Abstract

Kebudayaan indonesia memiliki keberagaman nilai budaya local di masing-masing daerah. Pengaruh globasasi budaya berdampak buruk terhadap generasi sekarang. Salah satu pengaruhnya hasil budaya lokal kurang diminati oleh generasi sekarang. Kota Bima memiliki banyak kekayaan tradisi dan nilai-nilai budaya local setempat, namun belum ada sarana dan prasarana yang mewadahi kegiatan budaya yang dapat menarik minat generasi sekarang. Untuk itu dalam memfasilitasi seluruh rangkaian kegiatan budaya yang ada di Kota Bima perlu rancangan pusat kebudaayaan yang mencerminkan tradisi suku Bima. Metode perancangan yang di gunakan metode concept based framework, dengan konsep fungsi mengikuti bentuk. Pendekatan tema rancangan menggunakan pendekatan arsitektur Neo-Vernacular, yaitu merancang dengan menggabungkan arsitektur tradisional dan modern. Hasil rancangan ini yaitu untuk mempertahankan karakteristik yang menggambarkan arsitektur khas Bima sebagai icon baru budaya kota Bima serta pengembangan inovasi budaya Bima.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of Islamic education values based on prophetic communication in forming akhlakul karimah at MTs Darul Ulumissyar'iyyah Telang Karya in producing quality students. The research methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. The research results obtained show that efforts to produce quality students are implemented to be able to create students with a spirit of humanization (amar ma'ruf), liberation (nahi munkar), and transcendence (tu'minu billah). The implications of implementing Islamic education values based on prophetic communication at MTs Darul Ulumissyar'iyyah Telang Karya include (a) humanization: mutual respect, tolerance, social care, love of the country, compassion, respect for differences, mutual help among others; (b) liberation: high learning motivation; (c) transcendence: discipline, having responsibility in matters of worship.

Abstract

The Research aims to determine the application of rational emotional behavioral counseling to fulfill the meaning of life of Islamic boarding school students. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. The population and sample used in this research were Islamic School at Malang City students who live in Ma'had. From the results of the analysis, it was found that Rational Emotional Behavioral Counseling through the process showed that each individual has various kinds of irrational thoughts in interpreting or carrying out their daily lives which will ultimately cause the individual to confine themselves to wrong life values. Therefore, in the series of rational emotional behavioral counseling, there are ABC-D-EFG stages where the counselor will start by identifying the activating event (A), then the counselor also needs to explore each consequence (C), which is the result of the activating event that the person has counselee. Then, we will also look for problematic beliefs (B) to find points of irrational thinking that will ultimately be dispelled (D) and replaced with new, more rational thoughts. The hope is that the emergence of new thoughts and feelings can bring the value of creativity, experience, and behaving under norms. It can also set new goals for the counselee to understand each goal orientation better.

Abstract

This study examines the differences in career readiness between male and female students at the high school level, with a focus on cognitive strategies, knowledge of career content, and contextual skills and awareness.  This study uses a quantitative method with a survey design and involves 300 high school students in D.I. Yogyakarta who are selected through convenience sampling techniques. Data were collected using the Conley theory-based Career Readiness Scale, which has been tested with the RASCH model, and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the analysis show that female students have higher career readiness than male students. Significant differences were found in cognitive strategy, knowledge of career content, and contextual skills and awareness, while there were no meaningful differences in academic behavior. These findings underscore the importance of a gender-tailored approach to career guidance and counseling services in schools.

Abstract

This research and development project aims to produce group guidance guidelines utilizing sociodrama techniques, incorporating Sunan Drajat chess scores that are deemed feasible by experts and proven effective in fostering the altruistic attitudes of high school students. This product was developed in accordance with the ADDIE model of research and development, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research and development involved eight students from class X at SMA Negeri 1 Sukodadi, along with counselors and guidance and counseling experts. The instruments used in this study include altruistic attitude scales and assessment questionnaires for experts and potential users. The product validity test was conducted through assessments by material experts, media experts, cultural experts, and potential users, utilizing inter-rater agreement analysis. Furthermore, to determine the effectiveness of the product, the Wilcoxon signed-rank test was employed. Based on the results of the data analysis, the developed guidelines demonstrate very high validity in terms of acceptability, which includes accuracy, usability, convenience, and attractiveness. The results of the effectiveness test indicated that the intervention conducted by the counselor was effective in developing the altruistic attitudes of high school students. The findings of this research and development are recommended for implementation in group guidance services as one of the intervention strategies that can enhance students' altruistic attitudes.

Abstract

Agresif adalah segala bentuk perilaku yang dimaksudkan untuk menyakiti seseorang, baik secara fisik maupun psikis. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari Perilaku Agresif tidak hanya pada diri sendiri namun juga oranglain. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan rancangan single subject design (SSD). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 kali pertemuan yang dilaksanakan di sekolah. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua jenis, pertama instrumen bahan perlakuan terdiri atas panduan konseling CBT berbasis ajaran pencak silat teknik self instruction, kedua instrumen pengukuran menggunakan skala perilaku Agresif dan pedoman observasi. Analisis hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis visual grafik dan trend. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa CBT berbasis ajaran pencak silat teknik self-instruction efektif menurunkan perilaku Agresif siswa SMP. Berdasarkan analisis visual diketahui overlap atau tumpang tindih masing-masing subjek yaitu 0%. Dampak dari penelitian ini adalah intervensi yang dilakukan terbukti sangat efektif untuk menurunkan perilaku Agresif siswa SMP. Abstract

The results of needs assessments for a number of universities show that virtuous character behavior shows a number of problems that require efforts by universities to carry out massive and planned virtuous character education movements. The perryso dialogue model based on cognitive behavior modification was developed to overcome a number of problems related to the good character of students. This guide product is suitable for use and application to students because it meets the theoretical and practical aspects of acceptance. The product has met the elements of suitability of the guide format, acceptability in terms of psychological material and suitability of the guide content with the criteria of usefulness, accuracy, convenience, attractiveness, and appropriateness. Thus, the perryso dialogue model guide based on cognitive behavior modification for developing the virtuous character of Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) students is suitable for use by lecturers. Building the virtuous character of (UM) students can provide significant changes to students' thinking processes which include critical, analogical, and association aspects. Product advantages: i) the dialogue guide is scientific, which means this guide is tested empirically through an acceptance test stage by experts and ii) this guide is complete, which means the guide contains material concepts about virtue character along with instruments to determine the success of implementing dialogue activities.

Abstract

The decision-making process for higher study during high school is a critical period in students' lives, as it significantly impacts their future, particularly in the field of education. A common issue faced by high school students is the difficulty in deciding and exploring higher study due to a lack of insight, knowledge, and sufficient information in career decision-making. The implementation of group counseling can help students share information about further studies among group members. Career Monopoly simulation games serve as an educational tool designed to convey career-related information through gameplay. The aim of this study is to explore the implementation of simulation game technique using career monopoly in group guidance can help students understand their options for higher study, as there are conflicting findings from previous research. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was applied in this study, resulting in 14 articles relevant to the research topic. The findings indicate that the use of the technique of simulation game using career monopoly in group guidance can assist students in understanding their options for higher study. However, quantitative research is necessary to determine the effectiveness of the technique of simulationg game using career monopoly in group guidance for developing high school students’understanding of higher study.

Abstract

Self awareness atau kesadaran diri merupakan kemampuan mengamati diri, mengenali perasaan dan memahami hubungan antara pikiran, perasaan dan bagaimana pengaruhnya, mengetahui apakah pikiran atau perasaan mempengaruhi keputusan, mengenali kekuatan-kelemahan diri dan mampu melihat diri secara positif dan realistis. Self awareness merupakan unsur yang penting dalam perkembangan pribadi peserta didik sebab berpengaruh terhadap pola pikir dan tingkah laku. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan strategi Structured Learning Approach (SLA) untuk membentuk self awareness. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Hasil kajian literatur yang ditemukan sebanyak 30 karya ilmiah namun terdapat 10 artikel yang relevan dengan penelitian. Berdasarkan kajian yang telah dilakukan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan strategi Structured Learning Approach (SLA) diprediksi dapat membantu dalam membentuk self awareness peserta didik. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai landasan ilmiah dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan strategi Structured Learning Approach (SLA) untuk membentuk self awareness peserta didik. Penelitian ini dapat juga digunakan sebagai landasan teoritik penelitian selanjutnya. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dari pengkajian artikel, disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok dapat meningkatkan self awareness . Penelitian ini juga perlu adanya penelitian lanjutan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh dari strategi Structured Learning Approach (SLA) dalam bimbingan kelompok untuk membentuk self awareness peserta didik.

Abstract

Students' social problems with peers are often caused by a lack of altruism, such as increased selfish behavior, lack of concern for others, and weakened solidarity between students. This can trigger social conflicts such as bullying, intolerance, and violence. The purpose of this research is to analyze the value of Catur Piwulang Sunan Drajat in group guidance services through sociodrama techniques as an effort to develop altruist attitudes of high school students. The method used in this research is literature study by reviewing books, journals, and other literature. Furthermore, related data were collected, recorded, and analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the value of Catur Piwulang is closely related to altruist attitudes. The integration of Catur Piwulang values in group guidance services through sociodrama techniques is able to develop students' altruist attitudes with others. Through the use of sociodrama techniques can also reflect these values through role simulation and direct interaction, thus facilitating the internalization of altruist attitudes.This research is expected to be a reference for counseling teachers or counselors in developing more effective group guidance programs according to student needs, and in line with the values of local wisdom of Indonesian culture such as Catur Piwulang. In addition, the results of this study can also contribute to strengthening local culture-based character education to support the formation of a young generation that is not only intelligent, but also has high moral integrity.
