Abstract

Background: With the development of technology, convenient access is easy to obtain with just a smartphone. This triggers teenagers to use smartphones in their daily lives to open social media or search for information. When use increases and is uncontrolled, it can cause anxiety if you are far away or cannot access a smartphone, which is called nomophobia. Objective: To determine the relationship between the intensity of social media use and the tendency to nomophobia. Method: This research uses a quantitative correlation research design with a cross approach method. sectional and Spearman rank using a simple random sampling model. Results: This study shows that there is a significant relationship between the intensity of social media use and the tendency to nomophobia with a significant value of 0.033 (p < 0.05) and a correlation value of 0.222 which is positive, meaning the higher the intensity of use social media, the higher the tendency to nomophobia. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the intensity of social media use and the tendency to nomophobia in grade 12 teenagers at An-Nahl Vocational School based on the results of data processing using the Spearman rank test method.

Abstract

Tingkat kejadian dismenore di seluruh dunia yaitu berada di antara 16,8 - 81 % dimana terjadi rata - rata 50 % pada perempuan di setiap negara mengalami nyeri haid atau dismenore. Dismenore dapat memberikan dampak yang buruk bagi remaja putri, dimana dapat menimbulkan gangguan pada aktivitas sehari – hari, dan hal ini juga dapat mengganggu aktivitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dismenore dengan perilaku penanganan dismenore pada remaja di SMAIT Miftahul Khoir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 39 siswi. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling.

Abstract

Standard operating procedures for submitting leave and permits and unclear mechanisms for recording and checking data that have not been assisted by an information system. In making a web-based Application for Leave and Employee Permit Applications for PT. Bumi Arasy Consultant, it is made with HTML, PHP and also MySql procedures which will provide efficiency and effectiveness for the company in processing and storing data in an orderly manner so that it is easier to get the information that will be needed.The purpose of this article and writing is to study, analyze, design, compile and implement a web-based information system at PT. Bumi Arasy Consultant that will support internal business processes within the Human Resource Department (HRD) Division.The software that we will develop in making this application is using HTML or what we usually call Hypertext Markup Language, which is the most basic language for the web scripting process and is Client Side which allows displaying information in the form of text, graphics, and also for attaching between web interfaces. In addition, to store and process data, we will use a programming language with PHP and MySQL database.The result of the process of developing a leave application information system is a web-based application program that can provide an overview and faster for submitting leave and employee permits for PT. Bumi Throne Consultindo. The results of the application of this method will simplify the administrative process and also be more organized in making reports on leave and employee permits, as well as providing handling for storing archives in an adequate container.

Abstract

Introduction: High blood pressure (hypertension) is an increase in blood pressure in the arteries. Health problems in elderly people are often related to decreased organ function which causes degenerative diseases, including hypertension. This condition needs to be watched out for because it often does not show any special symptoms, so many people are not aware of it and still feel healthy to carry out daily activities. Therefore, hypertension is often referred to as a silent killer.Method: The research method applied in this study is a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-post test design model.Research Results: The average blood pressure before doing elderly exercise (pretest) was 151.94/93.66 mmHg, while after doing elderly exercise (post-test) it was 137.90/87 mmHg. There is a significant effect of elderly exercise on blood pressure in middle-aged hypertensive patients at UPTD Cibeber Health Center.Conclusion: Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that providing elderly exercise has a significant influence on the blood pressure of middle-aged hypertensive patients at the Cibeber Health Center UPTD

Abstract

In everyday life often found mothers who have not managed to breastfeed their babies or even stop breastfeeding their babies early for various reasons. Even the tendency that has occurred lately the number of mothers who do not want to breastfeed their babies is increasing. The most natural way of breastfeeding is by breastfeeding. One of the successes of breastfeeding is increasing maternal self efficacy. In Puskesmas Pagaden Barat Kabupaten Subang the exclusive coverage of breasfeeeding just 38,7% that is 80%. The purposeof this was to analyze the relationship between husband and family support and sel efficacy ofbreasfeeding mother of baby age 0 – 6 months. This study correlation analytic, design that was cross sectional design.the population is the study were primiparous mothers who had babies 0 – 6 month age. The study sample was 92 people,the sampling technique was stratified random sampling. Statistical analysis used chi square and exact fisher. The results of Fisher exact analysis indicate that the support of the husband with self-efficacy with value p = 0.041 while the support of parents with self-efficacy with value p = 1.0. The conclusion of this study is that the husband has a significant (meaningful) relationship with self efficacy, while parental support does not have a meaningful relationship with self-efficacy. His advice is to provide health education about the importance of self-efficacy to pregnant and lactating mothers.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine and analyze the role of BUMDes administrators in managing the “Cafe Kalitikung” River Tour in Tambakcemandi Village, Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency. Method: Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis follows the Miles & Huberman framework: collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Results: Based on Edy Suhardono's role theory, administrators act as facilitators, drivers, and regulators. Facilitators provide infrastructure such as piers and tourism facilities. Drivers involve local resources and raise environmental awareness. Regulators establish operational policies for sustainable management. Despite challenges in management, human resources, and funding, collaboration between the village government, community, and BUMDes administrators highlights the potential of “Kafe Kalitikung” as a village economic model. Abstract

Hypertension is caused by a variety of factors, including an unhealthy lifestyle such as a poor diet (high in salt, fat, and sugar), lack of physical activity, obesity, and smoking and drinking habits. Despite extensive global and national research on the link between fast and junk food consumption and hypertension, there is a notable lack of localized studies in regions like Bengkulu. The rising fast food intake and hypertension prevalence in these areas underscore the urgent need for context-specific evidence to support targeted public health interventions. This study aims to determine the relationship between fast food and junk food consumption habits and the incidence of hypertension in adults with a control case design. A total of 30 case groups and 60 control groups. Data collection was carried out using instruments such as respondent identity forms, informed consent sheets, the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), and blood pressure measuring devices (digital sphygmomanometers, stethoscopes, and observation sheets). Data analysis using the Chi-Square Test and multivariate logistic regression. The results of the bivariate analysis show that the habit of eating fast food often had a risk of 28.5 times, and the habit of eating junk food often had a risk of experiencing hypertension in adults 26.0 times. The results of the multivariate analysis showed a significant correlation between fast food consumption (p-value <0.0001; OR=23,709) and junk food (p-value <0.0001; OR=16,687) with the incidence of hypertension after controlling for the age factor. It is necessary to increase efforts in prevention, early detection, treatment, and education.

Abstract

Rumput laut merupakan salah satu komoditi yang potensial dan dapat menjadi andalan bagi upaya pengembangan usaha skala kecil maupun menengah. Dasar dari penanganan rumput laut adalah dalam hal pengeringan yang bertujuan mengurangi kadar air pada rumput laut tersebut, maka perlu adanya sebuah sistem atau alat yang mampu mengatasi masalah tersebut, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan sebuah alat pengering sehingga proses pengeringan rumput laut dapat dilakukan tanpa harus menggunakan  cahaya matahari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk merancang dan membuat alat yang dikontrol oleh arduino uno yang dapat melakukan pengeringan rumput laut dan dapat menerapkan pengontrolan alat pengering rumput laut menggunakan pemanas dari PTC Heater dan elemen kawat Nikelin dengan menggunakan sensor DS18B20 untuk mendeteksi suhu ruangan dan sensor Soil Moisture untuk mendeteksi kadar air dan kelembaban. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data observasi, studi literatur dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah prototype oven pengering rumput laut yang membantu petani dalam mengeringkan hasil budidaya rumput lautnya dalam kondisi apapun dengan menggunakan alat pengering mampu mengeringkan rumput laut dengan baik dan sudah memenuhi standar penjualan yaitu kadar air antara 30% - 40 % sama dengan pengeringan secara manual yang memanfaatkan panas dari terik sinar matahari dan bahkan pengeringan rumput laut menggunakan alat hanya memerlukan waktu lebih cepat yaitu kurang dari 6 jam dan kualitas yang dihasilkan lebih baik dari pada proses pengeringan dengan cara manual jika dikeringkan di bawah sinar matahari langsung.

Abstract

A hospital is an organization that, with all its health facilities, is expected to help patients improve their health and achieve optimal healing both physically, psychologically and socially. One profession that has an important role in maintaining the quality of health services is nursing. Nursing is the activity of providing care to individuals, families, groups or communities, whether sick or healthy, because nurses in carrying out nursing practice must always improve the quality of service by following developments in science and technology through education and training according to their field. Work. This research is a type of quantitative research with a cross-sectional design approach. The results of the analysis show that the Chi Square value for extroverted personality characteristics is 0.030 and introverted personality is 0.019, indicating that there is a relationship between personality characteristics and nurses' caring behavior. Based on the characteristics of the respondents, it is known that the majority of respondents are women, with the largest age range being 22-40 years, the dominant education level is D-III nursing and the majority of respondents are single. The results of the chi-square analysis showed that the significant relationship between personality characteristics (extroversion and introversion) has major implications for nursing practice and human resource management in health care settings. A deep understanding of these interrelationships provides a foundation for improving the quality of nursing care, managing balanced care teams, and personalizing approaches to providing care to patients.
