Abstract

This article aims to review and discuss the phenomenon of eminent school/ madrasah in international standards in Indonesia that has a tendency to be elitist and the reproductive force is not productive force. There are two formulations of the problem studied in this article, namely how elitism emerges in the eminent school/madrasah in international standards? Then, how to recommend the eminent school/madrasah in order to ensure equitable access to education for all children throughout the community of nations, especially among the poor?

Abstract

Policy implementation is a process applying of decision of policy which usually early with compilation of program, project of till to activities for resolving a problem of becoming policy agenda. Ministry of Religion Republic Of Indonesia also have plan for the implementation of policy of Curriculum 2013 in all ladder of madrasah, including one of them at ladder of madrasah ibtidaiyah, start year 2014. This implementation have of implication to change various education aspect in madrasah like Standard Process, Standard Content, Standard Interest Grad, Standard Assessment, and also at Textbook Iesson. This paradigm becomes someone reference or institution in taking decision and policy to act.

Abstract

The reading literacy skills of students in Indonesia are generally still low. However, some schools are already able to have high student reading literacy. This research aims to reveal HOTS teaching materials as an effort to foster the reading literacy of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students. The research location was carried out at one of the favorite private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) located in East Jakarta. The research was conducted in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was obtained through various sources consisting of interviews, observations, and documentation with research subjects, namely the school principal, curriculum coordinator teacher, and 47 class V students. All research data that has been collected is then analyzed using Miles, Huberman, and Saldana's interactive model data analysis techniques. This model includes data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The implications of this research show that to foster reading literacy, teaching materials based on high-level thinking skills are needed.

Abstract

Penggunaan TIK dalam pendidikan merupakan hal yang penting karena dapat meningkatkan kualitas dalam pembelajran. Salah satu media TIK yang dapat digunakan adalahe-learning  berbasis Moodle. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Islam Terpadu Lukman Al Hakim Sleman. Adapun temuan penelitian menyatakan bahwa Moodle digunakan pada saat pembelajaran jarak jauh dan masih digunakan saat siswa sudah melakukan pertemuan tatap muka. Moodle utamanya digunakan sebagai ruang untuk menggunggah sumber belajar. Adapun fitur lainnya yang bisa digunakan adalah pengerjaan kuis, presensi sampai dengan evaluasi penilaian PTS maupun PAT. Moodle menajadi solusi yang efektif di tengah berlakukannya pembelajaran jarak jauh. Hal ini terbukti dengan kemudahan pada aksesnya, dan fitur-fitur yang dapat dimanfaatkan pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Tetapi Moodle tetap butuh pengembangan, karena terjadi server down pada saat e-learning digunakan secara bersamaan. Dengan adanya Moodle, ini menjadi solusi juga untuk pengembangan kemampuan menggunaakan TIK bagi guru dan siswa.

Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan peran teknologi informasi sangatlah penting, penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam kasus ini yaitu dengan memanfaatkan penggunaan software aplikasi pengolah kata yang mempermudah siswa dan guru untuk mengimplementasikannya. Memahami teknologi sangat efektif jika dilakukan sejak dini, dikarenakan laju perkembangan teknologi menjadikan kita untuk mempelajari teknologi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Islam Terpadu Al-Fahd Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran TIK dalam penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Word pada siswa kelas IV SD IT Al-Fahd. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sebagai hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran TIK dalam penggunaan Microsoft Word telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, dan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam mengoperasikan Microsoft Word.

Abstract

This study contains issues related to 1) teachers' perceptions of the use of the Kahoot application in Civics learning at SDN Depok 1, 2) what are the advantages and disadvantages of teachers in using the Kahoot application in Civics learning, 3) how the application of Kahoot media in Civics subjects. In this study, researchers conducted surveys or interviews with teachers at SDN Depok 1 to see perceptions of using Kahoot in Civics learning. This study aims to analyze teacher perceptions of using Kahoot in Civics learning. This study uses a qualitative research approach and case study method. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted at the SDN Yogyakarta area, namely Depok 1 State Elementary School, with 28 students, 12 boys and 16 girls, and 1 class teacher. The results showed 1) the teacher's perception, in this case, is evident from the indicators of a teacher in getting a response, description, and understanding obtained when using Kahoot media in learning, 2) the advantages of Kahoot media are that it makes it easier for teachers to evaluate learning, makes it easier to see the score, while the disadvantages of using the Kahoot application according to teacher perceptions are that it requires high internet access, 3) Application of Kahoot media in Civics subjects.

Abstract

Abstract Education in Society 5.0 Era is essential to make a significant contribution to the development of a morally advanced society. Through Ibn Khaldun's perspective, this essay aimed to find relevant educational theories and models for contemporary society. His selection was based on his renown in the disciplines of social and political philosophy and education.  First the results of the study identified three essential components for the development of the ideal civilization: asabiyyah, science and technology, and attitudes toward luxury. Therefore, from Ibn Khaldun's point of view, the perfect education should foster the growth of these three crucial elements. Second, this study presented the Civilizing Education model that put an emphasis on citizenship, cooperation, specialization of expertise, morality, sufism, and anti-corruption. When compared to philosophical groundwork of multicultural education which is currently used in the framework of Society 5.0, the Civilizing Education model is quiet compatible. Researchers and educational professionals interested in creating a multicultural education model based on the perspectives of ancient Muslim thinkers should read this paper. AbstrakPendidikan di Era Masyarakat 5.0 sangat penting untuk memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi pengembangan masyarakat yang maju secara moral. Melalui perspektif Ibn Khaldun, esai ini bertujuan untuk menemukan teori dan model pendidikan yang relevan bagi masyarakat kontemporer. Pemilihannya didasarkan pada ketenarannya dalam disiplin filsafat dan pendidikan sosial dan politik. Pertama, hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga komponen penting untuk pengembangan peradaban ideal: asabiyyah, sains dan teknologi, dan sikap terhadap kemewahan. Oleh karena itu, dari sudut pandang Ibnu Khaldun, pendidikan yang sempurna harus mendorong tumbuhnya ketiga unsur penting tersebut. Kedua, penelitian ini mempresentasikan model Civilization Education yang menitikberatkan pada kewarganegaraan, kerjasama, spesialisasi keahlian, moralitas, tasawuf, dan antikorupsi. Jika dibandingkan dengan landasan filosofis pendidikan multikultural yang saat ini digunakan dalam kerangka Society 5.0, model Civilization Education cukup kompatibel. Abstract

Era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, pendidikan mengalami transformasi signifikan yang membawa berbagai peluang dan tantangan baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peran teknologi pendidikan dalam kemajuan pendidikan Islam di abad 21. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif dengan jenis tinjauan literatur. Pengumpulan informasi dilakukan melalui pencarian berbagai sumber penting, termasuk sumber primer dari literatur yang membahas langkah-langkah penyusunan kegiatan pembelajaran dan lembar kerja siswa, serta beberapa literatur lain yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis untuk mendapatkan hasil kajian yang menunjukkan bahwa urgensi pendidikan Islam di abad 21 terletak pada adaptasinya terhadap teknologi dan globalisasi, sambil mempertahankan nilai-nilai dan tradisi intinya. Integrasi teknologi, kurikulum adaptif, peningkatan kompetensi tenaga pendidik, dan kolaborasi global memungkinkan pendidikan Islam untuk berkembang dan membentuk generasi yang berpengetahuan dan berakhlak. Teknologi pendidikan meningkatkan kualitas, aksesibilitas, dan metode pembelajaran, meskipun tantangan infrastruktur dan kompetensi tenaga pendidik perlu diatasi. Dengan demikian, pendidikan Islam dapat terus berkembang sesuai tuntutan zaman sambil mempertahankan nilai-nilai intinya.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based learning model so that it can provide innovation in the learning process of Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects in the Surah An-Nas material which students must memorize and can remember the meaning, so researchers want to develop web-based learning with powtoon media to provide an interesting learning experience and can provide convenience to students. The research method using research and development and the development model carried out in this study is the ADDIE model which consists of five steps, namely: analysis (analyze), design (design), development (development), implementation (implementation), evaluation (evaluation). This research was conducted at MIN Hulu Sungai Selatan II. This research provides a product in the form of animated video powtoon to be tested for feasibility by media experts, material experts, and two groups of 18 students. The results of the trial were media experts with an average score of 3.6 which was categorized as very valid, material experts with an average value of 4 and categorized as very valid, and student respondents with an average score of 3.62 in the very good category.

Abstract

The factors causing the low quality of education in Indonesia are largely attributed to the disproportionate role given to schools, the lack of adequate learning planning, the implementation of learning that is not optimal, the ineffective management of the curriculum system, and the application of learning outcome measurements that focus on cognitive aspects. This study aims to describe the implementation of project-based learning in supporting the achievement of curriculum objectives in the Pancasila profile strengthening project at Samirono State Elementary School, Yogyakarta Special Region. The approach in this research uses qualitative with case study method. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data using observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The technique to ensure data validity is using data triangulation. While the data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model which goes through three stages, namely data collection, data reduction and data presentation. The result of this study is the implementation of project-based learning is an appropriate learning model to achieve curriculum objectives related to the development of potential and the development of Pancasila student profiles.
