Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui strategi kepala sekolah dalam digitalisasi pendidikan di SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru, 2) Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam digitalisasi pendidikan di SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif . Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, dengan teknik analisis data yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikkan kesimpulan.Temuan dalam Penelitian ini bahwa 1) Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam digitalisasi pendidikan sudah berjalan dengan baik seperti pengamatan lingkungan, perumusan strategi, implementasi startegi, dan evalausi. 2) Adapun Faktor pendukung Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam Digitalisasi Pendidikan yaitu: a) Kepala sekolah memiliki visi misi mendukung digitalisasi dalam pendidikan. b) fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung warga sekolah. c) kerjasama yang solid. d) Kesiapan setiap dari berbagai pihak dalam melaksanakan digitalisasi pendidikan. e) melaksanak perbaikan yang terus menerus seperti selalu megikuti pelatihan. Abstract

The Mataram City Government issued a Mataram City Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 10 of 2008 concerning waste management which aims to create a physically and mentally healthy society. A clean environment makes people healthy. A clean environment is part of faith. This will have an impact on the socio-cultural life of the city of Mataram with the motto of progress and religion, one of which is through service, empowerment and the role of the community in upholding improvement, cleanliness, and beauty (K3). One of the villages that implemented the program was Jempong Baru village. In this study the author aims to determine how the community's satisfaction with the implementation of the program of cleanliness, beauty and whether (K3) in Jempong Baru Village. A derivative of the Mataram City Regional Regulation concerning the implementation of the cleanliness, beauty and beauty (K3) program in Jempong Baru Village. In this study the authors analyzed the data with a simple survey method, and analyzed descriptively. From the total population, 50 respondents were selected as community leaders, youth leaders, and Jempong Baru village officials. Data was collected by using interview/interview methods, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the community satisfaction survey on the implementation of the K3 program in the Jempong Baru sub-district came to the conclusion that they were "Satisfied" with the OSH program in the form of actions such as the program distributing pamphlets about the dangers of littering, working together to clean up trash in Ivory Coast, distributing plant seeds to residents, making chairs and tables from materials to beautify the environment, making Awik–Awik/ regulations prohibiting couples from bringing non-married couples to rented houses and distributing pamphlets on how to anticipate curanmor (motor theft) in order to maintain security. The problem is that there are people who don't really care about this program. It is hoped that in the future the community will know the importance of maintaining cleanliness and health (K3) and can apply it in daily life so that the city of Mataram is clean and religious

Abstract

This study originated from the reality in schools where no maximum learning outcomes of students, because teachers teach science is a way of speaking, students do not perform learning activities often disturb her. The purpose of this study was to describe the promotion of science learning outcomes using a constructivist approach. The experiment was conducted in two cycles. The subjects were fourth grade students from elementary schools. The results of the research cycle I average 68.5. In the second cycle an increase in the average value of 79.5. Observations visible improvement in student learning outcomes in the learning process. It can be concluded in this study is to use a constructivist approach to learning science can improve student learning outcomes grade for.     Keywords:  learning automatec, constructivist approach

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit degeneratif yang banyak terjadi dan dapat menyebabkan komplikasi serius jika tidak ditangani dengan baik. Salah satu metode non-farmakologis yang dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan tekanan darah adalah terapi Slow Stroke Back Massage (SSBM), yaitu teknik manipulasi dengan pijatan lembut pada jaringan tubuh. Terapi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan efek relaksasi pada fisiologis tubuh, terutama pada sistem vaskular, muskular, dan saraf, sehingga berpotensi menurunkan tekanan darah. Penelitian Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan terapi SSBM dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Maccini Sawah, Kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif melalui observasi langsung pada pasien hipertensi yang menerima terapi SSBM. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode asuhan keperawatan yang dimulai dari pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian implementasi intervensi menunjukkan bahwa pada Ny. S, terjadi penurunan tekanan darah yang signifikan, dari 140/90 mmHg sebelum terapi menjadi 120/80 mmHg setelah terapi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan terapi SSBM efektif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pasien. Dengan demikian, diharapkan penderita hipertensi dapat memanfaatkan terapi SSBM sebagai salah satu metode pengelolaan tekanan darah yang aman dan efektif, terutama jika diterapkan secara teratur. Terapi ini dapat menjadi alternatif bagi mereka yang ingin menurunkan tekanan darah tanpa obat atau sebagai pelengkap dalam penatalaksanaan hipertensi secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh perusahaan tambang batubara adalah tidak tercapainya target produsi dari alat-alat mekanis yang digunakan oleh perusahaan. Permasalahan yang terjadi di PT Multi Harapan Utama pit 40 South Sentuk saat ini adalah tidak tercapainya target produksi dari alat muat Komatsu PC 1250-8R dan alat angkut Komatsu HD 785-7 yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengupasan lumpur asli dengan target produksi sebesar 561.520 bcm/bulan untuk bulan Juni 2023. Produksi bulan Juni hanya sebesar 410.493 bcm yang berarti hanya sekitar 73% dari target produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji produktivitas alat mekanis yang digunakan, menganalisis variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap nilai produktivitas, serta mengupayakan peningkatan produksi dan efisiensi penggunaan alat mekanis. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan diawali dengan studi literatur, observasi lapangan untuk pengambilan data primer dan sekunder secara langsung di lapangan. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis sehingga didapatkan alternatif penyelesaian masalah, serta mengamati perubahan nilai produktivitas alat setelah dilakukan perbaikan terhadap masalah yang terjadi. Digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menganalisis variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap nilai produktivitas alat mekanis. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu berdasarkan perhitungan teoritis diketahui nilai produksi alat mekanis sebesar 284.722 bcm/bulan untuk 3 unit alat muat dan 407.855,14 bcm/bulan untuk 18 unit alat angkut. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap nilai produktivitas alat mekanis adalah parameter efisiensi kerja dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,63 pada alat muat dan 0,65 pada alat angkut serta koefisien regresi sebesar 525,08 pada alat muat dan 101,90 pada alat angkut. Upaya peningkatan produksi yang dilakukan yaitu dengan meningkatkan volume pemuatan per curah alat muat, memperbaiki hambatan kerja yang terjadi, serta menyesuaikan jumlah kebutuhan alat angkut sehingga menghasilkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan produksi. Perubahan hasil produksi alat muat excavator Komatsu PC 1250 dari 284.722 bcm/bulan menjadi sebesar 562.652,85 bcm/bulan dan alat angkut rigid dump truck Komatsu HD 785 dari 407.855,14 bcm/bulan menjadi sebesar 565.814,71 bcm/bulan. Dengan demikian, diperoleh secara teoritis bahwa kemampuan dan ketersedian alat mekanis setelah dilakukan evaluasi mampu mencapai target produksi 561.520 bcm untuk bulan Juni 2023 yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

Continuous use of gadgets will have a negative impact on children's thought patterns and behavior in their daily lives, children who tend to continuously use gadgets will be very dependent and become a routine activity in their daily activities, in this case children are often more choosing to play with gadgets causes children to become lazy about moving and doing activities. The use of gadgets among children is increasingly worrying and certainly has a negative impact on growth and development. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between gadget use and the growth and development of toddlers in Head Sungai Village, Kec. Secanggang District. Langkat 2022. This type of research uses correlational methods. Population of 30 children in Head River Village, Kec. Secanggang district. Step up. Sample of 30 respondents with total sampling method. The independent variable is the use of gadgets and the dependent variable is the growth and development of toddlers. Measured by questionnaire and child DDST. The data analysis technique uses the chi-square test. The results of the research showed that of the 30 respondents studied, it was found that the majority of the respondents were 10 children who often used gadgets with normal growth and development, while there were 2 minority children who often used gadgets with normal growth and development (2). 6 .6%). Based on the majority of children who sometimes play with gadgets with growth and development, approximately 5 people (16.6%), while minority children sometimes use gadgets with growth and development, there are approximately 1 person (3.3%). Based on the majority of children who never use gadgets with normal growth and development, there are 3 people (10%), while the minority children who use gadgets never have sufficient growth and development and the number is less than 0 (0%). It is hoped that parents can limit children's use of gadgets and can supervise the activities carried out by children when playing with gadgets.

Abstract

Education is one area that has a strong influence on internet technology, especially in teaching and learning activities. Technological development is inseparable from the utilization of Human Resources (HR) in supporting learning and being a solution in a lack of learning media on Indonesian historical heritage material in the SDS Cerdas Bangsa Namorambe Case study, especially in class IV SD students. Therefore the authors conducted research on interactive multimedia learning media. This learning media was made due to the lack of learning media so that the lack of design in learning made students less interested in the teaching and learning process so that it was made using web based learning methods. Web Based Learning (WBL) is a technology-based learning system that is used as the utilization of web technology in learning by delivering access to material through web pages. Abstract

Early detection of autism in children aged 16–30 months is crucial for timely intervention and improved developmental outcomes. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the ChatGPT-based M-CHAT educational model in enhancing parental knowledge and assisting with the completion of the Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers (M-CHAT). This model is designed as an interactive assistant that provides explanations about autism, the function of the M-CHAT, and guidelines for self-completion and initial interpretation of screening results. The research method employs a quasi-experimental approach with a pre-test and post-test design involving 60 parent respondents. The research instrument consisted of a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire measuring three domains: knowledge about autism and M-CHAT, self-completion ability, and satisfaction and usability of the model. Validity was analyzed using Pearson correlation, reliability using Cronbach's alpha, and effectiveness was tested using a paired sample t-test. The results showed that all questionnaire items were valid and reliable. The average pre-test scores in the domains of knowledge, completion, and usability significantly increased in the post-test (p < 0.001). Thus, the ChatGPT-based M-CHAT educational model is effective in improving parents' understanding, self-completion ability, and user satisfaction and can be used as a tool for early autism screening.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the talaqqi method is implemented in the Al-Qur'an memorization learning process for students at Wahdah Islamiyah Polewali Al-Qur'an Elementary School and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the talaqqi method in the Al-Qur memorization learning process. 'an student at SD Al-Qur'an Wahdah Islamiyah Polewali. This type of research is a type of qualitative descriptive research, which is a descriptive analysis of data obtained in the form of words, images or behavior and provides an overview of the conditions studied in the form of a narrative description. The implementation of the talaqqi method in schools is going well with the steps for implementing it, namely: the ustadzah explains, then gives an example of the verse to be memorized with clear articulation and mouth movements, then students imitate the ustadzah's reading. Supporting factors include: Islamic elementary schools, appropriate leaders, qualified teachers, collaboration between teachers, understanding and application of Tajwid rules, mastery of methods, as well as students as objects and their readiness to memorize. Inhibiting factors are teacher indiscipline, less than optimal application of methods, lack of teacher concern for student memorization, student difficulty in pronouncing letters, student indiscipline and less conducive space.
