Abstract

Pengupahan di Indonesia merupakan konsep yang mengacu dari beberapa sistem perekonomian, namun memiliki karaktristik yang membedakan dengan konsep-konsep yang lain. Ini disebabkan perekonomian di Indonesia dilandasi oleh Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945, sehingga dalam hal pengupahan peranan pemerintah sangat dominan dalam mengontrol pasar tenaga kerja, menciptakan kestabilan dan keseimbangan kekuatan ekonomi, serta mencegah adanya persaingan yang tidak sehat yang dapat menggangu kepentingan pekerja/buruh. Sedangkan peraturan upah pekerja/buruh di Indonesia masih menunjukkan adanya peraturan yang merugikan kepentingan pekerja/buruh. Perlu adanya keberanian dari pemerintah untuk menolak segala bentuk konsep pengupahan murah yang menjadi syarat investor menanamkan modalnya di Indonesia, karena dengan mengikuti syarat investor tersebut berarti pemerintah lebih memihak kepada investor daripada untuk kepentingan pekerja/buruh yang jumlahnya menyangkut nasib jutaan masyarakat kelas bawah. Selain itu perlu pertimbangan untuk mengubah sistem pengupahan yang mendasarkan suatu kewilayahan tertentu (Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota) menjadi sistem pengupahan yang mendasarkan pada masing-masing sektor industri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the income of dwarf coconut farmers in Siwalubanua II Village, Gunungsitoli Idanoi District, focusing on three main variables: production costs, selling price, and land area. The research employed a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of 51 dwarf coconut farmers. The results indicate that production costs, selling price, and land area have a significant effect on farmers’ income. Among these factors, the selling price of coconuts has the greatest impact on income, followed by land area and production costs. Therefore, the study suggests that farmers should optimize production costs, expand their cultivated land, and maintain the quality of their coconuts to sustain favorable selling prices and increase income. These findings may also serve as a reference for policymakers in designing programs aimed at improving the income of coconut farmers.

Abstract

Turbo Sakti Cassava Chips is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) located in Manding and engaged in the production and marketing of traditional cassava-based snack products. Amidst increasing competition in the local snack industry, this study focuses on analyzing the business development strategies and financial management practices implemented by Turbo Sakti to increase its competitiveness. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through direct interviews with the owner, field observations, and documentation studies to gain a comprehensive understanding of the MSME's operations. The results show that Turbo Sakti has implemented various strategies to encourage business growth. These strategies include continuous product innovation, particularly in developing flavor variations to suit consumer tastes, investing in modern and environmentally friendly packaging, and utilizing digital media such as social media to expand market reach. In addition, this business also builds brand identity and customer loyalty through consistent quality and active participation in local community activities.

Abstract

Program pengembangan Desa Wisata Religi berbasis BUMDesa di Bangkal menghadirkan sebuah inisiatif yang mendesak dan penting untuk meningkatkan ekonomi lokal sambil melestarikan lingkungan dan budaya. Dengan tujuan utama untuk memperkuat kapasitas pengelolaan wisata lokal, program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan SDM melalui pelatihan terstruktur, membangun keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan menerapkan sistem manajemen berkelanjutan. Luaran yang ditargetkan mencakup peningkatan kompetensi anggota BUMDesa dalam manajemen wisata dan pemasaran, pengembangan model bisnis yang berkelanjutan, serta penguatan infrastruktur wisata yang ramah lingkungan. Selain itu, diharapkan terjadi peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan wisata dan pemeliharaan nilai-nilai budaya lokal. Evaluasi berkala akan dilakukan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program ini, dengan mengukur dampak ekonomi yang tercipta dan konservasi lingkungan yang berhasil dilakukan.

Abstract

Business continuity is the main goal for business actors in running their business, but during the Covid-19 pandemic there are many challenges to achieve business continuity. So business leaders need to determine the right strategy so that business processes can continue. In this case the leadership style will greatly affect the direction of the company's motion, so as to create business continuity, leaders who are able to understand goals are needed. So the purpose of this research is to analyze the transformational leadership style in achieving business continuity in one of the Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in Tanjung Pinang City, namely Citra Sari Snack and Catering. The method used in this study is qualitative using semi-structured interview techniques to obtain accurate information and also primary data from the object of research. The result of this research is that the owner of Citra Sari uses a transformational leadership style and to achieve business continuity is done by setting goals, updating strategies, creating innovations, and taking risks.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia, which is an industry providing complete communication network services. PT. Telkom Indonesia claims that it is currently one of the industries that provide the most telecommunications and information services. The research procedure used is a descriptive analysis procedure, which is a method of universally describing the facts found by the library research method and field research to be precise at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Project Management Division T-Reg 3 West Java, This matter exists because of management activities, which include planning (planning), directing (leading), organizing (organizing), and controlling (controlling). The leader in the Autocratic type according to the Project Manager of Telkom Regional 3 West Java with a very large rating is 9 with a rating score and a weight of 1.71. This type of Charismatic Leadership is given a Rating by the Project Manager of Telkom Regional 3 West Java by giving a fairly large rating is 8 with a rating score and a weight of 1.44.

Abstract

On March 10, 2020, the start of the Covid-19 pandemic caused an impact that was felt by several countries, even the government and society. One of the impacts felt was not only a health problem but also attacking the country's economy, for example MSMEs as the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector experienced a severe impact due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on information processed by LIPI's P2E, the impact of tourism shrinkage on MSMEs engaged in the micro food and beverage business reached 27%. While the impact on small food and beverage businesses is 1.77% and medium enterprises is 0.07%. Contou is one of the coffee shops that has been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, but it's great that they were able to fight this crisis so that in 2021 Contou will still continue to operate with the strategies they created to survive. After understanding the five theories above, the owner of Contou coffee can be categorized as a leader who adheres to an adaptive leadership strategy. Where, covid-19 is an unexpected event that is not predicted in advance and affects activities at Contou coffee which are based on various health policies to deal with covid-19.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the nature of leadership and transformational leadership style applied by Ratu Jilbab (RJ) leaders in the creative industry fashion subsector. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The results showed that Ratu Jilbab (RJ) leaders have basic leadership traits such as motivation, empathy, self-esteem, decision making, commitment and interpersonal awareness. In addition, Ratu Jilbab (RJ) leaders also apply a transformational leadership style with four dimensions described in Bass' (1985) theory, namely idealised influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualised consideration. Ratu Jilbab (RJ) leaders have basic leadership traits and all indicators for all four dimensions are fulfilled.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of rewards, work–life balance, and coworker support on employee job satisfaction. Employing a quantitative design with independent samples t tests, the research population comprised all employees of Politeknik Pelayaran Sumatera Barat in 2025 (150 persons), with a purposive sampling technique based on percentage to select respondents. So, the pilot sample is 37 persons, and the research sample is 113 persons. A structured questionnaire was used to measure the variables of recognition, work–life balance, coworker support, and job satisfaction, and data were analyzed using SPSS. The findings reveal that rewards, work–life balance, and coworker support significantly influence job satisfaction (t-calculated > t-critical; 21.849, 14.508, 21.991 > 1.66). Rewards also impact work–life balance, which in turn affects coworker support, although they do not directly influence it. Implications of this research suggest that implementing a structured reward system can be an effective strategy to enhance job satisfaction in vocational education settings. Future studies are advised to employ mixed methods designs and broaden the sample to multiple institutions to verify and generalize these results. It is recommended that the management of Politeknik Pelayaran Sumatera Barat develop and implement integrated reward programs and flexible work policies to optimize employee well-being and productivity.

Abstract

Kecelakaan merupakan salah satu parameter yang menunjukan baik atau tidaknya kondisi keselamatan jalan. Di Indonesia, jumlah kecelakaan jalan masih tergolong tinggi, sehingga diperlukan penanganan yang serius terkait hal tersebut. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kecelakaan jalan, namun di dalam penelitian ini hanya akan melibatkan dua faktor saja yaitu usia dan kecepatan. Kecelakaan di dalam penelitian ini dibedakan menjadi dua yaitu kecelakaan ringan dan kecelakaan berat. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah multinomial logit model dengan menggunakan pendekatan dua skenario pemodelan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel usia cenderung akan meningkatkan resiko kecelakaan ringan dibandingkan kecelakaan berat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tua usia seseorang akan meningkatkan resiko kecelakaan ringan. Namun variabel kecepatan justru sebaliknya, cenderung meningkatkan resiko kecelakaan berat jika dibanding dengan kecelakaan ringan. Ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin sering seoseorang berkendara dengan kecepatan yang tinggi cenderung akan meingkatkan resiko terjadinya kecelakan berat yang menimbulkan kematian. Kedua variabel secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan resiko terjadinya kecelakaan. Kata kunci: usia, kecelakaan, multinomial logit, kecelakaan ringan, kecelakaan berat.
