Abstract

This research studies the international co-movement among Asia Pacific emerging markets stock price indices during the late 2000s recession by using the monthly observations start from 1st October 2001 until 1st April 2011. The co-integration analysis and parsimonious Vector Error Correction Model employed in this research reveal a long-term relationship and inter-dependencies among seven Asia Pacific emerging market stock price indices. This research finds that the unique co-integration exists on the equations. Specifically, two indices from China and Taiwan having meteor shower potential while the rest indices from Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia are known to have heat waves effects or country specific factors on the equation. Finally, all the results are linked to the international diversification strategies

Abstract

KMK number 340 about the classification of hospitals, hospitals must have the ability to serve at least general medical services, emergency services, nursing services, outpatient care, inpatient care, surgery, basic specialist medical services, medical support, pharmacy, nutrition, sterilization, medical records, administrative and management services, public health counseling, relocation of corpses, laundry, and ambulances, maintenance of hospital facilities, and waste treatment. Business Intelligence is one solution so that hospital management gets information about service quality assessments that can help make decisions. The application used to implement Business Intelligence is Google Data Studio. This study uses six indicators of hospital quality service standards (SPM), namely Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), Turn Over Interval (TOI), Average Length of Stay (ALOS), Bed Turn Over (BTO), Net Death Rate (NDR), and Gross Death Rate (GDR). The data variables that need indicator values are time, number of patients, number of patients discharged, number of patients dying >48 hours, number of dead patients, number of days of treatment, number of lengths of stay and number of beds. The data is processed by the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process to form a data warehouse. The data contained in the data warehouse will be visualized on Google Data Studio.

Abstract

The processing system of the administrative information for lab works and problem exercises of the student at the Department of Computer Science, Universitas Lampung, is still carried out conventionally. In this manner, the data is physically stored in the form of recorded documents and leave them on the shelf. Sometimes, data collection in this form can be lost and require a longer time to manage. For this reason, a lab assistant’s information system is developed by the waterfall approach that runs on a web-based platform. The system can provide data and generate information about lab assistants and participants faster and more accurately. It is implemented using the framework Laravel and Black Box testing as a functional test of the system. The testing indicates that the system functions work to the software requirement specification.

Abstract

Malaria merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di Indonesia. KabupatenPesawaran, Lampung merupakan daerah endemis malaria, selama rentang waktu 5 tahun (2013-2017) termasuk daerahdengan high case insidence (HCI) karena memiliki annual parasite incidence (API) lebih dari 5‰. Upaya yangdilakukan menuju daerah bebas malaria yaitu pengendalian malaria secara terpadu. Hal ini memerlukan dataentomologi setempat terutama berkaitan dengan spesies, angka kesakitan malaria, perilaku masyarakat terhadapmalaria. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah 1) Meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentangpengendalian malaria 2) Meningkatkan ketrampilan masyarakat dalam pengenalan alat dan metode Pengendalianmalaria. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat meliputi: 1) Penyuluhan tentang Pengendalian Malaria2)Demontrasi pengenalan alat dan metode pengendalian malaria. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan(p<0,05) tingkat pengetahuan antara sebelum dan setelah penyuluhan. Kesimpulan: Penyuluhan dapat dapatmeningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pengendalian malaria pada masyarakat Desa Gebang Kecamatan Teluk PandanKabupaten Pesawaran Lampung.

Abstract

Rubber is an important plantation commodity as a source of income, employment and foreign exchange opportunities, as an engine of economic development in new centers within the rubber plantation environment. Rubber plant diseases generally cause economic losses to rubber plantations. Lack of knowledge of farmers to control rubber plant diseases can result in losses and ultimately reduce farmers' income. Therefore, it is necessary to build a system that can diagnose diseases like an expert or an expert. The method used in this system is the certainty factor method which is used to prove whether a fact is certain or uncertain. This method is very suitable for expert systems that diagnose uncertainty. After that, a system validity test is carried out which aims to test the ability of the expert system to identify diseases. Based on the test results, the highest disease score was tapping groove disease with a disease percentage of 94.96%, while the lowest disease percentage was red root fungus disease with a percentage of 79%, with an average test result above 75% so that it was concluded that the system can diagnose rubber plant diseases well in accordance with the results of the diagnosis obtained.

Abstract

The development of the Sentra Inovasi dan Inkubator Bisnis (SIKUBIS) system is a project of the Institute for Research and Community Service at the University of Lampung. This project aims to provide a platform for businesses to access various resources and support in the form of information, guidance, and networking opportunities. The SIKUBIS system will be designed to be user-friendly and accessible through mobile devices, making it convenient for businesses to access and utilize the resources provided. The development of this system will also aim to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SIKUBIS center in supporting the growth and development of businesses. Based on the results of application development, black-box testing, and usability testing, this research has succeeded in creating the SIKUBIS application which can be used by lecturers, students, and educational staff in the campus environment to develop their business. Overall, the SIKUBIS system will serve as a valuable tool for businesses to access the resources and support they need to succeed and thrive in today's competitive market.

Abstract

The development of information technology currently provides opportunities for every company to have business competitiveness so that companies are required to have an information system that is able to support management in increasing company productivity. PT. Ling Komputer Indonesia still uses conventional business processes, in archiving stock data and the retrieval process from suppliers, so it requires a long process that results in data accumulation which results in increased data recording errors to the loss of transaction data. Seeing these problems, designing an information system at PT. Ling Komputer Indonesia is the solution chosen for convenience in the process of recording stock of goods and the process of picking up from suppliers. The information system built using the Waterfall method is expected to be able to help PT. Ling Komputer Indonesia in managing data quickly and precisely. Development of the system using the PHP and MySQL. This inventory information system, obtained results for 10 employees of PT Ling Komputer Indonesia who answered agree with the existence of this system. using the system by 71%.

Abstract

Tingkat kejahatan pencurian yang meningkat dan sumber energi yang semakin sedikit. Membuat kita harus lebih memperhatikan aspek keamanan dan penggunaan sumber daya yang berlebihan. Smart Room atau ruangan pintar adalah ruangan yang benda-benda di dalam ruangan tersebut dikendalikan secara mudah dan efisien oleh penggunanya. Dengan konsep teknologi Internet of Things ruang pintar dapat mengirim, menerima dan merespon informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah Smart Room System (Ruang Pintar), yang dapat dikendalikan dari jarak jauh menggunakan aplikasi android. sistem ini dibuat untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam mengontrol alat elektronik dan memonitoring keadaan ruangan, selanjutnya sistem diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keamanan ruangan. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap prototype ruangan, yang memiliki dua pintu dilengkapi dengan keypad dan LED diluar dan sensor di dalam, kemudian memiliki dua buah lampu, sensor suhu, dan kamera pengawas. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, sistem dapat mengontrol lampu ruangan, mengirim informasi mengenai suhu, kelembapan, kemudian memberikan peringatan alarm dan memotret objek asing yang masuk ruangan saat sistem keamanan aktif

Abstract

This paper examines the implementation of Laurence Capron’s business strategies Build, Borrow, and Buy at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. Identify how relevant it is to the Covid-19 pandemic condition, then analyzed through the perspective of technological and social change. The research’s using qualitative methods through literature review by collecting data from previous research. The results show that PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk has successfully implemented the Build, Borrow, and Buy strategies in its business operations and maintain company sustainability during the pandemic, technological and social changes related to the implementation of the Build, Borrow, and Buy strategy. The implications of this research are the Build, Borrow, and Buy strategy analysis can be a reference to be applied to other entities, and can be linked to different variables or perspectives with a more focused and stay relevant so that depth of analysis can be achieved.

Abstract

AbstrakPerpustakaan digital merupakan tempat di mana pengguna perpustakaan dapat melakukan peminjaman buku dan sumber edukatif lainnya secara digital atau daring. Adapun layanan digital dapat dilakukan pada layanan karya ilmiah yang tersimpan dalam repository. Pengembangan perpustakaan digital dapat dilakukan secara sistematis baik dari cara mengumpulkan, menyimpan, mengorganisasi informasi, pengetahuan dalam format digital, dan dalam pengiriman informasi yang hemat dan efisien pada semua sektor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis layanan digital dalam sistem informasi digilib.uns.ac.id di UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Indikator dalam layanan digital meliputi reliability, accessibility. dan efficiency. Tempat penelitian di UPT Perpustakaan UNS dengan metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah pengguna digilib.uns.ac.id di UPT Perpustakaan UNS sejumlah 295 pada bulan Agustus 2023, sementara jumlah penentuan sampel dengan rumus Slovin mendapatkan 73 responden. Adapun Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Random Sampling. Untuk pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan digital dalam sistem informasi di UPT Perpustakaan UNS mempunyai kategori cukup tinggi karena dibuktikan dengan angka 35 orang atau 48 % responden menyatakan bahwa layanan digital dalam sistem informasi yang ada di UPT Perpustakaan UNS melalui digilib.uns.ac.id bisa dikatakan cukup baik dilihat dari konten, fungsi dan aksesnya.Kata kunci: layanan digital, sistem informasi, perpustakaan perguruan tinggi, digilib dan perpustakaan digital
