Abstract

The contemporary Salafist movement in Indonesia began to develop in the1970s. In its development, the Salafist movement later gave rise to variousfactions. One of the results of the dynamic and contestation of these variousfactions was the emergence of religious moderation movements of Salafists.This article tries to explain the role of The Islamic Propagation Council ofIndonesia (DDII) and the Institute for the Study of Islam and Arabic (LIPIA) inthe dynamics of the Salafist movement and to trace and describe the dynamicsand the religious moderation movements of the Salafist groups, particularly inJakarta, Indonesia. The research methods used are historical research methodsand qualitative methods with a case study approach. The results show that thereare adaptations emerging from the contemporary Salafist movement.These adaptations can be seen in the acceptance of the concept of the unitary stateof the Republic of Indonesia and democracy even within the framework ofSharia and the presence of moderation or anti-violence ideas. This shows theflexibility of the movement which arises from the need for the sustainability ofthe organization or movement. In addition, cities present different challenges.This then requires an organization to adapt, either in terms of strategy, method,or proselytizing approach.

Abstract

In Indonesia, there are many illegal economic problems, but one of the most detrimental to the state is the problem of Illegal, Unregulated, and Unreported Fishing Practices (IUU Fishing) by foreign ships. IUU Fishing is defined as illegal fishing activities, not reported to the authorized fisheries management institution, and fishery activities that have not been regulated in existing regulations. So the role of law enforcement is very important to tackle acts of lawlessness in Indonesian waters. The form of law enforcement is to implement government policies by applying criminal sanctions in the form of fines, confinement, confiscation/confiscation of evidence and sinking foreign ships that steal fish in Indonesian waters. Article 8 of Law no. 45 of 2009 concerning Fisheries states "Everyone is prohibited from catching fish and/or raising fish using chemicals, biological materials, explosives, tools and/or buildings that can harm and/or endanger the sustainability of fish resources and/or the environment in the area. fishery management area of the Republic of Indonesia.” The fact states that the auction with the practice of this fishing mafia can only harm the State of Indonesia because the costs of fishing operations, ship ad hoc fees, mooring ships and feeding the crew during the court process are not commensurate with the auction results that go into the state treasury. Abstract

Tuberkulosis paru merupakan penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobakterium tuberculosis. Aplikasi sistem monotoring tuberkulosis paru berbasis android ini sangat membantu dalam monitoring minum obat bagi pasien melalui alarm dan notifikasi yang diterima pendamping minum obat sehingga jadwal minum obat menjadi efektif dan tingkat kesembuhan pasien menjadi meningkat. Penelitian ini dilakukasn secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuanlitatif. Jumlah responden yang penelitian adalah 57 responden dari petugas kesehatan dan pendamping minum obat (PMO).  Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan rapid prototyping dengan melalui 4 tahap yaitu analisa kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem,  dan implementasi. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan oleh 57 responden, diperoleh hasil aplikasi monitoring pendamping minum obat tuberkulosis berhasil dilakukan. Sedangkan  hasil pengujian user, dari 57 responden diperoleh hasil bahwa 91% pengguna menilai desain atau tampilan aplikasi sangat sesuai, 9% pengguna menilai sesuai, 93% pengguna menilai kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi sangat sesuai, 7% pengguna menilai sesuai, 84% pengguna menilai ditur alarm dan notifikasi jadwal minum obat sangat sesuai, 16% pengguna menilai sesuai, serta 82% pengguna menilai manfaat aplikasi sangat sesuai, dan 18% pengguna menilai sesuai. Metode rapid prototyping yang sangat efektif diterapkan dalam aplikasi monitoring tuberkulosis paru karena dilengkapi dengan fitur alarm dan notifikasi sehingga petugas dapat dengan mudah memonitoring pasien dalam jadwal minum obat.

Abstract

Pada penelitian penjualan produk pakaian ini, terlihat data transaksi penjualan tidak terdata dengan baik. Dengan adanya masalah ini maka kami perlu melakukan analisis untuk mengelompokkan katagori pakaian. Dalam proses pengelompokkan data penjualan berfokus pada penerapan metode K-Means Clustering untuk mengelompokkan transaksi penjualan, dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi pola dan tren pelanggan. Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan segmentasi transaksi penjualan guna memahami perilaku pelangan dengan lebih baik dan membantu pemilik dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan Metode K-Means  sebagai metode perhitungan secara manual adan dalam implementasinya menggunakan RapidMiner. Penerapan  metode K-Means berhasil mengelompokkan transaski penjualan menjadi beberapa cluster. Setiap cluster menujukkan karakteristik yang berbeda seperti frekuensi pembelian, nilai transaksi dan preferensi produk. Clustering transaksi penjualan menggunakan metode K-Means memberikan nilai tambah bagi pemilik dalam memahami perilaku pelanggan, strategi pemasaran dan segmentasi pasar.

Abstract

Indonesia recognizes several legal systems i.e., state law, customary law, Islamic law, and international law. Islamic sharia in Aceh is part of legal pluralism in Indonesia. This study aims to discuss the application of Islamic sharia from the perspective of legal pluralism. This normative legal study employed a legal pluralism theory analysis. Legal pluralism is a theory that views law not only as positive or written law made by the state but also as a recognition of the legal reality that exists in a pluralistic society. The study collected data by means of a literature review. Findings revealed that Islamic sharia in Aceh as part of the recognition of the concept of legal pluralism has been implemented well in the context of state law, custom, and Islamic law. The state has provided juridical legitimacy through laws in the context of legal substance and judicial institutions or sharia courts. Likewise, revitalization has also occurred in traditional institutions in terms of customary law and customary justice. The argument emphasized in this study is that Islamic sharia in the context of legal pluralism has succeeded in manifesting legal harmonization between the state, custom, and Islamic law

Abstract

The responsibility of heirs of personal guarantee holders in companies facing bankruptcy is a complex and significant issue in the legal world. In the business sphere, especially in the current era of globalization and intense competition, business transactions and agreements often involve different guarantees provided by the parties involved. Personal guarantees, which require an individual to secure a company's obligations or debts, are one form of security that is commonly used. When a company given a personal guarantee faces financial difficulties or goes bankrupt, the issue of how the heirs should handle the assets left by the heir with a personal guarantee becomes very relevant. Additionally, the responsibility of heirs in this context, as viewed by Islamic law, and how it relates to applicable civil law principles, is an important aspect that needs careful examination. This article aims to comprehensively explain the concept of heir responsibility from the heirs of personal guarantee holders in two legal frameworks, namely Islamic law and civil law. We will explore the legal aspects governing the responsibilities of heirs in both legal systems, highlight the differences and similarities between the two, and provide a clear understanding of the topic.

Abstract

Pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan masyarakat banyak menghadapi kendala terutama karena akibat perubahan kondisi lingkungan, seperti perubahan iklim, alih fungsi lahan, dan semakin banyaknya kasus serangan hama dan penyakit tanaman yang menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan hasil panen. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan untuk budidaya tanaman.  Selain dapat digunakan untuk konsumsi sehari-hari, hasil panen dari lahan pekarangan juga dapat dijual sebagai usaha sampingan anggota keluarga. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk mendampingi masyarakat sasaran dalam peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan secara optimal untuk budidaya tanaman sayuran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan kegiatan: penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan kelompok masyarakat sasaran secara partisipatif.  Hasil pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan masyarakat dalam melakukan budidaya tanaman sayuran di lahan pekarangan. Penanaman tanaman sayuran di lahan pekarangan dapat menjadi sumber pangan, obat dan keasrian lingkungan, serta meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat.

Abstract

Organization is one of the most important elements in the management function, which includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The Department of Manpower and Transmigration (Disnakertrans) of Central Lombok is a regional government agency responsible for labor and transmigration affairs in Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Organizational management is essential for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness, as well as adapting the organization to environmental changes. In managing certification training institutions, a supporting application system is needed to digitize the documents required during certification implementation. The Hiilsinergi application is a digital platform designed by the Association of Indonesian Training Institutions (HILLSI) to support management, collaboration, and synergy among Training Institutions (LPK) throughout Indonesia. This community service activity aims to enhance the capability of certification training institutions, government, and trainees in digitizing the necessary documents within the Hiilsinergi application. The community service was conducted offline on March 4, 2025, and was attended by 30 participants consisting of representatives from certification training institutions, government bodies, and training participants. The results of the activity showed high interest and active engagement from certification training institutions, the government, and trainees in the discussions, and resulted in the creation of a Hiilsinergi application module document as a guideline for these stakeholders.
