Abstract

Labor issues and unemployment in Indonesia are currently addressed issues to resolve. Entrepreneurship is an important choice to overcome the number of gap between the workforce who have not worked with job opportunities. The purpose of this study is to describe the themes of experience, skills and attitudes that have been and have not been presented in formal schools, and subsequently become the priority themes to be presented in non-formal education. This research was carried out in a descriptive design, exploratory data collected by means of interviews and interviews, and presented it proportionally, analyzed and with technical processes. The conclusions presented in this article include information about the themes of knowledge, skills and attitudes that have not been widely presented in formal schools, and then presented in non-formal institutions in the form of synergism that complement each other.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) prior and retrospective knowledge, (2) untrained skills, and (3) attitude to be induced as the knowledge, skills, and attitude to support students’ future career. This study used descriptive design and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results show that practices on career development for vocational schools indicate that (1) the knowledge on capitalization, persuading potential customers, and product efficiency are trained shortly to students, (2) skills to optimalize online media, capitals, banking, and networking for cooperation are not yer trained by the local schools, and (3) few schools provide pieces of training on the benefits of product marketing as the future prospect.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to produce a sociodrama guidebook to improve interpersonal intelligence of SMP Negeri 1 Ngoro students. The method used is research and development which adapts Borg and Gall's development model. This development model consists of five steps to the product revision stage after an assessment is carried out by 1 material expert test, 1 media expert test, and 1 prospective user test (counselor). The data collection technique was carried out by interviewing with 1 counselor and distributing an inventory of interpersonal intelligence to 32 students. The data analysis used was quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results of the evaluation of the material expert test got an average total of 3.7, the media expert test got an average total of 3.9 and the prospective user test (counselor) got an average score of 3.9. Based on the expert's judgment that the manual is suitable for use. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan panduan sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa SMP Negeri 1 Ngoro. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang mengadaptasi model pengembangan Borg dan Gall. Model pengembangan ini terdiri dari lima langkah sampai tahap revisi produk setelah dilakukan penilaian oleh 1 uji ahli materi, 1 uji ahli media, dan 1 uji calon pengguna (konselor). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara bersama 1 konselor dan menyebar inventori kecerdasan interpersonal kepada 32 siswa. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penilaian uji ahli materi mendapat total rata-rata sebesar 3,7 uji ahli media mendapat total rata-rata sebesar 3,9 dan uji calon pengguna (konselor) mendapat skor rata-rata sebesar 3,9. Berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli bahwa buku panduan tersebut layak digunakan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the correlation between peer social support and resilience in studens of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Glagah Banyuwangi. The research design uses descriptive correlational methods. The population of the study is students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Glagah as many as 711 people. Then obtained a sample of 102 people using random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques use peer social support scale and resilience scale. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and correlational analysis using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation test with SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of the correlational analysis showed that peer social support was positively and significantly related to resilience with a correlation coefficient value of 0.725 or the rate of correlation of both variables was strong. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan resiliensi pada peserta didik kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Glagah Banyuwangi. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Glagah sejumlah 711 orang. Selanjutnya sampel penelitian sebanyak 102 responden dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan skala resiliensi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis korelasional menggunakan uji Pearson Product Moment Correlation dengan bantuan SPSS 20 for Windows. Hasil analisis korelasional menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial teman sebaya berhubungan secara positif dan signifikan dengan resiliensi dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,725 atau tingkat korelasi kedua variabel adalah kuat.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to increase knowledge about the influence of parents 'presence when children learn and learning motivation of migrant workers' children at SMP Negeri 1 Bandung, Tulungagung. The type of research used is a case study, through interviews with snowball sampling techniques, which are likened to getting information continuously and will only stop when the data is saturated. In addition, the interview technique used by researchers is in-depth interviews. The research steps carried out were preceded by observation, the first observation conducted by the researcher examined the data of students who have parents as migrant workers. Researchers also conducted interviews with counseling teachers regarding the learning behavior of migrant workers' children in class and what problems usually bother the students of migrant workers in learning. Observations that the two researchers conducted were by way of frank observation entering the classroom and observing the learning and learning process in which there were students of migrant workers' children. The results of the observations show that the learning behavior of students of migrant workers' children is different from those of students who are not children of migrant workers. Therefore, the researcher decided to do a research to find out what motivates the students of migrant workers to learn. Data collection, the researcher chose 4 students who according to the researcher were included in the category as data sources. Researchers conducted interviews with 4 children of migrant workers with in-depth interviews. Furthermore, data analysis is carried out by means of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data using the credibility test (internal validity). Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan tentang pengaruh kehadiran orang tua saat anak belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa anak buruh migran di SMP Negeri 1 Bandung, Tulungagung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus (case study), melalui wawancara dengan teknik sampling snowball yang diibaratkan mendapatkan informasi secara terus menerus dan baru akan berhenti saat data telah jenuh. Selain itu teknik wawancara yang digunakan peneliti adalah wawancara secara mendalam (in depth interview). Langkah penelitian yang dilakukan diawali dengan observasi, observasi yang pertama dilakukan peneliti memeriksa data siswa yang memiliki orang tua sebagai buruh migran. Peneliti juga melakukan wawancara kepada guru BK mengenai bagaimana perilaku belajar siswa anak buruh migran saat di kelas dan masalah apa saja yang biasa mengganggu siswa anak buruh migran dalam belajar. Observasi yang kedua peneliti lakukan dengan cara observasi terus terang ikut masuk kedalam kelas dan mengamati proses belajar dan pembelajaran yang didalamnya terdapat siswa anak buruh migran. Hasil dari observasi menunjukan perilaku belajar siswa anak buruh migran yang berbeda dengan siswa yang bukan anak buruh migran. Oleh karena itu peneliti memutuskan melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui apa yang dapat menjadi motivasi belajar siswa anak buruh migran. Pengumpulan data, peneliti memilih 4 siswa yang menurut peneliti masuk dalam kategori sebagai sumber data. Peneliti melakukan wawancara kepada 4 siswa anak buruh migran dengan wawancara mendalam. Selanjutnya analisis data dilakukan dengan cara data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Sedangkan untuk uji keabsahan data menggunakan Uji credibility (validitas internal).

Abstract

Rendahnya Self compassion peserta didik memiliki dampak negatif pada aspek kehidupannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan konseling kelompok Modification Mindful Self Compassion (MMSC) untuk meningkatkan self compassion peserta didik. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen kuasi dengan nonequivalent control group design. Populasi berjumlah 43 peserta didik dengan sampel 10 peserta didik yaitu 5 peserta didik untuk kelompok eksperimen dan 5 peserta didik untuk kelompok kontrol. Sampel tersebut menjadi subjek penelitian yang ditentukan melalui teknik non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling yaitu peserta didik merupakan kelas X di MAN 4 Kampar dengan hasil skala self compassion berkategori rendah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara pretest dan posttest, kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu uji Mann Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Asump.Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,046 < 0.05. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Konseling Kelompok Modification Mindful Self Compassion (MMSC) efektif untuk meningkatkan self compassion peserta didik MA. Abstract

Remaja merupakan periode perkembangan yang membutuhkan dukungan, terutama dari keluarga, dan ketika remaja mengalami kondisi broken home mereka cenderung menunjukkan kondisi psikologi dan perilaku yang negatif seperti tidak menerima kondisi diri, anti sosial, bahkan kenakalan remaja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran psychological well being siswa SMP Swasta Kota Malang dari keluarga broken home menggunakan metode wawancara dan survey yang dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 8,26% memiliki tingkat psychological well being tinggi, 65,52% sedang, 25,86% rendah. Wawancara pada siswa kategori tinggi menunjukkan bahwa mereka mendapatkan dukungan dari keluarga dan teman-teman serta memiliki motivasi untuk menjalani hidup dengan baik. Sedangkan siswa kategori rendah beberapa dari mereka mengalami perundungan, melakukan kenakalan remaja, melukai diri sendiri, dan buruk dalam mengendalikan emosi. Hasil survey dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa jumlah siswa yang memiliki psychological well being yang rendah lebih banyak dan menjadi salah satu kondisi yang perlu untuk diwaspadai oleh konselor. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan pull-up terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan push-up terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan pull-up dan push-up terhadap kekuatan otot lengan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli MAN Patas berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes expanding dynamometer. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik Nonparametrik pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan pull-up berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan, (2) pelatihan push-up berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (3) tidak ada perbedaan kekuatan otot lengan yang signifikan antara pelatihan pull-up dan push-up. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Pelatihan pull-up berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli MAN Patas tahun 2014, (2) Pelatihan push-up berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli MAN Patas tahun 2014, (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan push-up dan pull-up terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli MAN Patas tahun 2014. Abstract

This study analze the impact of group counseling sessions based on prophetic values on the psychological well-being of students in Islamic boarding schools in East Java, Indonesia. Sixty students from five schools participated in an experimental design involving pre-tests and post-tests. The intervention included seven group guidance sessions led by non-professional counselors, emphasizing prophetic values. A 22-item scale assessing various aspects of psychological well-being was used, and the effectiveness of the intervention was analyzed using a one-way ANOVA test. The results showed significant improvements in the psychological well-being of the experimental group, with higher mean scores post-intervention compared to the control group. The study highlights the critical role of peer relationships in the psychological health of students in these schools. The successful incorporation of prophetic values in the intervention aligns with the students' cultural and religious background, enhancing its effectiveness. The findings suggest the importance of including such value-based guidance programs in the curriculum of Islamic boarding schools, tailored to their unique educational environment. The study also recommends training for mentors in guidance skills to better support student well-being in these settings.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive restructuring with murattal al-Qur‘an relaxation technique in reducing Indonesian Muslim university students’ academic anxiety. The research was conducted on Indonesian Muslim university students at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Al Urwatul Wutsqo (STIT-UW) Jombang. A Quasi Experimental with Nonequivalent Control Group Design was employed to assess the effectiveness of group counseling using cognitive restructuring and Murattal Al-Qur’an relaxation techniques in reducing students’ academic anxiety during thesis writing. The participants included 22 students with high levels of academic anxiety, divided into experimental and control groups. The instruments utilized were academic anxiety scales, worksheets, reflection journals, and a group counseling module. Statistical analysis using the Mann–Whitney U Test was applied to identify differences in scores between the two groups. The results indicated that group counseling incorporating Cognitive Restructuring and Murattal Al-Qur’an relaxation techniques effectively alleviated the level of students’ academic anxiety. Having a positive way of thinking and a better physical and psychological condition, the university students have succeeded in reducing their academic anxiety level, and will assume the thesis as a challenge instead of threat, and also will motivate them to work on it immediately and accomplish their study in time. In conclusion, this group counseling approach may be recommended for college counselors to assist STIT-UW Jombang students experiencing academic anxiety while working on their theses, and it can be used as a conceptual and empirical reference for the development of counseling in the future.
