Abstract

This research investigates contract law in the perspective of e-commerce and its impact on consumers. Facing digital transformation in the business world, particularly in the context of e-commerce, the contractual relationship between businesses and consumers becomes increasingly complex. The focus of this research involves exploring the legal implications arising from digital business transactions related to contract law in the e-commerce environment. The aim of this research is to provide insights into how contract law in e-commerce can affect the rights, obligations, and protection of consumers. The implementation of contracts in e-commerce, unlike conventional agreements, requires clear regulations regarding the validity and legal strength of these electronic contracts. In this research, a qualitative approach is employed using literature review and legal document analysis. Data is gathered from legal sources related to e-commerce and relevant previous research. The practical implications of this study are expected to provide a foundation for regulatory improvements and consumer protection in digital business transactions.

Abstract

Abstract: Dynamic Development of Family Law in Muslim Countries. This article examines the dynamics of the development/renewal of Islamic family law in Muslim countries. The aim is to obtain a concrete picture of the development, from its original form, i.e conventional fiqh, to become positive law and apply it in Muslim countries. This research is classified as library research using a combination of historical and socio-anthropological approaches. Data were obtained from several secondary sources in the form of laws and regulations, books, articles, and many other documents related to the topic under study. The results of this study indicate that the role of the state in enforcing a legal system is absolute, in the sense that a law can be applied when it has been legislated as positive law. Apart from that, this study also found the fact that three models are applied in the development of family law in Muslim countries, namely; First, the state still applies the conventional legal system (fiqh). Second, the state carries out legal reforms within the school of thought. Third, the state makes its family law that is separate from religious norms to keep up with changes and developments in society.

Abstract

In the Bugis community of Sinjai, customary marriage practices embody sacred unity and family honor, often imposing strict conditions that can challenge individuals striving to achieve their marriage goals. One major obstacle is the high cost of marriage, which is further complicated by the influences of modernity and freer social interactions that have shifted the purpose of marriage away from its original religious intentions. As a result, marrying according to Bugis customs entails significant financial burdens, leading some individuals to adopt compromises and strategic tactics as alternative solutions. This research explores how such compromises and strategies are employed in Bugis marriages within Sinjai Regency, South Sulawesi. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis draws on perspectives from Islamic jurisprudence, Bugis cultural traditions, and ethics. The research identifies two primary categories of strategies: first, compromises or strategies used to overcome obstacles in proceeding with marriage; second, strategies driven by specific goals or interests underlying the decision to marry. Five distinct case types are examined: political marriage, elopement, polygamy strategies, passampo siri (a form of symbolic compensation), and resource pooling (dui menre). Findings suggest that while these compromises and strategies may have limitations and potential negative consequences if misapplied, they also serve as practical adaptations to the rigid demands of Bugis customary marriage. The study underscores the importance of applying social ethics to frame marriage beyond legalistic terms, recognizing it as a genuine worldly and spiritual union that prioritizes public welfare and prevents harm

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengungkapkan pengaruh kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan lingkungan kerjaterhadap kinerja pegawai Sekertariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) KabupatenPasangkayu. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui pengaruhkepemimpinan, pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekertariat DewanPerwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Pasangkayu. Metode yang digunakanPenelilti bersifat Deskriptif dengan alat bantu koesioner terhadap 41 responden. Hasilpenelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Multiple atau koefisien korelasi (R) adalah hubunganantara ketiga variabel bebas kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerjapegawai Sekertariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Pasangkayusebesar 0,875 artinya hubungan variabel bebas (independen) terhadap variabel terikat(dependen) adalah sangat kuat. R Square atau koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah melihatpengaruh antara variabel kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerjapegawai Sekertariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Pasangkayusebesar 0,765 atau 76,5% artinya pengaruh variabel bebas (independen) terhadap variabelterikat (dependen) sebesar 76,5% sedangkan sisanya 23,5% adalah pengaruh variabel lainyang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Pelatihan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Invesment (ROI),Current Ratio (CR), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Harga Saham. Populasi yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Perusahaan Manufaktur (Makanan dan Minuman) yangterdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Tahun 2019-2023. Data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan Perusahaan Manufaktur (Makanan danMinuman) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2023. Metode analisis dalampenelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, sedangkan teknik analisis penelitianmenggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, uji hipotesis parsial menggunakan uji T danuji hipotesis simultan menggunakan uji F . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji Fatas variabel Return On Investment (ROI) current ratio (CR), dan Debt to Equity Ratio(DER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Hasil dari uji t menunjukkan bahwaReturn On Invesment tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dan Current Ratio(CR) berpengaruh tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dan Varibel Debt toEquity Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hgarga saham.  The object of this research was carried out at PT. Niagamas Gemilang is a growing Foreign Investment Company in the field of Oil Palm Plantation with the Manager Mr. Haribuang Senobroto having the address at Sungai Payang Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, 17 Rt.10 with a total number of 1,405 employees. The purpose of this study is to Know, Are Organizational Culture Variables and Job Satisfaction Influence Simultaneously Against Turnover Intentions of Employee Employees at PT. Niagamas Gemilang In Loa Kulu Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, To Know, Are Organizational Culture Variables And Job Satisfaction Partially Influence On Turnover Intentions Of Employees At PT. Niagamas Gemilang in Loa Kulu Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency and To Know, From the two variables, which variable has the most dominant influence on Turnover Intentions of Employees at PT. Niagamas Gemilang in Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency.A population of 132 people and a sample of 66 employees.The first hypothesis which states "That, Organizational Culture Variables and Job Satisfaction Influence Simultaneously Against the Desire to Switch Employees at PT. Abstract

Abstract: Starting from 2010 to 2017, employees of PT. BANKALTIMTARA Tenggarong that left reached the lowest number of 3.24% and the highest was 12.65% of the total employees. The average employee turnover rate in the last 3 (three) years at PT. BANKALTIMTARA Tenggarong has exceeded the tolerable standard. From the ANOVA test or F test, it is obtained that the F count is 43.018, while the F table value is 2.56, this means that all the independent variable was able to show a significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. BANKALTIMTARA in Tenggarong. The number R is shows that the correlation between job satisfaction, job stress and organizational commitment to employee turnover intention is a strong relationship. Partially, Job stress, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. BANKALTIMTARA in Tenggarong. Based on the comparison of partial correlation values ​​on the correlation table, it shows that the organizational commitment variable has the most dominant influence on employee turnover intention at PT. BANKALTIMTARA in Tenggarong So that the company must be able to maintain the work commitment of its employees. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Stress, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to see the right strategy to be applied at PT. Bankaltimtara Tenggarong based on SWOT analysis. The impact of the global economic crisis, which attacks the banking sector. that some of banks experience enough problems such as customer savings to become unsecured, resulting in public distrust of the bank for their savings guarantee. Another impact is that the amount of funds that can be collected from the public to the bank is decreasing, so that the bank finds it difficult to turn its cash flow, and various other impacts. internal sample of 63 people and external as many as 74 customers. Data that can be analyzed using theoretical basics, namely SWOT analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of PT. Bankaltimtara Tenggarong and identify factors of opportunities and threats that come from the external environment. Based on the SWOT analysis conducted, PT Bank Kaltimtara can obtain several marketing strategies, namely: Increasing various types of competitive banking products. a). Increase customer loyalty and expand services to remote villages. b) Increase promotion to be known to remote villages. c) Focus on BUMDes and SMEs targets. d). Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and price perception partially or simultaneously on consumer perceptions at 45,000 Convenience Stores in Tenggarong and to determine the dominant variables in influencing consumer perceptions between the two independent variables. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression method with the help of SPSS 20.0 For Window's, with a population of 150 respondents and a sample of 70 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of product quality, price perception and product variations simultaneously affect consumer purchasing decisions. Product quality variable has a partial effect on consumer purchasing decisions at 45,000 Convenience Stores in Tenggarong. Price perception variable (X2) partially influences consumer purchasing decisions at 45,000 Convenience Stores in Tenggarong, Product variation variable (X3) partially affects consumer purchasing decisions at 45,000 Convenience Stores in Tenggarong. From the three partial correlation test results, it can be seen that the value of the product quality variable has the greatest influence compared to the price perception variable and product variation, so that the product quality variable is the most dominant variable influencing consumer purchasing decisions.
