Abstract

Abstract : The author formulated in this research is how the educative interaction patterns of kindergarten teachers in the learning process in kindergartens in Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency? The purpose of this learning activity is to find out the educative interaction patterns of kindergarten teachers in the teaching and learning process in kindergartens in Bangkinang District, Kampar District. The population referred to in the study are all population objects that are members of the population, namely all teachers in the Bangkinang sub-district which number approximately 250 teachers. The sample in this study were 71 teachers. From the sample of 71 people 20 people were taken for the questionnaire trial sample and the remaining 51 teachers were made into the study sample. The data in this study were obtained through questionnaires to kindergarten teachers in kindergartens in Bangkinang District, Kampar District. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the educative interaction patterns of kindergarten teachers in the teaching and learning process in kindergartens in Bangkinang Subdistrict, Kampar Regency are included in the Excellent category because they have an average of 87.76%.Keywords: patterns of educational interaction

Abstract

Abstrak: Berdasarkan pengamatan sementara di lapangan berkaitan dengan dengan motivasi berprestasi dengan disiplin kerja Guru TK Di Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru ditemui gejala-gejala seperti: sebagian guru tidak melaksanakan tugasnya tepat waktu, Sebagian guru ada yang tidak membuat perangkat mengajar, kurang semangat dalam proses mengajar anak didik, guru tidak memperdulikan anak didik yang kurang semangat belajarnya, hal terlihat dari banyak anak didik yang bermain-main, tidur, keluar masuk, ribut, dan bercerita dalam proses pembelajaran tapi guru tidak memperdulikan mereka, dan Kurang komunikatifnya guru menyebabkan kesan guru memiliki keperibadian yang tertutup, keadaan  ini menyebabkan terjadinya jarak antara guru dan murid. Dan berdasarkan  uji linieritas dapat diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi pada Linearity sebesar 0,000. Karena signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa antara variabel motivasi berprestasi dengan disiplin kerja guru terdapat hubungan yang erat.Dari hasil analisis korelasi sederhana (r) didapat korelasi antara motivasi berprestasi dengan disiplin guru (r) adalah 0,696  dengan nilai probabilitas 0.000. oleh karena probabilitas < 0,05 (0.000 < 0.05) maka Ho ditolak Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang kuat motivasi berprestasi dengan disiplin kerja. Sedangkan arah hubungan adalah positif, artinya semakin tinggi motivasi berprestasi maka semakin tinggi. disiplin kerja guru. Koefisien determinasi yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar r2 = 0.484 dengan p = 0,000 (p<0.05) maka dapat dilihat bahwa motivasi berprestasi memberikan pengaruh sebesar 48.4% terhadap disiplin kerja guru. Kata kunci : Motivasi Berprestasi, Disiplin Kerja Guru

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to mapping the soft skills of kindergarten teachers at Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru City. The population in this research were 123 teachers. The sample in this study was determined by using the formula of Slovin which totaled 94 teachers. The techniques of data collection used is to using a written test and analysis techniques used is using a percentage formula. The results of this research obtaining of the mapping of kindergarten teacher’s soft skills at Payung Sekaki District for  personal competence aspects  which is in the category of "Very Good". It is known from the results of the data analysis of soft skills which earn a percentage of 82.76%. While the mapping of  kindergarten teacher’s soft skills at Payung Sekaki District for social competence aspects which  is in the category of "Very Good". It is known from the results of the data analysis which earn a percentage of 88.52%. The mapping of kindergarten teachers’s soft skills at Payung Sekaki district overall earn a percentage of 84.48%, which can be classified in the category of "Very Good". Abstract

Abstract: This study is based on observations in the field of the listening skills of children aged 4-5 years are still low. So it is necessary to use storytelling to improve the listening skills. This study aims to determine the effect of storytelling method with the image series for children in early childhood listening skills Aisyiyah 1. The subjects used in this study is 15 people. The data collection techniques were used that observation. Data were analyzed using t-test using SPSS 17.0. The research hypothesis is that there is a very significant influence on the ability to listen to children aged 4-5 years in early childhood Aisyiyah 1 after applying storytelling with the picture series. It can be seen from the data analysis showed an average difference of -3,410a and sig (2 tailed) of 0.001. That is sig <0.05 so ha ho accepted and rejected. It can be concluded that there are differences listening skills of children aged 4-5 years are very significant after using storytelling with images of the series to 4-5 years of age listening skills in early childhood Aisyiyah 1 Senapelan District Pekanbaru.Keywords: Ability Listening, Method Of Storytelling With Pictures Series

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is to improve the ability to talk about the child to communicate smoothly as the recounts, the child may not be able to speak with their own words, children are not able to express a desire to speak a simple sentence, the child has not been able to answer questions from the teacher until the author try to use the media in a way that pulling the puppet in an effort to improve speaking skills of children aged 4-5 years through the use of puppets. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted by two cycles, each cycle consisting of the stages of planning, action, observation and reflection. Sheets based on observation of the child candy 58 in 2009. The number of subjects in this study were 10 children ranging from 5 boys and 5 girls. The collection of data on research carried out in the second semester of the year 2015/2016, through the instrument of data collection in the form of sheets observation teachers and observation of the child. Data taken from the results of the evaluation at the end of each cycle. The study involved a man peers as observers. Based on the data obtained and the percentage of the first cycle is 25% and the percentage of the second cycle was 96%, thus it can be concluded through storytelling can enhance speech-age children 4-5 years in early PAUD Tasa Chantika Desa Kubang Jaya Kecamatan Siak Hulu District Kampar.Key Words: Speech, The Story

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to know whether there is correlation between intrapersonal intelligence and personal competence of kindergarten’s teachers at Tampan District of Pekanbaru City. The population of this research is kindergarten’ s teachers at Tampan District of Pekanbaru City that consists of 127 teachers, the samples of this research are 56 teachers which taken by using Slovin formula. Method of this research is Pearson Product Moment correlation to know the correlation between Intrapersonal Intelligence and Personal Competence. The technique of collecting data used questioner in Likert scale form. The technique of analyzing data used scale test and statistic analytical by using SPSS program for Windows Ver. 17. Based of hypothesis there is any significant positive correlation between intrapersonal intelligence and personal competence of kindergarten’s teachers at Tampan District of Pekanbaru City. It could be seen from the result of correlation coefficient that 0,304 and significant level is 0,023<0,05. The level of correlation between intrapersonal intelligence and personal competence of kindergarten’s teachers is in the low category with the rank of determinant coefficient in the amount of KD = r² x 100% = 9,24%, it means that intrapersonal intelligence affect personal competence as much as 9,24%. Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of field observation abilities against the introduction of geometric protege undeveloped with optimum. So the need for use of educational games geometry magic. The purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of educational games Geometry recognition capabilities against Magic geometric shapes children aged 4-5 years. This research was conducted in kindergarten Bystanul Aisyiyah Athfal Marsawa Sub Regency Kuantan Singingi Sentajo Kingdom from January until April 2019 2019 for observation and research. This research is experimental research design using one group pretest and posttest design with a total sample of 16 children. Data collection techniques used in this research is the observation sheet recognition capabilities using geometric shapes. Data analysis techniques using a t-test test by using SPSS program ver 20. From the results of the analysis of the data obtained thitung of larger 20.300 dati ttabel = 2.131 with sig 0000 < 0.05. . It can be concluded that there is a difference in the ability of the introduction of a significant form of geometry before and after the educational game using Geometry Magic. Based on the hypothesis test is obtained there is the influence of educational games Geometry recognition capabilities against Magic geometric shapes on children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Sub Regency Kuantan Singingi Sentajo Kingdom.Key Words: Geometry Of Magic, The Ability Of The Introduction Of Geometric Shapes

Abstract

Abstract: Based on field observations of the emotional intelligence of the students is still low and teachers are still using methods that dominate and less varied. So that needs to be given in the form of learning games that can increase a child's imagination. This study aims to determine the effect of a card guessing game images expression of the emotional intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfhal Banjar Island. The sample used in this study were 17 children. The data collection techniques were used that observation. Data were analyzed using t-test with using SPSS version 20. The study hypothesis was availability a significant effect on emotional intelligence after applying the card guessing game image expression. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained t = 18.98 and p = 0.055. Because p <0.05 it can be concluded that differences in emotional intelligence there is protege significant after applying the graphics card guessing game of learning in carrying expression. So it means Ho rejected and Ha accepted which means no significant difference between before and after performing experiments by applying a guessing game card image expression. As for the influence of the graphics card guessing game against the expression of emotional intelligence in children aged 5-6 years tk Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfhal Banjar Island is the (p) = 0.37%.

Abstract

Abstract: The research aim to know the effect of the use cantol raudhoh method of the reading skills of children ages 4-5 years old at PAUD LILIK distrik Bukitraya at ages 5 until 6 years old that consist of 21 student, namly research sample of children aged 5 until 6 class B that consis 21 children, taken using test formula T. The method used is pre-eksperiment design seen as an eksperiment not actual and the research uses a moder or one group per-test-postest design.The technique of collecting data used method of observation sheet assessment sheet and method of documentation. The technique analyzing data used with statistic technique t-test by using SPSS for windows ver 20.0Based on test resul obtained hipothese are that the lowed value and upper value is negative it can be concluded that Ha be accepted and Ho rejected. The result tcount = 9.181 and ttable df from 20 at the level of errors 0,05 so that ttable = 2,080, there for a significant influence on the ability to read the beginning of children ages 5 to 6 years after using cantol roudhoh method. The research aim to know the effect of the use cantol raudhoh method of the reading skills of children ages 4-5 years old at PAUD LILIK distrik Bukitraya , Pekanbaru thus a significant influence on the ability to read the beginning of children aged 5 to 6 years after using a media cantol roudhoh.Keywords: the research, cantol roudhoh, reading, young learners

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the author's observation, planting discipline in Kembang Sekuntum Playgroup Village keresek not maximized seen when the learning process. So the application needs to be given token economy. This study aims to determine the effect of applying token economy to discipline children aged 4-5 years in group play Kembang Sekuntum District of Gunung Toar. Samples in this study is 14 students. The data collection techniques used are observasi.Teknik data were analyzed using t-test using SPSS 17.0. The study hypothesis is there is positive and significant correlation between the application token economy to discipline children aged 4-5 years. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained with Asymp Z -3.333. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.001 or less than 0.05 it was determined that there are differences in the level of discipline of children before and after treatment using a token economy. Then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted that it can be concluded that there is a significant effect in the application of engineering token economy to discipline children aged 4-5 years. The magnitude of the effect of the application of engineering token economy to discipline the behavior of children aged 4-5 years can be seen through the acquisition of N-Gain score with a percentage of 74%.
