Abstract

Kesejahteraan guru secara umum sangat penting diperhatikan karena dapat mempengaruhikinerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya pada satuan pendidikan. GuruPAUD secara khusus memegang peranan penting dan strategis dalam upaya menumbuhkembangkangenerasi emas (golden age) sejak dini pada satuan PAUD. Kesejahteraan gurubukan saja dalam aspek sosial, ekonomi dan fisik, tetapi juga kesejahteraan psikologis. Penelitianini berfokus pada masalah kesejahteraan psikologis guru dengan rumusan masalah:Bagaimanakah pemetaan kesejahteraan psikologis guru PAUD se Kota Pekanbaru? Tujuanpenelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan psikologi Guru PAUD se KotaPekanbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan skala pengukurankesejahteraan psikologis, mencakup dimensi otonomi, lingkungan, peribadi, hubungan positif,makna dan tujuan hidup dan penerimaan diri. Populasi penelitian 624 guru PAUD (TPA dan KB)se Kota Pekanbaru dengan sampel 164 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaranumum kesejahteraan psikologis guru berada pada kategori sedang (51.75%). Dilihat dari 6dimensi kesejahteraan guru, ternyata sebaran persentasenya seimbang atau merata skitar 16-18%. Namun, kalau dilihat dari kategori dari frekuensi rentang skor skala kesejahteraan psikologis,maka jumlah guru PAUD yang berada pada kategori rendah adalah 29.88% dan sangat rendah(32.32%). Artinya, sebagian besar guru PAUD se Kota Pekanbaru berada tingkat kesejahteraanpsikologis rendah dan sangat rendah. Kenyataan ini menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraanpsikologis guru PAUD (TPA dan KB) se Kota Pekanbaru sungguh memprihatinkan. Implikasinya,disamping perlu adanya upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan guru dalam aspek sosial ekonomi,mesti pula ditingkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis guru PAUD se Kota Pekanbaru melalui kebijakandan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif dari Pemda dan Yayasan yangmenyelenggarakan PAUD di Kota Pekanbaru.Kata Kunci : Kesejahteraan psikologis, Guru PAUD, TPA dan KB.

Abstract

Penelitan ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran selfresilience dalam menyelesaikan skripsi pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru PAUD (PG PAUD)FKIP Universitas Riau. Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar sebagian mahasiswa ketikamenyelesaikan skripsi banyak yang memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk perbaikan skripsinyasetelah bimbingan dengan dosen pembimbingnya masing-masing. Teknik pengambilan sampeldalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling, dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak85 orang mahasiswa PG PAUD FKIP Universitas Riau. Pengumpulan data dilakukan denganmenggunakan skala self resilence yang dimodifikasi dari skala self resilience oleh penelitisendiri dengan indikator, mempunyai tujuan yang jelas, yakin dengan kemampuan yangdimilikinya, dapat menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan orang lain, determination, mempunyaikontrol diri yang baik, dan mampu melihat kelebihan dan kelemahan dirinya. Reliabiltas alatukur diuji dengan teknik alpha cronbach dan diperoleh hasil koefisien reliabilitas sebesar0,948 setelah uji coba. Hasil penelitian ini adalah self resillience mahasiswa PG PAUD beradapada tahap sedang dengan rata-rata 55,3. Dimensi terbesar dari self resillience mahasiswaPG PAUD FKIP Universitas Riau adalah pada taraf sense of purpose dan taking control yaitukemampuan untuk memiliki tujuan-tujuan yang jelas serta memiliki kontrol diri yang baik ketikamenghadapi masalah dan tantangan dalam menyelesaikan skripsi.

Abstract

The Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) is evaluated in Faculty of Medicine University of Riau as one of a learning achievement. The success of OSCE is influenced by internal and external factors, one of internal factors is emotional intelligence. High emotional intelligence can improve a learning achievement on a student. The purpose of study was to determine the relation of emotional intelligence and OSCE score in medical students of Riau University batch 2011. This research used analytic method of retrospective study. The population was students at Faculty of Medicine University of Riau batch 2011. Samples of this research were 115 students with total sampling method. This research used a questionnaire based on the theory of Goleman’s emotional intelligence. The relation of emotional intelligence and OSCE score was analyzed using Somers’d test. The result of the study didn’t show a relation between emotional intelligence and OSCE score (p=0,407). In conclusion there was no relation between emotional intelligence and OSCE score in medical students of Riau University batch 2011.Keywords: emotional intelligence, objective structured clinical examination

Abstract

ABSTRACTSelf-concept is self image of individual about himself or herself that was formed through the experiences gained from interaction with environment. Interpersonal communication is a communication that happen between two or more people by direct contact through face to face or communication media in the form of a conversation to get a response directly. Clerkship must have self-concept and good interpersonal communication. The aim of this study was to find out the self-concept and interpersonal communication of clerkships in Medical Faculty of Riau University. Desain of this study used descriptive with cross-sectional method. Samples of this study were 155 clerkships who selected by minimal sample which will be divided in every station with proportional random sampling. Collecting data used self-concept questionnaire developed by the researcher based on theory of Fitts and interpersonal communication questionnaire based on theory of Devito. The result indicate that self-concept of clerkships in Medical Faculty of Riau University were positive (53,5%). The dimensions of self-concept in order from the highest to the lowest are judging self, moral-ethical self, family self, personal self, physical self, identity self, social self and behavior self. Whereas the majority of interpersonal communication were moderate category (69,7%) and there were not significantly different in characteristics of interpersonal communication effectiveness.Keywords: self-concept, interpersonal communication, clerkship

Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed to know the correlation of organizational culture and teachers performance Kindergartens in Simpang Baru Village Tampan Sub District Pekanbaru City. The population of this research is Kindergartens in Simpang Baru Village as many 74 people compirising teachers from 12 Kindergartens. Given the small population the researchers determined the entire population becomes saturated sample of sampling. Method of this research is Person Product Moment correlation to know the correlation of organizational culture and teacher performance. The technique of collecting data used questioner in Likert scale form. The technique of analyzing data used scale test and statistic analytical by using SPSS program for Windows Ver. 16. Based on hypothesis there is any significant positive the correlation of organizational culture and teachers performance Kindergartens in Simpang Baru village Tampan sub District Pekanbaru City. It could be seen from the result of correlation that rxy=0,817 and significant level 0,000<0,05. The level of correlation organizational culture and teachers performance is in the very strong category with the rank of determinant coefficient in the amount 66,8%, it means that organizational culture affect teachers performance .Key words : Culture Organizational, Teachers Performance

Abstract

Abstract :This study aims to determine the effect of media images chain on the ability to know the concept of numbers in children aged 4-5 years in TK Negeri Pembina Rengat Barat District Indragiri Hulu. The population in this study that children B2 classes totaling 20 children and sample in this study amounted to 20 children. The method used pre-experimental design with one group pretest posttest design that experiments conducted on one group alone with no comparison group. This type of instrument used in this study is to use the observation and documentation to take notes about events that occurred during the treatment given. Based on the results obtained by testing the hypothesis that there are significant media image chain on the ability to know the concept of numbers in children aged 4-5 years in TK Negeri Pembina Rengat Barat District Indragiri Hulu. Thus known t count (18.523) or significance (0.000), because sig < 0.05, it can be concluded that there are differences in the ability to know the concept of numbers on students significant before and after using media images chain in the learning. Hypothesis testing can be seen on t = 18.523 > table = 1,729. It has been suggested that there are significant differences in the results between the pretest and posttest. Media influence on ability to know your chain drawing numbers concept in children aged 4-5 years in TK Negeri Pembina Rengat Barat District Indragiri Hulu amounted to 72.48%.Key Words: Recognize the Concept of Number, medium chain pictures

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the level of teacher education, and teacher performance, and the relationship between the level of education with the performance of early childhood teachers in Desa Pandau Jaya Kecamatan Siak HuluKabupaten Kampar. This survey was conducted on 52 PAUD teachers in Desa Pandau Jaya, Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar. The method used is correlation research. Data collection tools used are data and questionnaire techniques. From the result of data analysis from percentage of education level equal to 46,2% high school educated teacher included in high category, and percentage of PAUD teacher performance in teaching equal to 30,8% in high category. From the data analysis obtained value of each variable of 4.564, obtained Kai Square Value (Chi Square) of 452,74. While the value of contingency coefficient of = 0,300. Because the value of Contingency Coefficient (Cramer) of 0.300 which lies in the range of 0.20 s / d ≤ 0.40 with the low category, but definitely. So it can be concluded that there is no relationship between teacher education level with the performance of early childhood teachers in teaching but in the low category.Keywords: Level of education, Teacher’s performance

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena adanya fenomena pada guru yaitu: Sebagian besar guru belum mampu membuat membuat ide untuk membuat Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) sendiri, kurangnya pemahaman tentang Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak, sebagian guru kurang terampil dan kurang sabar dalam mengolah bahan sisa dan bahan Alam menjadi Alat Permaian Edukatif (APE), rendahnnya kesediaan guru untuk mengolah bahan sisa dan bahan alam menjadi Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE),guru kurang percaya diri dengan karya yang dibuat sendiri yang mengakibatkan guru cenderung menggunakan metode dan alat permainan yang menoton, seperti lembar kerja anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kreativitas guru Paud dalam memanfaatkan bahan sisa dan bahan alam sebagai sumber belajar di Kecamatan Kempas Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 guru, sedangkan  sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Tehnik analisis pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan tehnik persentase. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 92,4%. Dimana nilai 92,4 berada pada antara nilai 86,6-95,4 atau berkategori sedang dan besarnya persentase tiap indikator yaitu dari 5 indikator terdapat 4 indikator berkriteria tinggi dan 1 indikator berkriteria sedang. Kata Kunci: Kreativitas Guru, Sumber Belajar

Abstract : Based on observations while in the field related to the achievement motivation and work discipline Kindergarten Teacher In New Simpang Village District of Pekanbaru City Handsome encountered symptoms such as: the majority of teachers do not perform their duties in a timely, Some teachers there who do not make the teaching, lack of vigor in the process teaching students, teachers do not care about the students who lack the spirit of learning, it can be seen from many of the students were playing around, sleep, and out of, noisier, and storytelling in the learning process but the teachers do not care about them, and less communicative teacher led to the impression of a teacher has closed personalities, this situation causes the distance between teacher and pupil. And based on the linearity test can be seen that the value of the significance of the Linearity of 0.000. Because of the significance of less than 0.05, it can be concluded that the variables of achievement motivation to discipline teachers working relationship exists erat.Dari simple correlation analysis (r) obtained correlation between achievement motivation and discipline teachers (r) is 0.696 with probability 0.000. therefore the probability of <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), then Ho is rejected This suggests that there is a strong relationship with the achievement motivation and work discipline. While the direction of the relationship is positive, meaning that the higher the higher the achievement motivation. discipline of teachers. The coefficient of determination is generated is equal to r2 = 0484, p = 0.000 (p <0.05), it can be seen that the influence of achievement motivation 48.4% of the labor discipline teachers.Key word: Achievement Motivation, Work Discipline Teachers

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is lacking improving children's ability to fine motor, some children may not be able to use their fine motor properly, cutting can not, following the pattern of undeveloped child, in imitating the form of images provided can not, stick drawing and coloring still crossed the line, therefore, necessary efforts to improve fine motor skills of children, through sewing. the purpose of this research was to determine whether there is an increase in the fine motor skills of children through tailoring activities and to determine how the increase that occurred. This type of research is classroom action research conducted in two (2) cycles. data collection tool used in this study is in the form of observation sheet. the number of samples in this study were 16 children consisting of 7 boys and 9 girls. Based analysis of the assessment process there was an increase of 2 cycles. an increase that occurred from before the action to 33,33% cycle 1, cycle 1 to cycle 2 at 43.20%, and the increase before the cycle to cycle 2 at 90.93%. The results of these studies can be concluded that by tailoring activities can improve fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bagan Hulu district bangko rokan districts downstream.Keywords: Fine Motor, Sewing
