was attended by 38 students. The extension or socialisation method is an effective approach to convey information and discuss certain problems and how to overcome the problems that are happening. Well-structured community service activities can help in overcoming the problem of bullying in schools. Steps such as developing educational materials, involving counsellors, and measuring knowledge before and after counselling are important parts of this approach. Through this activity, it is expected that awareness and knowledge about bullying can be increased among teachers and students, as well as a significant contribution in bullying prevention in SMA Averos Kota Sorong. Keywords: bullying ; high school ; Sorong city ; criminal offence

Abstract

Sejak memasuki awal Bulan Februari 2023, Kabupaten Pangkajene Kepulauan dan sekitarnya mengalami hujan deras dengan intensitas yang cukup tinggi. Sebanyak 7 kecamatan mengalami banjir parah yaitu terjadi di Kecamatan Pangkajene, Minasetenne, Bungoro, Labakkang, Ma’rang, Segeri dan Mandalle. BMKG Wilayah IV Makassar bahkan mengeluarkan peringatan dini terkait hujan lebat dan angin kencang untuk wilayah Sulawesi Selatan. Kondisi ini menyebabkan terjadinya genangan air di banyak titik di Kabupaten Pangkajene Kepulauan. Genangan yang terjadi menyebabkan kemacetan di titik tertentu dan hampir melumpuhkan aktivitas masyarakat. Saluran drainase juga tidak berada dalam kondisi optimal karena sampah tersangkut di dalam saluran. Selain itu terdapat wilayah yang awalnya menjadi daerah resapan air berubah menjadi permukiman. Sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya mitigasi bencana sejak dini agar dapat mengurangi dampak genangan yang diakibatkan oleh curah hujan yang tinggi. SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Hikmah terletak di Kelurahan Tumampua, Kecamatan Pangkajene, Kabupaten Pangkajene Kepulauan. SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Hikmah juga tidak lepas dari dampak cuaca ekstrim yang terjadi di Kabupaten Pangkajene Kepulauan. Sekolah juga mengalami genangan di halaman dan lapangan sekolah. Untuk menghindari hal tersebut perlu dilakukan upaya pengembangan fungsi biopori pada lahan sekolah untuk memulihkan kesuburan tanah, melindungi tata air, dan kelestarian daya dukung lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the potential of mangrove ecotourism, and the suitability of mangrove ecotourism and determine mangrove ecotourism development strategies on the coast of Kabita Village, South Wangi-Wangi District, Wakatobi Regency. This research utilized mixed methods: quantitative and qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out with primary data, namely observation of mangrove areas, questionnaires, and interviews with the people of Dusun II Kabita Village and stakeholders using purposive sampling techniques and secondary data, namely documentation and literature studies. The analysis used in this study is quantitative analysis, qualitative, and SWOT analysis. The results of the analysis of mangrove ecotourism potential show that the mangrove ecosystem of Kabita Village has a thickness of 239.21 m, a density of 0.98 ind/m2, the tidal height reaches 0.2 m/s, there are 4 types of mangroves namely Rhizoppora mucronata, Rhizopora apiculata, Sonneratia alba and Bruguera gymnorrhiza and aquatic biota in the form of birds, crabs, shrimp, various types of mollusks and starfish. Priority strategies are to maintain and always preserve the condition of mangrove vegetation, increase community participation and empowerment, spatial planning of tourist sites and preparation of master plans, training on tourism-related businesses for local human resources, developing mangrove areas as ecotourism areas by cooperating with BUMN, private sector, and surrounding communities and increasing publications related to the existence of mangrove ecosystems and their protection through Ecotourism development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi implementasi sistem mukhabarah dalam kerjasama perkebunan jagung di Desa Tadang Palie, Kecamatan Pammana, Kabupaten Wajo. mukhabarah adalah sistem bagi hasil antara pemilik dan penggarap. Namun, implementasinya belum sesuai dengan prinsip hukum ekonomi Islam karena rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap konsep mukhabarah dalam fikih muamalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan sistem mukhabarah serta meninjau kesesuaiannya dengan hukum ekonomi Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akad dilakukan secara lisan tanpa bukti tertulis atau saksi, dengan seluruh biaya dan risiko ditanggung penggarap. Sementara itu, pemilik lahan tetap menerima hasil tanpa kontribusi modal. Kondisi ini bertentangan dengan prinsip keadilan dan musyarakah. Dibutuhkan edukasi dan pembaruan akad agar tercipta kerja sama yang adil

Abstract

This paper will discuss the impact of taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions on motor vehicles taxpayer compliance at the Gowa Samsat Office. Quantitative research method was used, and the sample was composed of 2,650 taxpayers enrolled at the office. A sample of 96 taxpayers was found using simple random sampling method. Questionnaires were used to measure the variables under investigation in the primary data collection. The outcomes suggest that the level of taxpayer awareness has a positive and significant impact on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance as the t-value is 5.260, which is greater than the critical t-value of 1.985 and the significance level of 0.000 < 0.041. Likewise, tax sanctions are also positively and significantly influenced on compliance as t-value of 2.076 > 1.985 and the level of significance of 0.000 < 0.041. These results imply that taxpayer education coupled with tax sanctions are effective measures towards making motor vehicle taxpayers more compliant.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the inheritance distribution system according to the customary law of the Mare Tribe in Maybrat Regency, Southwest Papua, with a focus on the role of the kinship system and the principle of inheritance based on lineage. The method used in this study is an empirical approach with data collection through interviews and document studies. Primary data was obtained from interviews with local indigenous communities and regional officials, while secondary data was collected through literature studies covering regional regulations, books, and relevant scientific articles. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively using descriptive methods to describe the practice of inheritance distribution in the Mare tribe community. The novelty of this research lies in its in-depth focus on the customary inheritance distribution system in Southwest Papua, particularly in the Mare District, which still maintains the tradition of primogeniture and the Tua Marga principle. This system shows that the first child of the family, especially the male, has the primary right to inheritance consisting of land and natural resources. This study also reveals the importance of the patrilineal kinship system in determining heirs and the dominant role of men in the management of inheritance. The results show that the inheritance system in the Mare tribe community still adheres to old traditions, where the distribution of inheritance is carried out from generation to generation, taking into account the position of Tua Marga as the main heir. However, this system also allows women to inherit property under certain circumstances, such as when there are no male children in the family. The conclusion of this study is that the customary law of the Mare tribe remains relevant in regulating the distribution of inheritance, taking into account social status in the lineage and the role of men in the management of inherited property.

Abstract

Abstract. The quality of human resources is determined by the quality and level of education. The low quality of education causes the quality of human resources to be low which will also affect the management of natural resources, including marine resources. This study aims to describe the condition of formal education, the factors causing the lack of formal education and the efforts made to improve the formal education of fishermen's children in Ammani Hamlet, Mattiro Sompe District. This research is focused in Ammani Hamlet, Mattiro Sompe District, geographically located on the coast of Pinrang Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, literature reviews, and documentation. The results showed that the living conditions of the people in Ammani Hamlet were sufficient with the existence of marine resources as natural resources that were used by the community to meet their needs. The livelihood of the people of Ammani Hamlet is very dependent on marine products. The difficult life of the community has resulted in some of their children having to help their parents to go to sea, thus interfering with their learning activities so that in the end they will easily drop out of school. In terms of motivating their children in terms of formal education, it is only a small part because they think that education is not their main goal but how they earn a living for their survival.Keywords: Fishermen, Perspective, Formal Education Children

Abstract

The SDGs 4 agenda emphasizes equitable education through digital technology, which, although helpful in visualizing the geosphere concept in Geography learning, is still hampered by infrastructure and digital literacy in non-urban schools. This study aims to analyze students' perceptions of digital technology-based Geography learning at Senior High School 18 Bone. The research instrument was a dichotomous questionnaire, while the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that 74% of students were interested in digital technology-based learning, 81.2% considered the learning useful, 77.2% felt the technology was easy to use, and 72.4% responded positively to the availability of supporting facilities. These results confirm that the application of digital technology contributes to the achievement of SDGs 4, particularly in targets 4.1 (improving the quality of learning), 4.4 (strengthening digital literacy), 4.7 (environmental awareness and spatial thinking), and 4.a (availability of inclusive learning facilities). Thus, digital technology-based Geography learning in non-urban schools is considered effective and relevant in supporting sustainable education.

Abstract

Geography learning requires a strong connection between theoretical concepts and real environmental conditions; therefore, an instructional model that provides direct learning experiences is needed. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model integrated with Outdoor Study on the geography learning outcomes of tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Majene. A quantitative approach was employed using a Pretest–Posttest Control Group design, with the sample selected through purposive sampling. The research instruments included achievement tests, student response and activity questionnaires, and an N-gain analysis to measure learning improvement. The results indicate that the PBL model with Outdoor Study is more effective than conventional teaching, with an average score of 82.75 in the experimental class compared to 66.88 in the control class. The N-gain score of the experimental class reached 0.66 (high category), while the control class obtained only 0.14 (low category). Furthermore, students’ responses toward the learning model showed a positive category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the PBL model based on Outdoor Study is effective in improving geography learning outcomes.AbstrakPembelajaran geografi menuntut adanya keterkaitan antara konsep teoritis dengan realitas lingkungan, sehingga diperlukan model pembelajaran yang mampu menghadirkan pengalaman belajar secara langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbasis Outdoor Study terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Majene. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Group, dan sampel ditentukan melalui teknik purposive. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tes hasil belajar, angket respon dan aktivitas siswa, serta analisis peningkatan nilai melalui perhitungan N-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model PBL berbasis Outdoor Study lebih efektif dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional, dengan rata-rata hasil belajar 82,75 pada kelas eksperimen dan 66,88 pada kelas kontrol. Nilai N-gain pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,66 (kategori tinggi), sedangkan kelas kontrol hanya 0,14 (kategori rendah). Selain itu, respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran menunjukkan kategori positif. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model PBL berbasis Outdoor Study efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar geografi.
