Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pelatihan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam pelatihan mom kids baby massage and spa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah direktur Lentera Bhakti Nusantara (LBN), instruktur pelatihan mom kids baby massage and spa, penanggung jawa pelatihan, dan staff pelatihan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. validitas data diperiksa menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen pelatihan sudah berjalan dengan baik. Faktor pendukungnya adalah adanya masyarakat dan semangat tim LBN. Faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya penyebaran informasi mengenai pelatihan dan kurangnya kuota peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

Kualitas kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam proses pendidikan di sekolah, karena guru merupakan ujung tombak dalam pendidikan. Kualitas kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran meliputi kemampuan guru dalam merancang, melaksanakan, dan melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran. Namun, tidak semua guru memiliki kinerja yang optimal karena berbagai kendala. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi guru Taman Kanak-kanak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini melibatkan guru dan kepala sekolah Taman Kanak-kanak. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji analisis jalur (pathway analysis). Hasil uji regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Sedangkan hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh motivasi guru terhadap pengaruh supervisi akademik pada kinerja guru. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru tidak dimediasi oleh motivasi guru. Kegiatan supervisi akademik perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru.

Abstract

The Department of Nonformal Education, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Semarang (PLS FIP UNNES) in 2022 is holding the MBKM program for Building Villages and Humanitarian Projects. The aim of the research is to analyze the learning outcomes of graduates, the learning achievements of recognition courses, the profiles of PLS FIP UNNES graduates through the MBKM program for Building Villages and Humanitarian Projects. The research design uses descriptive quantitative and qualitative descriptive approaches with survey respondents to 39 MBKM students for Building Villages and Humanitarian Projects. Data were also obtained from 11 research subjects including various BKKBN program managers. Analysis using descriptive statistics and qualitative descriptive. The research results show that graduate learning achievement (CPL), course learning achievement (CPMK) with an average of at level 4 of the maximum level 5 achievement. The relevance of the MBKM program is very high in growing graduate competency outcomes. The high profile of graduates is also closely related to the competence of the workforce needed by various BKKBN programs.Keyword: learning outcome; MBKM; nonformal education.

Abstract

This research was carried out as an effort to help people become competent human resources and have the skills to be able to compete in the world of work through computer graphic design courses. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of computer graphic design course learning including planning, implementation and evaluation as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with research subjects including the head of LPPSK, instructors and course participants. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity techniques use source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that: (1) learning implementation includes planning consisting of learning objectives, teaching materials, students, instructors, facilities and infrastructure as well as time allocation. The implementation includes learning materials, learning methods, learning media, creating communication and providing motivation. In evaluation through evaluation of results, process and end. (2) supporting factors, namely clear learning objectives, teaching materials in accordance with the SKKNI and DUDI curriculum, competent instructors, appropriate learning media and methods, supporting facilities and infrastructure, creating good communication and providing motivation, students' ability to absorb learning material, there are competency exam questions. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of instructors, time management and the weather. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of graphic design computer course learning has been carried out well. The researcher's suggestion is to recruit instructors and instructors to be more enthusiastic in creating communication and providing motivation to students.

Abstract

Education plays important role in improving the quality of human resources and maintaining its existence, alumni loyalty is a major factor in maintaining a school’s reputation, but many alumni lose their emotional attachment to the school after graduating. This study analysis the effect of service quality on alumni loyalty through customer satisfaction with promotion as a moderating variable at SMP Negeri 3 Kaloran. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey method. Data were collected through questionaires to 128 alumni selected using the proportional statified random sampling technique. Data analysis using IBM SPSS version 25. The results showed that service quality had a positive effect on laumni loyalty and customer satisfaction, while customer satisfaction did not have a significant effect on alumni loyalty. Customer satisfaction did not act as asignificant mediating variable in the relationship between service quality and alumni loyalty. And promotion has been shown to strenghten the relationship between customer satisfaction and alumni loyalty. This study recommends improving service quality, techer communication with alumni, and strengthening digital promotions to strenghten alumni relationship with school.

Abstract

The lack of use of technology-based learning media and low learning outcomes in mastery of science and science concepts and student creativity are problems at SD Negeri Kandangan 02 and Kandangan 04. The research aims to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of interactive learning media articulate storyline food web material to improve mastery of science and technology concepts and student creativity. The research method applied is the Define, Design, Development and Dissemination, development model with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, tests and documentation. The validation results for the media aspect 97.4%, material 97.6%, and language 98.2%, which stated that the media was very suitable for learning. Increasing mastery of science concepts in the experimental class obtained an average difference of 39.8 and an N-Gain of 0.76 with very effective criteria. Meanwhile, increasing mastery of science concepts in the control class received an average difference of 26 and an N-Gain of 0.52 with less effective criteria. Increasing student creativity in the experimental class obtained an average difference of 37.5 and an N-Gain of 0.59 with quite effective criteria. This research concludes that learning media is suitable and effective in increasing students' mastery of science concepts and creativity.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) describe lecturers' understanding of career development through functional positions; 2) identify the obstacles they face in the promotion process; and 3) analyze strategies to accelerate these promotions. Lecturers are key human resources in universities, involved in education, research, and community service as part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which supports their career development. However, at Pekalongan University, many lecturers face delays in being promoted to functional positions. The method used in this research is qualitative research. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and document study. The data validity technique used is triangulation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this research are: 1) Lecturers' understanding of career development through functional positions is not yet fully understood. . Lecturers have been given direction and guidance regarding the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Tinngi College to support lecturer careers, especially for promotion to functional positions. However, in practice, lecturers still have difficulty meeting the credit threshold, especially in the field of conducting research. Apart from that, administrative obstacles are also the reason why lecturers are reluctant to prepare documents for promotion to functional positions; 2) There are 3 (three) obstacles for lecturers in applying for promotion to functional positions, namely individual lecturer obstacles, agency support and LLDIKTI and DIKTI policies in the Credit Score Assessment system; 3) Acceleration of promotions to functional positions carried out by Pekalongan University by implementing strategic management which includes the strategy formulation stage, strategy implementation stage and strategy evaluation stage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Computer-Based National Assessment (Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer/ANBK) in the Package C equivalency program at PKBM Tunas Mekar, Cilacap Regency, and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors encountered by the institution. This issue emerges from limited technological infrastructure, low levels of digital literacy among learners, and regulatory demands requiring all educational providers—including non-formal education units—to administer computer-based national assessments. Employing a qualitative case study design, the research focuses on the internal dynamics of the institution in responding to educational policy mandates. The study was conducted from August to October 2025. Data were collected through interviews with four key informants (one PKBM manager, one Package C tutor, and two Package C learners), direct observations during the ANBK implementation, and a review of supporting documents. Data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion verification through source and technique triangulation.The findings indicate that the implementation of ANBK at PKBM Tunas Mekar has generally aligned with national standards, as evidenced by the preparation of required facilities, dissemination of information, simulation activities, and tutor assistance. Supporting factors include government policy support, effective internal coordination, and the availability of digital literacy training. Meanwhile, the primary obstacles derive from the low digital literacy of older learners and technical disruptions related to the central examination server. This study underscores the need for policy support tailored to local institutional contexts and highlights the importance of enhancing PKBM capacity to adapt to the demands of the digital era

Abstract

Low interest in sustainable learning among adult learners in the Paket C equivalency education program stems from learning materials that do not align with the needs for work skills or entrepreneurship. This research aims to develop a technopreneurship-based life skills education model using a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) method to enhance IT-based entrepreneurial skills, strengthen competitiveness, and instill character values in students. The study adopts the ADDIE model within the Research and Development (R&D) framework. The research population consists of adult dropout learners enrolled in the Paket C equivalency program implementing the independent learning curriculum in 2023. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews, observations, documentation, and Google Form questionnaires. Expert and practitioner validation tests of the model were conducted using semi-open questionnaires. Data analysis involved interactive models, descriptive statistics, N-gain, and the Wilcoxon test. The results indicate that the conceptual model was designed by incorporating graduate competency standards, content standards, and process standards, using a PjBL approach. Validation tests by experts and practitioners confirmed that the model is valid and applicable in learning practices. The trial results of the hypothetical model showed that the technopreneurship-based life skills education model effectively improves entrepreneurial skills and supports character development in line with the Pancasila student profile. This model can increase students motivation to complete the equivalency program and achieve graduation.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat penerapan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dalam Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) menjadikan isu etika dan tata kelola sebagai perhatian utama dalam praktik organisasi maupun kajian akademik. AI dipandang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, objektivitas, dan kualitas pengambilan keputusan dalam berbagai fungsi MSDM, seperti rekrutmen, seleksi, penilaian kinerja, dan pengembangan karyawan. Namun demikian, adopsi AI juga menimbulkan sejumlah tantangan, antara lain bias algoritmik, pelanggaran privasi data, rendahnya transparansi sistem, serta ketidakjelasan akuntabilitas dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis teknologi. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan AI dalam MSDM tidak hanya berdampak teknis, tetapi juga memiliki implikasi etis dan strategis yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kajian komprehensif untuk memahami implikasi penggunaan AI dalam konteks MSDM secara lebih mendalam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis literatur terkini mengenai penerapan AI dalam MSDM dengan fokus pada implikasi etis, peran strategis MSDM, serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA 2020 dengan penelusuran pada basis data Scopus dan Web of Science terhadap artikel jurnal peer-reviewed yang diterbitkan pada periode 2021–2025. Dari proses seleksi diperoleh 47 artikel yang dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian AI dalam MSDM masih didominasi oleh studi konseptual dan berfokus pada konteks negara maju, dengan isu etika sebagai tema utama. AI berpotensi mereproduksi bias historis, memperluas praktik pengawasan karyawan, serta menimbulkan tantangan dalam membangun kepercayaan organisasi. Kontribusi AI terhadap kinerja organisasi bersifat etis-kondisional, sehingga menegaskan pentingnya penguatan tata kelola etika yang terintegrasi dalam MSDM strategis.
