Abstract

AbstractThe Village Consultative Board (BPD) is a representative consisting of village leaders who function to protect the customs, make regulations in the village, accommodate and channel the aspirations of the community and conduct supervision on the implementation of village government. This research is intended to know about the supporting and inhibiting factors of the role of Village Consultative Board in the process of drafting and stipulating the Village Regulation, Case Study in Tawengan Village. The writing of this law employs empirical juridical methods. From the existing data, the Village Regulations are made, more Village Regulations relating to APBDes and LPJ Village Head. Implementation and effectiveness describes institutions that are building and developing Perdes, which Kadesh and BPD have not been able to formulate the Peres Retakdes (Raperdes) that can be received from the side of the design of legislation drafting (law drafting). In fact, most do not yet know firsthand what the Village Rule and its forms are.Keywords: Facto; Role Village Consultative Board (BPD); Village regulations.AbstrakBadan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) merupakan perwakilan yang terdiri atas pemuka-pemuka masyarakat Desa yang berfungsi mengayomi adat istiadat, membuat peraturan yang ada di Desa, menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat serta melakukan pengawasan terhadap penyelenggaraan pemerintah Desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang faktor pendukung dan penghambat peran Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam proses penyusunan dan penetapan Peraturan Desa, Studi Kasus di Desa Tawengan. Penulisan hukum ini menggunakan metode yuridis empiris. Dari data yang ada mayoritas Peraturan Desa yang dibuat, lebih banyak Peraturan Desa yang berkaitan  dengan APBDes dan LPJ Kepala desa. Implementasi dan efektifitas menjelaskan bahwa lembaga-lembaga Desa yang berwenang menjalankan dan  membentuk Perdes, yakni Kades dan BPD belum mampu merumuskan Rancangan Perdes (Raperdes) yang dapat diterima dari sisi teknik perancangan peraturan perundang-undangan (legal drafting). Bahkan, sebagian besar belum tahu secara persis apa itu Peraturan Desa dan bentuk-bentuknya.Kata kunci : Faktor; Peran  BPD; Perdes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create a system that can predict the need for vitamin A in a certain period, and provide convenience to related parties to meet the needs of the vitamin. Vitamin A is the most essential nutrient, this is because food consumption is not sufficient and is still low so it must be met from the outside. In this study, the method used to predict the need for vitamin A is the fuzzy mamdani method with input variables namely stock and demand and output variables namely needs. The predictions made are based on past statistics and on the basis of the characteristics of past vitamin A consumption. To calculate the error in predicting using the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE). Analysis of system requirements built using an object approach with Unified Modeling Language (UML) tools. The results of the overall prediction obtained the highest average accuracy value of 97.93% with an average error value as small as 2.07% while the lowest average accuracy value was 92.57% with an average error value as small as 7.43%. Testing on the system obtained a 100% functional value that went well in accordance with the needs analysis that had been made, so that the system had provided predictive information on vitamin A needs for a certain period and provided convenience for related parties to fulfill these needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh umur usaha, kualitas produk, dan motivasi usaha terhadap keberhasilan UKM tahu dan tempe di Kelurahan Bukit Batrem Kota Dumai. Populasi penelitian pelaku UKM tahu dan tempe di Kelurahan Bukit Batrem Kota Dumai. Sampel penelitian seluruh pelaku UKM tahu dan tempe di Kelurahan Bukit Batrem Kota Dumai yang berjumlah 35 pelaku usaha, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan secara langsung, dan data yang terkumpul kemudian ditabulasi dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji F dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian umur usaha, kualitas produk, dan motivasi usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Oleh karena itu, apabila pelaku usaha memiliki umur usaha yang cukup lama, memiliki kualitas produk yang dihasilkan baik, dan memiliki motivasi usaha yang tinggi, maka keberhasilan usaha akan tercapai.

Abstract

Character building memang sedang marak digaungkan oleh civitas akademika untuk terus dikembangkan dalam ranah pendidikan di sekolah. Dengan character building ini diharapkan dapat menurunkan tingkat degradasi moral para pemuda di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendiskripsikan proses penguatan character building sekolah adiwiyata nasional di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Bagaimana kurikulum berbasis lingkungan hidup diterapkan, bagaimana desain perencanaan pembelajaran dilakukan, serta karakter apa saja yang dikuatkan dan mendiskripsikan bagaimana proses penguatan nilai- nilai karakter tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah studi kasus yang dilakukan di sekolah adiwiyata nasional yaitu MTsN 2 Pamekasan. Data yang diperoleh oleh peneliti melalui observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi kegiatan adiwiyata di sekolah tersebut.  Sedangkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MTsN 2 Pamekasan menerapkan semua komponen dalam program adiwiyata dan melakukan internalisasi kepada semua warga sekolah untuk melaksanakannya. Konten Adiwiyata juga ditambahkan dalam perencanaan pembelajaran sampai penilaian yang dilakukan oleh guru dala setiap POKJA (Kelompok Kerja) di luar kelas, dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan aktivitas lingkungan berbasis partisipatif untuk mengukur sejauh mana keberhasilan program Adiwiyata itu sendiri.(Character building has been loudly spoken by many environmental practitioners including teachers to be developed in education side. It is expected to decrease the moral degradation of Indonesian’s youths. This study is trying to describe the process of strengthening the students’ character building in a National Adiwiyata School Pamekasan Regency. How the school applies the environmental based curriculum, how the teachers design the teaching preparation containing adiwiyata content, what are the characters being built. How the teachers strengthen the students’ characters are the focus of this study. This is a study case which is done in National Adiwiyata School MTsN 2 Pamekasan. The result shows that beside the implementation of all components of Adiwiyata Program, the school also did internalization to make sure that all elements of the school inserted Adiwiyata content in all aspects of education. The contents of Adiwiyata are also added into the design of teaching preparation and the teachers did evaluation on the students’ role in the POKJA (group work) outside the class, in the extracurricular activity, and in the participative based environmental activity to know the reinforcement works well.)

Abstract

Kompetensi asesmen pada pembelajaran dan perkembangan anak usia dini (AUD) merupakan kompetensi pedagogis yang sangat penting dimiliki para pendidik PAUD guna mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data mengenai perkembangan anak yang selanjutnya akan digunakan untuk kebutuhan pembelajaran di PAUD. Namun, pada kenyataannya kompetensi ini masih kurang dipahami dan dikuasai oleh para pendidik PAUD. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang penguasaan kompetensi dalam asesmen pembelajaran dan perkembangan AUD sehingga memberikan hasil sebagai berikut: 1) kualifikasi akademik tidak mendukung penguasaan kompetensi asesmen pembelajaran dan perkembangan AUD; 2) pendidik PAUD yang diteliti sebanyak 25 orang (89,3%) menyatakan mereka tahu kompetensi asesmen pembelajaran seperti yang disyaratkan oleh Permendiknas No. 58 Tahun 2009 dan hanya 3 orang (10,7%) yang menyatakan tidak tahu;  3) pendidik PAUD yang diteliti sebagian besar  (96,5%) telah pernah mengikuti pelatihan asesmen pembelajaran, tetapi tingkat pemahaman dan penguasaan mereka tetap rendah; 4) terdapat fakta bahwa pemahaman dan penguasaan para pendidik terhadap asesmen pembelajaran tetap rendah meskipun mereka memenuhi kualifikasi akademik dan pernah mengikut pelatihan. Kata kunci: kompetensi, asesmen, pembelajaran anak usia dini

Abstract

This study is trying to convey, describe and look for the solution on the students of Ilmu Al-Qur’an and Tafsir problems on the “Telaah Teks Inggris IQT” class.  This study was conducted in STAIN Pamekasan with respondents from students of Ilmual_Qur’an and Tafsir. This study is a descriptive qualitative research. The data is taken through observation, interview and documentation. The result of this research show that the students’ background knowledge, either their knowledge on Islamic education or English, influence the process of interpreting the English text. These differences also influence their motivation in learning English. Another factor affecting the students’ competence is the hoterogenousity of the students’ characteristics which often lead to problems. After identifying all problems faced by the students of Ilmu Al-Qur’an and Tafsir, the lecturer  can formulate the best technique in teaching English especially for Telaah Teks Inggris class where English is their second/ foreign language.

Abstract

Go-Food merupakan salah satu fitur layanan yang terdapa pada aplikasi Go-Jek. Layanan Go-Food adalah jasa pesan antar makanan secara online, dan Go-Food berhasil menarik perhatian masyarakat hingga banyak yang mengunduh aplikasi digital tersebut. Penggunaan Go-Food yang berlebihan dapat mempengaruhi gaya hidup mahasiswa dan dapat berdampak pada perilaku konsumtif bahkan sifat hedonisme. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaan Go-Food terhadap gaya hidup mahasiswa di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode studi deskriptif. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik simple random sampling dan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan peluang kesalahan 10% adapun hasil sampelnya sejumlah 100 responden. Intrumen penelitian berupa angket tertutup. Masing-masing kuesioner memiliki tingkat reliabilitas 0,903 untuk penggunaan Go-Food dengan 20 item valid dan 0,950 untuk gaya hidup dengan 22 item valid. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana didapatkan nilai signifikansi (p) = 0,00 (p 0,05) artinya ada pengaruh positif signifikansi penggunaan Go-Food terhadap gaya hidup mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.

Abstract

The use of social media, especially Instagram media, has experienced an increase in users without exception, students also participate as Instagram users with a variety of content. However, it is a phenomenon for every user with a record of being tied to Instagram media experiencing FoMO, meaning they feel worried when they miss information or worry when they don't know about activities circulating on social media, especially Instagram media. The influence of this anxiety has an impact on the behavior and attitudes of every social media user. Feelings of FoMO can be reduced by focusing on yourself, limiting excessive use of Instagram and gadgets, seeking real connections, and respecting yourself. This study aims to find out how fear of missing out (FoMO) is for Instagram users in communication science students at UIN North Sumatra. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection methods through observation and interviews. Informants in this study amounted to 6 people. Alfared Schutz's phenomonological theory which unites scientific knowledge with life experiences and daily activities that are used as experiences. The results of the study show that FoMO occurs in Instagram users due to following trends, recommendations from friends, to fill spare time, looking for information (stalking), business and others. FoMO can be caused by two factors, namely social factors, influenced because they are afraid of being left behind by a trend and are not connected to the conversations of their friends or other people. Personal factors are influenced for fear of being left behind by existing trends, using Instagram for a long time to get satisfaction for himself. This is what can cause FoMO symptoms by someone where the person feels dependent on Instagram, checks Instagram all the time and feels anxious if they cannot access or are not connected to Instagram.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes on the subject of integer arithmetic operations with the CTL. approach. The location of the research was carried out at SD Negeri 2 Mantang, Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Mantang, fifth grade teachers of SD Negeri 2 Mantang and observers. The research is divided into 2 cycles, each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. While the indicators of the success of this classroom action research are achieved if students have a minimum grade point average of 6.5 and complete class learning above 75%. In the first cycle, the students achieved a minimum grade point average of 69 while the mastery of learning was 65%. Cycle II achieved an average grade of 84 and the learning completeness was 85%. Based on the student learning outcomes above, it can be concluded that learning with the CTL approach can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Mantang, Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency, on the subject of integer arithmetic operations, so it is recommended that in teaching the subject of integer arithmetic operations, teachers should use the CTL approach.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to create a web-based PROBE (OBE measurement) application that can provide information on the results of learning assessments using the OBE (outcome-based education) curriculum to students, and provide convenience to related parties in managing the OBE curriculum in the Computer Systems Study Program. OBE is a teaching approach that influences the learning process starting from curriculum design, learning outcomes, learning methods, and forms of evaluation of learning. Implementation of the OBE curriculum will not work without a system for measuring student learning outcomes. To carry out these measurements, it is necessary to design and build a student learning achievement assessment system through a software application in order to obtain ease of input, information processing, and access to the achievement of each learning outcome in CPL and CPMK. Therefore, the solution given to answer this problem is the need for an OBE application that can provide information on the results of student learning assessments. The contribution of this research is to provide convenience to related parties in viewing student learning achievements, so that it can be used for policies in terms of curriculum revision in Study Programs. The method used in this research is a case study approach where the case studies are taken from curriculum data for the 2020 Computer Systems Study Program. For making applications using the waterfall method, and analysis of functional system requirements using a structured approach. The results of this study indicate that 100% of the functionality of the application is running according to the functional requirements made, and the system has provided information on student achievement scores per academic year.
