Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the education level of PAUD educators and the skills in managing classes in the District of Tenayan Raya, Pekanbaru. This study is a correlation study consisting of independent variables (x), namely the level of teacher education and the dependent variable (y), namely the skills of managing the class. The population and sample in this study amounted to 101 PAUD educators in the Tenayan Raya District of Pekanbaru City. The instrument for collecting data is the relationship between the level of education of the teacher and the skills in managing the class using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The data collection technique in this study was using a scale. All questions are set or the questionnaire is presented in the form of a Likert scale consisting of five answer choices, namely: always (SL), often (SR), sometimes (KD), rarely (JR), never (TP). As the item selection criteria based on total item correlation for the Likert scale the rix limit is most often used ≥ 80. If all the items that reach a minimum coefficient of 0.80 the power of reasoning is considered to be very strong, as for the results of the skill questionnaire reliability managing the class in Tenayan Raya District, Kota Pekanbaru amounting to 0.951 means that it is greater than 0.80, this indicates that the class management questionnaire instrument in Tenayan Raya Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City is reabel and is suitable for use in research. Obtained the percentage of high school education level of 54% in the medium category. D2 is 43% in the high category. D3 is 40% in the low category. S1 is 92% in the high category.Key Words: Education Level, Classroom Management Skills

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the correlation between self efficacy and skills in managing classes for early childhood and teachers in the north tambusai sub district Rokan Hulu. The population of this study is about 43 early childhood and teachers in the North Tambusai sub-district. This study used quantitative correlation to determine the correlation between the independent and dependent variables. Data collecting technique used questioners on likert scale. The result of the test was analyzed by using likert scale trial through IBM SPSS (statistical package for social science) version 21. From the analysis, it was showed that there is a positive correlation between self efficacy and skills in managing classes for early childhood and teachers in the north tambusai sub district Rokan Hulu. It can be seen from the correlation coefficient rxy= 0.378 with significance 0.012<0.05. The category is low with determinant coefficient KD= r2 x 100% = 0,3782 x 100%= 14,29% it is mean that self efficacy influences about 14,29% to the skills in managing classes.Key Word: Early Childhood and Teachers Self Efficacy and Early Childhood and Teachers Skills In Managing Classes

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and altruism of children aged 5-6 years at TKIT Al-Ittihad, Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were all children aged 5-6 years. for a sample of 100 children. The method used in this study is quantitative correlation to see the relationship between independent variables and bound. Data collection techniques used are observation. Data analysis techniques used the chi square test and statistical method analysis with the IBM SPSS for Windows Ver program. 23. Based on the results of hypothesis testing there is a significant positive relationship between self-esteem and altruism of children aged 5-6 years at TKIT Al-Ittihad, District of Rumbai Pesisir, Pekanbaru City. This can be seen from the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.869 and the significance level of 0.000 <0.05. The level of the relationship between self-esteem and children's altruism falls into the very strong category.Key Words: Self Esteem, Altruism

Abstract

Abstrak: The background of this research is the problem of father's involvement in childcare in the Toba Batak Tribe of Ujung Tanduk Village, Laguboti Subdistrict, Toba Samosir Regency as seen by the father who gave full child care to the mother, busy father to make a living, every day always went to the tuak shop from afternoon to late at night. This study aims to analyze the involvement of fathers in parenting in the Toba Batak Tribe, Ujung Tanduk Village, Laguboti District, Toba Samosir Regency. The population in this study were fathers in the Toba Batak Tribe, Ujung Tanduk Village, Laguboti Subdistrict, Toba Samosir Regency who had early childhood with a total of 25 fathers. Because of the large population, a portion of the population is sampled, namely 6 people. The sampling technique is by distributing questionnaires to the father. Taking the subject by taking 3 fathers who value good involvement and 3 fathers who value bad involvement. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative to analyze the involvement of fathers in parenting in the Toba Batak Tribe, Ujung Tanduk Village, Laguboti District, Toba Samosir Regency. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use qualitative data in the form of a collection of tangible words and not a series of numbers and cannot be arranged in classification categories. Based on the results of interviews with fathers, stated that there was involvement of fathers in parenting. Can be seen from aspects of father's involvement that are quite good. However, there are several aspects of involvement that are not good, for example taking care of children, feeding, and bathing children.Key Words: Father Involvement in Parenting

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years in early childhood Nazla Assyifa district handsome Pekanbaru and to know how much gross motor skills through play bowling. Researchers conducted action research through observation of the child's gross motor skills by developing indicators based on the regulation number 58 of 2009. From the results of research and discussion, we concluded that gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years in early childhood Nazla Assyifa Pekanbaru, the results of research 2 cycles improves significantly compared with the pre-cycle average of 43.33%. In the first cycle of gross motor skills children have started to experience an increase in the average 57.96%, which is continued in the next cycle gross motor skills by an average of 84.63% with criteria developed according to expectations (BSH). In the first cycle of the child's activity on average by 50.06% Less criteria (K), while the second cycle of the child's activity has increased on average by 76.13% with criteria Good (B). In the first cycle of teachers on average by 55.55% Less criteria (K), while the second cycle of teachers has increased by an average of 85.18% with criteria Good (B). From these results it can be concluded that the bowling gave a positive response to child childhood Nazla Assyifa District Charming Pekanbaru. can improve gross motor skills with the percentage of 84.63%.Key words: Gross motor skills, play Bowling

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between interpersonal intelligence and self-confidence on children 5-6 years old at Al-Fajar Kindergarten Tampan Pekanbaru district. The population of this research is 40 students 5-6 years old at Al-Fajar Kindergarten Tampan Pekanbaru district. Because the number of the population is small, so all of them became the sample of the population. The method used in this research was quantitative correlation to know the correlation between interpersonal intelligence and self-confidence. The technique of collecting the data is observation. The technique of data analysis is using product moment correlation technique with SPSS for windows version 17 program. Based on the result of the hypothesis test there is a significant positive correlation between interpersonal intelligence and self-confidence on children in 5-6 years old at Al-Fajar Kindergarten Tampan Pekanbaru district. This can be known from the value of the correlation coefficient of rxy =0,776 and significance level 0,000<0,05. The level of correlation between interpersonal intelligence and self-confidence included in the strong category with the value of determinant coefficient is equal to KD = r² x 100% = 60,2%, it means that interpersonal intelligence gives effect of 60,2% to self-confidence.Key Word: Self-Confidence, Interpersonal Intelligence

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the increase fine motor skills in children aged 4-5 years through weaving activities in early childhood Darussalam Petapahan Jaya Village District Tapung Regency Kampar. This study is kind studies using action research or (PTK) is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action planning, observation / evaluation and reflection. Subject empirically n are children aged 4-5 years are numbered 15 children in early childhood Darussalam , The research data obtained through observation and data analysis was done by using quantitative descriptive analysis. The research shows that the weaving activity can improve fine motor skills in children aged 4-5 year. It can be seen from the increase in the average percentage of fine motor skills in the first cycle of 56.33%, which is the category of pretty and an increase of 36.68% in the second cycle be 76.99% which are in both categories. Abstract

ABSTRACT : The background of this research was the Principal at the kindergarten level in Pekanbaru has a wide variety of leadership styles. There are many styles that are applied Principal kindergarten in performing their duties. There Headmaster entire decision must be based on him, so did not want to listen to input from teachers or subordinates. Whatever a school principal without first negotiating with the teacher. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's leadership style and to identify trends in school leadership styles. This type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The number of objects of research as many as 32 people Headmaster. Questionnaire data collection techniques. Based on the results of existing studies it is known that, in the authoritarian leadership style, high category with 10 respondents or by 31.25%. Medium category with 15 respondents or 46.87% of. Low category with 7 respondents or by 21.87%. In a democratic leadership style, high category with 8 respondents or 25%. Medium category with 13 respondents or 40.62% of. Low category with 11 respondents or 34.37% of. In the laissez faire leadership style, high category with 8 respondents or 25%. Medium category with 12 respondents or 37.5%. Abstract

Abstract: The background of this study is that not all children are able to count and recognize numbers are still low capacity, matching numbers and symbols of numbers, such as: the child is able to count the sequence, but when shown the symbol numbers of children are not familiar with, then when asked to match the numbers with the symbol numbers only some children are able to match it. Seeing the conditions that exist in the field that need to be efforts to improve the ability to know the number of children is through the media flannel board. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an increased ability to know the number of children through the media and the flannel board to determine how improvements occur. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Data collection tool used in this research is observation sheet. The number of samples in this study 20 children rang consisting of 9 boys and 11 girls. Based on the analysis of the assessment process there was an increase of 2 cycles. Improvement occurred, ie from before the action to the first cycle of 40.62%, an increase in cycle I to cycle II is 44.45%, and increased from the prior actions to cycle II of 93.35%. From these results it can be concluded that through the media flannel board can improve the ability to know the number of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Wahidin District of Bangko Rokan Hilir.Keywords: Ability Know Numeral, Flannel Board

Abstract

Abstrack:        This research aims to determine the increase science process skills through the application of the experimental method in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Pelita Hati Lubuk Terentang District of Gunung Toar Regency Kuantan Singingi. The population of this study is children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Pelita Hati. The study sample as many as 16 children. Type of research is classroom action research. The study consisted of two cycles where each cycle there are three meetings. The research design consisted of four events in a repeating cycle of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Instrument of collecting data in this study was the observation sheets science process skills of children. Data collection techniques were used that observation method in which the data were analyzed descriptively. Based on descriptive analysis is obtained there is increasing science process skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Pelita Hati. It is evident from the increase before the cycle to cycle 1 of 27.1%, an increase from cycle 1 to cycle 2 of 56.1% and an increase of the total before the cycle to cycle 2 that is equal to 98.5%. From the above analysis it can be concluded that the application of the experimental method is effective to improve science process skills at the age of 5-6 years in kindergarten Pelita Hati village of Lubuk Terentang District of Mount Toar Regency Kuantan Singingi.
