Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop teaching materials ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) in subjects Self Development skills in a special program of vocational skills such as making skills of the rest of the patchwork mat and look for alternative learning model development Self Development skills required of teachers in accordance with the child's ability mentally retarded that still form an outline of the learning program.The research was conducted in SLB C East Jakarta. The subjects of research that high school teachers and students mentally retarded LB C. Outcome or product part of this research is the study of ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) in subjects Self Development skills in a special program of vocational skills makedoormats from the rest of the patchwork.The results of this study are expected to contribute to the implementation of innovative teaching model for teachers SLB C through the development of teaching materials ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) in practice the skillsself help Mentally Retarded Children in order to achieve self-reliance to improve the quality of life of chldren with intellectual challenges.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of role differentiation and education level of the Mother's intention to overcome family problems. The method used in this research is survey with ex post facto approach and a 2x2 factorial design. The sampling technique was multistage sampling. The results of this research are: 1). There is a difference mother’s intention to overcome family problems between the higher education than the lower education, 2).There is a diference in mother’s intention to overcome family problems between clear differentiation than no clear diferentiation, 3). For mothers who have a higher level of education, the intention to overcome family problems will be higher if they have clear role differentiation than no role differentiation, 4). For mothers who have a lower level of education, the intention to overcome family problems will be lower if they have no clear diferentiation of role than a clear differentiation of role, 5) There is an interaction effect between differentiation of role and level of education to intention to overcome family problems.

Abstract

This study aims at investigating effects of experiential learning strategy and knowledge of sustainable development concept toward students’ analytical thinking ability about environmental issues. An experimental method with 2x2 factorial design was employed in this quantitative study which was conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Ternate. Samples of the study were 52 students of grade IX of Social Sciences selected by means of random sampling. Data analysis shows that: 1. In general, students using experiential learning strategy with outdoor approach have higher average score on analytical thinking ability about environmental issues than those with indoor approach, 2. Students having high knowledge level in sustainable development concept and using outdoor approach have higher average score on analytical thinking ability about environmental issues than those with indoor approach, 3. Students having low knowledge level in sustainable development concept and using indoor approach have higher average score on analytical thinking ability about environmental issues than those with outdoor approach, 4. There are significant interaction effects between experiential learning strategy and knowledge of sustainable development concept toward students analytical thinking ability about environmental issues.

Abstract

The objectives of this research is try to finding out the information about the effect of academic background of students on the ability of high-level thinking (HOTS) in the environment. An ex post facto method has been applied by involving n= 120 students at SMA Negeri 21 Jakarta. Data was analyzed by Paired Sample T-tes. The results revealed that there were significant differences of student’s HOTS who come from academic background of MIA (Mathematics of Natural Sciences) and the academic background of IIS (Social Sciences). Therefore, to be considered about academic background factors that can lead students to improve HOTS in the environment. Further research on other variables that can influence HOTS in the environment, the background of respondents not only on the students but can be done to the general public because the environment to be the obligation of all the inhabitants of the earth. Environment has become the dominant issue in the beginning of this century, we need to re-educate our thinking, with further possibility to rekindle our hope of a future with dignity for all.

Abstract

Disposing of litter into the river has become a habit for people living around the banks of rivers, rivers, rivers, rivers, and so on. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between prevailing norms and spending on littering housewives around the banks of the Cidepit river. This research was conducted in the area of RW 07, Semplak Village, Bogor City in May-June 2018 with a survey method using quantitative. The numbers of samples in this study were 116 people, variables consisting of, and intentions of garbage, and types of data. The second variable is primary data obtained through questionnaires by respondents. Based on the results obtained Pearson r value of 0.319 with Sig. (2-tailed) equal to 0,000 or less than 0.05 Is there a positive relationship between subjective norms (subjective norms) and intentions of intentions in housewives around the banks of Cidepit River, RW 07, Semplak Village, Bogor city.

Abstract

This research is conducted with reference to the urgent need of character education for early childhood especially the character of environmental awareness. The objective of this study is to examine the effect of portfolio engineering and school environment on environmental awareness of primary school students. The research was conducted at elementary school in Bekasi district involving 3 elementary schools. The research method used experiment and the result was analyzed by two way variance analysis. The results of the research, are follow: 1. There is influence of portfolio engineering on environmental awareness. Elementary school students provided portfolio engineering with dissertation of teacher instruction higher than in primary school students provided portfolio engineering without teacher instruction; 2. There is an influence of school environment on environmental awareness. Elementary school students who attend school in industrial environment have high environmental awareness than primary school students who attend school in non-industrial environment; 3. There is an influence of insteraction between portfolio engineering and school environment on environmental concerns; 4. Elementary school students who attend school in industrial environments provided portfolio engineering dissertation instructors have higher environmental concerns than those not instructed; 5. Elementary school students who attend school in non-industrial environment provided portfolio engineering dissertation teacher instruction has a lower environmental concern than teachers who are not given instruction.Keywords— environmental awareness, school environment, portfolio engineering.

Abstract

Perubahan iklim terjadi diantaranya disebabkan karena penggunaan energi yang belum ramah. Perilaku hemat energi dimulai sejak usia Sekolah Dasar atau dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan strategi peningkatan perilaku hemat energi melalui energi literasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Labs School FIP UMJ, pada bulan Mei 2019. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Pengelola, Kepala Sekolah, tenaga pendidik siswa SD Labs School FIP UMJ. Metode yang digunakan adalah SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rumusan strategi yang berupa 1). Merumuskan kurikulum berbasis karakter energi literasi. 2). Membuat program sekolah berbasis prilaku hemat energi 3). Memberikan pelatihan kepada pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan terkait materi hemat energi 4). Menambah koleksi bahan bacaan terkait energi 5). Menggunakan sarana dan prasarana untuk memberikan pemahaman hemat energi 6). Menyampaikan hemat energi dengan konten kreatif 7). Menjalin kerjasama dengan instansi lain (Kementerian ESDM, Kementerian LHK, Kemendikbud).

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the differences in learning outcomes of media development courses and learning material between groups of students who are taught using guided inquiry learning models compared to groups of students who are taught using discovery learning models. Research approaches conducted by researchers using quantitative descriptive methods. The object of research conducted on students in the media development and learning material subject in the one of Study Program at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Analysis of the data and formulas used to test hypotheses using t-test which first performed an analysis of the normality of the data, a homogeneity. Based on the measurement results of the Islamic Education student learning outcomes, the researcher can conclude that the discovery learning and guided inquiry learning model influences of learning outcomes. The data analysis and formula used were normality test, homogeneity test and then hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the measurement of learning outcomes, the researcher can conclude that there are differences in learning outcomes using the discovery learning model and the inquiry learning model in the course of media development and learning resources. This is shown from the calculation results, namely the significance value which is below 0.05, which is equal to 0.000. It is hoped that other researchers can develop other studies that focus on other thinking skills such as critical thinking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning models and learning styles on the critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students of an elementary school in Social Sciences. This experimental study uses Factorial 2x2. Determination of the sample using the Multistage Random Sampling technique, namely class V students of SD Negeri Bulurokeng Makassar. Data analysis used two-way variance analysis and followed by the Tukey test for the significance level α = 0, 05. Test the normality of the data using the Lilliefors test and homogeneity test using the Bartlett test. The results of this study indicate: 1) Critical thinking ability given the Student Team Achievement Division learning model is higher than those given Teams Games Tournament learning model, 2) Critical thinking ability of students with auditory learning styles is higher than students of visual learning styles, 3) There the influence of interaction between learning models and learning styles on students' critical thinking abilities, 4) The ability to think critically with auditory learning styles given the Student Team Achievement Division learning model is higher than the Teams Games Tournament model, 5) Ability to think critically with visual learning styles given Student Team Achievement Division model is lower than students given Teams Games Tournament learning model, 6) Critical thinking ability of auditory learning style students who are given the Student Team Achievement Division model is higher than visual learning style students with Teams Games Tour model Namely, and 7) Critical thinking ability of auditory learning style students were given a lower Teams Games Tournament model than visual learning style students with the Teams Games Tournament model. The novelty of this research is in terms of age, namely at the elementary school level. While the two previous studies were conducted at high school age. Furthermore, this study used the Student Teams Achievement Division and Teams Games Tournament models while previous research conducted by Anit Pranita Devi used Think Pair Share and Jigsaw learning models. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran dan gaya belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V sekolah dasar pada Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan Factorial 2x2. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik Multistage Random Sampling yaitu siswa kelas V SD Negeri Bulurokeng Makassar. Analisis data menggunakan analisis varian dua cara dan diikuti dengan uji Tukey untuk tingkat signifikansi α = 0, 05. Uji normalitas data menggunakan uji Lilliefors dan uji homogenitas menggunakan uji Bartlett. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Kemampuan berpikir kritis yang diberi model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang diberi model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament, 2) Kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan gaya belajar auditori lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa gaya belajar visual, 3) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan gaya belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, 4) Kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan gaya belajar auditori yang diberi model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division lebih tinggi dibanding model Teams Games Tournament, 5) Kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan gaya belajar visual yang diberi model Student Team Achievement Division lebih rendah dibandingkan siswa yang diberi model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament, 6) Kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa gaya belajar auditori yang diberi model Student Team Achievement Division lebih tinggi dibanding siswa gaya belajar visual dengan model Teams Games Tournament, dan 7) Kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa gaya belajar auditori diberi model Teams Games Tournament lebih rendah dibanding siswa gaya belajar visual dengan model Teams Games Tournament. Kebaruan penelitan ini adalah dari segi usia yakni pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Sedangkan kedua penelitian sebelumnya dilakukan pada usia sekolah menengah atas. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menggunakan model Student Teams Achievement Division dan Teams Games Tournament sementara penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan Anit Pranita Devi menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share dan Jigsaw. Kata Kunci: Student Team Achievement Division, Teams Games Tournament, Gaya Belajar, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis
